This is a product strategy and hands-on role. You will work directly with Engineering, Global Product, and local vendors to implement China-specific infrastructure and tooling (analytics/tracking, integrations, performance constraints), coordinate local payment methods, and drive Mini Programs implementations and super-app distribution. You are not just defining strategy, you are driving implementation and ensuring delivery.
China is a priority growth market, and this role offers a unique opportunity to build the China product from the ground up, high visibility, real leadership, and a steep learning curve that will accelerate your professional growth, while shaping a category-leading experience and helping establish our client as a market leader in one of the world’s most competitive digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead China product localization end-to-end across Web, iOS, and Android, translating deep user understanding into requirements that improve trust, usability, and conversion.
Drive UX/UI and journey adaptations (language nuance, onboarding, checkout, post-purchase, support flows, trust signals) aligned with Chinese user behaviors and ecosystem expectations.
Partner with Global Product and Design to prioritize China-specific requirements and ensure high-quality delivery with Engineering.
Run lightweight discovery and iteration cycles using data, user insights, and experimentation to continuously optimize the localized experience.
Define and track product performance KPIs for China (e.g., conversion, activation, retention, payment success), ensuring measurable business impact.
Experiment.
Local Payments Integration
Lead integration and optimization of local payment methods (WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay where relevant).
Ensure a seamless, high-conversion checkout experience and strong payment success rates.
Coordinate with Finance and Ops on payment operations (reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks/disputes where applicable) and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Mini Program & Super-App Integrations
Own product requirements and delivery coordination for WeChat Mini Program development, ensuring parity with core journeys and conversion-quality UX.
Enable integrations with super-apps and travel platforms, translating partner requirements into internal specs and delivery plans.
Ensure integrations are measurable (tracking/attribution), scalable, and maintained with clear ownership and release processes.
Ecosystem & Support Readiness
Ensure product workflows and tooling support China customer service needs (handoffs, FAQs, refunds, troubleshooting flows) in partnership with Support.
Align localized product journeys with support processes and quality standards to protect customer experience at scale.
Monitor post-launch signals (CSAT, complaints, reviews, refund drivers) and drive improvements with Product/Support/Engineering.
Requirements
Must-Have:
6+ years of Product Management experience in B2C digital products, with hands-on ownership of China localization or market launch initiatives.
Proven experience localizing and optimizing product experiences for Chinese users across Web + iOS + Android (UX/UI, language nuance, trust signals, onboarding, checkout, post-purchase and support flows).
Strong working knowledge of China’s local tech stack and ecosystem constraints, including hosting considerations (e.g., ICP implications / Great Firewall constraints), codes, analytics/tracking and attribution tooling used in China, and common integration patterns.
Demonstrated delivery experience building and scaling China-specific capabilities end-to-end, including: WeChat Mini Program launch or scaling from scratch; Local payment integration and checkout performance optimization; super-app / travel platform integrations.
Strong data and KPI fluency to define success metrics and drive iteration (conversion, activation, retention, payment success rate, attribution accuracy, funnel drop-offs).
Technical fluency to work effectively with Engineering and vendors on APIs, data flows, integrations, and performance trade-offs; able to translate partner/market requirements into clear product specs.
Experience operating in a global, cross-border environment, aligning China-specific needs with global product and engineering teams and driving delivery through collaboration.
Agile leadership skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Ops, and Support teams.
Fluent Mandarin and English.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for Forward Deployed ML Engineers who want to work at the intersection of deep technical work and direct customer impact. As an ML FDE, you’ll partner with leading AI companies and foundation model labs to help them achieve state-of-the-art performance on their most demanding workloads: LLM serving, model training (SFT, RLHF), audio pipelines, scientific computing, and more. You’ll help teams reach outcomes most engineers can’t on their own.
The FDE team today includes world-class software engineers, computational scientists, ML engineers, and former founders. We’re looking for people with strong engineering fundamentals, deep curiosity across the AI stack, and energy for working directly with customers on hard problems.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Work hands-on with companies like Suno, Cognition, and Meta to architect and optimize production AI workloads on Modal
- Contribute to open-source projects (members of the team are active contributors to SGLang) and publish technical content that demonstrates Modal’s capabilities across the AI stack
- Collaborate with Modal’s product and sales teams, contributing to the platform as both an engineer and a product stakeholder
- Build trusted relationships with technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, ML leads) at companies doing frontier AI work
- Conduct technical demos, experiments, and proofs of concept that make Modal’s performance advantages tangible
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 2+ years of professional ML engineering experience, ideally with hands-on work in inference optimization, model training, GPU programming, or ML infrastructure
- You’re familiar with the serving (e.g., vLLM, SGLang) and training (e.g., slime, verl, TRL) toolchains and can go deep on at least one (you don’t need all of them)
- You’re a strong communicator who can go deep on technical architecture with an engineering team and clearly articulate tradeoffs to technical leadership
- You have a genuine interest in working directly with customers: you find it energizing to understand someone else’s problem and help them solve it
- You’re willing to work in person in New York City, San Francisco, or Stockholm
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Side projects, open-source contributions, or published work you’re proud of in ML or systems performance
Location: San Francisco; Stockholm; New York; London

Modal is hiring a high-impact Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy across our most strategic enterprise accounts.
You will operate as the executive technical counterpart to Enterprise Account Executives, leading complex evaluations, shaping infrastructure modernization roadmaps, and driving multi-product adoption across AI/ML workloads.
This role is not demo support. It is a strategic, consultative position requiring strong architectural depth, executive presence, and the ability to influence 7–8 figure infrastructure decisions. You will work directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and ML platform leaders to help them rethink how AI infrastructure should be built and operated.
If you thrive in high-velocity technical sales environments and want to shape the infrastructure layer powering modern AI companies, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the technical strategy for large, complex enterprise accounts
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive 6–7+ figure opportunities from qualification through close
- Lead deep technical discovery across platform, ML, DevOps, and infrastructure stakeholders
- Architect end-to-end migration strategies from AWS, GCP, or Azure to Modal’s serverless infrastructure
- Drive executive-level technical conversations that connect infrastructure architecture to business impact (velocity, cost efficiency, reliability)
- Design and oversee proof-of-concepts that demonstrate production-grade scalability and performance
- Navigate security reviews, compliance discussions, and procurement processes with confidence
- Build durable relationships with technical champions and executive sponsors
- Orchestrate cross-functional virtual account teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to ensure successful adoption
- Influence Modal’s product roadmap by surfacing structured enterprise feedback
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to technical best practices across the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or enterprise-facing technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated success driving complex enterprise sales cycles ($250K+ ACV; experience with $1M+ ARR accounts strongly preferred)
- Experience working with large, sophisticated Bay Area technology companies or global enterprises
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) including compute, networking, storage, and managed services
- Strong architectural understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience designing distributed systems and production data platforms
- Strong working knowledge of ML/AI infrastructure (training pipelines, inference systems, GPU workloads, MLOps)
- Experience leading cloud migration or infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and CI/CD systems
- Production programming experience in Python strongly preferred
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams in high-stakes account environments
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise procurement and buying processes
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Agent Product Manager to own one of our core product lines and drive it from discovery through deployment.
This is not a generalist PM role. You'll go deep on a specific product area, working directly with engineering, design partners, and customers to understand what needs to be built, why, and how to ship it in a way that scales. You'll be the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution, synthesizing feedback from CSMs, TAMs, and customers into clear, actionable product requirements.
The best fit here is someone who obsesses over product longevity, not just individual customer happiness, and who can build rapidly, think in systems, and translate ambiguity into clear direction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product Line Strategy
- Own one or more product lines end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Define product roadmaps grounded in real deployment data and customer feedback, not feature requests
- Prioritize ruthlessly between customer-specific asks and platform-wide improvements
- Establish clear boundaries on what the product can and cannot do, and ensure sales and CS teams understand them
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Bridge the gap between sales promises and engineering reality, guide sales on which features to pitch, which customer profiles to target, and what realistic timelines look like
- Work with engineering to shift from one-off custom builds to iterative, productized solutions
- Collaborate with support to build self-service tooling that eliminates manual configuration bottlenecks
- Own the feedback loop: ensure customer insights reach engineering as structured product requirements, not ad hoc requests
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into structured, engineering-ready requirements
- Experience working directly with customers or design partners in a product capacity
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems, or a strong ability to ramp quickly
- Outcome-driven: you measure success in shipped impact, not process followed
- Low ego, high energy, resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience with enterprise deployments, multi-location operators, or platform infrastructure
- Eagerness to work in person with us in NYC full time
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided

As a Product Manager for the Research team at Anthropic, you will own the ideation and deployment of new models and products as we advance frontier, safe AI technology. You will work closely with our research teams to help productize credible applied research and identify high-potential use cases grounded in customer needs. We are looking for someone passionate about developing safe and beneficial artificial intelligence technologies. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can uncover latent, non-obvious use cases for nascent technologies, bringing these insights back to research. Your curiosity about user needs enables you to connect advanced technology to products that deliver real-world value.
We seek experienced founders and product managers who can bridge research and ambitious product experimentation, with the ability to create and grow entirely new product categories enabled by AI.
Responsibilities:
Lead vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of frontier technologies that leverage the latest AI capabilities to solve real-world problems
Partner with research to define, improve, and ship model capabilities within a research area
Identify nascent research that could become transformative products
Synthesize user insights into actionable requirements and evaluations
Understand the AI landscape and ecosystem, ensuring we have an objective view of market capabilities and our position
Work with and influence a diverse set of stakeholders, including research, product engineering, and platform engineering teams
Minimum Qualifications
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a deep passion and curiosity for AI and LLMs. Use AI regularly.
Are a first-principles thinker with the ability to navigate and execute amidst ambiguity, flexing into different domains based on the business problem at hand and finding simple, easy-to-understand solutions
Possess a deep technical background with a strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and are willing to go deep on technical solutions; have a data-driven mindset with working proficiency in Python and SQL
Have strong user empathy and the ability to synthesize vague or contradictory feedback into actionable priorities
Have a track record of launching ambitious products that have achieved distribution or commercial success
Have intellectual curiosity without ego—comfortable asking questions and learning independently
Think creatively about the risks and benefits of new technologies, moving beyond past checklists and playbooks
Have a creative, hacker spirit and love solving puzzles
Preferred Qualifications
Have 5+ years in product management, with experience launching new products and scaling existing ones (founder background is a plus)
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. We’re looking for a driven, curious, and Strategic Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales organization at Wrike. In this role, you’ll engage with prospects and customers across high‑value accounts, build strong relationships, and uncover new opportunities to expand Wrike’s footprint. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving complex customer challenges, and love collaborating with a high‑performing team, we’d love to meet you.
As part of our Prague co‑location strategy, this role follows a 3‑day in‑office schedule. Being together accelerates learning, strengthens collaboration, and helps us build a consistent, high‑impact sales motion across the team.

About Flosum
Flosum is a leading DevOps and release management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. We serve Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries, helping them ship faster, stay compliant, and scale their Salesforce operations with confidence. We are entering an aggressive growth phase and are looking for exceptional leaders who can help us dominate our market and scale rapidly toward $100M+ in annual revenue.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a VP of Finance who is far more than a traditional finance executive. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for someone who can serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, wielding financial intelligence as a growth weapon. You will own the financial architecture of the business while simultaneously driving operational excellence across our go-to-market functions. You will be the person who figures out where every dollar should go to maximize growth velocity and ensures we are building a scalable, capital-efficient machine.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and produce reports. We need a builder and operator who can make a dent in the company from day one.
What You Will Own
Financial Strategy & Capital Allocation
Own the company’s financial model, forecasting, and long-range planning with a relentless focus on accelerating growth to $100M ARR
Determine where capital should be deployed across R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize ROI and speed to scale
Build and maintain a capital allocation framework that balances aggressive growth with operational discipline
Lead fundraising strategy, investor relations, and board-level financial reporting if and when external capital is pursued
Go-to-Market Financial Operations
Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leadership to optimize GTM spend efficiency and pipeline economics
Build financial models that connect marketing investment to pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
Establish and track unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, magic number) to inform GTM investment decisions at an enterprise SaaS level
Provide financial oversight and accountability for GTM team performance, headcount planning, and quota/capacity modeling
Budgeting, Planning & Operational Efficiency
Own the annual budget process and quarterly business reviews, ensuring every function is aligned to growth targets
Implement rigorous financial controls and reporting cadences without creating bureaucratic drag
Identify inefficiencies and reallocate resources in real time to capitalize on what’s working
Build dashboards and reporting that give the executive team instant visibility into financial and operational health
Scaling the Business
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on all growth decisions, including pricing, packaging, market expansion, and M&A
Bring a deep understanding of SaaS business models and the levers that drive hyper-growth in enterprise software
Help design compensation structures, commission plans, and incentive models that drive the right behaviors across the organization
Evaluate and optimize vendor spend, technology investments, and operational costs to fund growth
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3–5 years at the VP or CFO level
Proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from the $10–30M range toward $100M+ ARR in a compressed timeframe
Deep fluency in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the financial mechanics of enterprise software businesses
Exceptional command of go-to-market functions — you understand how sales, marketing, and customer success drive revenue, not just how to count it
Experience managing or providing financial oversight to GTM teams, including headcount planning, territory modeling, and pipeline forecasting
Hands-on operator who builds models, digs into data, and drives decisions — not someone who delegates everything to a team of analysts
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or selling into Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries is a strong plus
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Missionary mindset — you take ownership, think independently, and care about the success of the company as if it were your own
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
Complete a full diagnostic of the company’s financial model, GTM spend efficiency, and unit economics
Deliver a capital allocation recommendation identifying the highest-ROI growth investments
Establish baseline KPIs and a financial reporting cadence that gives leadership real-time visibility
First 6 Months:
Implement a scalable financial planning and analysis framework tied directly to growth milestones
Optimize GTM spend to measurably improve pipeline efficiency and reduce CAC payback period
Partner with the CEO and revenue leadership to finalize the investment plan for scaling to $100M ARR
First Year:
The company has a clear, data-driven financial roadmap with capital deployed against the highest-impact growth levers
GTM team operating at peak financial efficiency with transparent cost-to-revenue attribution
Financial infrastructure is investor-ready and scalable for the next phase of growth
Benefits
Why Flosum
Market Leadership: We are a category leader in Salesforce DevOps with deep enterprise traction and a product that Fortune 500 companies depend on
Massive Opportunity: The Salesforce ecosystem is a multi-billion dollar market, and we are positioned to capture outsized share
Impact: This is a company where one person can make a transformational difference. You will not be a cog — you will be a catalyst
Culture: We value missionaries over mercenaries, ownership over politics, and results over posturing
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonus tied to community growth and engagement milestones
Equity participation
Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
Remote-first flexibility with travel budget for in-person executive engagements as needed

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own our relationship with one to two of the world's largest global systems integrators. This is a general-management role disguised as an alliance role: you will set the multi-year joint strategy with the partner's C-suite, negotiate the strategic agreement that underpins it, and then build the machine — go-to-market, solution co-development, delivery readiness, and enablement at a scale of tens of thousands of practitioners — that turns Claude into one of the partner's largest and fastest-growing practices.
You will be measured on the size and health of the joint business: progress against a $1B+ Claude practice plan, Anthropic ARR sourced and influenced through the partner, certified and delivery-ready practitioners (50,000+), co-developed solutions in market with reference-able customers, and the depth of executive alignment on both sides.
Key responsibilities
Own the joint business.
Build and run a multi-year joint business plan with each GSI covering services bookings, Anthropic ARR, priority industries and geographies, investment, and headcount. Report on it to Anthropic and partner executive leadership quarterly.
Lead at the C-suite.
Be the primary Anthropic relationship owner for the partner's Group CEO, service-line and industry CEOs, CTO/Chief AI Officer, and Chief Learning Officer. Map and activate Anthropic executive sponsors, run CEO-level QBRs, and shape the partner's public AI narrative (earnings calls, analyst days, flagship events) around Claude.
Negotiate the strategic agreement.
Structure and close multi-year strategic collaboration agreements spanning consumption and resale commitments, co-investment and market development funds, co-marketing, IP and solution terms, and enterprise-wide internal deployment of Claude across the partner's own workforce.
Co-develop solutions.
Partner with Anthropic Product, Applied AI, and the GSI's CTO office to co-build industry and horizontal offerings, agentic and Claude Code delivery accelerators, and reference architectures; take them to market with named launch customers and published references.
Build a 50,000+ practitioner practice.
Design and land a certification and delivery-readiness system inside the partner — embedded in their academy/L&D, train-the-trainer led, tied to Claude Partner Network tier requirements — and hold the partner accountable to capability they build themselves rather than capacity Anthropic supplies.
Drive global co-sell.
Stand up joint account planning and pursuit governance with Anthropic field leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC; personally engage on the largest strategic pursuits; ensure clean attribution through deal registration and CRM discipline.
Run alliance governance.
Establish and chair a joint steering committee with named workstreams (GTM, solutions, delivery readiness, enablement, marketing), clear owners on both sides, and a published operating cadence.
Lead through others.
Orchestrate a global virtual team of partner solutions architects, partner marketing, enablement, regional PAMs, and sales leaders; mentor PAMs across the team; scope and make the case for dedicated resourcing as the business scales.
Shape the program.
Bring the voice of the largest GSIs into Anthropic's partner strategy, Elite-tier program design, and product roadmap.
Minimum qualifications
15+ years in alliances, partner sales, or consulting leadership, including 8+ years owning a top-tier GSI relationship (e.g., IBM, NTT Data, Capgemini) at a hyperscaler or category-defining enterprise software/AI company — or the mirror-image role leading a hyperscaler/AI alliance from inside a GSI.
A track record of personally building or scaling a partner practice to $500M–$1B+ and tens of thousands of trained practitioners, with the joint business plan, governance, and metrics to show for it.
Demonstrated C-suite presence: you have set agendas with GSI Group CEOs and service-line leaders, and you can hold a strategy conversation and a commercial negotiation in the same meeting.
Experience negotiating and closing multi-year strategic collaboration agreements with nine-figure commitments.
Fluency in GSI economics — utilization, pyramid, offering margin, industry P&Ls, delivery-center models — and how a new technology practice actually gets funded and staffed inside one.
A strongly commercial orientation: you are a business driver first and a relationship manager second, and you are comfortable pushing a partner to invest in its own capability.
Global operating experience across NA, EMEA, and APAC, including time with India-based delivery leadership.
Low ego, high curiosity, and a habit of making the people around you better; you put the mission ahead of personal credit.
Preferred qualifications
Experience launching co-developed partner solutions with a product/engineering organization, including agentic or developer-tooling offerings.
Prior ownership of a large-scale partner certification or academy program.
Hands-on familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, LLM application architectures, and enterprise AI deployment and governance.
Experience at a high-growth company where the program was being built while the plane was flying.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of highly experienced engineers building the infrastructure that powers Modal’s serverless GPU platform. This is a hands-on leadership role. Expect to split your time between technical contribution and people management depending on what the team needs. You’ll set direction, remove blockers, and build a strong engineering culture as your team tackles hard problems in distributed computing, large-scale data handling, and performance optimization.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
Team
- Recruit, hire, and grow a high-performing team of cloud platform engineers; run regular 1:1s focused on coaching, feedback, and career growth
- Set clear performance expectations, hold a high bar, and build an environment where engineers do their best work
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Technical Direction
- Drive day-to-day technical decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions
- Translate the infrastructure roadmap into clear team priorities and milestones, and hold execution against them
- Establish standards for reliability, performance, and operational excellence; ensure the team owns projects end-to-end, from spec through production
- Push for good judgment on tooling and architecture, with a bias against unnecessary complexity
Cross-Functional & Incident Leadership
- Partner with product and engineering to align infrastructure work with business priorities; represent your team’s progress, capacity, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership
- Serve as the escalation point for major incidents; drive resolution with urgency and ensure the team learns systematically, feeding those learnings back into infrastructure improvements
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- You have a track record of building high-performance distributed systems at scale
- You have a strong background in cloud infrastructure
- You have deep knowledge of low-level OS foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, containers, etc.)
- You’re proficient in a systems-level language (Rust, C, C++, or Java)
- You’re an experienced engineering leader who stays close to the work and builds alongside your team when it counts
- You earn trust through technical depth, not title
- You communicate clearly, help strong engineers move fast without cutting corners, and stay calm and pragmatic under pressure
- You care as much about how your team gets to an answer as about the answer itself

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Backend Reliability (BRE) team is the backbone of our backend infrastructure and the guardian of our uptime. Our mission is to achieve and sustain 99.99% availability while building the tools, components, and safety nets that the entire engineering organization relies on. As a Senior / Staff Backend Engineer on this team, you won’t just close tickets - you’ll architect core reliability solutions that shape how Wrike scales, performs, and recovers from failure.
Your Impact:
Design, build, and maintain critical reliability components such as HTTP rate limiters, internal DB schema migration tools, circuit breakers, and distributed Redis-based caching.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize PostgreSQL usage, and ensure our distributed systems remain performant and stable under high load.
Lead preliminary investigations during severe production incidents: identify likely root causes, assess impact, and propose mitigation options. The long-term fixes are then implemented by the owning team, based on your findings.
Create scalable, reusable tools and frameworks that help other engineering teams build more resilient services.
Leverage AI-powered tools and coding agents to accelerate development, analyze architectures, and automate repetitive or error-prone tasks.
Influence reliability best practices across engineering by sharing knowledge, reviewing designs, and setting high technical standards.
Your Qualifications:
Strong expertise with Java/JVM, building scalable, high-performance backend systems; open to leveraging other languages when appropriate.
Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, including high availability, CAP theorem, and fault tolerance.
Deep experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and key–value / non-relational storages (Redis).
Practical experience with containerization and cloud-native environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using critical thinking to question assumptions and validate your own decisions.
Strong written and spoken English skills suitable for collaborating in an international engineering environment.
Standout Qualities:
Background in infrastructure engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including infrastructure-as-code practices.
Experience leading technical initiatives, driving cross-team projects, and mentoring other engineers while remaining an individual contributor.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks (e.g., Graylog, Zabbix, Grafana) and/or data analytics tools such as BigQuery.
A strong interest in how complex systems fail and a track record of designing them to recover gracefully.
Team Dynamics:
You will join the Backend Reliability (BRE) team, a small, highly specialized, senior group focused solely on Wrike’s reliability. The team operates as an internal “reliability task force,” partnering closely with product and platform engineering teams across the company. You’ll collaborate with other senior engineers who value autonomy, deep technical discussions, and rigorous engineering practices. The culture is ownership-driven: you are trusted to manage your time, make architectural decisions, and drive initiatives to completion.
Our Work Style:
The BRE team works on core backend and infrastructure services that support millions of users. We operate in a collaborative environment that values clear communication, thoughtful design, and fast feedback loops.
Tech focus areas include: Java/JVM-based services, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and observability/monitoring tools.
We encourage the use of modern AI-based tooling and coding agents as part of daily development and troubleshooting workflows.
Work is organized with an emphasis on impact and reliability goals rather than ticket volume, giving you room for deep work and long-term improvements.
Hybrid work mode (Prague, Czech Republic / Nicosia, Cyprus), with flexibility to balance focused individual work and collaborative sessions.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
