See yourself at Twilio
Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Engineering Manager.
About the job
As a Senior Engineering Manager in Compliance Experiences, you will lead the Know Your Customer (KYC) engineering team as it builds out Twilio's new Compliance Domain. Your team owns Trust Hub, Twilio's KYC Platform and the gateway to accessing all of Twilio's communication APIs. It serves two distinct customer bases: external customers - Twilio's customers who depend on seamless regulatory compliance to provision and manage phone numbers globally, and internal customers - engineering teams across Twilio who rely on your team's compliance APIs, services, and Ops Tooling to operate efficiently. You will own the people strategy, delivery execution, and stakeholder relationships for a team processing millions of requests daily.
You will be expected to champion AI-driven development practices, ensuring your engineers adopt LLMs and agentic tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and stay at the forefront of modern software engineering. Your mission is to build a high-performing team that consistently ships reliable, customer-obsessed products - while balancing the competing demands of external product commitments, internal platform obligations, and operational tooling investments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
DRAW THE OWL:
Own the delivery roadmap for the Compliance Domain, including customer-facing compliance services, internal platform APIs, and Ops Tooling. Partner with Principal and Staff Engineers to translate long-term technical strategy into executable quarterly plans and measurable outcomes.
ACCELERATE WITH AI:
Drive the adoption of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or internal LLMs) within your team. Set expectations for AI-augmented workflows, measure the impact on team velocity, and create the psychological safety for engineers to experiment with new tools.
BE AN OWNER:
Take full accountability for your team’s operational excellence, including system reliability, incident response, on-call health, and security posture. Make high-judgment calls that balance speed, quality, and risk.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES:
Serve two customer bases with equal rigor. For external customers, partner with Product Management to ensure compliance workflows are seamless and developer-friendly. For internal customers, proactively engage with dependent engineering teams to understand their needs, gather feedback on your team’s APIs and Ops Tooling, and ensure your platform enables them to move faster. Ground every decision in customer data and feedback from both audiences.
EMPOWER OTHERS:
Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class engineering team. Build a culture of psychological safety, candid feedback, and career growth. Coach your engineers-from mid-level to staff-to reach their full potential and take on increasing ownership. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every hiring and development decision.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE:
Navigate competing priorities across external product features, internal platform needs, and Ops Tooling investments. Balance requests from multiple stakeholders-Product Management, internal engineering teams, and operations-with a clear framework for saying “no” to protect focus. Ensure resources are aligned to the highest-impact work across all three pillars.
WRITE IT DOWN:
Communicate team strategy, progress, and risks clearly and consistently to engineering leadership and cross-functional partners. Author team plans, post-mortems, and decision documents that create transparency and alignment.
BUILD BRIDGES:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Compliance Domain and its stakeholders. Manage relationships with Product Management, external-facing teams, and internal engineering teams that depend on your compliance services and Ops Tooling. Proactively communicate roadmap plans, surface trade-offs, negotiate priorities, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into what your team is delivering and why.
NO SHENANIGANS:
Model integrity in every interaction. Create an environment where engineers feel safe raising concerns, surfacing problems early, and challenging the status quo. Hold yourself and your team to the highest standards of ethical behavior.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
15+ years of software engineering experience
with at least 5+ years in engineering management, leading a team of 10+ engineers and directly managing individual contributors.

Strong hands-on background in designing and operating highly available, cloud-native distributed systems. You don’t need to write code daily, but you must be able to engage deeply in architectural reviews, evaluate technical proposals, and earn the trust of your senior engineers.
Cloud-Native Fluency:
Deep familiarity with AWS ecosystems (Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, Kafka), microservices patterns, and infrastructure-as-code practices (Kubernetes, Terraform).
AI-Forward Mindset:
Demonstrated experience driving AI tool adoption within your engineering team. You should be able to articulate a clear vision for how AI accelerates your team’s delivery and quality.
Delivery Excellence:
Proven track record of shipping complex software products on time and at high quality. Experience with agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to measuring team health and productivity.
People Leadership:
A track record of building diverse, inclusive, high-performing engineering teams. Experience with career frameworks, performance management, and growing engineers from mid-level to staff-plus.
Clear Communication:
Strong ability to communicate technical strategy, trade-offs, and team plans to engineering leadership, cross-functional partners, and your direct reports.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholder groups with competing needs. Experience balancing external customer commitments with internal platform obligations and communicating trade-offs transparently.
Operational Rigor:
Experience owning system reliability for mission-critical services, including incident management, on-call rotations, and SLO-driven operational improvements.
Desired:
Platform & Tooling Leadership:
Experience leading a team that builds internal platforms or operational tooling serving other engineering teams, with a product mindset toward internal customers.
Team Scaling:
Experience growing and evolving a team through periods of change, including onboarding new engineers, reshaping team processes, and managing through ambiguity.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team to play a key role in building the operational backbone behind our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence. You'll own the systems, automations, data, and dashboards that help our Partnerships team source, co-sell, and scale revenue through resellers, referral partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances.
Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member is a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational counterpart to Partnerships leadership. You'll also work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Data, and Product to make partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue visible, measurable, and repeatable.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Partner Program & Incentive Operations: Support the design, modeling, and rollout of partner programs, including tiering, rebates, referral fees, and MDF. Work with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Product on how partner deals are handled, from account mapping and conflict resolution to handoffs and renewals.
- Experimentation: Test new partner motions, lead sources, routing logic, and program levers. Measure what works and scale it.

- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
- Are energized by working with external partners and by the ambiguity of building a program that's still scaling.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations at a high-growth technology company
- Hands-on experience supporting partner, channel, alliance, or co-sell motions (e.g., deal registration, partner attribution, referral or reseller programs)

Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Learning Design and Enablement Manager will join the Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People organization to build applied learning experiences that strengthen leadership, professional, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning that supports lasting behavior change, scalable enablement, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development, this role is remote in the United States and Canada and will help build the capabilities 1Password needs to deliver on its mission.
How we’re using AI today
On the People team, we’re using AI intentionally and responsibly as part of how our work gets done. We’re building a shared foundation of AI confidence and capability with the belief that innovation happens best when we learn and experiment together. From drafting communications and synthesizing feedback to automating workflows across the employee lifecycle, we’re embedding AI into our day-to-day operations and the way we collaborate cross-functionally, helping us move quickly and create space for the human moments that matter most.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role, with experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer.
• Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and learning experiences that can scale across teams.
• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable approaches.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple leadership levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
What you can expect:
• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real business scenarios and workflows.
• Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, facilitating selected sessions as needed.
• Create learning experiences that help people use AI thoughtfully and effectively, with an emphasis on judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and evaluating outcomes.
• Develop reusable frameworks, practices, measurement approaches, and resources that strengthen learning delivery and effectiveness across the organization.
• Build evaluation into each solution, use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, and maintain learning materials so they remain current and relevant.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $119,000 USD and $173,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $106,000 CAD and $154,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic products.
At Chainalysis, the enablement team exists to drive the effectiveness, capacity, and productivity of our customer-facing teams. As the Head of Enablement, you will lead this globally-distributed team and build the relationships, programs, infrastructure, and operating model to help us capture the opportunity in front of us. You’ll report to the GTM Chief of Staff and work across the entire business to drive alignment around our biggest priorities.
In this role, you'll:
- Build the enablement organization into an operational juggernaut through deep, integrated partnerships with leaders across the business and a strong, foundational relationship with product management and product marketing
- Design and implement the enablement operating model from the ground up: intake process, prioritization framework, content lifecycle, central calendar, and a single front door for requests.
- Own the enablement tech stack (LMS, AI role-play, conversation intelligence) and build manager-facing dashboards that give sales leaders visibility into their teams' readiness.
- Translate completed Product Marketing positioning briefs into curriculum, practice programs, battle cards, and field-ready content kits. Enablement does not create messaging. It makes messaging land.
- Lead the work to transform the current checklist-based onboarding with a structured, curriculum-based program with clear ramp milestones, and scale it to absorb 25+ new sellers in the first quarter of FY28.
- Build enablement analytics from scratch. Define metrics tied to pipeline, win rate, ramp time, and consumption growth. Demonstrate the function's business impact with data.
- Extend enablement beyond account executives to serve Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Global Services, and channel partners. Align frameworks so every customer-facing team speaks the same language.
- Lead and stabilize a very talented team that has been through significant organizational change. Provide clear vision, invest in development, and build a culture where people do the best work of their careers.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, customer success, enablement, revenue operations, GTM operations, or a related operational function within complex B2B SaaS companies
- Built or materially scaled a function, program, or operational capability from early stage. You have a track record of creating structure where there was none.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity: you've operated in environments where the strategy was iterative, the infrastructure was incomplete, and you had to build while leading. You bring resilience and grit, not just skill.
- Hands-on operational instinct. You are an operator first, and you build systems, design processes, introduce automation, and do the work yourself when that's what the situation demands. You are not looking for a role where you set strategy and delegate execution.
- Direct experience working with or inside a strong sales enablement function. You understand what good looks like, even if your career hasn't been spent exclusively in enablement.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones, and a passion for developing people
- Product curiosity and enough understanding of product-to-market motions to maintain credibility with Product Marketing and Product teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders, sales managers, and cross-functional partners quickly.
Nice to have experience:
- Knowledge of Force Management, Command of the Message, or MEDDPICC.
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying account executive or in a direct selling role.
- Experience working in or with financial services, the public sector, or compliance-related industries (financial crime, AML/CFT, payments, trading systems).
- Experience with enablement technology platforms (LMS, conversation intelligence, AI role-play tools).
- Experience supporting a business model transition (for example, from subscription to consumption pricing).
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related technologies, or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn't just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time.
Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren't just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange.
Engineered for performance, our stack leverages PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
What you will do:
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of our machine learning models using user-level and aggregated data, identify inefficiencies and failure patterns, and turn findings into actionable recommendations for our Data Science teams.
- Investigate how our ML models perform in the real world and compare model assumptions and predictions with actual user and business behavior. Identify gaps between offline model performance and online outcomes and help the team close them.
- Define and improve metrics for measuring ML model performance and business impact, working closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to ensure we optimize for the right outcomes.
- Design, prepare and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new models, features and algorithmic changes. Assess statistical significance, experiment quality and practical business impact.
- Build dashboards and automated reports that make ML model performance, experiments and key business metrics transparent and easy to understand for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between Data Science, Product and Business teams, translating business questions into analytical problems and turning complex ML insights into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Challenge product and technical decisions with data, bringing an independent analytical perspective to model development, experimentation and product strategy.
- Document your analyses, methodologies and findings and build reusable analytical approaches that can be applied across models and experiments.
Who you are:
- You have a degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, economics, analytics, or a similar quantitative field.
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Experimentation, Data Science or a similar role. Experience in AdTech, mobile apps or ML-driven products is a strong plus.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy digging into data to understand why something happens, not just what happened.
- You’re proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.
- You have strong Python skills and are comfortable using them for data analysis and statistical modelling.
- You have a solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance and A/B test analysis.
- You have an understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation and are comfortable working with Data Scientists. You don't necessarily need to build ML models yourself, but you should understand how to assess their performance and limitations.
- You have experience working with model and business metrics, and can connect technical model performance to real-world business outcomes.
- You have excellent data visualization skills and experience building dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit or similar.
- You are comfortable communicating complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Anthropic's models grow more capable, so does the interest of people who want to attack or misuse them. The Detection and Response (D&R) team spots those threats and responds to incidents across every layer of Anthropic's technology stack.
The team is early-stage, so you'll help build our detection and response capabilities from the ground up and work closely with our security and research teams.
Key responsibilities
Lead incident response across a range of domains, from external attacks to insider threats, spanning all layers of Anthropic's technology stack
Build and deploy tooling, including tools that use large language models, to improve how we detect and respond to threats
Create and tune detections, playbooks, and workflows to catch and respond to incidents quickly
Review incident response metrics and procedures, and drive improvements
Work across security and engineering teams
Take part in an on-call rotation
Minimum qualifications
Experience handling security incidents and investigating anomalies as part of a team
Working knowledge of EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or similar security tooling
A solid understanding of cloud environments and operations
Experience working with engineering teams in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with a scripting language such as Python and query languages such as SQL
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Able to lead projects with little guidance
Able to pick up new languages and technologies quickly
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience, or 7+ years of detection engineering, incident response, or threat hunting experience
Security operations or investigations involving large-scale Kubernetes environments
Experience analyzing attack behavior and prototyping high-quality detections
Experience with threat intelligence, malware analysis, infrastructure as code, or forensics
Experience contributing to a high-growth startup environment
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ElevenLabs Impact Program exists to democratize access to our technology and make AI work for all people, supporting for-good use cases across healthcare, education, and culture. Today, our work includes providing free and discounted access to nonprofits, partnering with university professors to bring voice AI into the classroom and the research lab, and working to restore the voices of one million people living with permanent voice loss through our 1 Million Voices initiative (learn more at elevenlabs.io/impact http://elevenlabs.io/impact). We're looking for a Producer to own the external storytelling and event presence for Impact, a role that coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you're the person who makes sure every launch, film, and activation meets (or, ideally raises) the bar of the rest of the company's output, working closely with our internal Design, Comms, and Events teams, and, when applicable, with the external agencies and production teams supporting PR, film, and creative execution. Much of Impact’s work is made with people who live with a disability, or are members of vulnerable communities. You will ensure their views carry equal weight and their input helps shape every project, from first conversation to final cut. As Impact's first dedicated producer, you'll build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling fast; this quarter alone includes more than five events, six documentaries in production, two live ElevenLabs Summit sessions, a partner launch every month, and several more case studies in flight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and work onsite for filming when needed, work closely with external production and direction teams, bringing opinions on story and craft, and partner with our Design team to make sure every film meets ElevenLabs' bar and brand guidelines.
- Work alongside subjects of our case studies, many of whom live with a disability, as equals and ensure that the production team does the same. You will build in consent, access needs, and editorial input at every stage to ensure alignment in how the story is told, cut, and shared.
- Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations alongside the Events team, turning each one into an in-person moment that drives real ROI and leaves a lasting impression, with Impact's own storytelling angle built in.
- Support Comms in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and, when applicable, a PR agency to keep press windows and partner announcements on track, and helping make sure Impact's international stories get told well as the program expands globally.
- Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand, advocating for a high creative standard and Impact’s lens.
- Carry a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.
- Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms to land a final draft, and with Design on all launch-related visual assets.
- Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events at once.
REQUIREMENTS
- A great project manager with a sharp creative eye, someone who runs cross-functional logistics flawlessly, has real taste, and will push the team to hit it.
- Proven practical experience working with vulnerable communities, especially people living with a disability, and ensuring they are provided the time, space and accommodation to be equal partners in high-pressure productions, on tight timelines, and in public.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of juggling several production timelines at once.
- Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) comfortable being on set and in the room with Design, not just commissioning the work.
- Strong writing and visual taste; can tell when something is on-brand and polish-worthy.
- 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
- Comfortable traveling for shoots and events.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a design engineer to help build and maintain Waypoint, our design system, across both the Figma library and the production codebase. This is not a "designer who codes a little" or an "engineer who dabbles in Figma" role. You should be genuinely fluent on both sides, comfortable defining a component's behavior and states in Figma one hour and shipping the same component to npm the next.
You'll take direct ownership of the Figma side of our library (structure, variants, tokens, documentation) while also contributing to the core Waypoint system: our component packages, our token pipeline, and the tooling that keeps design and code in sync. If the idea of being the single point of continuity between a Figma frame and a production component sounds exciting rather than exhausting, this is your role.
We're also thinking beyond the system we have today. Waypoint isn't just meant to serve designers and engineers, it's meant to become something a model can read, reason about, and build with directly. We want someone who can help us get there: grounded enough to do the unglamorous work of making today's system solid, and forward looking enough to help define what an intelligent design system looks like next.
WHY THIS ROLE
Waypoint is still early enough that the decisions you make now will shape how the system scales. You'll have real ownership, not just a queue of component tickets, and you'll be working alongside a team that treats design and engineering as one discipline rather than two departments that hand work back and forth. And you'll be helping define what a design system becomes when it has to serve a third audience: the models that will increasingly build with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the Figma library for Waypoint: component structure, variants, properties, and documentation, so it stays a reliable source of truth for design teams.
- Build and maintain core Waypoint components, contributing directly to our component packages alongside the design engineering team.
- Work across our token pipeline, keeping design tokens in Figma and their code representations (CSS custom properties, Tailwind config) tightly synced.
- Partner with product designers to translate new patterns into system components, and with product engineers to make sure those components are easy to adopt correctly.
- Help define and refine the workflows and tooling that connect Figma and code (sync scripts, plugins, documentation sites) rather than relying on manual handoff.
- Write clear documentation and usage guidance so the system scales without you being the bottleneck.
- Weigh in on system architecture decisions: when to add a new component versus extend an existing one, how to version and package changes, how to keep the system consistent as it grows.
- Help shape how Waypoint evolves to serve a third consumer beyond designers and engineers: the model itself. That means thinking about how components, tokens, and patterns get structured so they're legible to AI systems, not just to humans.

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or contributing to design-to-code sync tooling (Figma plugins, token pipelines, MCP-based workflows, or similar).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to bake them into components rather than bolt them on.
- Experience packaging and versioning component libraries for multiple consuming teams (npm scoped packages, semver, changelogs).
- Exposure to multi-platform design systems work (iOS/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose, or token build tools like Style Dictionary).
- Experience in an AI native product environment or genuine interest in how AI changes the way design systems get built and used.
