We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
JOB SUMMARY
As a Support Automation Engineer on the Post Sales Systems team, you will design, build, and maintain the automation and AI systems that power ClickUp's post-sales support organization. You'll be responsible for translating business workflows in Zendesk and related CX platforms into scalable, intelligent automations that reduce manual effort, improve customer experience, and free up our support team to focus on high-value interactions.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and customer empathy. You'll partner closely with the Support and Success organizations, GTM Systems Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to automate away toil, surface insights through AI, and build systems that adapt to how support teams actually work. The kind of person who thrives here moves fast, takes full ownership of what they build, and is genuinely excited about applying AI to real operational problems. This role is a direct contributor to GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-POWERED AUTOMATION DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
- Design and build automations in Zendesk that reduce repetitive support work: ticket routing, field population, note summarization, escalation logic, and customer outreach workflows.
- Develop AI-driven workflows using Zendesk AI, custom LLM integrations, and ClickUp Super Agents to automate tasks like ticket summarization, sentiment analysis, knowledge base matching, and response suggestions.
- Architect low-code/no-code automation solutions using Workato, Zapier, and similar integration platforms to connect Zendesk with Salesforce, ClickUp, Maven chatbot, and other tools.

- Partner with the Support org to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable value.
AI CAPABILITY EXPANSION
- Experiment with emerging AI/LLM capabilities (agents, RAG, fine-tuning) and determine which are production-ready for support workflows.
- Build reusable AI templates and patterns that other CX Systems team members can leverage, promoting consistency and reducing duplication.
- Collaborate with the broader GTM Systems Engineering team to share learnings and align on AI strategy across post-sales, sales, and finance domains.
- Log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry to promote transparency and cross-team learning.
RELIABILITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Monitor automation health, error rates, and SLAs; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact support operations.
- Gather feedback from support teams and stakeholders; iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce false positives, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Maintain documentation and runbooks so that support and CX teams understand how automations work and when to escalate issues.
- Help simplify and modernize existing architecture in Zendesk and connecting systems to improve long-term maintainability.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Work closely with GTM Support teammates and leadership on intake, prioritization, and task execution.
- Partner with the Support and Success organizations and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Zendesk expertise: Hands-on experience with automations, triggers, business rules, and configuration (admin-level proficiency or higher).
- Integration & API work: Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Retool, Workato, Zapier, or similar low-code tools).
- AI & LLMs: Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), MCP, and how to safely integrate AI into production workflows. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should understand when and how to apply AI to solve real problems.
- Data & scripting: Comfortable working with JSON, SQL, or light scripting (Python, JavaScript) to build data pipelines and transform data between systems.
- Salesforce integration: Understanding of Zendesk-to-Salesforce sync workflows, object relationships, and common integration patterns.
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build—reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement included. You don't hand off and walk away.
- Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You embrace "done is better than perfect" when appropriate, but never at the expense of reliability or customer trust.
- AI & Automation mindset: You're excited about LLMs and AI agents, not intimidated. You experiment, learn quickly, and know when to apply new tools and when to stick with what works.
- Collaboration: You're a skilled communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You ask clarifying questions, challenge assumptions respectfully, and build trust with the teams you support.
- Growth: You're customer-centric and measure success not just by automation coverage, but by the real impact on support efficiency and quality.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Nick Guardino, Senior Director of Marketing Ops at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a GTM AI Engineer to help take our AI agents from scrappy prototypes to production-grade systems our GTM teams can depend on.
Over the last 3.5 months, our GTM AI team has built 11 agents now running in production, serving 120 active users and roughly 25,000 tool calls a day — all through custom CLIs that work, but weren't built to scale. We believe businesses can run leaner and go further when they deploy AI agents well, and we're figuring out that motion in real time. This role owns the scale and reliability layer so the rest of the team can keep building.
What we value
Craft over quick wins
— energized by making things robust, not just making them work.
A point of view
— we want someone who asks "why did you build it that way?" and has a specific answer for what to do instead.
Comfortable being wrong
— you try things fast, and you course-correct just as fast.
AI-native by default
— you'd rather direct Claude to write and QA code than write it by hand.
What you'll do
Alpha-to-production ownership
— take newly built agents from working v1 to production-ready: write evals, harden prompts and tool definitions, and refactor prototype scaffolding into clean, production-quality code.
Observability & stability
— instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet so we catch regressions before our 120+ GTM users do.
Deployment & infrastructure
— stand up and maintain the pipelines that get agents into users' hands without surprises, owning environment parity and release hygiene on our GCP stack.
Database administration
— own how agents read from and write to our databases, safely and at scale.
Fleet maintenance
— monitor agent behavior in production, triage issues, and ship the steady stream of improvements that make an agent indispensable rather than just useful.
Partner closely with the GTM AI team
— free up our agent builders to stay in their zero-to-one wheelhouse while you own scale and reliability.
Bring an outside point of view
— tell us what we built wrong, and back it up with a plan to fix it.
What we're looking for
4+ years in software engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or a similarly technical role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
Comfort working in the terminal daily, with a real GitHub PR-and-deploy workflow.
Cloud hosting experience — Kubernetes, VMs, or equivalent; Google Cloud experience strongly preferred.
Experience with how agents interact with and edit databases, including some hands-on database administration.
Familiarity with LLM-based application development: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, evals, and modern agent frameworks.
Ability to prompt AI tools correctly, review their output critically, and direct them to QA their own work — this is an AI-native role, not a hand-coding one.
Scrappy enough to iterate fast, disciplined enough to think about consistency once something needs to scale.
A point of view, and the willingness to ask "why did you build it that way?"
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is
$140,000–$170,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team based in London.
As the Data Platform Team, we strive to create the world’s leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
We’re looking for experienced Engineers to help build our data platform from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to define its architecture, make key decisions, and shape how we handle and process petabyte-scale data in the near future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the Capability Factory - an internal platform designed for everyone from software engineers to non-technical operators, enabling the entire organization to teach HMND robots new skills at scale, from raw data all the way to deployed capabilities.
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets for humanoid robot training - a corpus of robot telemetry growing toward petabyte scale.
- Design and operate highly scalable data pipelines and the compute infrastructure that powers them, ensuring reliability and throughput as data volume and team demands grow.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of training data across multiple concurrent projects and robot platforms.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to shape the Capability Factory, streamline MLOps, and build the evaluation workflows that close the loop between training runs and real-world robot performance.
- Build data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards that give stakeholders across the organization clear visibility into data collection, model progress, and operational health.
- Establish and uphold best practices for data management - versioning, access control, security, and compliance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex systems end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Strong backend engineering - designing and operating production-grade APIs and services: clean data modeling, reliable error handling, performance under load.
- Data engineering at PB+ scale - building and maintaining pipelines that move, transform, and validate large volumes of data reliably; understanding of batch and streaming processing patterns, data quality, and schema evolution.
- Workflow orchestration at scale - designing and operating multi-step automated pipelines with retries, observability, and graceful failure handling.
- Distributed systems fundamentals - you understand how things break at scale: eventual consistency, idempotency, backpressure, job scheduling, and failure modes in distributed compute and storage.
- Cloud infrastructure fluency - you have shipped and operated real systems on a major cloud provider; you think about cost, reliability, and security as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
- Container orchestration - deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes at a level where you can debug scheduling issues, design resource allocation, and reason about cluster health without guidance.
- Full-stack range - comfortable building both the backend and the frontend of an internal product; you can own a feature from database schema to UI without handing off.
- Production ownership mindset - you've been on-call, triaged incidents under pressure, and improved systems after postmortems. You take reliability personally.
Nice to Have
- ML infrastructure or MLOps experience - understanding of how training jobs run, how model artifacts are managed, and what makes an evaluation pipeline trustworthy; you've worked alongside or directly supported ML researchers.
- Distributed compute frameworks - experience with large-scale parallel data processing, whether for data transformation, model training, or evaluation.
- Domain knowledge in robotics or embodied AI - familiarity with robot data formats, sensor telemetry, or the sim-to-real evaluation loop is a significant head start.
- BI and data warehouse experience - building data models and dashboards that translate raw operational data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Dual-cloud or multi-cloud storage - experience reasoning about cost, latency, and consistency tradeoffs across storage providers.
- Frontend product sense - beyond just shipping features, you have opinions about what makes an internal tool actually usable by non-engineers.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will work every day on the racks that power one of France's largest AI clusters.
Mistral's compute footprint is our single largest investment and the foundation of our AI research and engineering. We're hiring Data Center Hardware Engineers to keep our GPU/CPU clusters healthy, safe and growing — hands-on, in the data center, at the intersection of high-performance computing and physical infrastructure.
You'll join a small, senior team working at a scale few engineers get to experience: GPU-dense racks (H100/H200-class and next-generation platforms), high-speed interconnects, liquid-cooled systems — with new sites under development in France and beyond.
Hardware here is not someone else's problem. As part of a small on-site team, you carry responsibility for it end to end.
Location: On-site at one of our data centers in the South of Paris.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & repair server and cluster hardware: CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, GPUs, PSUs, and interconnect problems (switches, cables, transceivers; Ethernet/InfiniBand).
- Intervene safely — power-off/lockout, ESD discipline, pre/post-work checklists, tidy and safe work areas.
- Capture everything — photos, serials, test results; open, update and close tickets with notes the next engineer can act on.
- Manage parts — receive, label and track inventory; run RMAs and coordinate with vendors.
- Help us get better — feed recurring anomalies into monitoring, alerts and SOPs; contribute small scripts (Python/Bash) if you have those skills.
- Be a good teammate — clear status updates, honest handovers, and respect for the people depending on the cluster.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on comfort in data centers or server hardware — you can (or will quickly learn to) work cleanly in racks: rails, cabling, labeling, mounting.
- Disciplined and meticulous: checklists aren't bureaucracy to you, they're craftsmanship.
- Practical electrical basics: power-off procedures, PPE, short-circuit risk awareness.
- Basic Linux (boot checks, logs) — scripting is a plus, not a requirement.
- Physically able to work in racks (lift, mount, maneuver) in a data center environment.
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operation, including a rotating on-call with emergency response expectations.
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between our sites.
EVEN IF YOU DON'T MATCH EVERY CRITERION
Many of our best hardware engineers came from research labs, telecoms, IT services or the military. If you are rigorous, curious and genuinely motivated by hardware at scale, we would be glad to hear from you — we assess demonstrated scope rather than keyword matching.
NICE TO HAVE
- HPC/AI/cloud production experience at scale; large-fleet server install and maintenance.
- Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/InfiniBand) beyond basics.
- Vendor/RMA tooling, ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory systems.
- Python/Bash automation for checks, capture, inventory or reporting.

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
- Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics.
- Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential.
- Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
- Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Coach, teach, and develop acquisition managers working on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Hire, onboard, manage, and, where necessary, make replacement decisions for Google and Bing acquisition talent.
- Own performance evaluation, goals, KPIs, feedback cycles, and personal development plans for the Google and Bing team.
- Set the performance bar and craft standards for the team.
- Review account work, train UA managers, and raise the overall quality of execution.
- Make sure every brand has clear ownership, weekly reporting, and strong channel support.
- Stay hands-on enough to audit accounts, challenge decisions, and guide execution from real account data.
Account Architecture & Governance
- Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA.
- Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.
- Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person.
- Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context.
Policy & Compliance
- Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands.
- Protect account health across all brands.
- Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation.
- Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing.
- Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch.
- Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives.
- Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk.
AI-First Operating System
- Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review.
- Train UA managers to use Claude workflows correctly and consistently in their daily Google and Bing work.
- Evaluate workflow quality, improve the knowledge base over time, and turn successful processes into repeatable team standards.
- Use AI to increase team speed and quality while keeping human judgment, compliance, and account safety at the center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.

• Comfortable profiling performance, optimising I/O, and automating workflows.
• Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative, high-energy.
Nice-to-haves
• Exposure to ML workloads or data-processing pipelines.
• Experience with GPU clusters or CUDA.
• Open-source contributions or widely used internal tools.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
Financial Incentives (FIN) is where Garner's promise becomes real for a member: the moment they are paid back for choosing better care. Behind that simple experience sits one of the hardest problems in the company. FIN ingests claims and eligibility feeds from third-party administrators, adjudicates them against benefit rules, accumulates member benefit, and moves real funds through payments and treasury. It does this under heavy and growing load, carrying PHI and PII, at the point where high-volume data from outside partners first enters Garner. When FIN is right, members are paid accurately and on time. When it is wrong, the failure is financial and visible.
We are hiring a Director to lead FIN Engineering, accountable for the full function (ingestion, eligibility, adjudication, accumulation, and payments/treasury): its correctness, reliability, security, and the pace at which it improves. You will lead a large, multi-team function, own its multi-year roadmap, and contribute to company-wide planning. The role is hands-on-keys: you will stay close to the code, the designs, and the incidents to hold a real technical opinion, and set an engineering quality bar the rest of the department measures itself against.
You will report to the CTO and lead a group of Engineering Managers and senior individual contributors across FIN's value streams.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the outcomes, ingestion through payment.
Define what "correct" means for adjudication and money movement, and be accountable for adjudication accuracy, payment timeliness, ledger reconciliation, ingestion SLAs, and the roadmap that moves them.
Set the bar and the pace.
Establish the validation standards and definition of "done" the function ships against and hold the line under delivery pressure, running a performance culture on evidence: highest-value work first, manual toil automated away, engineers accountable for outcomes.
Stay close to the work.
Join the hard design reviews, read the code, dig into incidents, and hold defensible technical positions on adjudication logic, event contracts, data modeling, and money movement.
Make agent-first the default.
Make AI-native engineering how FIN works, not a side experiment: build the harnesses, validation frameworks, and Claude Skills that let squads ship faster and safer, and mature the org from assisted toward autonomous with real guardrails.
Own the technical direction.
Guide the backend toward event-contract boundaries that let teams ship independently and scale to tens of millions of claims, with the fault tolerance a pipeline that cannot drop or double-pay a claim demands, and own the security and data-integrity posture at the edge where partner data enters and funds leave: validate, quarantine, and reconcile rather than assume the inputs are clean.
Build and grow the team.
Hire, level, and develop Engineering Managers and senior ICs, own interviewer calibration, and design the org's structure and decision rights so ownership is clear.
Translate across the business.
Partner with the CTO, Product, Finance, Operations, and payment partners to turn business needs into technical plans and communicate risk and tradeoffs in terms leaders can act on.
The ideal candidate has:
10+ years building and operating high-scale, high-reliability backend systems, ideally ones that process large data volumes and/or move money.
5+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers, in a high-accountability, high-urgency environment.
Technical credibility at scale: you can reason through a design doc, a schema, or an incident timeline and write the validation criteria that catch failure.
An opinionated point of view on agent-first / AI-native engineering: not just that teams should use AI, but how to make it the default operating model and mature it safely from assisted toward autonomous.
Experience with the demands of sensitive data (regulated PHI/PII/financial data, unvalidated third-party inputs, encryption, access, audit) and an instinct for reconciliation-first design.
Fluency in distributed systems and modern cloud: event-driven architecture, idempotency, fault tolerance, backpressure, and data consistency under load, plus AWS and API design.
An ownership mindset: you move problems to resolution without being asked and optimize relentlessly for member and business impact.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
