ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT YOU
You're a product designer who owns problems, not screens. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can partner with PMs to shape direction, and know how to translate research insights into production-ready interfaces, working closely with engineers. You ship work that matters.
THE TEAM
Our AI Agent Tools team is building a new category of e-commerce experience: intelligent agents that guide shoppers, learn from merchandiser expertise, and drive real business outcomes. This is one of the most consequential design problems in retail right now, and it's wide open.
REQUIREMENTS
The Role
You'll be designing the future of product discovery: the moment a shopper goes from intent to purchase, reimagined through AI.
- You'll define what agentic shopping looks like — Not just chatbots bolted onto search, but genuinely new interaction patterns where AI understands what a shopper wants and helps them get there. There's no established playbook here. The patterns you set will shape how the rest of the industry approaches it.
- You'll shape how merchandisers control it — You will collaborate with Agent Orchestrators—professionals blending data analysis, design, and shopper psychology—to design the dashboard tools that allow them to configure, train, and optimize new shopping journeys without engineering support.
- You'll prove it works in the real world — From running UI experiments on live retailer sites to validating new shopping experiences with actual shopper data, your designs ship and get measured.
What You'll Own
- Research & validation — Conducting shopper research and running experiments alongside product and data teams to validate hypotheses with real input.
- Interaction design for agentic experiences — Mapping novel user flows where AI/LLMs drive the shopping journey, for both shoppers and the merchandisers who orchestrate them.
- Visual strategy — Defining a bold design direction that represents what product discovery looks like in 2027.
- High-fidelity delivery — Producing final mockups and assets across key surfaces: homepage, search, PDP, filtering, guided shopping, and agent configuration.
- UX patterns — Ensuring designs scale within Constructor's evolving design system and component library.
What We Value Beyond Craft
Beyond being a thoughtful designer, user advocate, and strong collaborator, here are a few things we really value:
- A goal-oriented, iterative mindset — You focus on solving high-impact problems and are comfortable learning, improving, and shipping quickly.
- Practical experience with research — You’ve led user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Experience designing for unfamiliar problems — You’ve worked on products where you had to understand complex workflows outside your own experience—especially in B2B contexts.
- Systems thinking — You spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions.
BENEFITS
- 🧠 Work with smart and empathetic people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
- 🎉 Regular team offsite events to connect and collaborate.
- 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live.
- 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year.
- 🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- 🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees.
- 📈 Stock options - offered in addition to the base salary

NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12, serving 100000+ students across 50+ countries. We are looking for a
Senior Growth Product Manager
who is also an entrepreneur at heart, someone who can reinvigorate funnels while simultaneously
prototyping and launching entirely new product experiences.
We don’t just want someone to manage a roadmap; we want a "Growth CEO" who can
reinvent
the high-stakes journey from initial sign-up to the first "Aha!" moment and the first purchase.
Your goal is to own the most critical window of the customer lifecycle: a potential customer experiencing our product for the first time and the subsequent choice to purchase a subscription. This includes the journey to the trial, the trial experience, the payment windows, the product mix, pricing and CRM control.
We are looking for a candidate who applies
CRO principles
not just for incremental gains, but to prototype entirely new ways for parents to discover, experience, and purchase our services.
What you’ll do
Prototype, test and implement new funnel approaches. You won't just "tweak" the journey from a customer becoming a lead to making a purchase; you will review all flows to eliminate friction and shorten the time-to-value.
You will expertly translate data to identify "leaks" in the funnel and turn those insights into high-impact product features.
Design and test trial experiences and product mixes that deliver consistent “Aha moments” to more customers leading to significant sales boosts. You will own the conversion engine from sign-up to the completion of the trial.
Activation journeys aren’t just about conversion. You will drive revenue by matching users with the right subscription tiers and value propositions. You will maximise upsell opportunities and ensure customers are matched with the optimal products to not only positively affect ARPU, but also boost LTV.
Partner with diverse teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations) to align acquisition strategies with the highest-converting customer journeys.
What you’ll have
5+ years of Product Management experience with a heavy focus on
Growth, Activation, and CRO
. You should have innate commercial intuition with a proven track record of successful product design.
You possess elite skills in performance tracking and product analytics. You don't guess; you are able to dig into, manipulate, and present data to prove your prototypes work.
Experience in managing international consumer products; you know how to adapt and reinvent funnels for diverse global markets.
Manage the Agile process with our engineering team, ensuring that prototypes are delivered and scaled with technical excellence.
You thrive in a 100% remote, distributed team environment and are a master of tools like JIRA and Slack.
Excellent spoken and written English.
What we offer
Fully remote work (core hours GMT+3).
A chance to shape the future of AI-driven education.
A fun, dynamic team that loves building innovative products.Unlimited holidays – because we trust you to deliver.
Bonuses and stock options – we grow together.

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers
About the team
You will join the Enterprise Technology & AI team. We're the backbone of the organisation, driving transformation in how GitLab team members make decisions, operate at scale, and deliver results for our customers.
We believe the best AI solutions start with understanding the system, not the technology. We value people who think in constraints and flow, who build with conviction, and who never stop learning. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous setting, guided by GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As our Technical Product Manager for Connectors, you are the master orchestrator of the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring Docebo talks seamlessly to the tools our customers love most. You aren’t just managing a list of integrations; you are building the mission-critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale. Your mission is to define "what good looks like" for native integration quality and hold the organisation accountable to it through clear, measurable outcomes.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Architect the Roadmap: Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM landscapes.
- Deep-Dive Discovery: Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure our PRDs are airtight before a single line of code is written.
- Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full "cradle-to-grave" journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track the heartbeat of our portfolio through connector adoption rates, sync reliability, and SLOs that prove our impact to GTM leadership.
- Eliminate Ambiguity: Write precision-engineered specifications—covering field mapping, conflict resolution, and error handling—so Engineering and QA can execute with total clarity.
- Enable the Field: Partner with Technical Writers and Sales to create "field-ready" guides and represent Docebo as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles.
- Evaluate the Build: Make the high-level call on whether to build, co-build, or partner for new categories, using a blend of technical depth and commercial savvy.
⚡ YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Integration Specialist: You have a black belt in enterprise APIs (REST, OAuth, SCIM) and understand why webhook reliability varies and how data model gaps create sync chaos.
- Hands-on Explorer: You don’t wait for a demo; you jump into Postman, call sandbox APIs, and prototype sync flows yourself to answer the tough questions.
- Precision Architect: You thrive in the details, crafting requirements that leave zero room for interpretation and ensuring our connectors are as reliable as they are functional.
- Metric-Minded Leader: You speak the language of SLOs and ARR, translating technical performance into commercial evidence that resonates with executive stakeholders.
- SaaS Savant: With 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Engineering, you’ve managed complex portfolios and know the HCM or LMS ecosystem inside and out.
- Commercial Navigator: You know exactly which integrations protect revenue at renewal and which ones unlock new market segments, and you can explain the "why" to anyone.
