WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within Eastern Canada. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
As an Account Executive you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts to drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8-12+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprises negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus.
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences
Additional Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of Fortune 2000 operations.

- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.

- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. You will collaborate closely with engineers across Vercel to make these powerful capabilities feel simple, composable, and native to the platform.
What you'll do
Design, build, and operate platform capabilities across Workflows, Queues, and Cron.
Help developers build applications and agents that coordinate background, event-driven, and scheduled work.

Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, well-tested code, production ownership, and clear technical communication.
Engage with developers and the open-source community to understand where background jobs, queues, and scheduling create friction—and use that feedback to improve the platform.
What you need
You have 5+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and open-source infrastructure or developer tools is a plus.
You are comfortable working across APIs, runtimes, storage, networking, and production operations.
You have experience with one or more of: job queues, schedulers, workflow orchestration, event-driven systems, state machines, stream processing, or durable execution.
You understand the tradeoffs behind delivery guarantees, retries, idempotency, concurrency, and fault tolerance—and can turn those tradeoffs into usable product primitives.
You write high-quality, well-tested code and enjoy solving complex technical problems.
You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and help a growing team converge on strong technical decisions.

AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling.
- 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them.
- 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity.
- 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk.
- 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review.
- 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics.
- ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms.
- 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership.
- 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
The Figma Research team is hiring an experienced researcher for our Rapid Research program. We're product builders who bring research expertise to the team, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to clarify problems, test ideas, and recommend what to change—often in one- to two-week sprints.
You'll rotate across product areas, ramp up quickly, and build relationships as you go, energized by unfamiliar products and ambiguous problems and ready to take initiative rather than wait for a fully scoped brief. You bring strong opinions about what makes a great experience, grounded in the needs of the people using it, spot connections across product areas, and combine deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise with a flexible, resourceful approach to moving quickly without sacrificing rigor. Beyond individual studies, you bring a clear point of view on what to build or change, tailor your communication to your audience, and are willing to challenge assumptions and say the hard thing with care—asking for help when you need it and offering it when others do.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Scope and run focused research in quick sprints, using sound methods to answer the questions most likely to change a product decision
Turn findings into specific recommendations a designer or PM can act on, working through tradeoffs and helping the team put them into practice
Present product recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, telling the story behind the data, not just reporting insights
Rotate across product areas and teams as needed, building credibility and relationships quickly without being embedded long-term
Contribute beyond research studies by using our products, joining design reviews, and helping teams recognize when they have enough information to act
Bring clarity to ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and adjust the scope or approach as you learn
Experiment with tools, templates, and workflows to make research faster and sharper
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in research at high-growth product organizations, UX/design agencies, or strategic consultancies focused on digital experiences
Proficiency in mixed methods research, including qualitative approaches such as interviews and quantitative approaches such as surveys and data analysis
Strong product judgment, with examples of specific recommendations you made and how they shaped the product, backed by strong communication and storytelling skills with a track record of securing executive buy-in
Experience ramping up quickly on new projects and delivering clear recommendations in one- to two-week research sprints, turning ambiguous problems into clear questions and a practical path forward
A scrappy, flexible approach, adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines while maintaining sound research methods, including active use of AI tools to improve speed, quality, or scale
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Proficiency in designing and prototyping, ideally within the Figma suite of tools
Familiarity with researching design tools, developer tools, creative software, or other products people use to build things
A background in product design, product management, or engineering
Ability to combine product analytics with qualitative research to inform recommendations
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Coding agents are only as good as the context they're given. Most explore a repository like a new hire on day one – grepping, opening files, guessing. JetBrains Context replaces that with actual knowledge of your whole codebase and resources, served to any agent that asks. If you want to own the layer that decides what an agent knows before it writes a single line, this is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As agents get better at searching for themselves, what is the durable value of a managed retrieval layer? We need someone with an opinionated answer to own JetBrains Context as a product – defining what it is for, who it is for, how we measure success, and where it goes next.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the product from a terminal and agent session rather than slides. You'll bridge the technical core and cross-functional teams: collaborating closely with engineering and ML teams on indexing pipelines and retrieval quality, working with Air, IDE, and Junie teams on integrations, and partnering with marketing, developer advocacy, sales, and customer success on positioning and adoption. You'll take full ownership of defining problem statements, setting explicit trade-offs, and balancing cost, latency, and freshness across the platform.
Day to day, you will:
Build and maintain a deep working understanding of chunking, embeddings, index freshness, retrieval, reranking, and agent-facing surfaces.
Define and defend an opinionated vision for the product's evolution, including explicit target audiences, use cases, and key success metrics.
Translate product strategy into actionable problem statements, priorities, plans, and milestones with an explicit definition of “done”.
Communicate product direction clearly to engineering, leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
Analyze competing context and code-search products through direct use to establish clear differentiators and identify gaps.
Define core operational and product metrics – index freshness, retrieval quality, agent task outcomes, adoption, retention, and unit economics – to guide decision-making.
Represent the product externally by sharing roadmaps, publishing updates, speaking to developer audiences, and gathering community feedback.
Partner with ML teams on model evaluation and platform teams on service scale, reliability, and cost.
What you’ll bring
A well-argued point of view on where AI-first development is going and what agents genuinely need from a context layer.
Comfort with technical depth across embeddings, retrieval quality, sub-agents, tool-calling, indexing costs, and API design.
The habit of using the product you build daily alongside competitors' tools.
Communication that adapts to different audiences, from staff engineers and enterprise architects to conference attendees.
A data-informed approach that combines telemetry, evaluation results, customer conversations, and market signals.
Comfort with ambiguity and a preference for defining a new category over copying an existing one.
What you’ll need
Proven experience owning a complex developer, platform, or infrastructure product end to end, including strategy and roadmap.
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI coding tools and agent workflows.
The technical capability to work directly with engineering on retrieval behavior, APIs, data models, and integration surfaces.
The ability to define metrics for quality-sensitive products and build evaluation habits that maintain product standards.
Experience communicating a product externally through written content, talks, or community engagement.
Practical experience with search, retrieval, RAG, developer search, or static analysis at scale is a plus.
What success looks like
Within your first months, you'll form and share a clear thesis for what JetBrains Context is and is not – one the engineering team recognizes as theirs and leadership can invest in. You'll establish a metrics story that distinguishes real retrieval quality from vanity usage, a roadmap with clear trade-offs, and a documented evaluation of serious competitors.
Longer term, success means JetBrains Context becomes a deliberate choice for developers and organizations, agents get measurably better answers because it exists, enterprises adopt it for its governance and scale, and the market clearly understands its unique value because you've communicated it effectively.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter in Tokyo to partner closely with our Japan leadership team to attract, engage, and close top talent from an array of backgrounds. In this role, you’ll help build our Japan organization in a high-ownership, high-growth environment. We will look to you to advise and consult with hiring managers and interviewers, proactively source and engage future Notinos, and design a rigorous hiring processes while ensuring a delightful candidate experience.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the Japan recruiting process for GTM roles, primarily for Solutions Consultants (direct sales) and other GTM roles.
- Operate autonomously across the end-to-end cycle, from direct sourcing and screening through close, while ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience at every step.
- Run role kick-off meetings, define profiles, and align interview plans and scorecards to drive consistent, high-quality decisions.
- Utilize internal hiring metrics and external market data to proactively propose recommendations and solutions to leaders.
- Drive our diversity and inclusion strategy forward, with a heavy emphasis on sourcing and maintaining a well-balanced and diverse top-of-funnel candidate slate.
- Build and nurture future talent pipelines for priority Japan GTM roles.
- Establish trusted partnerships with the Japan leadership team to ensure Notion hires the right talent at the right time to achieve the company’s ambitious goals.
- Ensure scalable, structured hiring plans for all roles with a strong sense of urgency and agency, while building repeatable processes and creative solutions that help the recruiting team scale for years to come.
- Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process, and build a customized close for each candidate.
- Collaborate closely with peers and cross-functional partners, including Recruiting Coordinators, HRBPs/People Partners, Compensation Partners, Recruiting Operations, Executive Operations Partners, and Revenue Operations.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, in-house environment. Agency background is also welcome if you have full-cycle IT/SaaS sales hiring experience.
- You have a track record of directly sourcing, qualifying, and closing exceptional GTM talent (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Professional Services) based in Tokyo.
- You can partner with, manage, and influence leadership stakeholders effectively. You have coached and guided hiring managers and interviewers through the full recruiting process.
- You have built diverse candidate pipelines and helped hiring managers build inclusive teams.
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese (written and spoken fluency in both are required.)
- You have a relentless focus on delivering a high-touch, high-quality recruiting experience, while respecting candidates’ and hiring managers’ time.
- You can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- You’re a team player with an optimistic attitude, and you’re comfortable wearing many hats in a smaller organization.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You have owned the end-to-end hiring process at global SaaS companies.
- You have managed roles and candidates across regions outside of Japan.
- You’re a Notion power user!
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

Runway is growing fast, and so is the surface area of what users need to learn. We're looking for an Education Content Specialist to keep our Help Center accurate, our Academy content well-produced, and our users set up for success from day one.
You'll sit within the Experience & Enterprise Enablement team, working closely with the Education & Enablement lead to execute against a content roadmap that spans written documentation, video scripts, and self-service resources. Every feature launch will have your fingerprints on it. You're the person who makes sure users don't have to guess.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Write, update, and maintain Help Center articles across product features, billing, policies, and troubleshooting — keeping documentation accurate as the product moves fast
- Coordinate with engineering and product at launch time to ensure articles are live before features ship
- Audit existing Help Center content for accuracy and discoverability; surface recommendations based on support ticket trends and user feedback
- Create and maintain self-service content — FAQs, quick-start guides, troubleshooting flows — that reduces ticket volume and helps users help themselves
- Draft scripts for Runway Academy video tutorials, walkthroughs, and course modules
- Support production of Academy content: create supporting assets, prepare materials for recording, and help get finished content published and organized
- Build and maintain a library of templates, prompt guides, and project starters across Runway's tools
- Support production and publishing of office hours, webinars, and live Q&A sessions
- Keep Help Center documentation and Academy content consistent and cross-referenced
- Track the performance of content you've produced — article engagement, search deflection, CSAT — and flag gaps to the Education & Enablement lead
- Work with legal to ensure usage policies and terms are accurately reflected in customer-facing content
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, education content, or a similar role at a software or SaaS company
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear, user-friendly language — across articles, scripts, and guides
- Experience shipping documentation on tight timelines with cross-functional dependencies
- Comfort with help center platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar) and content management systems
- Familiarity with video content production and an instinct for how to structure and pace educational content
- Strong editorial judgment — you catch inconsistencies before they go live
- Organized and autonomous working style; you can manage a documentation backlog while staying responsive to urgent launch needs
- A bias toward action and a belief that no task is too small
- Familiarity building with LLMs to streamline and automate processes
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI or creative tools — with genuine curiosity about how they work
- Background in or passion for the creative space — video, design, animation, or related fields
- Experience using support data (ticket volume, search queries, CSAT, completion rates) to prioritize content work

The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
Tempo is building the future of enterprise payments on-chain, and we need someone to own the success of our partners after they sign. As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage a book of enterprise customers as their primary point of contact—from onboarding and integration through launch and ongoing growth.
This is a founding role. You’ll build trusted relationships with your partners while defining the playbooks, processes, and feedback loops that turn early design partners into long-term anchors of our ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Account Management
- Own a portfolio of partners as their primary post-sales contact, accountable for relationship health, technical success, and ongoing engagement
- Build deep knowledge of each partner’s use case, architecture, and business goals, translating them into clear account plans and success milestones
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress, address risks, and identify opportunities for deeper adoption alongside the Partnerships team
Onboarding & Technical Success
- Own the handoff from GTM and guide partners through onboarding, integration, and production launch
- Work with partner engineering teams to define integration scope, resolve blockers, and establish production readiness
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues, coordinating with engineering and product and keeping partners informed through resolution
- Provide ongoing technical guidance as partners scale their implementations and adopt new Tempo capabilities
Ecosystem & Scale
- Develop repeatable playbooks for onboarding, account management, and integration support across enterprise and ecosystem segments
- Establish account health metrics and success frameworks to proactively identify adoption gaps and partner risks
- Act as the voice of your partners internally, translating feedback into actionable product, engineering, and documentation improvements
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in technical account management, technical customer success, or a similar role at a blockchain, API-first, or fintech infrastructure company
- Experience managing a book of partners or customers, carrying relationships from signed agreement through scaled production deployment
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and infrastructure; comfortable troubleshooting alongside developers and engineering teams
- Comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders, connecting implementation details to business outcomes
- High EQ and strong ownership; partners trust you as an extension of their team, and you follow through on commitments
- Experience with payments, blockchain infrastructure, or validator operations is a strong plus
ATTRIBUTES
- Scrappy and hands-on—you’ll dig into a complex integration without being asked
- Proactive and anticipatory; you identify risks before they become partner problems
- Organized and dependable, balancing priorities across a growing portfolio
- Clear communicator who translates technical complexity into business value
- Energized by ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
- Deeply curious about payments, blockchain infrastructure, and the ecosystem being built around stablecoins
