You'll take ownership of projects that matter, make critical technical decisions, and contribute your unique perspective to our product vision. Working alongside passionate experts across design, product, and data, you'll help shape the future of how people work.
We're looking for an Early Career AI Engineer to join as a strategic partner in shaping Notion's AI vision. You'll work on cutting-edge AI-powered features, leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and other AI technologies to make Notion more intelligent and capable.
This role may be aligned to one of multiple AI-focused teams at Notion. Depending on team match and business needs, you could work on:
- AI product engineering: building model-powered features end-to-end (UX, APIs, retrieval, orchestration, quality, and reliability)
- Model & systems engineering: improving model integration and performance (latency, cost, safety, robustness) and building the infrastructure that supports model serving and experimentation

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Partner with your team to prototype and ship an AI-powered product improvement

- Thoughtful problem-solving: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You think about the implications of what you're building and how it will impact real people's lives. You can navigate ambiguity successfully, decompose complex problems into clean solutions, while also balancing the business impact of what you’re building.
- Impact-driven approach to technology: You see technologies as tools to achieve user impact rather than ends in themselves. You stay current with the latest tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development environments, you're pragmatic about choosing the right tool for the job, focusing on what delivers the most value to users and the business.
- Proactive communication and high agency: You own your work, communicating clearly about progress and blockers. You ask questions when needed while independently finding solutions to problems.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead our Financial Incentives team. This role will report to the Head of Product. Your team owns the financial layer that drives world-class engagement amongst Garner members and steers them to top-performing providers by making Garner the most convenient and affordable way to pay for healthcare.
You will lead 3-4 teams responsible for the member-facing incentive experience, our portfolio of payment mechanisms (card, HRA, HSA contributions, direct provider payment, and emerging alternatives), employer-facing plan design and coverage policies, and the core platform that adjudicates claims, moves money, and reports on it. Today, Garner reimburses $100M+/yr and growing in patient bills annually: you will be responsible for making that experience delightful for members, trusted by employers, and resilient at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the strategy and roadmap for Garner’s Financial Incentives portfolio, spanning the member incentive experience, the suite of payment mechanisms (card, HRA, HSA, direct provider payment), employer-facing plan design and coverage policies, and the underlying claims adjudication, payments, and ledger platform.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Payment Foundations team, responsible for building a secure, reliable, and scalable platform for money movement across Garner. This role is the core platform enabling Garner’s financial incentives, which drives best-in-class health and financial outcomes for patients and employers. This role reports to the VP of Product Management.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own Garner’s payments platform strategy and roadmap, including payment systems, financial ledger, payments data products, and payment operations tools.
Be the internal and external owner for Garner’s payment partner and vendor integrations, including our payment processing and card vendors, bank partners, and HSA provider integrations.
Drive development of APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities that enable teams across Garner to initiate, track, and reconcile money movement safely and reliably.
Establish company-wide standards for compliance, financial reporting, and incident response.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 payments products and use cases. Example projects include designing a financial ledger to record member account balances and transactions, developing automated integrations with Health Savings Account providers to make deposits on behalf of members, and expanding reimbursement methods for members through Paypal or Venmo.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or platform product end-to-end
Strong systems thinking and detail orientation — you instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
Strong technical background, with experience owning technical products APIs, integrations, and data systems
Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders
Bonus: experience building financial or other highly-regulated products, or large-scale financial systems
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, help improve how we detect and respond to incidents, analyze trends and patterns in production data, and contribute to better communication with partners and stakeholders during incidents.
Strong troubleshooting skills, observability platform experience, and scripting ability are essential, along with experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms in the gaming industry. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — when writing incident updates, shift handoffs, and status page communications will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about keeping critical systems running and continuously improving operational processes and love being the first to spot issues and the one who drives them to resolution for game developers and players worldwide, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US

From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.
Triage and investigate production incidents — create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, perform initial technical investigation using Datadog (traces, logs, infrastructure and application metrics), determine blast radius and likely root cause domain, and route to the correct team (Product SRE, Infrastructure SRE, or Engineering) using the smart routing model.
Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end from detection through resolution — diagnose, execute runbook procedures, and resolve without escalation where possible. Escalate promptly when an incident is unresolved within defined thresholds or requires a code-level fix.
Support the TSO Lead during major incidents as the technical right hand in the war room — surface real-time data (error rates, impact scope, deployment history, related alerts), maintain the incident ticket with live timeline entries and linked evidence, and execute mitigation actions as directed.
Draft incident communications under TSO Lead direction, including internal Slack updates, stakeholder notifications, and customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com). Support clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
During non-incident periods, analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — compile data from Datadog, JIRA, and Slack, identify patterns, and contribute findings to regular reports for product and engineering teams.
Compile incident timelines and draft initial PIR documents for Post-Incident Review preparation. Track PIR action items post-session and flag overdue items to the TSO Lead.
Build and maintain operational automation (alert enrichment scripts, incident templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and contribute to runbook development — documenting new resolution procedures so they can be repeated by any Operations Engineer on any shift.
Conduct structured shift handoffs covering active incidents, at-risk services, upcoming deployments, and follow-up items. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with SREs to continuously expand independent resolution capability.
Cover for the TSO Lead during vacations, absences, or emergencies — including severity classification, escalation decisions, stakeholder communications, and basic Incident Commander functions.
Publish health reports of critical apps periodically.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a gaming company is required — you understand the pace, player expectations, live operations dynamics, and the operational demands of the gaming industry.
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment.
Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.
Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash. You will write automation scripts, build operational tooling, and work with APIs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to write incident tickets, investigation notes, Slack updates, shift handoff reports, status page communications, and PIR drafts that are clear, concise, and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) — understanding of pods, deployments, services, ingress, node health, and how to investigate Kubernetes-related production issues.
Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and burn-rate alerting — knowing what a multi-window burn-rate alert means, how error budgets deplete, and how SLO breaches translate into incident severity.
Experience with incident management tooling: JIRA or JIRA Service Management, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, Slack, and Confluence.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) is required.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, synthetic monitoring, and RUM (Real User Monitoring).
Experience with distributed systems debugging: tracing failures across microservices, understanding cascading failures, and reading distributed traces end-to-end.
Exposure to database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) at a level sufficient to investigate connection pool exhaustion, replication lag, slow queries, or queue backlogs during incidents.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm) — enough to correlate recent deployments with production issues and identify rollback targets.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, automation rules, SLA timers, and queues.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus but not required — practical experience matters more.

Position Summary:
The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market, the near-term focus is Pricing & Monetization Analytics, while the broader mandate is to build scalable analytical frameworks applicable across any strategic finance domain the business identifies. A defining attribute of the role is the hands-on application of AI/ML to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis.
Build and maintain in-house financial and profitability models that evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions, beginning with pricing and commercial strategy and expanding to other strategic finance domains. Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on packaging, pricing changes, GTM strategies, and investment trade-offs, measured against NRR, ARR, and contribution margin.
AI-Led Modernization of the Analytics Toolkit.
Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting, raising the speed and sophistication of decision support across the function. Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools that give Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders consistent, decision-ready intelligence.
Pricing & Monetization Analytics.
Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies. Track pricing and monetization KPIs (discount compliance, revenue realization, contribution margin) against targets, and quantify the financial impact of commercial governance decisions including pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
Executive & Profitability Reporting.
Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to ELT and GTM leadership, including a measurement framework that tracks strategic initiative effectiveness, monetization outcomes, and contribution margin across products, segments, and geographies. Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle, and with Revenue Assurance and Finance Ops to remediate pricing-related revenue risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support.
Act as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings, models, and recommendations to senior leadership in executive-ready format, and contribute to Board and investor materials covering pricing strategy, monetization performance, and platform progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record building revenue, profitability, or pricing models and translating them into decision support (the core qualification for the role).
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (including LLMs and predictive modelling) to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows — a defining attribute of the role, not a nice-to-have.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Pricing or monetization experience (an asset, not a requirement)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and executive-grade data visualization.
Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
