- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Equity is a big part of how we reward the people building ElevenLabs, and the programme is growing fast across many countries. You'll own the day-to-day running of it: keeping our cap table accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time.
You'll work with Finance, Legal and People to turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication. That includes issuing grants, supporting 409A and local valuations, and answering employee questions about their equity.
We're looking for someone who is meticulous about the numbers and who treats employees as customers. You'll find ways to automate the repetitive work, using AI wherever it makes things faster and more reliable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform such as Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements and reconciliations.
- Experience administering equity across multiple jurisdictions, including tracking globally mobile participants and coordinating with Tax and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules and employee lifecycle changes, with working knowledge of relevant tax-advantaged schemes such as US ISOs and UK EMI or CSOP plans.
- Experience reconciling equity data with People, Talent, Payroll and Accounting records.
- Understanding of stock-based compensation accounting sufficient to provide reliable data and support Finance with US GAAP and local reporting requirements.
- Experience building and documenting equity processes and controls, managing deadlines independently and resolving discrepancies.
- Clear communication skills, sound judgement when handling confidential information and a strong focus on employee support.
Bonus:
- Experience at a fast-growing startup, familiarity with 409A processes, or a record of automating equity workflows.
- Certification (e.g. CEP or similar)
- Experience with IPO process or having supported transition from private to public

ABOUT THE ROLE
Help build the engine behind what traders love
We are hiring a Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to power our Active Trader business. This is the person who turns strategy into shipped work—the operational backbone who keeps creative projects, compliance reviews, and campaign briefs moving on time and at quality. You don't need to be a trader yourself, but financial literacy and genuine curiosity about markets will help you move fast and speak the same language as the rest of the pod.
You'll be the connective tissue of the Active Trader marketing team. Where our Product Marketing Managers set direction and shape narrative, you make it real: building briefs, running the creative pipeline, managing legal and compliance review, and keeping every campaign coordinated across a busy set of stakeholders. You'll own the systems and rituals that let a small team ship a lot, without dropping details or missing a regulatory requirement.
You'll thrive here if you're energized by getting things organized, love making messy processes simple, and take pride in being the person everyone trusts to have the details covered.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own the campaign operating rhythm: Run the end-to-end workflow for Active Trader campaigns, from brief to creative to launch to results analysis so work ships on time, on message, and on budget. Build and maintain the trackers, timelines, and intake process that keep the pod aligned.
- Write and manage briefs: Turn strategic direction into clear, complete creative and campaign briefs that give designers, copywriters, and partners everything they need. Chase down the open questions before they become delays.
- Drive creative project management: Coordinate designers, writers, agencies, and cross-functional partners across concurrent projects. Manage scope, feedback loops, versions, and approvals so creative lands polished and on schedule.
- Own compliance and legal review: Be the point person for getting marketing materials through legal, compliance, and regulatory review (e.g., CIRO requirements). Understand what's required, prep submissions cleanly, track approvals, and build the guardrails that keep us both fast and compliant.
- Keep stakeholders coordinated: Partner daily with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Design, Legal/Compliance, and external vendors—making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
- Track and report results: Stand up the reporting and post-mortem process so we know what shipped, what worked, and what to do differently. Keep budgets and timelines honest.
- Leverage AI to streamline operations: Use AI tools to speed up briefing, drafting, reporting, and project coordination, and to remove friction from repetitive work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience: in marketing operations, campaign management, creative/project management, or agency account/traffic management—ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven project management chops: You've run multiple concurrent campaigns or creative projects end-to-end and kept them on time, on scope, and on quality.
- Experience managing compliance or regulatory review: Financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a strong plus; you know how to move fast and stay within the lines.
- Excellent briefing and written communication: You write clear briefs and crisp updates, and you make complex processes feel simple.
- Financial literacy and curiosity about markets: You don't need to be an active trader, but you're comfortable with financial concepts and eager to learn the trader audience.
- Sharp attention to detail: You catch the typo, the missing approval, and the date that doesn't line up.
- Comfort with tools and light data: Familiarity with project management and marketing tools; basic comfort reading a dashboard or a simple dataset (SQL is a nice-to-have).
- Fluency with AI tools: Experience using AI tools that boost productivity and reduce busywork.
- Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity: You make things happen without waiting to be told.
- Growth mindset and a service orientation: You take pride in making the whole team better and shipping quality work.

The Role
Own a portfolio of small and mid-sized advertisers across South Africa, selling media solutions on behalf of our partner platforms. This is a new-business hunting role first and an account management role second. If you are energised by clear targets and an active client list, this is your seat.
What You Will Do
Revenue and growth
Deliver your quarterly portfolio (BU) target, agreed with your Sales Manager. 100% achievement meets expectations.
Track against year-to-date and annual targets, quarter on quarter.
Grow your portfolio 20% year on year and retain 80% of your existing client base.
Generate 10% of quarterly revenue from new business: clients not yet onboarded, or inactive for 6+ months.
Reactivate 10 churned accounts every quarter (no spend for two full quarters or more) through proactive outreach and welcome-back incentives.
Send at least 2 revenue-driving proposals per week (deck, one-pager or email with a clear idea plus KPIs or benchmarks).
Account management
Hold at least 8 client or agency meetings per week (in person, virtual or by phone), each logged with a recap.
Run at least 6 client workshops per quarter (2 per month) and stay in weekly contact with clients.
Deliver at least 2 post-campaign reports per week, plus QBRs for key accounts.
Support Ad Ops to drive delivery and help clients reach campaign KPIs: optimise, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
Spot and close upsells (IO top-ups, budget additions, extensions) and record them at project level in Salesforce.
Product and client knowledge
Know each client's business, history, spend and campaign performance.
Build deep working knowledge of our partner platforms, their products and updates, and educate clients through workshops.
Administration and Ad Ops
Execute Ad Ops processes accurately and on time, in line with Aleph procedures: trafficking bookings, sending IOs for signature, creating ad accounts, loading or publishing funds and granting access.
Reconcile client accounts, monitoring Go-Lives, slow-pacing IOs and expiring budgets.
Maintain tool expertise, internal process proficiency and administrative hygiene.
Salesforce and sales hygiene
Log everything in Salesforce: emails, calls, meetings, contacts, companies and upsells.
Maintain a BANT-qualified pipeline with genuine week-on-week movement and accurate closing dates.
Submit a bottoms-up weekly forecast within 20% of your agreed quarterly target.
Send meeting recaps within 24–48 hours, respond internally and externally within 24 hours, and escalate any opportunity delayed beyond 72 hours.
Keep client folders and collateral current on the shared drive (linked, never attached).
Schedule prep and debrief time around meetings, with a written agenda in every invite.
Prepare a handover document with a designated buddy for all approved leave.
Who You Are
3+ years in digital media, adtech or platform sales, ideally across SMB or high-volume portfolios
A genuine hunter — you enjoy cold outreach, you work the reactivation list, and you do not wait for inbound
Relentless energy and activity levels: five meetings and two proposals a week without being asked twice
Disciplined in CRM — you treat Salesforce as your own forecasting tool, not as admin
Confident presenting to founders, marketing managers and agency teams, and comfortable running workshops
Commercially sharp, resilient under target pressure, and quick to turn a client conversation into a proposal
Johannesburg-based, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Location: Tokyo, Japan
Location: Japan (Tokyo)
Type: Contractor (12 months to start)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a contractor based in Japan to support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan and Korea.
This role will focus on building strong relationships with students and campus communities, supporting locally relevant community activations, surfacing meaningful student stories and insights, and helping establish the foundations for sustained student engagement over time.
About the Team
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
The Community team focuses on finding exceptional power users of our tools and turning real usage into stories and signals that shape both product direction and how the world understands OpenAI. We do that by learning directly from users, then working together to package up insights and use cases into formats that can travel: playbooks, webpages, launch assets, event series and clear “here’s how people actually use this” guidance.
About the Role
ChatGPT and OpenAI’s broader tools can help students learn, create, build and solve problems in new ways. But for many, discovering meaningful ways to use AI can still feel like navigating a black box without an instruction manual.
The OpenAI community exists to bridge that gap by working directly with the people using our technology every day.
Our role sits across three core areas:
- Build direct relationships and channels with student leaders and their communities
- Amplify how these cohorts are actually using AI, enabling peer-to-peer learning and accelerating adoption through real examples
- Channel insights and feedback from these communities into our product and research teams
Our current student engagements serve as a key entry point for building long-term relationships with students and priority campuses—helping us identify emerging power users and support growing communities through authentic, student-led engagement.
The goal is for every participant to leave not only with an “I wonder if…,” but with the confidence to build with AI—and a community to learn alongside.
This role will report to the Community Lead, APAC and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our external agency partner to support the growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts primarily in Japan, and selected engagement efforts in Korea.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan, with opportunities to support relevant engagement efforts in Korea
- Identify, recruit, and onboard students to participate in our global OpenAI Student Collective program
- Build partnerships with student clubs and campus communities to host Labs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, hosts, and campus partners
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, logistics, and event execution; resolve issues and remove blockers
- Represent OpenAI on Campus
- Develop and maintain dashboards and systems to track events, performance, and program scale - including student participation and event engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Source, review, and curate stories and use cases across events and online communities
- Publish progress updates and monthly recaps, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Community team to improve, maintain community resources, including guides, templates and checklists.
Qualification
Must have:
- 5 years experience building, managing or growing communities, ideally student or campus-based communities.
- Excellent execution skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, from onboarding and event coordination to story capture and reporting..
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving follow-through.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with students, partners and internal teams.
- Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Docs / Sheets, Airtable or similar workflow systems.
- Willingness to travel for student community activations across Japan, and occasionally Korea where relevant
- Japanese language proficiency
Bonus:
- Active participation in tech and AI communities, with a strong understanding of how these ecosystems operate beyond top-line metrics
- Strong interest in AI and familiarity with how the space is evolving, including emerging product and agent experiences.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Strong relationships with student communities, clubs or universities in Japan and Korea
- Korean language proficiency

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. Our goal is for Claude to close the loop on scientific discovery, and a significant part of this is helping Claude to drive scientific hardware and software. You'll help deploy the Model Hardware Standard (MHS) to labs doing the world’s most important research. You’ll scale what you learn in the field by contributing back to the standard, building scalable assets, and driving associated internal product and research direction.
Responsibilities
Work with labs to automate their experiments end-to-end with Claude - from advising, to prototyping, to writing production code.
Drive product, engineering and research direction based on field experience - e.g. building evals to measure limitations of our models in the physical world (capabilities and safety), developing new features on MHS, etc.
Scale your impact to the long tail of labs through reusable cookbooks, documentation, and other assets.
Be an EMEA ambassador for Claude in the lab - you’ll both inspire and build trust with scientific audiences, from small settings to large conferences.

A scientist's instinct for how experiments work: you can spot what's worth automating, and where AI might fail or be unsafe in the physical world.
Experience working directly with external customers or partners in a technical role.
Clear written and verbal communication: you’ll write docs other labs can use without you and give talks that inspire and earn researchers' trust.
A scrappy mentality–comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and doing whatever it takes to further the mission.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£225,000

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Manage traffic and intake: evaluate briefs, flag out-of-scope requests, manage sprint scheduling, and allocate resources based on team capacity.
Operations & Process Improvement
Own key PMO operations by refining Asana templates, documentation, and intake workflows to make studio operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
Support studio-wide operational initiatives, including resourcing models, tooling, reporting, and adopting AI-enabled creative production workflows in partnership with our Creative AI Technologist.
Risk Mitigation & Team Mentorship
Identify project risks early and implement effective solution strategies to keep work moving smoothly without compromising quality.
Motivate and guide creative project teams, sharing best practices across the PMO and supporting less experienced project managers and freelancers.
