Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt are building the open data infrastructure that powers AI agents you can trust.
Fivetran is looking for a Staff R&D Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Fivetran AI team. Your data stack was built for humans — but agents are the new primary data consumers, and they have fundamentally different requirements. Agents can’t intuit context; it must be explicitly codified, governed, and traceable. We’re building the governed context layer that solves this problem: Agents Schema, an open standard for storing agent-ready context directly in the customer’s own data warehouse, and Context Builder, the managed service that keeps it filled and fresh.
This role goes well beyond standard engineering. You’ll research emerging techniques in the fast-moving AI landscape and bring real product and market understanding to decide which ideas are worth pursuing — and then you’ll take what you’ve learned and ship it as production software. We’re looking for a true generalist who is willing and able to wear whatever hat the moment calls for: prototyping a new retrieval technique one week, hardening a backend service the next, then doing SRE or QA work when the team needs it. At this level, you’re expected to be a trusted expert beyond your own team — defining technical direction that other teams build on, taking high-level direction and turning it into concrete plans with a high degree of independence, and using sound judgment to decide what deserves your attention. Fivetran AI operates like a startup within Fivetran, and we need engineers who thrive on that range and ambiguity rather than staying in one lane.
Fivetran is the epitome of data-driven development — our engineering team is focused on building a world class product that:
Builds Infrastructure Agents Can Trust
— join our mission to deliver the governed context layer that AI agents depend on: accurate semantic definitions, traceable lineage, data contracts, and auditable history baked in from the start.
Embraces Open Standards
— help build portable, interoperable data infrastructure: Agents Schema, open formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), MCP-native interfaces, and connector skills that work with any model and any compute.
Scales Without Breaking
— work to make Fivetran AI efficient at agent scale, where unit costs deflate as volume grows and context retrieval is fast, accurate, and cost-controlled.
We emphasize using no-nonsense tools and take great pride in the simplicity and effectiveness of the systems we build. Our back-end is built on Java, Python, Postgres, and Kubernetes, and our front-end is built on React and TypeScript.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python, Java, SQL, dbt, LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), vector databases, BigQuery / Snowflake / Databricks, MCP protocol, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes
What You’ll Do
Research emerging techniques in retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI, and decide what’s actually worth pursuing for Fivetran AI’s roadmap — then convince others
Prototype new ideas quickly, then take the ones that prove out and turn them into shipped, production-grade features
Define technical direction that spans multiple teams within Fivetran AI, ensuring architecture decisions made in one area don’t create problems in another
Build and maintain both back-end and front-end systems for the Fivetran AI product — from Agents Schema pipelines to the Context Catalog UI
Drive the AISQL capability forward: natural language to SQL grounded in dbt metric definitions, executed natively against the warehouse
Take ownership of production reliability across the platform: on-call rotation, incident response, and SRE work to keep the system trustworthy at scale
Set the bar for testing and QA practices, and do hands-on QA work yourself when it matters most
Use coding agents to automate the repetitive parts of the job, freeing up time for the research and design work that needs a human
Take high-level direction from product and leadership and independently define and execute the concrete plan to get there
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the Fivetran AI team
Contribute to hiring by participating in and helping shape the interview process
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of programming experience across Python and/or Java, with the ability to move fluidly between back-end and front-end work
Considered a trusted expert beyond your own team, able to exert influence and define technical direction across multiple teams
Comfortable reading AI/ML research and turning promising findings into working prototypes, then production systems
Strong product and market awareness — able to judge which emerging techniques are worth building versus which are hype
Track record of taking ambiguous, high-level direction and independently defining and executing the concrete work to deliver it
Experience with SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
Genuine willingness to work across the full stack: research, backend, frontend, SRE, and QA, as the team’s needs demand
Writes well-structured, performant code and can dive into unfamiliar codebases to suggest improvements
Experience using coding agents or similar AI tooling to speed up day-to-day engineering work
Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and influence technical decisions beyond your immediate team
Thrives in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of ownership
Bonus Skills
Experience with LLM-powered applications — RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation frameworks, or agent frameworks
Familiarity with semantic layers — dbt, LookML, Sigma, or similar
Experience with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem or building AI agent integrations
Background in site reliability engineering — monitoring, alerting, incident response
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or building data connectors
Experienced working in a cloud environment utilizing AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or Docker
Contributions to open source AI or data projects

About the Opportunity
The Workplace IT Specialist ensures a reliable, secure, and high-quality workplace technology experience for employees across our EEA-region offices. Based in our Malta office, this role is the primary owner of local office IT and workplace facilities, and the first-line point of contact for EEA-region user support. The role also provides remote backup and support for other EEA offices as needed, and works as part of our Global IT team.
Second-line support for SaaS platforms and network infrastructure is handled by the broader Global IT team; this role focuses on delivering first-line support and knowing when to escalate. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, works well independently, and looks for ways to improve day-to-day IT operations through automation and process improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, business applications, and workplace technology, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues for the Malta office and EEA-region users.
Provide first-line, user-facing support for our collaboration, productivity, and business applications, helping employees resolve day-to-day usage questions.
Manage the local endpoint lifecycle — device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, asset inventory, and secure device retirement — in line with Global IT standards and security policies.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding: device preparation, account provisioning, access requests, and introducing new employees to IT systems, security practices, and workplace technology.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the local office's workplace technology, including conference room AV systems, video conferencing, VOIP, printers, CCTV, access control systems, and other office infrastructure.
Troubleshoot first-line endpoint, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, identity, and access issues, escalating to and collaborating with the Global IT Operations team on anything beyond first-line.
Support Global IT initiatives, office moves, technology refreshes, and security projects as they affect the local office and the EEA region.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation, using AI-powered tools and automation to improve documentation quality and reduce repetitive work.
Own the local end-user support experience: manage support requests, maintain SLA adherence, spot recurring issues, and suggest improvements to IT service delivery.
What We Look For In You
2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, IT Operations, or a similar enterprise technical support environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting enterprise productivity platforms such as Google Workspace and Lark Suite, with a working understanding of SSO authentication fundamentals, endpoint security, password management, and drive encryption.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, operating systems, networking basics, and endpoint technologies.
Fluent, professional English, with the ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. (Hard requirement.)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as the sole on-site IT presence in Malta, with sound judgment on when to escalate to the broader Global IT team.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and produce high-quality documentation.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join a cross‑functional group of app monetization subject matter experts who partner directly with RevenueCat customers and prospects. As part of the broader Customer Growth org, this team designs and implements high‑impact paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat’s no‑code builders and experimentation tools, then feeds learnings back into our product, templates, and educational content
You’ll also collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and advocacy teams to turn real‑world project outcomes into templates, case studies, webinars, and best‑practice guides for the broader app community
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior CRO Designer, Paywalls & Funnels, you’ll be the person RevenueCat customers trust when the question is: “How do we get more users to convert and stay subscribed?”
You will:
- Design & build high‑converting paywalls and funnels
- Use RevenueCat’s paywall and experiment builders to design, configure, and ship paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade paths, and win‑back experiences for mobile apps across categories
- Translate brands and product value props into clear, compelling paywall layouts, messaging, and pricing presentations
- Lead conversion optimization projects for customers and prospects
- Run structured discovery with customers and prospects to understand their business model, audience, and constraints
- Propose experiment plans (e.g., value prop framing, pricing presentation, trial vs. no‑trial, placement and timing of paywalls)
- Partner with apps to launch multivariate tests and interpret results, using RevenueCat’s analytics and experimentation tooling
- Codify patterns into reusable assets
- Distill what’s working across projects into reusable templates, checklists, and patterns that can be implemented directly in RevenueCat’s builders
- Work with Product to inform our paywall components, presets, and default templates
- Create educational content with Advocacy & Marketing
- Collaborate with Growth Advocacy and Content teams to turn your project learnings into:
- Example paywalls and funnel templates
- Blog posts, guides, and best‑practice documentation
- Webinars, live reviews, and conference talks or workshops
- Participate in public‑facing sessions (e.g., teardown streams, office hours) as a visible expert on monetization UX
- Champion monetization UX best practices
- Advise Sales, Customer Success, and Support on paywall and funnel best practices they can bring into customer conversations
- Provide feedback to Product & Engineering on how practitioners use our builders in the wild, highlighting opportunities for new features, components, and workflows
ABOUT YOU
You’re a conversion‑focused designer who lives at the intersection of mobile product design, growth, and experimentation. You have a track record of shipping real paywalls and funnels that move business metrics, not just portfolios
You have:
- Deep hands‑on experience with paywalls & funnels
- 5–8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a substantial portion spent on subscription or purchase flows (e.g., paywalls, onboarding, upgrade/upsell, win‑back, account limits)
- Experience either:
- At a mobile app studio / product team owning monetization UX, or
- At an agency/consultancy repeatedly designing and optimizing paywalls and funnels for multiple apps
- Strong conversion & experimentation mindset
- Comfort defining hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans (e.g., CVR, trial start rate, activation, LTV)
- Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to interpret results and iterate quickly
- Ability to balance conversion gains with long‑term user trust and platform guidelines
- Mobile‑first product design skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design chops for small screens and high‑stakes surfaces (like paywalls and purchase flows)
- Strong UX writing instincts for concise, value‑focused copy and pricing messaging
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and comfort translating designs into no‑code builder configurations
- Customer‑facing communication skills
- Confidence leading workshops, design reviews, and strategy sessions with customers and prospects
- Ability to present options, pros/cons, and trade‑offs to both designers and non‑design stakeholders (founders, PMs, marketers)
- Great written communication for async collaboration in a remote team
- Values & ways of working
- You’re energized by our mission to help developers make more money
- You work iteratively and ship value quickly rather than waiting for perfection
- You have an ownership mentality: You see broken or unclear experiences and feel compelled to improve them
- You’re comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team and collaborating across time zones
In your first month, you’ll:
- Learn RevenueCat’s products, especially paywalls, experiments, and analytics
- Join customer calls to understand our process and common challenges
- Audit a handful of existing customer paywalls and funnels and build your first recommendations
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own several customer projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through experiment analysis
- Ship multiple paywall and funnel variations using RevenueCat’s builders
- Partner with Advocacy/Content on at least one public asset (template, blog post, teardown, or webinar segment)
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Be the go‑to expert internally for monetization UX, paywall patterns, and funnel optimization
- Maintain and evolve an internal “playbook” of best practices and tested patterns
- Influence the roadmap for our paywall and experiment tooling based on patterns you see across customers
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Have materially improved conversion for a portfolio of customer apps, with clear before/after stories
- Help define our strategy for paywall templates and monetization UX guidance at scale
- Represent RevenueCat in public‑facing educational content (webinars, AMAs, workshops, or conference talks) as a leading voice on mobile monetization UX
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
RevenueCat helps apps of all shapes and sizes make more money across mobile, the web, and a growing list of other platforms like Roku, Amazon, and even AR through support for Vision Pro. As a result, many different types of users log in and use RevenueCat on a day-to-day basis. Product managers, support reps, lifecycle marketers, user acquisition specialists, data analysts, executives: the list goes on.
Communicating the growing breadth of use cases supported by RevenueCat in a way that makes sense for all those different types of businesses, apps, and users is a challenge. And that’s where product marketing comes in.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team led by Francie https://www.linkedin.com/in/francief/. Each Senior PMM owns a product area end-to-end, partnering with that area's product managers on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market. This is not a segment-specific role: RevenueCat serves everyone from solo indie developers to top-tier enterprise apps, often through the very same product surface, so you'll craft messaging and channels that flex across that full spectrum. This role is perfect for someone who:
- Knows APIs and SDKs like their ABCs. Code may not be your craft, but you know how to talk the talk. Software developers are one of our core audiences, and they can smell BS a mile away. You can debug marketing messaging so it resonates with technical audiences, and craft narratives around the 1’s and 0’s that still land with business stakeholders.
- Captains their own ship. You have a strong bias toward action and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty on execution. Whether it’s juggling strategic and tactical work or navigating shifting priorities, you thrive on autonomy and love making things happen.
- Distills collaborative chaos. You’re comfortable raising your hand and getting what you need from a dynamic and technical organization. Whether it’s nudging engineers for product updates or rallying Sales for customer stories, you can navigate the chaos and advocate for what the GTM org needs.
- Gets excited about the unexpected. At RevenueCat we take shipping seriously, and are constantly adapting our product and strategies to meet the needs of developers. You see changes in direction and shifts in strategy as an opportunity to flex your creative muscles and learn on the fly.
- Is a little quirky. You love a whimsical side quest and you can see the soft side of software. We pride ourselves in keeping our community on their toes with unique swag, challenges and events. You can play as big a role as you’d like in helping to brainstorm and bring these quirky concepts to life.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- GTM and adoption campaigns: Own key product areas to deeply understand the features we’re launching and the use cases and needs behind them. Craft compelling communication plans both within the organization, and to existing and prospective customers.
- Lifecycle campaign building: Working with our marketing operations team to execute insight-based lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, retention and community.
- Web page design and optimization: Translate product messaging and customer understanding into visually compelling and highly converting web experiences with the help of our external web development agency. You’ll chart the vision for the story our website tells and the illustrations, animations and tools we create to convey it.
- Case studies and testimonials: Organizing, facilitating, and translating customer interviews into compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase the value of RevenueCat.
- Internal enablement: As an expert in your areas of product focus, you’ll empower developer-facing teams with the resources and training they need to support developers and ensure their success.
- Market insights: Keeping your finger on the pulse of the mobile app industry and competitors to inform go-to-market strategies and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Whimsical side quests: Taking on unique projects with minimal instruction, coordinating the collection of 1000 screenshots to launch Paywalls.com http://Paywalls.com, designing, printing and shipping a calendar of cat photos, hosting the World Paywall Speed Building Championships https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcnUYWLo-I4, or crafting a keynote speech for leadership. You’ll get to work on projects that stretch your creative muscles.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment, preferably targeting developers or software companies. RevenueCat runs a hybrid motion - self-serve/PLG for indie developers alongside a sales-assisted motion for larger accounts - so experience with either end of that spectrum is valuable; you won't need to have done both to succeed here.
- Previous experience as a solo-marketer is preferred. While you’ll have the broader marketing and product marketing teams to lean on, our async, entrepreneurial culture is best suited to someone who is comfortable independently driving projects forward, making progress amid changing processes, and actively enlisting cross-functional support when needed.
- Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market efforts, including tier 1 product launches. Strong project management skills to prioritize multiple initiatives and execute effectively across teams.
- Strong creative instincts and direction. You’ve led the charge on web design work and aren’t afraid to sketch, prototype in Figma, or use AI tools to get to an ugly starting point. Comfortable collaborating with external creative agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality assets.
- Excellent editorial judgment: you understand audience, tone, and communication objectives, and you can elevate copy through clear direction and feedback. You will not need to write everything yourself, but you’re comfortable jumping in to draft a narrative outline or even a blog post when necessary, and you know when to pass work forward to the content team or a technical writer
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- A proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging that resonates with different audiences, both internally and externally.
- The resourcefulness to take on unique, sometimes ambiguous projects that require initiative and problem-solving.
IDEALLY YOU:
- Have experience in the mobile app ecosystem or working with subscription-based software products.
- Have worked in an early-stage tech company or led new initiatives independently in a larger organization.
- Have experience working as a solo marketer or solo PMM within an organization.
- Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Linear for remote collaboration.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Gain hands-on experience with the RevenueCat platform, supported by our engineers and advocates.
- Build a foundational understanding of the app ecosystem, particularly around monetization.
- Establish relationships with key collaborators across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds real value to the team.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Step into the role as the go-to-market owner for your specific product areas, becoming an expert on relevant features, their roadmap and related market segments.
- Own the go-to-market efforts for product areas, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of awareness and adoption efforts.
- Craft and distribute internal enablement materials and training related to your product areas.
- Publish a new landing page, leading the concept, briefing, design and written copy process, with execution by our web agency.
- Conduct customer research to deepen your understanding of our audience’s challenges and goals, and publish a customer case study.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Own and optimize the self-serve adoption funnel for your product areas, partnering with Growth and Product and leveraging lifecycle marketing to turn feature interest into activation and long-term retention.
- Level up your product area’s sales motion by revamping core pitch materials, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
- Partner with Product to translate customer and market insights into clear roadmap recommendations.
- Contribute to a whimsical side quest that adds to our brand and community.
AFTER 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Be a trusted partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing, contributing strategically to RevenueCat’s growth.
- Have led multiple successful product launches, including a tier 1 launch, and owned key marketing initiatives.
- Represent RevenueCat at industry events and conferences
- Deepen your knowledge of app development and monetization, becoming an expert in the space.

You'll help design, build, ship, and support the infrastructure behind Early Payouts and whatever we build next: underwriting and risk monitoring, money movement and reconciliation, partner bank integrations, and fraud detection.
This role blends the technical depth of our core Engineering Manager bar with direct exposure to financial products — factoring, underwriting, risk, banking integrations — so a background in fintech, financial services, or a related regulated/risk-sensitive domain is essential.
Please note: although we're fully remote, this team is based across US and European time zones, so there's some expectation of overlap in working hours.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- You have 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- You have experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps for your teams.
- You can balance shipping new features, managing tech debt and investing in system improvements.
- You are hands-on and perform code reviews and bug investigation when needed.
- You are comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data and find inconsistencies.
- You work with your team to ensure that they are consistently producing value and quality software through shorter iterative development cycles.
- You work with your team to improve the quality of our products, ensuring that they meet product requirements, customer needs, and SLAs.

- You have experience working with engineers at different levels and have coached them in their career development.
- You are customer obsessed, prioritizing their outcomes and experiences
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team by hiring, supporting, coaching the team to deliver consistently and continuously seek ways to make an impact.
- Work cross functionally primarily with product, design and support teams to set direction for the team, anticipate strategic and scaling related challenges through thoughtful long term planning
- Work with your team on the iterative execution of the roadmap and build efficient & transparent processes for consistent and predictable delivery.
- Coach and mentor engineers on the team to further their professional development.
- Work with other engineering managers to continuously improve our organization & create a strong sense of ownership, belonging and inclusivity.

About You
As Head of Investor Capital and Relations, Middle East, you will operate independently in region with a global reporting line and executive sponsorship, and with the mandate to build the firm's Middle East franchise from first principles: the coverage map, the institutional relationships, the office and, ultimately, the regional team.
This is a builder's role. You will own senior coverage of the region's sovereign wealth funds, government related entities and family offices, lead the office establishment and hub determination between DIFC and ADGM, and coordinate closely with counsel and the firm's government relations workstreams as you build a durable Gulf franchise.
About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a Head of Investor Capital and Relations to be the firm's senior presence in the Gulf and own its most strategically important capital relationships: the region's sovereign wealth funds, government related entities and principal family offices. The GCC is executing one of the most ambitious government backed investment programs in the history of the games industry, and this seat exists to convert that alignment into anchor limited partner relationships, co-investment partnerships and strategic financings for the firm's investment vehicles and transaction pipeline.
The corporate title for this seat is Executive Director, with a defined path to Managing Director tied to franchise milestones. The seat will have one direct report initially, a Regional Relationship Manager, to be hired following office establishment.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations, Middle East will be based in Dubai (DIFC) or Abu Dhabi (ADGM), with the hub determination in progress and open to the successful candidate's input, and will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires travel of 50 percent or more across the GCC and wider MENA, with periodic travel to Los Angeles and New York. This is a full time position; the regional package will be structured with local counsel.
Expressions of Interest
Xsolla welcomes confidential conversations with qualified candidates and trusted introductions. Please direct expressions of interest, together with a resume and a short note on relevant experience, to the Xsolla Talent Acquisition team via the application button linked below.
About Us
Xsolla is a global commerce and financial technology company for the video game industry. Headquartered in Los Angeles with offices and operations worldwide, Xsolla provides the tools, infrastructure and capital solutions that help developers and publishers fund, launch, distribute and monetize their games across every market and platform. The company serves thousands of game businesses globally, from independent studios to the largest publishers, and is expanding a dedicated capital markets and investment platform serving the interactive entertainment ecosystem.
The Capital Markets Group
The Capital Markets Group (CMG) sits within Xsolla's Global Strategic Initiatives function and operates as the firm's institutional capital platform. The group originates, structures and executes financing and investment solutions across games and interactive entertainment, and is building a franchise modeled on the leading independent capital markets and special situations advisory platforms.
The group operates multiple investment vehicles spanning debt financing and credit markets, alongside special situations and principal investment strategies serving the interactive entertainment ecosystem. These activities are supported by a proprietary market intelligence system, a global events and convening program, and a governed institutional relationship platform covering LPs, sovereign investors, family offices, banks and intermediaries across the Americas, MENA, APAC and Europe.
CMG operates from hubs in Los Angeles, New York, the Middle East and Singapore. The group is in its foundation stage: hires at every level join a live deal environment with executive sponsorship, meaningful ownership and the mandate to build a durable franchise rather than inherit one.

Capital Formation and Transactions
Lead regional fundraising. Lead regional pre-marketing and fundraising processes for the firm's investment vehicles within applicable private placement and promotion regimes, coordinating with counsel on the marketing approach for each jurisdiction.
