About the Role
We’re looking for a Partner Sales Director for the Indian and ASEAN market. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who can accelerate revenue by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales across the region.
This is a quota-carrying role responsible for working hand-in-hand with our field sales teams and strategic partners, including hyperscalers, system integrators (SIs), channel partners, and ISV/OEM partners, to identify, influence, and close new opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in expanding and deepening our partnerships (especially regional SIs), helping source new opportunities, develop joint solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales instincts, partnership acumen, and executive presence. We are looking for someone who can think strategically while executing rigorously to deliver incremental revenue and pipeline growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and deliver against a regional revenue quota for partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings.
- Collaborate closely with the India & ASEAN field sales teams to integrate partners into key account strategies and deal cycles.
- Build and execute strong joint sales motions with hyperscalers, SIs, ISVs, OEMs, and channel partners to expand ClickHouse’s reach and accelerate pipeline.
- Serve as the primary partner sales interface for India and ASEAN, ensuring alignment between regional sellers, partners’ field teams, and global partner programs.
- Develop and execute joint account plans, campaigns, and demand-generation activities with priority partners.
- Drive joint forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting to ensure partner contributions are tracked and recognized.
- Identify, onboard, and develop strategic system integrator (SI) partnerships that can both source new opportunities and deliver successful implementations.
- Define joint GTM plays, delivery frameworks, and enablement paths to ensure scalable, repeatable customer success.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive SI delivery readiness and certification.
- Work closely with the global and regional Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of partner strategy, programs, and field execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering to support partner-led projects, and proof-of-concepts.
- Serve as the voice of the ASEAN/India partner ecosystem, providing feedback and insights to shape ClickHouse’s broader partner strategy.
- Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously refine partner engagement models based on data-driven insights and field feedback.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Sales & Partnerships Professional: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances; ideally in cloud, data, or analytics space.
- Quota-Carrying Performer: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Partner-Savvy: Deep understanding of hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure), SI, and channel partner models — including co-sell, marketplace, and resale motions.
- Strategic + Tactical Operator: Can develop GTM strategy and also roll up sleeves to drive execution with field and partner teams.
- Strong Communicator & Influencer: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both internally and externally at executive levels.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at navigating complex partner organizations, aligning incentives, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's legal team operates at the frontier of some of the most consequential legal and regulatory questions of our time — from landmark copyright matters to first-of-their-kind AI regulatory frameworks emerging across dozens of jurisdictions simultaneously. As we scale, the volume and complexity of our discovery and information governance obligations are growing rapidly.
We are looking for a Discovery Technical Operations Specialist to join our Litigation and Regulatory team and help build out Anthropic's discovery operations from the ground up, support active matters, and help drive information governance maturation. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a critical function at one of the most closely watched companies in the world. You will work hand-in-hand with our discovery leads, litigation and regulatory counsel, outside counsel, discovery vendors, and cross-functional partners such as Security and IT to manage retention, preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) across active matters. Beyond matter-level support and programmatic development of discovery systems and processes, you will also help execute the development of Anthropic's broader information governance program, including data classification standards and defensible disposal practices that keep pace with a rapidly scaling AI company's evolving data landscape.
The right person for this role will be equal parts technical operator and operational project manager.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle (preservation, collection, processing, hosting, review, and production including for novel and AI-specific data types)
Support the operational design and execution of the legal hold program including custodian identification workflows, hold issuance and tracking, periodic re-notification, custodian acknowledgments, and defensible release
Support and improve the discovery technology stack including RelativityOne, in-place preservation and collection tooling across Slack, Google Workspace, and internal systems, and supporting analytics and review platforms including configuration, access controls, templates, and reusable workspaces
Partner with discovery team, in-house counsel, outside counsel, vendors, and internal technical teams; coordinate matter execution, status, and escalations
Partner with Security, IT, and product engineering to support Anthropic's data landscape, instrument new data sources for hold and collection, and ensure each ESI source has a governed retention, hold, and disposition path
Improve and support the operational layer of Anthropic's information governance program: retention schedule execution, classification rollout, defensible disposition workflows, and data-inventory maintenance in close partnership with the Discovery Lead and information governance stakeholders
Integrate AI and automation into the EDRM lifecycle: generative-AI-assisted review, advanced analytics, custom Relativity applications, and agentic workflow automation for intake, hold tracking, status reporting, and internal documentation
Support active litigation, government investigations, and regulatory inquiries as the operational counterpart on the matter team coordinating workstreams, managing vendor execution, and surfacing operational risk and cost trade-offs to counsel
Design and build internal tools to streamline and manage critical discovery workflows (legal holds, preservation, collection, ECA, and production), and develop dashboards that report on data management trends and cross-matter discovery status
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on discovery experience across the full EDRM lifecycle, with demonstrated ownership of operations on complex matters in an in-house legal department, government agency, law firm, or vendor
A track record of supporting complex discovery operations functions
Working knowledge of major discovery platforms (Anthropic uses RelativityOne), including administration, search and analytics, AI/TAR workflows, custom application development, and AI workflows
Strong understanding of the Federal Rules on discovery and evidence, ESI preservation obligations, and proportionality, with the operational fluency to translate those obligations into workflows
Experience operating discovery across modern enterprise data sources Slack, Google Workspace, mobile, and engineering systems and an understanding of how to bring novel data sources under preservation and collection
Strong project management instincts and a track record of running multiple concurrent matters and programs under tight deadlines, with composure and precision
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical discovery and operational concepts clearly to attorneys, executives, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of hands-on discovery experience across the full EDRM lifecycle
Experience standing up discovery operations at a young and/or fast-scaling company, particularly in the context of new kinds of ESI
Experience embedding with engineering or product teams to define discovery and information governance requirements, prioritize roadmap, and ship hold-capable and collection-capable features into core enterprise tools

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Huzzle
Huzzle is an AI-talent marketplace. We place pre-vetted remote talent (sales, marketing, ops, finance, engineering) with VC-backed startups and fast-growing SMBs. We were ranked the 7th fastest growing company in the UK in 2026. The team is ~40 people across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The Role
We run the business on internal tools we built ourselves with AI, and the whole team uses them every day.
These tools need an owner. Bugs come in and features get requested. Some of those requests are great and some would break three other things. We need someone who can tell the difference, fix what matters fast, and push back on what doesn't.
This is a product role as much as a building role. The code is the easy part now. What matters is knowing what to build, why it matters to the business, and making it something people actually enjoy using.
This is not a software engineering role. You'll build with AI tools, not write everything from scratch. But you need to understand what's happening under the hood well enough to know when a fix in one place will cause a problem somewhere else.
You'll work directly with our COO and CCO.
What you'll do
Own the bug and feature queue for our internal tools. Triage requests, prioritise by business impact, fix it, ship it.
Talk to the people using the tools to understand the actual problem before building anything.
Think about the user experience end to end. If something is confusing or slow to use, fix that too, even if nobody asked.
Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools, and test properly before anything goes live.
Spot when a change could break something else, and flag it before it happens.
Keep things documented so the next fix is faster than the last one.
Over time, take on bigger projects that improve how the business runs.
Requirements
You have a business mind. You care about why something is being built and whether it moves a number, not just whether it works.
You have product sense. You think about the user first, notice bad experiences, and have opinions on how things should work and feel.
You've built things. A side project, an internal tool, an app, an automation, anything you can show us. Built with AI tools is fine, that's the point.
You understand the basics: how a database works, what an API does, how frontend and backend connect, what happens when you change a table someone else depends on.
You're careful. You test your own work and you don't ship things you don't understand.
Strong written English. Most of our communication is async on Slack.
Fast, proactive, high energy. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
1-3 years of experience. Background in engineering, product, consulting or a startup is a plus, not a requirement.
Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code.
Worked in a startup or a recruiting/marketplace business before.
Benefits
Fully remote.
Direct exposure to the founders and how a fast-growing company actually runs.
Real ownership from week one. The tools you maintain are used by the whole company every day.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a critical pillar of our Program Management function: Commercialization. This role will transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing the operational leverage that enables Anthropic to maintain velocity as we scale. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes that support rapid product growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, someone who can both envision where we need to be in 12 months and build the infrastructure to get us there.
Responsibilities
Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches — helping evolve an established launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with an accelerating product roadmap
Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches, translate each into its commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance and selling motions), and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch
Identify where launches slow down today and drive resolution to prevent them from recurring: propose and implement process and system changes, clarify ownership, drive completion across partner teams like, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
Build specific program components that don't exist yet — launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; and develop training that shifts programs from late-stage gatekeeper to early-stage partner
Take ownership of major program-improvement workstreams such as instrumentation (pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, guides, throughput and cycle-time metrics) or workflow tooling and automation (intake, tracking, approvals, status) in partnership with Engineering and systems teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to design clear interfaces and processes that span multiple teams
You may be a good fit if you have
Experience building and running new product introduction processes
Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies
10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus)
Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments — taking things from 0-1 and then scaling beyond
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do the operational work of building while also leading a team
Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering
Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you need to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Excitement about building the operational backbone that enables Anthropic to stay on the exponential
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
The Products Team at Docker is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead components of Docker Sandboxes. You will own and drive this strategic product area from high-level concept design through delivery, adoption, and operation. You will help shape how developers and AI agents use fast, secure, isolated environments across local and cloud workflows. You will work closely with developers inside and outside of Docker, our customers, and our partners to expand our open ecosystem offering and provide value. As the company and ecosystem grow, you will help foster teams eager to continuously build, measure, and learn.
To thrive in this role, you will need experience working with developers, deep technical fluency in systems and developer infrastructure, and prior experience as a software engineer. You will need to understand containers, sandboxes/microVMs, virtualization technologies, hypervisors, the software development lifecycle, and how untrusted or agent-generated code can be safely executed and orchestrated. You will need a relentless drive to try new things and an eye for detail. Your long-term success will depend on your ability to own the product roadmap, earn the trust of the developer community, and scale reliable services. Most importantly, you will need to be comfortable taking ownership of big objectives with big goals, working with a cross-functional team, and maintaining a bias for action.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You own Docker Sandboxes, its long-term vision, roadmap, revenue, adoption, and results.
- You believe in and can succinctly articulate our customers, their workflows, and their pain points. You empathize with the world they live in and the security, performance, compatibility, and cost constraints they work through.
- You will engage deeply with developers building AI agents, coding environments, CI and testing systems, and other workloads that require secure, isolated execution, finding solutions for today while optimizing for tomorrow's vision.
- You enjoy building infrastructure products that are easy to adopt and use. You will turn complex tradeoffs across isolation, startup time, performance, density, networking, storage, and cost into simple product experiences.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and will guide product definition, feature prioritization, and scope in concert with engineering, design, security, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- You are a fan of iterative development, working with customers and cross-functional teams to hypothesize, measure adoption and impact, learn from releases, and continually improve the roadmap.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have deep empathy for the needs of developers and are obsessed with talking to your users.
- You have prior professional experience as a software engineer, ideally in systems, infrastructure, platform engineering, developer tools, or cloud.
- You have strong technical familiarity with sandboxes/microVMs, containers, virtualization technologies, and hypervisors, including the isolation and security boundaries each provides.
- You understand the building blocks of modern developer infrastructure, including Linux, container runtimes, orchestration, networking, storage, APIs, and cloud services.
- You have experience designing, building, or operating systems that execute customer-provided, untrusted, or agent-generated code at scale.
- You are comfortable interacting with a command-line interface and discussing APIs, SDKs, and technical architecture with engineers and developers.
- You have experience building B2B or SaaS products, or a background in public cloud and developer infrastructure.
- You understand software supply chain and software security concerns, including multi-tenant isolation, identity, secrets management, observability, and reliability.
- You can break down complex technical problems into small, releasable, user-valuable features.
- You can explain complex ideas simply and communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and visually across diverse stakeholders.
- You can analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, define success metrics, and prioritize investments.
- You have a collaborative approach, experience running products from greenfield to scale, and the ability to work with fast-moving, distributed, cross-functional teams. You are a doer as well as a strategist; we are small and need all hands on deck.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Finance Data Scientist to join our central Data team as the first dedicated analytics partner to Finance. You'll turn billing, revenue and forecasting data into audit-ready numbers, and the analysis that shapes pricing and planning decisions as we scale towards IPO.
- Own finance-facing analysis: revenue and ARR reconciliation, cohort and retention economics, pricing and packaging experiments.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering on the certified finance KPI layer (ARR, billing, revenue), and be the first to catch when a number is quietly wrong.
- Build forecasting and scenario models that FP&A uses directly in planning and board reporting.
- Translate ambiguous finance questions from FP&A, RevOps and leadership into clear, reusable analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated experience as a data scientist or analyst embedded with a Finance / FP&A function, ideally at a growth-stage or pre-IPO company.
- Strong SQL and Python, with comfort reconciling data across Stripe, Salesforce and a dbt-modelled warehouse.
- Finance fluency: ARR, billing, revenue recognition, cohort economics — you can speak FP&A's language.
- Rigour around data quality: you reconcile by default and can explain a variance, not just report it.
- Strong stakeholder management with Finance leadership, and the ability to push back on ambiguous asks.
BONUS
- Experience preparing finance data for audit, SOX or IPO readiness.
- Experience with pricing / packaging experimentation or revenue forecasting at a subscription or usage-based business.
- Experience with dbt or a modern warehouse (BigQuery), partnering directly with analytics engineers.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Grow into a Lead Finance Data Scientist role as the central Data team scales.
- Expand scope into broader strategic finance or RevOps analytics.
- Path into a Head of FP&A Analytics or data leadership track.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in CET / ET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Warsaw, Dublin or New York.

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Ledger has secured digital assets for millions of people. Ledger Enterprise brings the same security to institutions. Banks, exchanges, custodians and stablecoin issuers use our platform to hold, move and govern digital assets on infrastructure they control: Vault for self-custody, HSM On-Premises for institutions that need keys inside their own perimeter, TradeLink for off-exchange settlement, and Multisig for on-chain governance.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal and Support, covering clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Join a young, international, driven team in one of Ledger’s fastest-growing areas.
What you’ll be doing:
You will own a portfolio of institutional clients from signature onward. That covers onboarding, integration, adoption, renewal and expansion. You will be their trusted advisor inside Ledger and their voice in our product roadmap.
- Own client relationships end to end. Be the primary contact for a portfolio of exchanges, banks, custodians and fintechs, and build relationships from operations teams up to C-level.
- Drive integration and adoption. Explain product features clearly, run workshops, and guide clients through technical integration together with our Solutions Engineers.
- Grow accounts. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities such as new products, additional users, assets or entities. Own your expansion and retention targets.
- Negotiate renewals and contracts. Lead commercial discussions on renewals, amendments and pricing, working with Legal on terms.
- Shape the product. Turn client feedback into clear, prioritised input for Product and influence what we build next.
- Run the account rhythm. Lead QBRs, maintain account plans, keep the CRM accurate, and flag risks early.
- Represent Ledger. Meet clients on-site and at industry events across EMEA, with occasional travel.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in a similar account management or customer success role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure software.
- Proven experience managing financial institution clients such as banks, asset managers, custodians or payment providers.
- A track record of upselling and expanding accounts against targets.
- Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with enterprise clients.
- Comfort with technical conversations: you can explain APIs, integration flows and security concepts without needing an engineer in every meeting.
- Hands-on experience with digital assets, or a clear and demonstrable interest in the space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can adapt your message for a CISO, a head of operations or a CFO.
- A structured, self-driven way of working. You manage a portfolio without being chased.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to EMEA clients, such as MiCAR, DORA, the Travel Rule, the Basel crypto-asset standards, FINMA requirements, or Middle East regimes like VARA (Dubai) and ADGM.
- Familiarity with custody and key management concepts like MPC, HSMs and cold/warm/hot wallet setups.
- Additional languages, especially German, French or Arabic.
- Experience at a crypto-native firm, a bank’s digital asset desk or a custody provider.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.
