About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Transportation Logistics Specialist to manage the full scope of IT hardware logistics across the APAC region — including racks, servers, GPUs, and other data center equipment. The role focuses on air freight and road transport across APAC, with a primary emphasis on shipments originating from or transiting through Taiwan, and deliveries into key APAC markets including Singapore, India, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and additional destinations as the business expands.
You will be responsible for day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound shipments, RMA and RMS flows, cross-border customs coordination, and inter-facility transfers within the region. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role requiring deep knowledge of APAC freight markets, strong carrier and forwarder relationships, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations
Manage end-to-end transport of IT hardware — rack systems, servers, GPUs, and other data center equipment — across all APAC lanes, including inbound shipments from Taiwan, inter-regional moves, and outbound flows as required.
Coordinate air freight and road transport scheduling, carrier and freight forwarder selection, and delivery execution to ensure on-time, damage-free arrival at APAC data center sites.
Handle all RMA and RMS shipments within the APAC region, including coordination with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Manage equipment transfers between company warehouses and data center facilities across the region, optimising routes and minimising handling risk.
Maintain full visibility over active shipments across all APAC lanes and proactively resolve transit issues, delays, or exceptions.
Develop contingency plans and alternative routing strategies to ensure business continuity.
Manage time-critical air freight shipments where required, including carrier selection, booking, and end-to-end tracking to ensure expedited delivery of hardware.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate closely with data center operations teams across APAC to support staging, buffering, and just-in-time hardware deployment.
Maintain accurate in-transit inventory records and ensure proper chain-of-custody documentation for all shipments.
Manage all shipment-related documentation in relevant systems (Jira, TMS, or equivalent), ensuring records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Manage customs documentation and clearance processes for all cross-border shipments within APAC, including imports into Singapore, India, South Korea, Japan, and Malaysia.
Process and reconcile logistics invoices; manage payments for transportation operations, including ZIP payments to the appropriate vendors and partners.
Work with the security team to establish and maintain secure shipment protocols for high-value hardware across the region.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable regulations across APAC jurisdictions, including country-specific import/export requirements, customs procedures, and trade compliance obligations.
Manage duties, taxes, and customs declarations for inbound and outbound shipments across the region, ensuring correct classification and valuation of high-value IT hardware.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all logistics activities, supporting internal (SOX) and external compliance requirements.
Establish and enforce SLAs and KPIs with freight carriers, forwarders, and 3PL partners; drive accountability through regular performance reviews.
Identify and escalate compliance gaps or process deviations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with hardware engineering, procurement, finance, and data center operations to align APAC logistics execution with deployment timelines and business priorities.
Collaborate with OEM suppliers based in Taiwan to coordinate international shipping windows, batch tracking, customs documentation, and inbound scheduling into APAC facilities.
Act as the primary escalation point for transport-related issues across the APAC region.
Work closely with the global transport team to ensure regional operations align with global standards, processes, and reporting requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and process standardisation.
Planning & Cost Management
Forecast transportation demand across APAC based on data center expansion plans, hardware deployment schedules, and capacity needs.
Identify cost optimisation opportunities through carrier consolidation, routing improvements, and smarter scheduling across APAC lanes.
Track and report on regional logistics costs, flagging variances and recommending corrective actions.
Support data-driven decision-making through regular reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics management, with a strong focus on international shipping within the APAC region.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of APAC freight markets, air freight lanes, and road transport operations — particularly routes involving Taiwan, Singapore, India, South Korea, Japan, and Malaysia.
Proven experience managing high-value, time-critical IT hardware shipments — server racks, GPUs, data center equipment, or similar cargo.
Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade compliance across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
Experience managing and negotiating with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners across the APAC region.
Hands-on experience with RMA/RMS shipment processes and reverse logistics flows.
Familiarity with TMS platforms, Jira, or similar systems used for shipment tracking and documentation.
Excellent organisational and documentation skills with a high standard for accuracy and completeness.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams in a global environment.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Based in the APAC region; Singapore, India, or South Korea preferred. Must be eligible to work in the country of residence.
Fluency in English required; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Hindi, or similar) are a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience in a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or large-scale data center build-out environment.
Familiarity with ATA Carnet processes and temporary import/export mechanisms for repair and return shipments.
Experience with Taiwan-origin shipments and familiarity with Taiwanese export procedures and OEM supplier logistics coordination.
Background in supply chain analytics, reporting, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with physical security protocols for high-value hardware shipments.
Experience supporting logistics operations across emerging APAC markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam, or Thailand.

Partner with Engineering to harden AWS workloads (EKS, EC2, data pipelines, and more) to meet HIPAA and SOC 2 controls; perform technical security design reviews and architectural risk assessments for services handling PHI.
Policy & Risk:
Define and maintain security policies and standards; embed risk assessment activities within engineering processes, and evolve Flo's security risk management framework.
Vendor Risk Management:
Support vendor risk activities including contract reviews and security posture assessments.
Operational Excellence:
Partner with control owners to automate evidence gathering and ensure controls reduce friction rather than creating it.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary Security POC for US regulators and partners; support the wider Security team with ISO 27001/27701 alignment; report risk status to security leadership.
Tooling:
Manage and integrate GRC and compliance automation platforms to streamline monitoring and reporting.

Serve as the SOC's senior escalation point and the quality gate for investigations across the team.
Support the Incident Response team during confirmed incidents with continued telemetry investigation, scoping, and analytical depth.
Continuously sharpen how the SOC investigates, identifying gaps in methods, runbooks, and tooling through daily casework and turning them into concrete improvements.
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts through case reviews, coaching, and pairing during investigations.
Partner with Security Engineering, Platform Security, Threat Intelligence, SOC Automation, and additional teams to turn what the SOC learns into stronger detection and response across Nebius.
Participate in readiness activities - tabletops, post-incident reviews, and purple-team engagements.
Participate in the on-call rotation as the senior point of contact outside business hours.
We expect you to have:
Experience
Around 8-10 years of hands-on experience in security operations or incident response, with a track record of leading complex investigations.
Technical Expertise
Expert-level investigation capability across multiple domains: endpoint, identity, cloud, and network.
Solid understanding of cloud-native environments, including containers, Kubernetes.
Deep practical fluency with EDR, SIEM query languages, and log analysis.
Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux internals, applied to artifact and behavioral analysis.
Fluency in attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK), including the Cloud and Containers matrices.
Strong scripting and data-analysis skills (Python, SQL/KQL) for investigation at scale, with the ability to validate findings independently and challenge assumptions.
Advanced certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, GCFE, or OSCP are an advantage.
Leadership & Communication
Technical leadership through credibility, raising the team's bar without relying on formal authority.
Calm and structured during high-severity incidents, making sound decisions amid uncertainty.

Fluent in English, written and verbal, comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition Manager, Product & Infrastructure (APAC)
About Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Product & Infrastructure in APAC, you will own how Nebius builds its infrastructure teams across the region. As Nebius continues to grow, you will be accountable for hiring across the technical and operational functions that underpin our platform in APAC.
This is a build role. You will establish recruiting processes where they don't yet exist, hire and lead a team of recruiters, and partner closely with regional leadership, HR and our global compensation team to make hiring in the region fast, consistent and high quality. You will operate with significant autonomy in an environment that is scaling rapidly and where plans evolve — comfort with ambiguity is essential.
This role is based in Singapore and works closely with stakeholders across global time zones.
Responsibilities
Own infrastructure recruiting strategy and execution across APAC, from individual contributor through to leadership hires
Build, lead and develop a regional recruiting team, driving accountability, performance and consistent hiring practices
Establish scalable recruiting processes, tooling and data discipline to support growth across the region
Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into clear hiring plans, prioritisation and sequencing
Work closely with local HR and leadership to ensure hiring aligns with local employment regulations and market conditions
Partner with our global compensation team on levelling, offer construction and market benchmarking across the region
Manage external agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost discipline and clear accountability
Use hiring data and market insights to guide prioritisation, capacity planning and recruiting investment — and to report progress and risk clearly to leadership
Elevate hiring standards through structured assessment and hiring manager enablement
Ensure an efficient and high-quality candidate experience across all hiring activity
Step in as a player-coach on critical or senior searches when needed
What success looks like
APAC infrastructure hiring plans delivered on time and to a high quality bar
A high-performing regional recruiting team with clear ownership and strong data discipline
Recruiting processes that scale ahead of the region's growth rather than react to it
Regional leadership, HR and compensation partners operating from one shared, data-backed hiring picture
External vendor usage that is deliberate, measured and demonstrably delivering value
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience leading recruitment in infrastructure, data centre, industrial or similarly operational environments
Experience building and managing recruiting teams in high-growth environments
Exposure to both high-volume and technical hiring preferred
Track record of hiring across APAC markets, with a strong understanding of local talent pools and employment considerations
Data-obsessed: fluent in recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics, and uses them to drive decisions, prioritisation and accountability
Strong stakeholder management, with experience partnering directly with senior business leaders
Demonstrated ability to design a team and process around a problem, rather than run an existing playbook
Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including performance and cost management
Comfortable operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments where priorities shift
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

The Mission of the Senior Software Engineer (Telemetry)
Satellite telemetry does not forgive gaps. Build the systems that make sure there are none.
ICEYE's SAR constellation generates a continuous stream of data that fleet operations depend on to function. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Fleet Automation team, you will be a key contributor to the infrastructure that makes that data usable: the pipelines, parsers, and time-series stores that translate raw satellite signals into operational state in near real-time. The scope is expanding, the ownership is real, and the engineering problems are ones you will not find anywhere else.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Expected Outcomes and Requirements
Outcomes:
- Telemetry pipelines ingest, transform, and store satellite data from across the fleet reliably and in near real-time, with minimal manual intervention
- Telemetry data stores are performant and well-maintained, including schema design, query optimisation, capacity planning, and zero-downtime production migrations
- Anomaly detection and automated recovery systems reduce operational load on the mission operations team
- TTC gateway telemetry integration is delivered as a production-grade component ready for customer deployment
- Engineering quality across the team is actively raised through code reviews, testing standards, and support of less experienced engineers
Role-specific Competences
- Strong Python proficiency in production backend systems; experience with Go or Rust is a plus
- Proven experience building and operating telemetry systems, data pipelines, and distributed systems in production
- Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and at least one time-series database such as InfluxDB or Prometheus
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native environments, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm
- Actively uses AI and LLM tooling as part of their engineering workflow
- AWS or equivalent cloud platform experience is a plus
Key Competences
In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:
Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.
Passion and Work Ethic: Brings sustained motivation, resilience, and high personal standards to every challenge.
Ownership and Action: Assumes full accountability for outcomes, acting decisively, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared success, and engaging in constructive debate.
Integrity and Growth Mindset: Operates with transparency and humility, learns from setbacks, and actively seeks opportunities to grow.
