ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Applied Science team builds models and tools that solve Ramp’s most critical problems: from underwriting businesses to combatting fraud to making spend management smarter. We’re deeply embedded in the business and provide a quantitative foundation for decision making.
As an Applied Science intern, you’ll be a fully integrated member of the team and own your project from start to finish. Working with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable machine-learning-driven solutions. This is a chance to apply ML concretely, ship code, and create genuine value for Ramp and our customers.
You will focus on exciting problems in areas like: credit, fraud, growth, or our core product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- End-to-End ML: own the model lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering to training, benchmarking, deployment, and monitoring
- State-of-the-Art AI: leverage the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve novel problems and create new product capabilities for our customers
- Versatile Techniques: apply the right tools to the right problems, whether it’s deep learning, gradient boosting, or causal inference
- Rigorous Experimentation: quantify the impact of your work through A/B tests and other statistical methods
- Collaborate: partner closely with product and business leaders to translate models and insights into actionable strategy and user-facing features
WHAT YOU NEED
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. Student: currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 - 2029. Graduate degrees are preferred, but not a must.
- Strong ML Fundamentals: solid understanding of the mathematical foundations of machine learning, statistics, probability, and optimization
- Strong Interest or Experience with AI: curiosity and drive to integrate cutting edge LLMs and agents into applied solutions
- Python Proficiency: good grasp of common Data Science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, PyTorch, etc.)
- SQL Knowledge: experience wrangling data in a modern data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Clickhouse)
- Practical Experience: track record of curating datasets and building/evaluating ML models
- Strong Communication: ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and use data to build a compelling narrative
- Bias For Action: a comfort with ambiguity and desire to ship solutions quickly then iterate
NICE TO HAVES
- Publications, Projects, or Previous Experience: relevant experience applying AI/ML and demonstrating your passion for the field
- Production ML Mindset: knowledge of software engineering best practices applied to ML including version control (Git), testing, and writing maintainable code
- Data Orchestration: experience with leveraging modern data orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, Metaflow)

Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Evening working hours span 6:00 PM–2:30 AM EST, and your shift will likely include a weekend day (either Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat). Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- The product changes frequently. If you need a stable, predictable environment, this isn't it. If you like learning new things every week, it is.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $65,000-$70,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $60,000-$65,000.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
We're looking for our founding Sales Development Representative to introduce Niantic Spatial to the organizations shaping the future of spatial computing, autonomy, and AI. Reporting into Marketing, you'll follow up on inbound interest, open meaningful first conversations with prospective customers and partners, and build a qualified pipeline.
This role sits at the intersection of research, communication, and disciplined execution. You'll learn how organizations approach their operational and technical challenges, understand their use cases, and assess where our products can help. Your conversations do double duty: they build pipelines, and they give Product real signals about where we are finding product-market fit.
You'll work closely with marketing, product, business development, and operations to turn market interest into pipeline, and help build the systems, messaging, and feedback loops that make a growing go-to-market team more effective.
What You'll Do
- Build Early-Stage Pipeline - Respond quickly to inbound interest, qualify initial fit, and uncover business and technical priorities. Develop outbound campaigns with Marketing and Business Development, testing audiences, messages, channels, and calls to action, then use the results to sharpen how we approach the market.
- Create Qualified Conversations - Research target accounts across industries such as oil and gas, defense and the public sector, and embodied AI. Build an informed point of view on each prospect's business, technical environment, and potential need for spatial intelligence.
- Reach Prospects Thoughtfully - Run personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other channels. Lead with a clear reason for reaching out and make every interaction useful, whether or not it produces a meeting.
- Explain the Opportunity - Learn our products and point of view deeply enough to explain them clearly to technical and executive audiences. Connect our capabilities to real customer problems without overstating what the products can do.
- Surface Product-Market Fit Signal - Ask thoughtful questions about how organizations build, deploy, and operate systems that need to understand the physical world. Recognize promising use cases and route the right context to product, sales, and technical teams so they can test where fit is strongest.
- Hand Off Cleanly - Translate discovery notes into a clear articulation of the customer's need, the proposed solution, initial scope, and next steps. Partner with Business Development on the first proposal and make sure the opportunity moves into the sales process with its context intact.
- Strengthen the Go-To-Market Motion - Capture patterns from prospect conversations: recurring pain points, objections, terminology, competitive context, and emerging use cases. Share them with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Operations. Improve our processes, data quality, and tooling, using automation and AI to remove repetitive work while keeping judgment and personalization at the center of the prospect experience.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years in sales development, business development, customer-facing technology, fundraising, or a similarly communication-intensive role, or strong curiosity and drive early in your career.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Comfort starting conversations with people you don't know. You listen carefully, ask strong follow-up questions, and persist without becoming transactional or scripted.
- Ownership of your own work: you can run a thoughtful follow-up process, keep accurate records, and stay organized across many accounts and conversations.
- Curiosity about how technology changes the way organizations operate, and the ability to learn a complex product, find the business relevance, and communicate it clearly.
- An appetite for experimentation. You'll test a new message or channel, learn from the result, and make the next iteration better.
- Persistence, sound judgment, and a high standard for preparation and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- An interest in AI, spatial computing, robotics, autonomy, mapping, or other technologies that connect digital systems to the physical world.
- Experience using CRM (we use HubSpot), sales engagement, research, and productivity tools.
- Exposure to oil and gas, defense and the public sector, or embodied AI markets.
- Experience working alongside product teams, or an interest in how early customer conversations shape what gets built.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $102,000–$114,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) Business Development team, based in China. This is a newly created, hybrid role sitting within the core XPN BD team — roughly 80% campaign and partner success, 20% business development support — created to close a gap in how XPN partners are supported once a deal closes: campaigns are launched, but no one consistently owns their ongoing success.
The best candidate will be someone comfortable owning outcomes rather than just relationships — proactively strategizing with partners, coordinating across internal teams to get campaigns right, and stepping in to help close deals when local presence and trust matter more than a remote pitch. Full ownership of the sales process (sourcing, pitching, commercial negotiation) sits with the Core China/APAC Team; this role isn't required to run a deal end-to-end, but is expected to help get opportunities over the line and make sure they deliver once signed.
If you're excited about building a new function from the ground up, becoming a product expert partners and internal teams rely on, and working across both Chinese and global creator platforms as publishers look to expand their reach, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators.
Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own end-to-end success of assigned partner campaigns post-signature — from kickoff through launch, live optimization, and post-campaign review.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners in China/APAC, building trusted, ongoing relationships rather than transactional check-ins.
Proactively strategize with partners on campaign structure, creator selection, storefront setup, and quest mechanics to maximize outcomes.
Identify risk signals early (underperformance, partner disengagement, unclear expectations) and drive corrective action before they become churn risks.
Coordinate directly with the XPN BD Team and Creator Success Team, pulling in the right internal resources at the right time.
Provide partners with clear, honest performance visibility — translating XPN data into terms that make sense for flat-fee and hybrid-model publishers.
Serve as an internal advocate for partner needs, feeding structured feedback back into XPN product, reporting, and process improvements.
Sit within the core XPN BD team and support the Core China/APAC Team in progressing late-stage opportunities — joining calls, providing local market context, and helping translate commercial terms into what will land with the partner.
Help identify expansion or upsell opportunities within existing successful partner relationships and flag them to the Core China/APAC Team.
Represent XPN at regional industry events across China and APAC, both to support active deals and to build XPN's local market presence.
Develop and maintain deep, current expertise in the XPN product to the point of being the go-to expert for partners and internal teams alike.
Work fluently across internal stakeholders (BD, Creator Success, Marketing, Data/Reporting) and external stakeholders (publisher teams, creator/MCN partners).
Game industry experience required based out of the China office (Beijing or Shanghai), in accordance with local in-office attendance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
3+ years in a customer success, account management, or partner management role — ideally in gaming, platform, adtech, or creator economy environments.
Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships with a strategic, consultative approach — not purely reactive support.
Working knowledge of both the Chinese domestic platform landscape (Bilibili, Douyin, DouYu, Huya) and major global/international platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) — publishers are increasingly looking to expand reach beyond China, and this role needs to speak credibly to both sides of that expansion.
Comfort working cross-functionally across time zones with global teams, translating between local market realities and global program structures.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally for events and partner meetings across China and APAC.
Self-starter comfortable defining process in a role without an established playbook — this is a new function within XPN.
Nice To Have:
Prior direct or adjacent BD/sales exposure — this role will occasionally carry commercial conversations, though it is not a quota-carrying sales position.
Familiarity with additional regional platforms (e.g. Chzzk/SOOP in Korea, Niconico in Japan) for publishers expanding into wider APAC.
Experience working with flat-fee or hybrid commercial models and the reporting expectations that come with them.

Own key quarterly and annual financial reporting controls, ensuring they operate effectively and evidence is complete; this is a core part of ensuring the integrity of Grafana’s financial statements.
Own the review of complex, judgment-heavy areas, including but not limited to commissions, as part of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring transactions are properly accounted for and well-supported.

Partner cross-functionally to understand business transactions and clearly communicate accounting and equity-related issues to stakeholders.

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private cryptographic infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Interoperability happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 70 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will be a product engineer embedded with our institutional customers, taking Prividium from a signed deal to a live chain inside their environment. Our customers include banks, custodians, and clearing houses whose existing systems carry years of regulatory, audit, and operational requirements.
Your job is to uncover those requirements, design an end-to-end solution, and work with the customer's engineers to bring it into production. You will make recommendations, challenge requests that do not solve the underlying problem, and identify what should become part of the platform.
We are hiring two product engineers to design and deliver complete customer solutions. Both need the judgment and technical depth to own customer work independently, from initial discovery through production
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with customers to clarify their needs and design the whole solution across authorization, data layers, integrations, and deployment.
- Make product decisions: investigate the underlying problem, quantify the need, and recommend what to build and what to defer.
- Own delivery from the first conversation through production, including integration code, permissioning, upgrade paths, and the customer's runbook. Work can span DevOps, frontend, and integrations, and you will learn what is needed to finish it.
- Build working reference applications that prove use cases such as collateral movement, tokenized deposit transfer, and settlement flows, and can be adapted for subsequent customers.
- Triage customer issues, including problems in self-hosted environments. Diagnose what you can resolve, distinguish configuration issues from platform problems, and bring engineering or on-call support in when needed.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation covering Prividium and our hosted services.
- Work with Product, Sales, and core engineering on which accounts to go deep on and which solutions should become reusable platform capabilities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A record of designing and shipping complete systems used by real customers. You can explain the architecture, the decisions you made, and what you personally owned.
- Product judgment and systems thinking. You can turn an ambiguous customer problem into a solution, explain the trade-offs, and choose an appropriate scope.
- The ability to write, debug, and maintain production software, with fluency in a language such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, Java, C#, or Python. You can pick up our stack and adapt to unfamiliar technologies.
- Experience owning and operating production software, including responding to incidents. You take responsibility for how the solution works after it ships.
- Customer communication and independent judgment. We should be able to trust you to work with a customer for a week, make progress, and recognize when to ask for help.
- Curiosity about the problem and the product. You investigate difficult or unfamiliar parts of the work, seek out what you need to learn, and can explain why you made a particular design choice.
- An understanding of how large organizations work, including documentation, identity and entitlements, enterprise authentication and networks, controls, and operational expectations.
Your experience could come from product engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, enterprise transformation, infrastructure engineering, or founding a company. We value evidence of ownership, adaptability, and working products across those backgrounds. Startup experience is a plus, but it is not required.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Fully remote, with roughly 10 to 25 percent travel to customer sites depending on which accounts you carry.
- Shared on-call rotation covering Prividium and our hosted services. Everyone in this role is on it.
- Our customers are in North America and Europe, so we need working-hours overlap with those time zones.

Ramp is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, and to find new incremental channels. You'll take early experiments and turn them into measurable programs and build the operating model that makes successful channels part of Ramp's evergreen performance marketing mix.
This is a high-autonomy role. You will evaluate channel opportunities, design tests, launch campaigns, and analyze full-funnel performance. You'll work with Growth, Creative, Data, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for measurement & efficiency.
You’ll use AI as a practical part of the job: building systems that speed up research, campaign creation, performance analysis, and day-to-day channel operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit. Understand how conversion events, value signals, and lookalike audiences work at a technical level and use that to make channels more efficient over time.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new performance marketing channels and acquisition opportunities.
- Build the path from experiment to evergreen program: prove incremental SQLs and pipeline impact, hit LTV-to-CAC efficiency targets, and document a repeatable operating playbook.
- Own channels as they mature. Decide when a program stays with you and when it transitions to a dedicated owner so you can keep finding new ones.
- Analyze performance across the full funnel. Turn incomplete or noisy data into a clear call on what to scale, improve, pause, or stop.
- Partner with data and engineering to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting, and with Creative on messaging, format, and ad concepts across surfaces, audiences, and channels.
- Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that help the team test more ideas and operationalize channels faster.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in a performance / quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science role, where you’ve owned numbers and shaped meaningful outcomes.
- Strong analytical judgment. You can define success metrics, diagnose and isolate performance issues, and make decisions with imperfect information.
- You enjoy designing experiments and translating results into a clear call on what to fund, scale, or kill.
- You've built AI workflows, automations, or agents to improve marketing execution and you have good judgment about where AI accelerates the work and where human review is necessary.
- You move projects from ambiguity to a clear outcome with limited direction and you're detail-oriented in campaign setup, tracking, and measurement.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- B2B experience.
- Experience bringing an experimental channel into a scaled program.
- Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, randomized controlled tests (RCTs), MMM, and marketing measurement.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
We are building a world-class team of lawyers and legal professionals who serve as strategic partners to the business. We are looking for an experienced corporate attorney to join Mysten Labs and take ownership of a broad range of corporate legal matters.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work closely with leaders across the company on corporate governance, strategic transactions and investments, corporate structuring, finance, tax, employment and compensation matters, and other strategic initiatives. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving novel problems, operating with significant autonomy, and taking ownership of matters from initial strategy through execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical corporate training with practical business judgment and the versatility to tackle matters that do not fit neatly within a single legal discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support strategic transactions, including joint ventures, strategic investments, acquisitions, dispositions, spinouts, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions.
- Advise the General Counsel, executive team and other business leaders on corporate legal matters and strategic initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, tax, accounting, people and other teams to structure and execute strategic corporate initiatives.
- Advise on corporate finance and treasury matters, including equity and debt financings and other capital-related transactions.
- Partner with the People team on employment, executive compensation, equity and token compensation, and other employee-related matters, coordinating with specialist counsel as appropriate.
- Support the company’s international operations and corporate structure, including formation and governance of subsidiaries and other entities.
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, corporate agreements, Board and stockholder materials, policies and other legal documentation.
- Identify legal and business risks, develop practical solutions, and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, often in situations involving novel issues or incomplete information.
- Manage outside counsel and other external advisors efficiently, including determining when specialist expertise is necessary and driving matters toward resolution.
- Develop and improve corporate legal processes, policies, templates and systems as the company continues to evolve.
- Stay informed regarding legal and industry developments relevant to Mysten Labs and the broader web3 ecosystem.
- Take on other legal and strategic projects as needed. We are a lean team, and everyone is expected to be willing to tackle important problems that fall outside their traditional lane.
- Do whatever needs to be done, and do the right thing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience at a leading law firm and/or in the legal department of a high-growth technology company.
- Strong foundation in corporate law, with meaningful experience in corporate governance and complex corporate transactions.
- Experience with some combination of M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate restructurings, financings, subsidiary governance or other strategic corporate matters.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex matters, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive projects from initial issue identification through execution.
- Ability and willingness to operate as a corporate generalist and quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar areas.
- Excellent business judgment and the ability to assess and appropriately weigh legal and business risk, including when operating with imperfect information.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable and practical advice.
- Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented and comfortable working with stakeholders across finance, tax, accounting, people, operations and other functions.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency who thrives in a fast-moving environment with a lean legal team.
- Unquestioned integrity and sound judgment.
- Interest in blockchain technology and willingness to develop a strong understanding of Mysten Labs’ business, technology and ecosystem. Prior web3 or crypto experience is helpful but not required.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar, with eligibility to practice as in-house counsel in California.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You become the person the General Counsel and business teams turn to when a complicated corporate issue needs an owner. You are equally comfortable advising executives on a hot button issue, structuring a joint venture, helping evaluate a potential spinout, working through an employment or compensation issue with the People team, or taking an ambiguous strategic assignment and figuring out how to get it done.
You know when to dive deeply into an issue yourself, when to bring in specialists, and how to translate legal analysis into practical recommendations. Above all, you take ownership, exercise sound judgment, and make it easier for the company to move quickly and responsibly.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced compliance and financial crime leader to help shape and expand our work across anti money laundering, virtual asset compliance, and blockchain risk management. This role is designed for someone who understands compliance from both sides of the market: traditional financial institutions and virtual asset service providers. You should be comfortable operating at the intersection of regulation, financial crime prevention, blockchain analytics, and commercial strategy. You will serve as a senior subject matter expert on AML and virtual asset compliance, helping the company strengthen its compliance capabilities, advise financial institutions and VASPs, and engage credibly with regulators, law enforcement agencies, clients, and industry partners.
About You
You are a practical and commercially minded compliance leader with deep experience in AML, financial crime, and virtual assets.
You have worked within, or closely alongside, both traditional financial institutions and VASPs, and understand the differences between conventional transaction monitoring and the risks presented by blockchain based financial activity. You are equally comfortable reviewing a complex financial crime case, designing an AML framework, advising senior leadership, speaking with a regulator, and explaining blockchain risk to a bank, exchange, or government stakeholder. You do not approach compliance as a purely administrative function. You understand how strong compliance programs, credible risk controls, and effective blockchain analytics can support responsible business growth.
Responsibilities
Build and improve AML frameworks, virtual asset compliance strategy, sanctions, risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and investigation processes.
Advise financial institutions and VASPs on virtual asset compliance, regulatory expectations, and blockchain related financial crime risks.
Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical compliance guidance and product requirements.
Where applicable, serve as MLRO or support the designated MLRO on suspicious activity reviews and regulatory reporting.
Partner with product, engineering, business development teams, regulators, law enforcement, and other industry stakeholders.
Requirements
Prior experience as an MLRO, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Financial Crime, or a similar senior compliance role.
Experience across both traditional financial institutions and the virtual asset industry.
Strong knowledge of AML, financial crime, sanctions, transaction monitoring, regulatory compliance and reporting, and virtual asset financial crime risks.
Hands on experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, or similar on-chain compliance tools and processes.
Strong communication skills and CAMS or an equivalent AML qualification.
Bonus Points
Experience owning the AML program of a regulated entity, VASP licensing, regulatory examinations, or remediation.
Established relationships across regulators, law enforcement, banks, exchanges, or the virtual asset industry.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $220,000. Compensation for candidates outside the United States will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.

About Core Products & Platform
Core Products & Platform is the foundation that powers the entire product — we build and maintain what every other direction at Fundraise Up depends on, and we directly secure the revenue that drives our mission. We own the full donation lifecycle: from the moment a donor lands on a checkout page to the financial flows behind every transaction, the integrations that connect our platform to the nonprofit's ecosystem, and the platform infrastructure that makes everything scale. Experiment velocity is our competitive DNA. 80%+ of growth experiments run through our products. We move fast, we measure everything, and we never break what matters.
The Role
We are looking for Product Managers to join Core Products & Platform and take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain that directly impacts donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. These are high-stakes, high-ownership roles. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs that engineering can build from, and drive outcomes — not just ship features. You'll work in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. You won't be handed a finished playbook. You'll help write it.
What You’ll Own
Product strategy and roadmap for your domain — with clear priorities and the reasoning behind every decision
End-to-end delivery from discovery through to launch and post-launch validation
Specifications that engineering can build from — with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria covered
Stakeholder alignment — keeping Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership informed and coordinated
Domain health — product metrics, reliability signals, and the right balance between new features, experiments, and technical sustainability
What You’ll Do
Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics
Run structured discovery: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration
Write engineering-ready specs — clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left
Partner directly with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery
Collaborate with GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable product improvements
Track product health and understand what's driving changes — with clear attribution and causal reasoning
Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment
Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Strong delivery track record: you ship complex features in high-pressure environments without dropping quality
Ability to write specifications engineers can build from — precise, with edge cases and acceptance criteria
Data fluency: you define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with evidence
Systems thinking: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact of decisions
Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is normal
Nice To Have
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows
Experience in B2B SaaS platforms with API/integration complexity
Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks at high velocity
Familiarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain
AI at Fundraise Up
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Why work with us
A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds
Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders
Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people
Transparent company culture—we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next
Long-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range: €5,600 - €6,100 gross. Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with requirements, and location.
