👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
We’re looking for someone to make data a core lever for better product and business decisions.
This is a highly autonomous role. You’ll have the freedom to identify what we need, decide whether to build or buy, and turn data into measurable impact.
🙌 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and business, partnering closely with teams across GitBook.
- Work with product and engineering to identify opportunities, define metrics, run experiments, and influence the roadmap
- Turn messy questions into analysis, insights, and actions that improve product and company metrics
- Collaborate with the Head of Data on our data architecture, foundations, and long-term vision
- Evolve our data models, pipelines, instrumentation, and tooling as our needs change
- Decide when to build, buy, or use lightweight solutions to solve data problems efficiently
- Take our existing internal data agent to the next level, making it more useful and accessible across the company
- Help teams across GitBook become more autonomous and effective in how they use data
You’ll have the freedom to shape both what we build and how we work with data.
🧰 WHAT ENVIRONMENT WILL YOU BE WORKING IN?
Our stack today includes:
- GCP — BigQuery, Composer
- dbt — Cloud / via Cursor
- Replit — data apps & internal tooling
- Tableau / Count — analysis & exploration
- Amplitude / Segment — product & event data
We don’t expect you to know everything. What matters is that you’re comfortable learning, evaluating tools, and evolving a modern data environment.
🧠 WHAT WE VALUE
Product mindset: You’re curious about users and how the product works. You want to understand behavior, find opportunities, and see your work translate into better product decisions and measurable outcomes.
Ownership & judgment: You’re comfortable taking an ambiguous problem and figuring out what to do next. You know when to go deep, move fast, build, buy, or keep things simple.
Technical depth: You’re strong with SQL, data modeling, analytics, and modern data tooling. You can move comfortably between analysis, data foundations, and building practical solutions.
Collaboration: You work well across product, engineering, growth, marketing, and leadership. You can challenge assumptions, communicate clearly, and bring people along.
Bias for impact: You care about what changes because of your work — not just what gets shipped.
🎯 WHY THIS ROLE?
You’ll have a broad scope and a lot of autonomy.
Your work will directly influence:
- Product and company metrics
- Product priorities and roadmap decisions
- Experiments and growth initiatives
- Our data foundations and architecture
- How people across GitBook use data and AI
If you like owning problems, shaping the solution, and seeing your work directly impact the product, you’ll have a lot of room to make a difference here.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is growing fast, and how we hire shapes what we become. As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in.
You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping AI-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch.
- Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and use data to decide what to change and how to measure it.
- Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
- Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting reporting, and build the dashboards and reports the team relies on.
- Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers.
- Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team.
- Keep recruiting documentation – including interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training material – current, monitored, and easy to find.
- Propose and roll out process changes that make recruiting faster and more consistent, including the comms and training that make them stick.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including getting buy-in from senior leaders.
- Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities.
- Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

THE ROLE
The AI ecosystem is being built by many companies at once: model labs creating increasingly capable models, hyperscalers providing infrastructure and distribution, developers building new AI products, and a growing ecosystem of tools that agents can use.
Baseten sits at the center of that ecosystem as the inference platform developers use to run AI in production. Partner Engineering is how we connect those worlds.
As one of the first engineers focused on Partner Engineering at Baseten, you'll build the technical foundation behind some of our most strategic relationships. You'll work directly with engineers at leading model labs, hyperscalers, developer platforms, and AI infrastructure companies to turn partnerships into products developers can actually use.
You don't need a previous partner engineering title. We want an engineer who enjoys working directly with another company's technical team and carrying the resulting product decisions into production at Baseten.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- Bring new capabilities into Baseten. Integrate a search or developer-tools provider into Baseten so an agent can call the service during inference, with consistent authentication, execution, failure handling, observability, and usage reporting.
- Take Baseten into new distribution channels. Integrate Baseten with a hyperscaler, cloud marketplace, or developer platform so customers can discover models, provision access, and run inference through a partner's product while Baseten handles the underlying serving infrastructure.
- Launch models with leading model labs. Build the infrastructure that lets developers discover and run a model lab's newest models on Baseten, including access controls, usage attribution, metering, and the systems required to support commercial agreements such as revenue sharing.
- Create the partner platform itself. Identify the primitives common across these integrations and turn them into reusable platform capabilities so we can launch increasingly sophisticated partnerships without reinventing the stack every time.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead strategic partner integrations from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, launch, and production operation.
- Work directly with partner engineering teams to design APIs, define system boundaries, resolve cross-company dependencies, and make architectural decisions.
- Write substantial production code and own the systems you build.
- Build reusable partner-platform primitives across identity, provisioning, inference, model serving, metering, billing, and other Baseten platform capabilities.
- Own technical delivery across Baseten and partner teams, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Work closely with Partnerships and Product to understand where the ecosystem is going and translate emerging opportunities into platform investments.
- Raise the bar for integration reliability through strong API contracts, testing, observability, safe rollouts, and thoughtful failure handling.
- Help define what Partner Engineering becomes at Baseten as both the team and our ecosystem grow.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience designing, shipping, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production. You can explain the architectural choices you made and how they meet customers' needs at scale.
- A record of leading ambiguous engineering projects across teams while contributing substantial production code yourself.
- Sound judgment about API design, service boundaries, and failure handling. You've built systems that uphold API contracts and meet measurable service-level objectives that customers and partners depend on.
- Experience turning requests from customers, partners, or other engineering teams into a defined technical scope. You can explain a constraint, propose an alternative, and document the decision.
- Comfort working across application code and cloud infrastructure, including debugging behavior that crosses service boundaries.
NICE TO HAVE
- Product integrations with cloud providers, developer platforms, or other infrastructure companies.
- Usage metering, marketplace infrastructure, or commerce systems that support relationships among multiple parties.
- Model serving or other artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure used in production.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

You’ll be part of a growing, highly collaborative team that works together to raise the bar for how we support Baseten. The team shares context, jumps in to support one another, and continuously looks for ways to improve how we operate. As Baseten grows, you’ll have opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your scope.
This is an in-person role in New York, expected to be in-office five days per week.

- Build enough context on our teams and business to make good judgment calls when space is constrained
- Maintain an exceptionally high bar for the physical office, noticing and addressing details like rooms that need resetting, missing furniture, broken equipment, and low supplies
- Proactively identify ways to make our spaces more functional, organized, and enjoyable
- Build strong relationships across the office to understand and anticipate team needs
- Partner with the Office Manager with physical office operations, vendors, deliveries, supplies, and other workplace needs
- Support in-office events, including setup, logistics, and resetting spaces afterward
- Respond quickly to workplace needs and own issues through resolution
- Manage mail, packages, and shipping with accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a high quality bar and an instinct for noticing what others miss. Proactive and observant, with a bias toward identifying and solving problems before being asked.
- Highly organized and able to manage changing calendars, constraints, requests, and priorities without dropping details
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand context and make thoughtful tradeoffs
- Clear, responsive communicator who reliably keeps people informed and closes loops
- High ownership mentality. When you take something on, others trust that you’ve got it
- Strong relationship builder who gets to know teams and uses that context to anticipate their needs
- Service-oriented and energized by creating an excellent experience for employees and visitors
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where needs change frequently
- Able and excited to work from our New York office five days per week
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. This is a hands-on technical management role: you'll manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, stay close to code and configuration, and also own a small set of adjacent RevOps tools that round out the GTM systems stack. You'll report to the Director, Business Systems and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Security leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, including hiring, performance management, career development, and day-to-day prioritization of their work
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrated third-party systems, balancing production support, technical debt reduction, and net-new delivery
- Stay hands-on with architecture and code review for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and platform security, guiding your team's technical decisions rather than delegating them entirely
- Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle: Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, and production change management, including planning around end-of-quarter production freezes
- Pair heavily with the Technical Architect to execute against their architectural roadmap, with dotted-line accountability for delivering their priorities through your team while retaining direct management authority over your reports
- Maintain governance over Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and integration/service account hygiene across connected systems
- Own or co-own supporting integrations between Salesforce and platforms
- Own a set of adjacent RevOps tools outside Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Gong, Loom) and coordinate with other owners
- Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI-driven Salesforce offerings, and evaluate new AI-driven workflow opportunities on the platform
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions delivered by your team
- Set team standards for documentation, testing, and change management, and enforce operating rules for high-risk changes (e.g., Closed/Won opportunity edits, ownership changes) to protect data integrity and downstream automation
- Escalate and resolve complex production issues, serving as the team's senior technical point of contact
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years total hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and people management
- Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
- Experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices (Gearset or similar)
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, ideally supporting a globally distributed GTM organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable balancing people management with hands-on technical work
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Administrator certification
- Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes and Mulesoft
- Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows
- Experience supporting global sales organizations
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS:
- Meet your direct reports and the broader Business Systems team; build 1:1 cadences
- Assess team workload, skill gaps, and open production support items
- Get up to speed on the Salesforce instance, code base, best practices, and current roadmap
- Introduce yourself to cross-functional stakeholders the Salesforce team supports
FIRST 60 DAYS:
- Dive deep into the technical architecture to evaluate performance and identify refactor opportunities
- Establish a regular working cadence with the Technical Architect to align on roadmap priorities and execution ownership
- Engage with key stakeholder leaders across the organization
- Establish or reinforce best practices to keep the instance performant, secure, and scalable
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK:
- Have a high-performing, well-supported team delivering to roadmap independently
- Own the Salesforce ecosystem as it relates to third-party tooling, integrations, and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Be the go-to subject matter expert for the Salesforce instance and its surrounding systems
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them.
As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs.
Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open.
Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early.
Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard.
Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete.
Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner.
Our humble expectations
You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them.
You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center.
You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders.
You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions.
You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased.
You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently.
What we offer
A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform.
A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch.
Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product.
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at
