🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.

🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.

- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.

This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's People Legal team is looking for a Lead Employment Counsel to build the legal foundation for our growing workforce across Asia-Pacific. You'll partner closely with our People team and business leaders to design and run employment programs in the region that help our people do their best work.
This role pairs deep employment law expertise with pragmatism and creativity. You'll build structures that manage legal risk across several APAC countries today and that will hold up as our presence in the region scales. You'll also help colleagues around the world understand how local requirements shape the way we hire, manage, and support people in APAC.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary employment lawyer for Anthropic's APAC region, partnering with People and business leaders across People programs, policies and day-to-day issues
Build and maintain the legal infrastructure for new and existing APAC jurisdictions, including Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore and India
Advise on market entry and workforce structuring, including acquisitions, employer of record arrangements, contractor classification, and headcount thresholds that trigger local obligations
Partner with Compensation, Benefits, and Equity teams so that global programs are compliant and scalable
Guide employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, in line with local law and practice
Develop and manage strategy on employment disputes across the region, from pre-litigation claims through tribunal and court proceedings, in partnership with outside counsel
Track legislative and regulatory developments across the region, including employee data privacy and emerging rules on AI in employment, and turn them into practical guidance
Develop scalable templates, playbooks, and training that enable stakeholders to operate compliantly
Minimum qualifications
Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
Have deep subject-matter expertise on employment law across multiple APAC countries
Write clearly and concisely, and can provide actionable guidance to non-lawyers
Balance legal risk with business practicality, and work collaboratively with legal and business cross-functional partners
Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones
Preferred qualifications
At least 12+ years of relevant employment legal experience across law firms and in-house, with demonstrated experience supporting companies through rapid growth
Experience advising People and business teams on the practical application of employment laws in Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, and Singapore
Creative and pragmatic in your approach to developing legal solutions to business problems
Working knowledge of employee data privacy requirements across the region
Role-specific policy:
For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our Sydney office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world's smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem.
Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Scalable Discovery & Engagement
The Data Science Research team builds foundational ML representations and advanced AI capabilities that enhance both Playtime and adjoe Ads. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI and deep learning approaches—specifically generative approaches —to deliver critical systems such as high-dimensional user embeddings, general content understanding and sequential recommendation. These frameworks scale adjoe's products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users.
The team operates at the intersection of bleeding-edge R&D and high-scale production engineering, acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser and primary consulting layer for complex ML bottlenecks. The stack is optimized for deep learning and heavy data throughput: PyTorch and [Ray/Hugging Face] for training and fine-tuning foundation models, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure for heavy workloads. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain high-throughput, realtime production environments.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- PhD or equivalent research depth, with a production track record. You have a PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, or Physics, or an MSc with extensive industry research, and publications in top-tier venues like SIGIR, KDD, NeurIPS, or ICLR. You've spent 4+ years building large-scale recommender systems in high-throughput environments: AdTech, e-commerce, or social.
- You translate research into production, not just prototypes. You distill SOTA research into robust, production-ready code optimized for sub-millisecond latency. At adjoe, that means architecting multi-stage recommendation pipelines, Generative Retrieval, Deep Ranking, and Re-ranking, serving millions of requests across a stack built on 770 million users' behavioral data.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch and large-scale model optimization. You have hands-on experience with high-concurrency optimization, model quantization, and distillation, the engineering side of getting large generative models to run under extreme production constraints, not just in research environments.
- Content understanding and embeddings are core to your work. You research and develop information-rich user and ad embeddings using unsupervised and generative approaches, directly improving the quality of predictions across both Playtime and adjoe Ads.
- Raises the technical bar around them. You lead architectural debates, mentor junior scientists, and drive the team's research direction without needing a roadmap handed to you.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.

You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.

Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.

We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly operational, systems-minded Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. Sitting at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and GTM, you’ll help ensure contracts move quickly and accurately while maintaining the right level of process, visibility, and risk management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex or manual processes into simple, scalable systems. You’ll manage the day-to-day contracting lifecycle while owning the infrastructure behind it—from intake and approvals to Ironclad workflows, templates, reporting, and automation.
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly organized, comfortable operating with autonomy, and constantly looking for ways to make contracting faster and easier for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Contracting
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including creator and influencer agreements, agency MSAs, PR and sponsorship agreements, content licensing, referral agreements, contractor and consulting agreements, NDAs, order forms, amendments, and vendor agreements.
- Own contract intake across Growth, Marketing, PR, Recruiting, Finance, and B2B; route, prioritize, track, and drive requests through completion.
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate NDAs within approved playbooks and fallbacks.
- Prepare first drafts and markups of commercial agreements using Higgsfield templates and playbooks, escalating exceptions to Legal with clear recommendations.
- Conduct final quality checks and coordinate Legal, Finance, and executive approvals before signature.
- Route approved agreements through Ironclad and DocuSign and ensure executed agreements are properly filed.
- Manage contracting SLAs, proactively flag delays, and maintain clear visibility into open matters.
Ironclad & Contract Operations
- Co-own the build and ongoing administration of Ironclad, including intake workflows, approval logic, templates, clause libraries, metadata, permissions, repository structure, and reporting.
- Translate Higgsfield’s contracting playbooks into standardized clauses, approved fallbacks, escalation rules, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain self-service intake workflows and templates across B2B and non-B2B agreements.
- Maintain permissions, record types, legacy agreements, and repository hygiene so Ironclad remains the single source of truth.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and partner with workflow engineers when technical support is required.
- Build reporting around contract volume, cycle times, SLAs, and bottlenecks.
- Support integrations and automation across Finance, Security, Slack, AI-assisted review, and other systems.
- Onboard teams to Ironclad and create lightweight documentation that drives adoption.
Operational Excellence
- Own matters from intake through execution, filing, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accurate trackers and provide concise, proactive updates without requiring follow-up.
- Identify gaps in templates, workflows, or processes and take ownership of resolving them.
- Apply approved templates and playbooks independently while escalating exceptions early.
- Continuously improve contracting processes through better workflows, automation, reporting, and AI tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
- Deep hands-on Ironclad experience building and launching workflows, templates, approvals, permissions, playbooks, and reporting. This is a must.
- Experience scaling or cleaning up a CLM, including legacy migrations, record consolidation, and workflow rollouts.
- Ability to independently negotiate NDAs and prepare first-pass commercial agreement markups using established playbooks.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial agreements and contracting lifecycles; a law degree is not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
- Strong judgment around applying playbooks, meeting SLAs, and knowing when to escalate to Legal.
- Collaborative, clear communicator who works effectively across Legal, Finance, Growth, Recruiting, PR, and leadership.
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as n8n and Claude, with an interest in using technology to scale legal operations.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is available to enterprises through Microsoft Foundry, and the Microsoft partnership has become one of our most important paths to market. Many of the largest enterprises in financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and the public sector buy Microsoft first, and we want Claude to be the obvious choice when they do.
As Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell, you will turn that partnership into pipeline and closed revenue. You will build and run joint sales plays with Microsoft's field organization, connect Anthropic account executives with their Microsoft counterparts on shared target accounts, and make sure deals that start in a co-sell conversation actually close through Azure Marketplace. You will own your work end to end, from the details of a single stuck deal to the executive readout on how the partnership is performing.
Key responsibilities
Own the co-sell engine day to day: design joint sales plays with Microsoft around the strongest enterprise use cases, run account mapping with Microsoft sellers, and turn introductions into working groups and joint opportunities that show up as pipeline
Keep deals moving through Azure Marketplace, including private offers, billing setup, and partner attribution; track every opportunity through that process, know where it is stuck and who needs to act, and work with both sides until it closes
Run the regular pipeline and escalation rhythm with Microsoft
Give Anthropic and Microsoft leaders a clear view of what is working and what is blocked
Bring field insight back to our product and go-to-market teams
Own at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft, such as a flagship event, a product workstream, or deal operations
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning a revenue or pipeline number through a partner or co-sell motion, with results you can point to
Working knowledge of how enterprise deals transact through a cloud marketplace, including hands-on experience unblocking stuck deals
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to turn that detail into a clear, concise story for executives
A record of taking full ownership of your work: closing loops and keeping stakeholders informed proactively
Ability to keep a stalled deal or program moving through repeated blockers until it is resolved
Ability to build trust across a large, matrixed partner organization, with field sellers and their leaders alike
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling or partnering around AI, ML, or developer platform products
Direct experience with Microsoft's partner ecosystem, such as Partner Center, Azure Marketplace, and the co-sell program
Experience selling into financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or the public sector
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD

The
Data Center Capacity & Inventory Manager
owns a single, accurate, and always-current view of the organization's entire data center estate worldwide. The role exists because the biggest infrastructure decisions — where to place workloads, when to expand or consolidate, and how to plan a move — are only as reliable as the underlying data on power, cooling, racks, and space.
That information is typically fragmented across sites, spreadsheets, and providers. This role consolidates it into one authoritative source of truth, keeps it current, and turns it into capacity forecasts, utilization reporting, and move/migration analysis the business depends on. It is accountable for the inventory and operational data of every facility the organization uses — owned, colocation, and edge.
Scope & Context
Global portfolio:
every data center facility across all regions — company-owned and on-premises sites, colocation and wholesale space, and edge or remote equipment rooms.
Physical assets:
racks and cabinets; power (utility feeds, UPS, generators, PDUs, circuits); cooling (CRAC/CRAH, containment, chilled water); floor, cage, and suite space; structured cabling; and environmental monitoring.
Data domains:
inventory, capacity and utilization, contracts and commitments (colo agreements, power and space reservations), and a history of physical changes.
Organizational placement:
reports into infrastructure/IT leadership and partners with networking, cloud, security, procurement, and finance.
Key stakeholders:
site and facilities teams, colocation providers, infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, finance (cost allocation), and the business units requesting space or moves.
Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce how every site records and reports its power, cooling, rack, and space configuration, so data is comparable across the portfolio.
Participate in the the space, power, and cooling analysis behind data center moves, migrations, and consolidations: what fits where, target-site readiness, and the sequencing of each move.
Supply the accurate capacity and utilization data that drives resourcing and planning decisions
Manage capacity risk proactively: identify sites approaching power, cooling, or space limits before they constrain the business.
Uphold resilience, safety, and compliance standards across facilities, including redundancy targets (for example N+1) and disaster-recovery posture.
Inventory, Data & Capacity Management (Core Mandate)
This is the primary purpose of the role: a single, trusted, global source of truth for every data center, kept accurate and current.
Maintain the global inventory and data for all facilities
A complete register of every data center and equipment room, with location, provider, and contracted commitments.
Space:
floor area, cage and suite allocation, rack and cabinet counts, rack-unit (RU) inventory and occupancy, and remaining white space.
Power:
utility feeds and redundancy, UPS and generator capacity, PDU and circuit inventory, provisioned vs. actual draw (kW) per rack, row, and room, and PUE where measured.
Cooling:
cooling capacity and type, containment, redundancy (N, N+1), temperature and humidity envelopes, and thermal headroom.
Racks & assets:
rack elevations, cabinet layouts, and the physical assets each contains, mapped to their power and connectivity.
Turn that data into decisions
Track utilization and remaining headroom for space, power, and cooling at rack, row, room, and site level.
Forecast capacity, flag sites approaching their limits, and recommend expansion, consolidation, or reallocation.
Provide the analysis behind every move and migration — what a target site can support and how a move should be staged.
Produce regular reporting and dashboards for leadership, finance, and planning.
Own the tooling and data quality
Define data standards, naming conventions, and an audit cadence that keep the inventory accurate.
Run periodic physical audits and reconciliations against the recorded data.
Requirements
Proven experience managing data center infrastructure at multi-site or global scale, ideally across a mix of owned and colocation facilities.
Deep, practical understanding of data center power, cooling, and physical space — circuits, PDUs, UPS and generators, redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N), cooling systems, and containment.
A demonstrated track record of keeping accurate inventory and capacity data current across many sites.
Experience planning and executing data center moves, migrations, consolidations, or build-outs.
Colocation and vendor management experience — contracts, SLAs, capacity commitments, and cost control.
Strong data and reporting skills: able to turn raw facility data into clear capacity forecasts and dashboards, with advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort using BI or reporting tools.
Experience coordinating work across multiple regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
Data center certifications such as Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS), BICSI DCDC, or EPI CDCP/CDCS/CDCE.
Familiarity with specific DCIM platforms (for example Nlyte, Sunbird, Device42, or Hyperview).
Knowledge of relevant standards — Uptime Institute Tier topology, ANSI/TIA-942, and ASHRAE thermal guidelines.
Exposure to hybrid environments (on-premises, colocation, edge, and public cloud) and how physical capacity relates to workload placement.
Awareness of data center sustainability and energy-efficiency practice, including PUE and power reporting.
Benefits
Full Remote
Comfortable working on EST time zone

Do you enjoy precise, detail-oriented work and have an eye for spatial accuracy? This role puts those skills to use on a project at the intersection of geospatial data and AI.
As a Data Annotator on our project, you will support building digital 3D models of power grids and other critical infrastructure. These models help energy companies analyze network conditions, predict risks, and plan maintenance using AI and physics-based simulations.
You will help reconstruct electrical distribution networks in 3D by combining LiDAR point cloud data, GIS maps, and drone imagery – contributing directly to the accuracy and reliability of these digital twins.
What you’ll be doing:
Reconstructing 3D power grid networks using point cloud (LiDAR) and map (GIS) data;
Placing 3D objects (poles, lines, conductors) to match real-world physical layouts;
Aligning original 2D map data with 3D models;
Labeling high-resolution drone photos to identify grid components and detect structural defects (e.g., equipment damage or wear).
Requirements:
Strong spatial reasoning and the ability to easily navigate 3D environments;
English B2 (ability to read instructions, watch training videos, and communicate effectively);
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn from feedback;
PC/laptop with an Intel i7-11800H (or equivalent/better CPU), dedicated GPU (NVIDIA T1200 or better; RTX 4060 recommended), and 16 GB RAM minimum (32 GB preferred).
Will be a plus:
Background in GIS, Geodesy, Cartography, Land Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
Any basic understanding of power grids (poles, transformers, wires) or prior experience with LiDAR data.
What we offer:
Full-time schedule (9 hours/day, including a 1-hour paid lunch break), with a fixed shift of either 09:00-18:00 or 14:00-23:00 EEST;
Fully remote work;
Supportive management with no bureaucracy;
Competitive compensation in USD;
Opportunities for long-term professional growth.
