Who we're looking for:
AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers — driving their AI strategies, creating AI adoption roadmaps, and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, product, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering high ROI to our customers' businesses.
The role is based in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify potential opportunities for AI use cases.
Gain a deep understanding of each customer's domain and business processes to prioritize the most impactful AI use cases, based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Translate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, with success metrics and guardrails.
Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them — removing repetitive work, unlocking new possibilities.
Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems — CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, workflows.
Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation that enable delivery teams to implement successfully.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption.
Support customer presentations and executive discussions around AI strategy.
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, agentic AI trends, and industry best practices.

Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.

About us
At
Praktika.ai
, we're on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors. We've done this by building a fully automated language tutoring experience powered by generative AI avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series A funding, we're growing and looking for a Creative Strategist to join us. We're a small, global team pushing the boundaries of what's possible in language learning. We like independent self-starters who work well in a team and on their own, and who enjoy the pace of an early-stage startup.
About the role
You'll join our creative team, reporting directly to our Creative Manager. This is a strategist and producer role. You'll own our paid creative from first idea to live test: what we make, how good it is, and making sure every piece gets shipped and tested. You'll run all production across UGC, AI video and statics, and work closely with UA and media buyers to learn from the results.
This is a performance role first, not a design role. You'll be judged on what the creative does in-market, not on how it looks. You don't need to be a media buyer, but you do need to understand UA well enough to make creative decisions from the numbers.
What you'll do
Ideas and strategy
Own the creative ideas behind our paid campaigns across web, web-to-app and app (iOS and Android) on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat
Turn performance data, competitor ads and audience research into the next round of concepts
Test hooks, angles and formats, each with a clear hypothesis, and feed the results back into briefs
Production and quality
Own all creative production: UGC, AI video and statics
Write briefs for designers and UGC creators that spell out the angle, audience, references, models, tools and specs, so nobody has to come back with questions
Specify the right AI model for each shot. Different models win at different things, and you'll know which one to call for.
Hold the quality bar and keep the brand consistent across everything that ships
Full cycle, brief to test
Take every creative from brief through production to a live test
Work with UA and media buyers on test structure and on what to scale or kill
Read the results across the full funnel (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and know which metric is misleading you on a given creative
Making it faster
Build automated processes, prompt libraries, templates and batch pipelines that increase output and cut repetitive work
Keep up with new models and bring the good ones into the workflow
Document the processes so the team can run them
What we're looking for
2+ years in creative strategy for paid acquisition, ideally as a creative manager, creative lead or creative strategist working alongside a performance or UA team
Strong creative judgement: you come up with the ideas and hold a high quality bar
You've owned creative production end to end, including directing designers, editors and UGC creators
You've owned creative against a CPA or ROAS target and can walk us through specific numbers
Solid UA knowledge: account structure, testing frameworks, learning phase, creative fatigue, how the algorithm allocates spend, and why a creative with great upper-funnel metrics can still be the worst in the account
You understand how channels differ: web vs web-to-app vs app install, iOS vs Android, and Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat. You know why the same creative can win on one and lose on another, and how ATT and iOS attribution change what you can read from the numbers.
Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
AI-native. You know the current video, image and voice models and what each is good at:
Video: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora, Runway, Wan and Hailuo
Image: Nano Banana, Midjourney and Flux
Voice: ElevenLabs
You can explain why you'd pick one over another for lip-sync, character consistency, product close-ups, motion or cost per second.
Hands-on with agentic AI tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity. You use them to build automations and small scripts, not just to chat.
A portfolio of ad work you briefed or directed at volume, with results attached. When you apply, include at least two ads with the platform, spend, hook rate, CTR and CPA for each. We won't review applications without numbers.
It would be great if you have
Scripting or automation experience (APIs, batch pipelines, no-code tools)
Experience at a subscription app or in edtech
A film or production background
Why join Praktika
We expect dedication and hard work, and we reward it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring.
Top-tier salary
Equity that grows with your impact through stock options
26 days' holiday plus bank holidays (34 days a year)
Yearly offsites (recent ones were in Istanbul and Morocco)
Health and wellness benefits through SafetyWing
A full AI toolkit, including Claude, Cursor and Codex
An annual learning budget of up to $1,000
Interview process
Application review (with the numbers above)
Intro call with our Talent team
Portfolio deep dive with our Creative Manager
Practical task
Final interview with our CEO
We'll give you feedback throughout the process.

WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth runs on data, and this role owns it.
This role owns the analytical engine behind growth:
- Data parsing & pipelines
- Dashboards & reporting
- Funnel analysis
- Insight & hypothesis generation
YOU MAKE SURE:
- The growth team always knows what's working, what's not, and why
- Every channel, cohort, and funnel step is measured accurately
- Hypotheses that could grow reach and revenue are surfaced constantly
- Decisions are made on data, not gut feeling
You are the person who turns raw data into growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data & Analytics
- Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.
- Own ETL processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards the growth team will use daily.
- Analyze the full funnel, from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue, and find where we're suboptimal.
- Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Insights & Hypotheses
- Constantly look for insights: anomalies, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase our reach and revenue.
- Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.
Enabling the Growth Team
- Answer the team's data questions fast, so growth managers can move without waiting.
- Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.
- Automate repetitive workflows:
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Dashboard refreshes
- Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, Python, APIs, or scripts – we use AI heavily, so resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Reduce manual work and increase reliability as volume scales.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a high-agency https://www.highagency.com analyst.
You should have:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.
- Python at entry level is fine – we use AI heavily, resourcefulness matters more than syntax.
- Understanding of ETL processes and how data moves between systems.
- Ability to visualize data for humans: clear, decision-ready charts.
- An always-on instinct for insights.
- Resourcefulness, responsibility, and an ownership mindset: you get things done.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+ level.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Data or marketing analytics with strong execution bias
- Growth Ops / BizOps people
- Early startup analysts who built reporting from scratch
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait to be told what to analyze
- Prefer building models over driving decisions
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Are uncomfortable presenting findings and pushing back
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our People Intelligence/Apps Technical Product Manager within the People Strategy & Insights team, you'll be a critical part of developing our agentic enablement platform and responsible for building and shipping the People applications that power how we hire, develop, and grow our team — from workforce planning tools to AI-augmented performance and org design solutions.
Reporting to our Director of People Strategy & Insights and collaborating closely with People Partners, Leaders, FP&A, IT, and AI and Platform Engineering, you'll translate complex People domain challenges into elegant, scalable products that make a real difference in how we operate. At Taxfix, we're building an AI-native company — and this role sits right at the heart of that mission.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of the employee as “Builder” concept, and map the requirements different parts of the organisation have to unlock the capability of Engineers and non-Engineers to ship agentic workflows.
- Design and implement AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns, experimenting with emerging techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible in People operations.
- Build, iterate, and continuously improve People applications using no-code and low-code platforms such as Claude Code, Notion, n8n, Google Cloud Apps, and other AI tools — owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimisation.
- Lead the continued adaption of Product mindset and ways of working across the People function, including the development and on going refinement of the People Products Roadmap.
- Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised People applications roadmap, balancing day-to-day operational demands with longer-term strategic initiatives and a clear build-vs-buy framework.
- Build and maintain integrations across the People tech stack — including HiBob, Ashby, Peakon, and Postgres — ensuring seamless data flows, strong data integrity, and reliable automation via n8n.
- Lead change management for new applications and features, creating documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions, then gathering feedback to iterate rapidly.
- Partner with PSI leadership, People Partners, Workforce Planners, and FP&A, while collaborating with IT and Engineering to ensure all solutions meet IT security and privacy standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role, with a proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end.
- You have hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio, and you think naturally about how to design effective human-AI collaboration patterns.
- You are a curious PM that is not afraid to challenge the status quo in a pragmatic and constructive way.
- You are thinking in systems, understanding the economical aspect of internal processes and products and how those can create value.
- You are technically fluent, comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows, and you know when to bring in Engineering versus when to build it yourself.
- You have a product mindset: you manage roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver incremental value in fast-paced environments, all while keeping the end user's experience front and centre.
- You are highly proficient with no-code and low-code platforms, Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps, or similar, and you're comfortable designing data models that support complex business logic and reporting.
- Experience in People or HR tech, workforce planning, or org design is a strong plus, as is a background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Independently drive complex enterprise deals end-to-end: Manage a broad enterprise book with strong autonomy, leading 6- and 7-figure deal cycles from prospecting to close.
- Multi-thread to the C-suite: Lead VP-level conversations, build durable C-suite relationships across customer orgs, and earn credibility quickly with new stakeholders.
- Manage risk proactively: Identify and manage deal risk early; build rigorous stakeholder maps for your accounts.
- Make the hard calls: Partner with your manager (and, at the senior level, operate more independently) on pricing, escalation timing, exec alignment, and deal strategy — coming to the table with a point of view, not just a problem.
- Leverage leadership & co-founders: Bring in Sierra's co-founders effectively for exec engagement when it moves a deal.
- Raise the bar: Act as a visible, steady leader on deal teams; proactively elevate the team's standard without being asked.
- Operate as an AI-native seller: Leverage AI tools across the full sales cycle- account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, pipeline forecasting, and deal execution- to automate low-value tasks and reinvest that time into high-value customer relationships, while continuously adopting and experimenting with new tools to work faster and smarter than traditional methods allow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8- 10 years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience, identifying and closing large accounts.
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.
- Proven ability to multi-thread and build trusted relationships across customer C-suites.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Analytical mindset - you analyze market trends, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
EVEN BETTER...
- Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
