BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

Location: Boston, MA
Workplace: OnSite
At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is a data company, and data is our most valuable asset. The Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) organization turns WHOOP data into trusted intelligence that sharpens every team's decisions. As the data and AI ecosystem grows, making that data trustworthy and safe by default has become a strategic capability, so every product built on it can be relied on.
We are seeking a Director, Data Governance to lead the function as a new pillar within the DAA organization. You will report to our VP of Data, Analytics and AI Acceleration. As the first dedicated leader of this function, you will define the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance. Governance sets the policy and standards; the Data Platform & Engineering pillar engineers and implements them, so this role leads through influence, clear standards, and strong cross-functional partnership.
WHOOP operates a mature data platform. This role builds the governance layer on top of it: formal ownership models, data contracts, an event taxonomy, cataloging and discovery, classification frameworks, and the policies that let the company scale into regulated environments without slowing down. You will build and lead a team and champion intelligent, AI powered approaches to continuously monitor the health and trust of our data.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves, and as effective presenting a data classification framework to senior leadership as you are working through a data quality standard with an engineer. Working across Data Platform & Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Product, GRC, Legal, InfoSec, and RAD, you will earn trust across technical and business teams, drive adoption, and ship enforceable governance outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead the data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap spanning data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), aligned with the DAA strategy.
- Build, lead, and coach a small, senior team, developing your people while partnering closely with Staff level technical leaders across the org.
- Establish a formal data ownership model, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to assign stewardship and accountability for critical datasets.
- Define the standards for data contracts between producing and consuming teams, covering schema stability, SLA adherence, and breaking-change management, with implementation owned by Data Platform & Engineering.
- Own the event taxonomy governance framework, bringing structure to event tracking and standardizing how product and engineering teams define, name, and instrument events across platforms.
- Set data quality standards (freshness, validation, monitoring) and the incident response expectations, partnering with Platform to operationalize automated testing and anomaly detection.
- Champion AI powered governance approaches that proactively surface quality issues, ownership gaps, policy violations, and compliance risks.
- Partner with GRC, Legal, and InfoSec to define the privacy, HIPAA, and compliance standards for how sensitive data is handled, which the platform then implements.
- Define role-based access policy across the data platform, balancing security with self-service accessibility, with enforcement engineered by Platform.
- Embed governance standards directly into engineering and developer workflows so the right way is the easy way, rather than relying on manual processes.
- Develop governance metrics and reporting to track adoption, compliance, and data health across the organization.
- Build a culture where trusted data is a shared responsibility across technical and business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in data, engineering, or data governance roles, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, data engineering, or data platform.
- 4+ years of experience leading and building teams.
- Direct experience building data governance programs or frameworks, ideally in a high-growth environment where governance was not yet formalized.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack tooling: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow/orchestration, and data catalog/lineage tools.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA), or willingness to develop deep expertise quickly given the WHOOP expansion into regulated healthcare products.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks with automated monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with access control design and administration in cloud data platforms (Snowflake RBAC, row-level security, dynamic data masking).
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment on data standards and policies, and to lead highly cross-functional initiatives. Comfortable influencing engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience operating in regulated environments.
- Proven track record managing data oversight for complex research initiatives, such as IRB-regulated studies or trials or regulatory filings for the FDA.
- Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership. Able to translate technical governance concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A player-coach orientation. Willing to be deeply hands-on while building repeatable processes and growing a team.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $230,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

The Impact You’ll Make
Everyone in our Mexico City office relies on IT to get their work done. As our
IT Support Engineer
, you'll be the main onsite contact for escalated (Level 2) issues, handling the more complex problems across identity, laptops and devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, networking, and office technology.
Day-to-day support is only part of the role. You'll also work on automation and process-improvement projects that make onboarding, access requests, asset tracking, and ticket routing faster and more reliable. The goal is simple: fix issues when they come up, and improve our processes so they happen less often.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Level 2 onsite support
— Handle escalated and more complex issues for the CDMX office, across identity, devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and the office network.
Automation and process improvement

Okta
— Manage user accounts, groups, app assignments, and access policies.
Device management
— Manage Mac and Windows devices in Iru (Kandji) and Intune, including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment.
Microsoft 365 and Exchange

Ticketing
— Set up and maintain ticket workflows, queues, SLAs, and the request catalog so requests reach the right person and get resolved on time.
Asset inventory
— Keep an accurate, automated record of hardware, software, and licenses, from purchase through reassignment, wipe, and retirement.
Meeting rooms and office technology
— Set up and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, video conferencing, and AV equipment. Support the office network (Meraki access points, switches, and security appliances) and Wi-Fi. Work with Security, Facilities, and outside providers on access control and CCTV.
Local vendors
— Find vendors, get quotes, negotiate, create purchase orders, and check invoices and billing.
Documentation and mentoring
— Write procedures, runbooks, and help articles, and set guidelines for user administration and security. Support office events and important business activities, and help train Level 1–2 support staff.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You follow through
— You stay with an issue until you find the root cause and it's properly fixed.
You look for ways to automate
— If a task keeps coming up, you find a way to stop doing it by hand.
You stay calm under pressure
— Outages, important meetings, or busy office days don't throw you off.
You care about the people you support
— A good experience for employees matters to you as much as the fix itself.
You communicate clearly
— You can explain technical issues in simple terms, in English and Spanish, and you write documentation others can follow.
You improve how the team works
— You leave behind processes, runbooks, and guidelines that make the team better.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🚀 YOUR MISSION
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for full sales cycles from prospection to onboarding.
Most of your meetings will be with Founders, or Heads of HR or Finance.
You’ll understand their pain with incumbent insurers and connect that to how a 100% digital solution can help close critical gaps in the health system.
You’ll build relationships through outbound, hosting community events, attending conferences, writing content online & any other channel that increases your empathy and understanding of the market’s challenges.
You’ll share what you hear from prospects & customers so we adapt our product to best serve their needs.
You’ll work with marketing to build relevant campaigns, events, sponsorships and other initiatives.
You won’t wait for leads - you’ll go create them through action.
If you want to be handed a script & playbook on day one, Alan may not be the right fit for you. If you want to build with us, while we tackle these important challenges, you’re at the right place.
⭐️ WHO YOU ARE ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- 2 to 8 years as an AE in B2B tech sales
- Full fluency in English required; French is a strong plus
- Experience at all stages in the deal cycle (ex. prospection through contracting)
Nice to have:
- You’ve moved from SDR or BDR to AE faster than your peers
- You’ve overachieved your quotas
- Experience working at a high-growth company
- Experience selling to HR or Finance leaders
- Experience in either health or insurance
- Experience winning deals in French
- Comfortable with Feedback and a Coaching Culture
YOUR PROFILE
- Builder: opening new markets or verticals excites you. Writing the playbook is more exciting to you than reading one.
- Ownership: you don’t sit back and wait, you go out and create value through action
- Communication: love written communication & sweat the details
- Initiative: you are OK to build your own decks, 1-pagers, and content. You don’t need a 100-person marketing team to make things happen.
- Outcomes focused: no-ego doer & scrappy; you want to put your name on something meaningful in healthcare.
- Thrive In-Person: our sales team works from the office 4-5 days a week - we believe proximity fuels collaboration and customer focus.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity
- Competitive salary + equity (grid level C0-D here https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity)
- No commission. It’s unusual, but it keeps us aligned with customers.
- Please note that this role compensation model is made of a base salary + Equity (learn more https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity)
- You will need the LLQP license https://www.fsrao.ca/licensing/life-and-accident-sickness-agent/life-licence-qualification-program-llqp for the role. We cover the cost & give you the space you need to ace the exam
- Monthly TTC Pass
- Generous employer matching program for your RRSP
- Delightful healthcare insurance: great benefits through Alan’s Canada app!
- In office: amazing office space with free lunch, right in the heart of the financial district (King & Yonge) to work closely and collaboratively with your colleagues 4-5 days per week in-person!
- Flexible leave policy: we trust Alaners to take the holidays they need, and no pre-approval is required.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave: extended parental leave for all new parents.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

- Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CoRL, RSS, CVPR, or equivalent contributions to impactful open-source robotics or machine learning projects.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.

Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate the visual identity of two very different brands across every touchpoint: 0x https://0x.org/, our onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha https://matcha.xyz/, our consumer DEX aggregator. Today, the biggest priorities are sales enablement, web design and social graphics, with about 90% of your time spent on 0x and 10% on Matcha.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who can move fluidly between high-craft visual design and the practical demands of a fast-moving marketing and sales function. As the only designer on our marketing team, you’ll play a key part in shaping how the 0x and Matcha brands look and feel.
The role requires an overlap with US Pacific hours.
What you’ll do
- Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.

- Design web pages, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.
- Design social graphics for both 0x and Matcha.
- Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets.
- Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social and sales materials.
- Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech.
- A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
- A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components.
- Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work.
- Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Alignment with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
Nice to have
- Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch.
- Illustration and basic motion design skills.
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.

An overview of this role
Help us build the next generation of authentication services at GitLab. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Authentication team, you'll build authentication features across the Rails monolith and GATE. GATE is our new service for issuing and validating tokens and managing identities, designed to support every GitLab deployment model.
You'll expand authentication mechanisms, including support for identities used by artificial intelligence (AI) agents. You'll also help keep GitLab and its customers secure by building access management tooling and addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
GATE will become the foundation for token issuance, validation, and identity services across GitLab.com multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), Self-Managed, Dedicated, and air-gapped environments. Your work will affect core components that customers, users, and GitLab teams rely on.
Some of our projects include:
Building GATE as the centralized service for token issuance and validation
Consolidating tokens and migrating authentication paths out of the Rails monolith
Building passkeys and passwordless authentication
Developing composite identities that combine machine and human authorization for AI
Improving service accounts and secure automation
Enhancing Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) capabilities for automated user provisioning and single sign-on (SSO)
What you'll do
Shape the roadmap for GATE and GitLab's authentication services with the team.
Design and implement token issuance, validation, and identity services in Go and Ruby across the Rails monolith and GATE, including new authentication mechanisms such as Workload Identity Federation.
Migrate authentication and token management paths from the monolith into GATE while maintaining reliability across all deployment models.
Build authentication mechanisms from the ground up, such as Workload Identity Federation.
Strengthen security for users and organizations through access management tooling and by addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
Define and improve standards for style, maintainability, and engineering practices in a high-scale environment, and advocate for them through code review.
Communicate publicly about GitLab initiatives, projects, and contributions from people not working for GitLab Inc. Reflect GitLab's values in these communications.
Ship moderately sized features and improvements with moderate guidance and support from other team members, and collaborate on larger projects, including the build-out of GATE.
Participate in the maintainer trainee program at your own comfortable pace while working toward becoming a project maintainer.
What you'll bring
Professional experience with Go and/or Ruby in scaling or mission-critical SaaS products.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies or techniques, such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, SCIM, LDAP, JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), role-based access control (RBAC), or identity and access management (IAM).
Knowledge of token systems, cryptographic signing, and key management.
Experience building or contributing to a service from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Experience diagnosing, preventing, and resolving performance and optimization problems.
Experience working in an iterative software development process, managing your work effectively, staying organized, and following through on priorities.
About the team
Our mission is to empower GitLab system administrators with the toolkit they need to create their desired balance of security and accessibility for their GitLab experience.
Authentication is the first impression a new customer has when they configure a new GitLab instance. We aim to make it as seamless as possible, from that first login to onboarding users and managing security rules for their instance in a secure, flexible, and scalable way.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.
