About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role
We're looking for an Engineer to lead the design and development of Vercel's Financial Data Platform, the foundational system that powers revenue reporting, consumption-based billing, financial forecasting, and compliance across the business. This is a unique opportunity to architect the data infrastructure that Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations depend on to close the books accurately, forecast revenue with confidence, and scale with the business.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for Vercel's financial data ecosystem, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue leadership to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable systems, and build reliable, auditable pipelines using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting the bar for data accuracy and governance in a domain where correctness isn't optional, and mentoring a team of engineers as the function grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building financial-grade data systems that the business trusts for reporting, forecasting, and audit, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Design and implement a data platform that supports revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, and financial reporting across batch and real-time workloads, leveraging Kafka and streaming technologies to power real-time usage and billing pipelines feeding revenue and consumption forecasts.
Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, and RevOps to understand reporting requirements, close-cycle timelines, and forecasting needs, translating them into technical architecture and ensuring data availability and accuracy align with financial reporting deadlines, audit cycles, and board-level reporting needs.
Define and maintain guidelines for financial data ingestion, transformation, and storage, with a focus on auditability, lineage, and data integrity, while overseeing data modeling, ETL, and warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to support low-latency analytics and reliable historical reporting.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the finance data stack, setting the example for engineering excellence in a high-accountability domain, and mentor engineers on both technical craft and the added rigor required when data feeds directly into financial statements.
Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial data pipelines meet SOX, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements, and champion high availability, fault tolerance, and auditability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that balance efficiency, scalability, and the strict correctness requirements of financial systems, and evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs across financial and billing tooling (e.g., ERP, billing, and revenue platforms).
Build the data infrastructure that translates raw usage into revenue, supporting the forecasting models Finance and GTM rely on for target-setting and reporting, and collaborate with data science and FP&A teams on forecasting, incrementality analysis, and revenue modeling at scale.
Act as a key decision-maker for evaluating and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's financial operations, and establish a multi-phase roadmap for finance data platform maturity aligned with company growth and audit readiness.
About You
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field, with a track record of owning production data pipelines end-to-end.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Prior experience building data pipelines that feed financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, or consumption-based pricing models, with familiarity with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms considered a strong plus.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance, including direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements, and a rigorous approach to data lineage and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial and accounting requirements into technical architecture and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Finance and Audit leadership.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices in high-accountability data environments.
Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus.

As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.

You will build new partner programs from scratch and scale our existing motions to better serve customers across LATAM as Figma’s platform suite continues to evolve.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Identify, evaluate, and execute new strategic opportunities for Figma that require complementary GTM partners
Research, analyze, onboard, and activate new organizations into Figma’s formal distribution partner program

Partner with Figma’s GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities
Create repeatable service offering playbooks that partners can execute to drive deeper adoption and product retention

Educate the wider partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and capabilities in tandem with the partner enablement team
Develop and nurture internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams; understand their needs, advocate for our partners, and find new areas of collaboration
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
4+ years of experience working with external partners to advance customer and GTM efforts - including SIs, agencies, and consulting firms - across multiple LATAM markets
Built new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners at once
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to travel once per month
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
Spent time in the design or digital product development space
Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
Proven experience using a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions. We offer spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, built for individual investors and institutions alike.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders work. Tight spreads, deep books, an API people actually build on. Our audience is skeptical, technical, and quick to tune out anything that feels like marketing, so our content has to earn its attention.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Content Lead who can write the script, nail the headline, and shape the email in the same week. This is a broad, hands-on role across Kraken Pro: organic posts, organic and paid video, campaign copy, and email. You'll set the voice for how we talk to traders and make sure everything we put out sounds like it was made by people who trade.
- Write for every format. Scripts for organic and paid video, copy for organic posts, and the occasional longer piece when an idea needs room.
- Own the idea, not just the words. Turn a brief into a concept traders would actually watch or read, then carry it through to the final cut or the send button.
- Run campaign copy end to end. Headlines, ad copy, landing pages, and email campaigns, from product launches to trader lifecycle journeys.
- Translate the Kraken Pro voice into words and dialogue. Sharp, credible, never salesy. Make order types, funding rates, and liquidity clear without dumbing them down.
- Move at market speed. Turn around reactive content for volatility, listings, and launches, with clear sign-off so speed never costs accuracy.
- Partner across the business. Work with Social, Community, Video, Design, Product, and Marketing, plus the traders and product experts who know the platform best.
- Increase and improve output by actively integrating AI wherever it helps. Ideation, drafts, repurposing. Faster output, same voice.
- Learn from the numbers. Track what gets watched, opened, clicked, and converted. Double down on what works and drop what doesn't.
- Ship responsibly. Work with Legal and Compliance so everything we publish is accurate and compliant across regions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Receipts. A portfolio of scripts, campaigns, and emails that performed. We care more about what the work did than who it was for.
- 4+ years in content, copywriting, or social-first marketing in fintech, crypto, or trading, and comfortable owning the work end to end.
- You speak market. Funding rates, order types, liquidity, volatility. You can make them watchable and readable without dumbing them down.
- Range. You know a punchy video hook, a scroll-stopping post, and a high-performing email are different crafts, and you can do all three well.
- A campaign brain. You can go from brief to concept to execution, and explain why an idea works in two sentences.
- Channel fluency. You know how YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the inbox each reward content, and you write for them, not around them.
- Speed and judgment. Markets don't wait. You know when something can ship now and when it needs a second pair of eyes.
- High AI competency. You use it to move faster and make better work, not just more of it.
- Thick skin. You've made content for traders who are quick to call out anything that feels like marketing.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

With mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, you’ll develop the judgement, commercial mindset and execution skills to make an impact.
How the Programme Works
- Build from day one: Start in a core functional team — Product, Marketing, Business Development or Operations — and take ownership of real projects with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Think beyond your role: Work across functions, learn from experienced leaders, and turn insights into ideas that improve the user experience, unlock business opportunities or create new ways of working. The strongest ideas can progress into real initiatives, products or launches.
- Grow into your next role: Develop through structured mentorship, hands-on experience and increasing responsibility. High-performing participants will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role at the end of the 12-month programme, aligned with their strengths and business needs.
Across the programme, you’ll gain exposure to three key areas:
- Product & User Experience: Understand user needs, explore market opportunities, analyse data and help shape and deliver product improvements that make self-custody more accessible, intuitive and useful.
- Growth & Ecosystem: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, growth experiments, community initiatives and partnerships across wallets, dApps, blockchains, stablecoins and emerging payment networks.
- Business Strategy & Operations: Solve cross-functional business challenges, improve processes, evaluate new opportunities and translate data and insights into practical decisions that drive business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong academic foundation: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a top, renowned university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability and achievement.
- Early-career talent: 0–2 years of professional work experience or relevant extracurricular experience, including student leadership, entrepreneurship, personal projects or community initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving: You can break down complex, ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions and develop clear, logical recommendations.
- A builder’s mindset: You turn ideas into action, take ownership of outcomes and focus on what creates tangible value for users and the business.
- Clear communication: You can articulate complex ideas simply, influence through sound reasoning and collaborate effectively across different teams.
- AI-native and future-focused: You actively explore AI tools such as Claude, Grok and Cursor, and are curious about AI agents and how they could transform how people work and transact.
- Genuine Web3 curiosity: You’ve explored wallets, DEXs, stablecoins or other Web3 applications, and have ideas about what works, what doesn’t and what could be better.
- Adaptable and driven: You learn quickly, thrive in ambiguity and are motivated by high standards, rapid execution and meaningful challenges.
Nice to Have
- Entrepreneurial experience: You’ve founded a venture, built a product or launched a project in AI or crypto — whether or not it succeeded.
- Hands-on Web3 involvement: Experience with DeFi, perpetuals, stablecoin payments, hackathons, DAOs or other ecosystem initiatives.
- A track record of building: Side projects, product teardowns, research, a newsletter, open-source contributions or an active presence on X or GitHub.
What You’ll Get
- A launchpad for leadership: A structured 12-month development journey with mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities to grow your scope and responsibility.
- Ownership that matters: The chance to work on real challenges and deliver improvements for a global user base of millions.
- A front-row seat to the future: Hands-on exposure to self-custody, AI-powered experiences, crypto payments and the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
- A steep learning curve: Learn by doing, collaborate across functions and build commercial, strategic and execution capabilities early in your career.
- A pathway to grow: High performers can progress into permanent roles where their strengths and ambitions align with Trust Wallet’s evolving needs.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
A lot of that trust is design. When customers tell us why they picked Help Scout over the alternatives, and when they recommend us to someone else, the reason they give most often is that it is easier to use and it feels better to work in. That's why our top source for new customers comes from human and agent referrals. Our user experience is one of the strongest advantages we have, and as Director of Product Design you'll be directly accountable for keeping our quality high as we accelerate our growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead our product design team as a player/coach. Manage and develop a small team of experienced product designers and stay close to the work through critique, design reviews, and occasional projects of your own. Your most senior individual contributors carry the most complex design problems; your job is to make sure the whole team's work meets the bar. Set clear expectations for craft and ownership and build a culture where critique and feedback make the work better.
- Turn great design judgment into something that scales. Own the design principles, standards, guardrails, and decision record that make a Help Scout experience feel like Help Scout, so designers, engineers, and AI agents can create high-quality experiences with more speed and autonomy. Your most senior designers author the interaction models and product patterns that sit underneath them.
- Be accountable for our design system as a product. Set the priorities and resourcing for the Help Scout Design System (HSDS), drive its adoption across Product and Engineering, and make it useful and legible to both people and machines, working with the designer who serves as its technical lead for architecture, patterns, and Figma/code parity.
- Own how AI shows up in our product. AI is every designer's job, not one person's. You are accountable for Help Scout's point of view on trustworthy AI experiences: how AI communicates, gives people control, handles mistakes, and moves from assisting customers to acting on their behalf. Your most senior designers lead the design direction and patterns; you make sure that point of view is adopted and applied consistently by every designer, and that it evolves with the product.
- Evolve how design gets done as AI accelerates delivery. Own the operating model: workflows, tooling standards, design debt, how design works with Product and Engineering, and how the capacity AI frees up gets reinvested. Decide which of the practices the team pilots (code prototyping, AI-assisted workflows) become the standard way we work. Your most senior designers shape how AI fits into the design process itself; you make sure that guidance becomes how the team actually works.
- Help shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering. As a member of our Experience Leadership Team (XLT), bring design judgment, customer understanding, and a clear view of where design investment will have the greatest roadmap impact. Carry business context, constraints, and initiative outcomes back to the design team, and bring designers into the forums where direction for their work is being set.
- Decide where design capacity goes. Match designers to workstreams based on business priority. Decide who is embedded where, when someone shifts to a higher-priority problem, and when designers move from horizontal work to a deep, time-bound embed in a single workstream.
- Partner with the Brand Design team in our GTM organization to help ensure design cohesion between marketing and in-app product experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- You're an experienced product design leader who still loves the work. You bring 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and have been accountable for the experience of a product, as well as the people creating it.
- You have exceptional product and design judgment. You care about craft in a way that shows up in the details, can clearly articulate why an experience works, and have experience making complex B2B software feel simple and intuitive.
- You know how to scale great product design. You've built or meaningfully evolved a design system that teams genuinely adopted, and you know how to translate taste and judgment into principles, patterns, and systems others can apply.
- You have a strong point of view on AI and the future of product design. You use AI throughout your own design practice and think deeply about both how AI changes the way products are designed and how to create AI experiences customers can trust.
- You know how to lead senior individual contributors. You've managed principal or staff-level designers, given them real scope, and made them more effective without competing with them for the work.
- You're a deeply cross-functional product leader. You're technically fluent enough to earn the trust of engineers, comfortable using data and customer research to inform your decisions, and skilled at partnering with Product and Engineering on difficult tradeoffs.
- You're an exceptional communicator and remote leader. You make your thinking visible through clear writing and direct feedback, treat words as part of the product experience, and know how to build trust, alignment, and a strong design culture on a distributed team.
Who you'll work with
- Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them.
- Chief Revenue Officer. You partner on design cohesion between marketing and product, and on how design shows up in GTM.
- VP of Engineering. You collaborate on how design and engineering work together, on the design system, and on AI-assisted delivery.
- Principal Designer. Our most senior individual contributor reports to you and leads product design direction across workstreams, the design direction for AI experiences, and the technical shape of HSDS.
- Product Designers. A small team of experienced designers embedded in our product workstreams.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.
