Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale our Commercial Partners Programme in Southern Latam — bringing together resellers, systems integrators, and consulting firms who help deploy ElevenLabs' technology to their clients across the Southern Latam market.
You'll own the reseller, integrator, and consulting partner strategy end-to-end — from building relationships with leading SIs, consultancies, and resellers, to onboarding, enabling, and activating them to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products.
This is a 0→1 build: you'll design and pilot partner incentive and enablement models, generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities, and scale the programme against regional growth targets, while owning day-to-day execution and partner performance.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 6–9 MONTHS)
- Partner-Sourced & Influenced Revenue: closed-won ARR through GSIs, RSIs, cloud providers, VARs, and technology partners reaching at least 20% of regional revenue
- Partner-Sourced Pipeline: qualified pipeline created through partners, with a focus on enterprise opportunities in target industries
- Revenue-Producing Partners: number of partners actively generating pipeline, opportunities, or revenue each quarter
- Time-to-First Revenue: speed from partner onboarding to first sourced opportunity and first closed-won deal
- Strategic Account Penetration: new enterprise accounts and executive relationships unlocked through partners that ElevenLabs would've struggled to access directly
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years building and scaling an in-country SaaS/Cloud solution, with a strong network you can leverage from day one
- 4+ years owning RSI, GSI, and hyperscaler partnerships, with proven experience driving joint account planning, co-sell, and revenue — not just relationship management
- A builder mindset — experience creating partner motions from 0→1, rather than inheriting a mature programme
- Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products, and able to explain complex concepts to partners and customers
- Based in Buenos Aires
Bonus: Mix of 3-4 years in sales + 3-4 years in partnerships/alliances; mix of 3-4 years at a large company + 3-4 years at a smaller/less established company

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer to join the Device Trust team and help us improve the reliability and operational excellence of the systems behind the Device Trust authentication service. This is a software engineering role with a strong reliability focus. You will write and maintain production code, improve how our services are operated, and help make a critical applications path safer, more observable, and easier to evolve.
Device Trust authentication is an important component of our customers’ authentication flows, helping organizations make device posture part of their access decisions. Because it sits directly in that path, reliability is a first-class engineering concern. The service is already relied upon by customers every day, and in this role you’ll help us continue raising the bar through stronger resilience, observability, operational practices, and safe evolution of the system.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience working with backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), distributed systems, or other software where reliability and availability matter.
- Take ownership of scoped problems from investigation through implementation and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (Rails).
- Use observability tools to understand system health and investigate issues; experience with Datadog is valuable.
- Care about testing, maintainability, and clarity in both code and documentation.
- Communicate clearly by sharing progress, raising blockers early, and helping stakeholders understand outcomes.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with or exposure to Kubernetes.
- Experience with Datadog.
- Experience with Terraform.
What you can expect:
- Build and improve the services that power Device Trust.
- Improve the reliability, observability, and operability of production systems through software, automation, and thoughtful engineering practices.
- Work across application code, service dependencies, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment systems, and operational tooling.
- Help establish safer ways to make and validate changes to critical systems.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident learning, turning operational lessons into lasting improvements.
- Partner with engineers across Device Trust, Platform, Security, and other teams to identify risks, reduce operational friction, and improve the customer experience.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn ambition into working systems inside Notion. You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.
You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and customer success planning, while directly shaping outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to predictable revenue. If you’re a builder who loves helping customers solve real business problems—and you want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, customer value, and revenue impact—this is the role.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

- Partner closely with the Solutions Consultant on account strategy for expansion and renewal, including owning the renewal opportunity for flat and at-risk customers

- Design and deploy workflows that solve specific business problems as a build-beside partner to the customer, translating goals into durable systems in Notion
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, customer planning, and identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Co-define, build, and manage against customer success plans that help every customer achieve their desired objectives and realize measurable value
- Learn Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem inside and out so you can be the best build-beside partner for customers navigating new ways of working
- Innovate and iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction risk
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment
- Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—you can co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in the room
- Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage success plans, timelines, risks, and customer commitments across a book of accounts

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Fluency in Italian
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and are enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.

Workplace: Remote
Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer II to take ownership of a large share of Kit's core infrastructure: databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, platform tooling, and day-to-day support. You'll also build the paved paths that let engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents test and ship changes safely.
The infrastructure supports creators who depend on Kit to reach their audiences and earn a living. When it's healthy, nobody notices. That's the job.
This is a full-time Individual Contributor role for an experienced infrastructure engineer who likes owning production systems end to end, takes on-call seriously, leans into automation and enjoys making other people's work easier.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to Mojtaba Hosseini https://www.linkedin.com/in/mojtaba-hosseini-7a6666/, VP of Engineering at Kit. Day to day, you'll work most closely with Kris Hamoud https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristopher-hamoud-17b34665/ and Ivan Mora Perez https://www.linkedin.com/in/ivan-mora-p%C3%A9rez-ab460b45/.
You'll also partner with product engineers across Kit, and with teams outside engineering who rely on infrastructure to get their work done. Once you're ramped up, you'll join a three-person on-call rotation, which works out to roughly one week in three.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First Week: Get access to our AWS accounts, Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines. Read through our runbooks and architecture docs. Take part in Get To Know Yous (GTKYs) with Kris, Ivan, and the engineering teams you'll support.
- First Month: Pick up day-to-day infrastructure support requests and start working through them with Kris and Ivan as backup. Ship your first improvement, such as a version upgrade or a fix to a gap in monitoring. Shadow on-call shifts. Write down what you learn along the way, especially the parts that only lived in someone's head or those that can be automated or improved.
- First Six Months: Own core infrastructure areas end to end: databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, and platform tooling. Take your full share of on-call, which you'll start by the end of your first quarter. Become the go-to person for day-to-day infrastructure questions. Find one recurring source of pages and make it go away. Ship a first paved path, such as a sandbox environment where AI agents or non-engineers can safely build and test changes.
- First Year: You're the primary owner of a large part of Kit's core infrastructure, and you lead projects in it without needing direction. Uptime stays at 99.9% or better, page volume is down, and you've found real cost savings. Your paved paths are in regular use by engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents. You've built observability good enough for AI agents to handle some on-call load. You've documented your decisions so others can build on your work.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Running production infrastructure on AWS at scale, including managed relational databases, networking, and load balancing
- Operating Kubernetes in production: upgrades, capacity planning, and troubleshooting
- Managing infrastructure as code and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that engineers trust
- Building monitoring and alerting that catches real problems early and doesn't page people for noise
- Diagnosing complex, multi-service incidents calmly, then fixing the underlying cause
- Cutting cloud costs through right-sizing and reserved capacity without hurting reliability
- Writing clear runbooks, docs, and decision write-ups
- Nice to have: experience with Cloudflare, ephemeral or sandbox environments, or email sending infrastructure
Experiences
- Around 7 or more years in infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Owning production infrastructure for a product where downtime costs customers money
- Carrying a pager for systems you owned, and making that on-call rotation quieter over time
- Leading a major upgrade or migration, such as a database or Kubernetes version upgrade, with little or no customer impact
- Building self-service tooling or paved paths that other engineers actually adopted
- Working on a small infrastructure team where you couldn't hand problems off to a specialist
Traits
- You own what you run. You spot infrastructure debt and fix it without waiting to be asked, and you follow through until it's done.
- You build quality into the work. Upgrades have rollback plans, maintenance windows are planned around customers, and "good enough" is a decision, not a default.
- You leverage AI effectively. AI helps you increase quality and velocity where it matters most. You know when to delegate and when to dive in, while holding accountability.
- You make work easier for everyone else. You'd rather build a tool or write a guide once than answer the same question ten times.
- You teach what you know. You write things down so the next person, or the next AI agent, can build on your work.
- You work in public. You share context and tradeoffs openly, including during incidents and when things go wrong.
- You use AI thoughtfully. It's part of how you work, and you help others adopt it without creating new risks.
- You remember who's on the other end. An outage means a creator's launch email doesn't go out, and that shapes how you prioritize.
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Wanting a well-defined backlog handed to you each week. Here, you'll find much of the work yourself and set priorities with Kris.
- Preferring not to be on call. On-call is a core part of this role, shared across a team of three.
- You are skeptical of AI’s capabilities, or conversely use AI without good judgement and accountability.
- Wanting mostly greenfield architecture. A lot of this work is running, upgrading, and improving systems that already exist.
- Needing layers of approval before acting.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. We work mostly on East Coast time—so if you're based on the West Coast of the United States, Europe, or Asia, you might have a few early mornings or late evenings. We do our best to keep things reasonable, but a little time zone juggling comes with the territory.
This role is part of a three-person on-call rotation, so during your on-call week you'll need to be able to respond to pages outside your usual working hours.
We believe PTO should always take priority over on-call. We schedule on-call around people's lives, not the other way around. On-call is a shared responsibility, but taking time off should never be a challenge

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.
Why Join Us?
Real scale from day one.
Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands.
Frontier work, real constraints.
You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production.
Visible impact.
Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you’re rewarded for the impact you make.
