10+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
4+ years of experience working with external partners to advance customer and GTM efforts - including SIs, agencies, and consulting firms - across multiple LATAM markets
Built new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners at once
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to travel once per month
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
Spent time in the design or digital product development space
Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
Proven experience using a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. Strong performers move into a permanent role at Trust Wallet at the end of the program.
We’re looking for early-career talent who question assumptions and bring fresh perspectives to self-custody, payments and the agentic AI economy.
How the program works
- You will start in the Product Management team and rotate across functions: e.g. 3 rotations of 3 months, each with a senior mentor and a scoped project.

- Ship end to end: Work with engineering, design and data to take features from idea to launch.
- Take it to market: Shape positioning, go-to-market plans and campaigns across X, community and content.
- Build partnerships: Map and qualify partners across chains, dApps, stablecoin issuers and payment providers, and support deals from pitch to integration.
- Decide with data: Set KPIs, run growth experiments and measure post-launch impact on users, campaigns and partnerships.
- Pitch to leadership: Present your ideas to senior leaders. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
What we’re looking for
- You’re a future leader: an innovator who’s sharp, logical and quick to learn, and who communicates with clarity.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a current QS World University Rankings Top 200 university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional analytical ability.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Structured and logical: you can break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation.
- Clear communicator, in writing and in person. You can explain a complex idea simply.
- AI-native: you use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Grok, Cursor) in your daily work and are curious about AI agents.
- Genuinely interested in Web3: you’ve used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and you can talk about what works and what’s broken.
- A fast learner with strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and pace
Nice-to-have
- Builder or founder experience: you’ve started a project or company in AI or crypto, whether it shipped, scaled or failed.
- Hands-on Web3 experience: DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
- Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
What you’ll get
- A structured 12-month program with mentorship from senior leaders across different functional teams.
- Real ownership of features used by millions of people.
- Front-row exposure to AI × crypto payments

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is seeking a Security Detection Engineer to join our growing Information Security team, reporting directly to the Information Security Manager. In this hands-on technical role, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving scalable, high-fidelity detection capabilities that safeguard the sensitive biometric and health data of millions of WHOOP members.
You'll play a critical role in strengthening our detection capabilities across cloud, identity, endpoint, and application environments, with a focus on identifying emerging threats, improving detection accuracy, and reducing security risk. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of our detection engineering program, influence its technical direction, and help shape the future of security at WHOOP as we continue to scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and scale high-signal detections across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and application layers using Detection-as-Code principles.
- Develop and maintain detection logic aligned to real-world attacker behavior and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK across modern security platforms.
- Translate threat intelligence into actionable detections and validate effectiveness through adversary emulation and testing.
- Build behavioral detections to protect against threats such as account takeover, credential abuse, API misuse, automation attacks, privilege escalation, and data exfiltration.
- Continuously improve detection quality by tuning alerts, reducing false positives, and implementing automated enrichment and triage.
- Define and track detection KPIs (e.g., precision, recall, false positive rate, MTTD) and implement processes to measure and improve detection health.
- Support and lead incident investigations, including containment, root cause analysis, and post-incident detection improvements.
- Contribute to the on-call rotation while proactively reducing operational overhead through automation.
- Partner with Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, Product, and GRC to ensure systems launch with strong monitoring and detection coverage.
- Map detections to threat models, identify visibility gaps, and continuously improve coverage as the environment scales.
- Explore and apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to improve detection fidelity, reduce noise, and enhance triage and investigation workflows.
- Stay ahead of evolving threats by researching emerging attack techniques and incorporating learnings into detection strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, with a focus on detection engineering, threat detection, or security operations.
- Demonstrated experience writing and tuning detections across cloud, identity, endpoint, or application environments.
- Familiarity with detection frameworks and tooling such as YARA, SIGMA, Suricata, or similar rule-based detection methodologies.
- Strong understanding of attacker techniques across identity compromise, cloud abuse, lateral movement, and data exfiltration.
- Expertise analyzing and building detections on cloud and SaaS telemetry, including authentication events, API activity, and system logs.
- Strong scripting skills in a scripting language such as Python, Go, or PowerShell for automation and tool development.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach to reducing noise and increasing signal fidelity.
- Experience supporting incident response investigations and participating in on-call rotations.
- Experience building detective controls for consumer-facing platforms or detecting authentication and API abuse at scale is a strong plus.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with engineers and explain detection strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applying data analysis or machine learning techniques to security detection or alert triage is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, and/or relevant security certifications are a plus.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced mechanical engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Identify long lead items, critical raw materials and complex parts as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, material reservation, capacity booking, buffer stock, coating readiness, securing helicoils) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on material availability, components availability and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own project procurement of CNC machined parts, structural elements and composite parts, mechanisms, motors, fasteners, bearings, thermal hardware and raw materials, including related special processes such as heat treatment, surface treatments and coatings.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their parts and materials on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative suppliers, processes or materials within hours, not weeks, when capacity or material shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Worked closely with machine shops and composite fabricators, special process providers and material distributors, and worked with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of machining, special process suppliers, and material distributors.
- Negotiate priority machine time, expedited processing and shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active projects, including capacity constraints, raw material availability, single-source suppliers, special process bottlenecks and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing details accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical parts and materials to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and special processes, and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of direct experience in mechanical sourcing, procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong procurement understanding of machined and composites parts, special processes, engineering materials and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions: tight deadlines, shifting priorities, incomplete information, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience running purchasing and material management through an ERP system.
- Confident negotiator, commercially and technically, able to influence engineers, program managers and suppliers without formal authority.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence, hardware startups or other deep-tech R&D environments.
- Engineering Mechanical Background, knowledge of the tools (such as CAD) and technical understanding/background of designs.
- Exposure to taking a hardware design from prototype into series production.
- Existing relationships with machine shops, fabricators, special process providers and material distributors. Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers and global component marketplaces

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them.

- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, embedded electronics, and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions, tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.
- Professional English, written and spoken.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Engineering Electronics Background, knowledge of the tools and technical understanding/background of designs.
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence, hardware startups or other deep-tech R&D environments.
- Exposure to taking a hardware design from prototype into series production.
- Existing relationships with PCB/PCBA vendors, distributors and electronics manufacturing partners.
- Certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) useful but not required.
- Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers, global component marketplaces, and digital sourcing tools.

- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager interview
- Task Stage
- Task-based interview

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
We are building a world-class robotics organisation across London, Vancouver and Boston to solve some of the hardest problems in humanoid robotics, including integrating complex hardware, embedded systems, AI, and large-scale robotic platforms into cohesive, production-ready systems.
If you are excited about driving large-scale, cross-functional robotics programs from concept to real-world deployment, then we're keen to hear from you.
About the role (Intro):
As a Technical Program Manager at Humanoid, you will own the planning and execution of complex robotics development projects, ensuring predictable delivery of our highly integrated humanoid systems and our roadmap of capabilities for deployment at customer sites. You will lead cross-functional development with an emphasis on software/AI on new hardware, coordinating closely with our teams in Boston, Vancouver, and San Diego.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to drive execution across deeply interdependent teams.
Establish processes that work
The nature, method, and velocity of software development is changing fast. Yet the iron triangle of project management (scope, schedule, budget) remains. The TPM must apply, build, and evolve processes and tools to manage this.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Drive execution of next-generation humanoid robot programs from concept to deployment
- Work at the intersection of hardware, embedded systems, AI, robotics, and production
- Coordinate globally distributed engineering teams spanning multiple time zones
- Tackle the complex challenges of scaling robotics systems into products that work in the real world
What you'll own:
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of projects in a robot new product introduction program, where you'll be accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and process. Your portfolio includes software and hardware projects, all of which are deeply cross-functional, spanning Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, DFX, Regulatory, Integration, Test, Supply Chain, Design, Product, Marketing, Logistics, and more.
Drive execution
Track and motivate project progress end-to-end, coordinating across many teams, sites, and suppliers to predictably execute the plan. Proactively anticipate risks, put mitigation plans in place, and manage them actively. Urgently identify, prioritise, and clear blockers.
