Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Rotational Product Manager
- Location: Espoo, Finland, with frequent travel
- Working type: Hybrid (3 days / in office per week)
- Department: Product Management
- Employment type: Permanent
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Few people get to start their product career in space. You will.
ICEYE's Rotational Product Manager program develops early-career talent into product leaders in the space industry. You don't need product management experience to apply. We're looking for people with an outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field, and a track record of standing out at work, who are deeply curious and learn fast.
Over 24 months, you'll work in two product teams on our hardware or software products. In each one, you'll own a product end to end, from understanding the customer's problem to deciding what gets built and shipping it. Your work will shape how our customers use satellite data to make decisions that matter.
A senior product leader will mentor you through each rotation, and you'll go through the program with a cohort of peers. You'll work closely with engineers, scientists and senior leaders, and you'll travel to meet customers and our local teams, working on some of their toughest problems.
This program is fast and demanding, and it will stretch you. It may also be the most rewarding experience of your early career. When the program ends, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent product manager role, or to explore roles in other domains at ICEYE.
Spots are limited, and we review applications on a rolling basis, so apply today!

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a product area in each rotation, and decide what the team builds next and why
- Talk to customers, users and internal experts to understand their problems, and turn what you learn into clear requirements
- Work with engineers and designers from defining a problem through to shipping and measuring the result
- Use data to set priorities and make decisions, and explain the tradeoffs behind them
- Work with sales, solutions, operations and other teams to get what you build into customers’ hands
- Present your findings and plans to your team and to product leadership
- Learn the technical domain of each team, from satellites and ground systems to the software customers run
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- An outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field such as engineering, computer science or physics
- Technical work experience through internships or a first full-time role, where you stood out
- You can break down a problem, design an analysis and test your assumptions with data
- You learn fast and are comfortable digging into how complex systems work with engineers
- You take ownership and can move a team forward without formal authority
- Fluent written and spoken English, and happy to travel frequently
Nice to haves:
- Business exposure, for example an internship or short role in consulting, a startup or a product team
- Some exposure to product work, for example as an engineer, analyst or designer working closely with a product team
- Experience with SQL, Python or other data tools
- Interest in space, defence or other mission-critical industries

• Negotiate land purchase agreements, development agreements, land swaps and JV / land-partnership structures with Legal and Finance.
• Work with the Projects / Development team, design consultants and contractors on concept, master planning and initial approvals, and hand over approved projects for delivery.
• Ensure land and project acquisitions comply with Dubai Land Department, RERA, master developer and local planning requirements, and with foreign-ownership and investment rules in overseas jurisdictions.
2.3 Bulk Deals – Acquisition and Disposal
• Originate, negotiate and close bulk purchase and bulk sale transactions (multiple units, full floors, buildings or portfolios) in the UAE and internationally.
• Identify bulk-buy opportunities from developers, banks, funds and distressed sellers that offer value below market, and bulk-sale opportunities to institutional buyers, funds and investor groups.
• Prepare deal valuations, pricing, payment structures and exit strategies, supported by independent valuations, for approval under the delegation of authority.
• Coordinate SPAs, bulk transfer procedures and registration with Legal, Finance and the Dubai Land Department, and ensure enhanced KYC, source-of-funds and AML checks on every counterparty.
