About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
We are seeking a Staff Applied AI Researcher to join a fast-growing team building an agent-native search platform - the web access layer for AI systems.
You can think of this as Google search, but for AI agents: a system designed for machines, not humans. We are building agentic search, where AI systems actively plan, retrieve, evaluate, and refine information rather than simply returning results. As AI becomes the primary interface to the web, this layer will replace the role of traditional search engines.
We are designing these systems to search and reason over web data in real time, under strict latency and reliability constraints. This means solving retrieval, ranking and passage extraction under entirely new access patterns and at significant scale, with systems operating over constantly changing, unstructured data and serving tens of thousands of production workloads 24/7.
This role comes with ownership over key parts of our applied AI research direction and system design, with a strong expectation of defining new approaches and shipping measurable impact in production. In the first year, you will own a specific part of the search stack, e.g. ranking or iterative retrieval.
What you'll work on:
Designing an agent-native search system that handles everything from low-latency single-hop search to complex deep search tasks requiring iterative planning, querying, refinement and reasoning.
Training ranking and retrieval models optimized for agent-driven workflows under real world constraints
Bringing the latest advances from the research community to our search stack and ship it to production.
Your responsibilities:
Drive applied research and technical direction across retrieval and ranking systems
Design and evolve multi-stage retrieval architectures (query understanding, rewriting, retrieval, reranking and iterative retrieval)
Lead experimentation on modern retrieval approaches (embedding research, sparse and hybrid retrieval, reranking, context compression) and bring them into production
Develop methods for grounding LLMs in real-time web data at scale, using trust, quality and freshness signals to surface reliable sources
Partner with the evaluation team to define new metrics for agentic systems, where correctness is not reducible to clicks
Analyze trade-offs across relevance, latency, and cost, and work closely with engineering to deploy systems that operate at web scale
Mentor researchers and engineers and help raise the technical bar of the team
Must haves:
8+ years of experience in applied AI, ML, or software engineering
Proven track record of shipping ML or AI systems to production at scale
Deep experience with search, retrieval, ranking or building RAG-based assistants
Strong understanding of modern deep learning, especially transformers and embeddings
Experience with LLM-integrated or knowledge-intensive systems
Experience designing evaluation frameworks and metrics for ML systems
Strong programming skills in Python
Top-tier publications (
ICLR
,
ICML
, NeurIPS,
AAAI
,
EMNLP
,
ACL
)
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, product-driven environment with high ownership and autonomy
Nice to haves
Background in agentic AI systems (agents, tool use, autonomous workflows)
Experience with
RL
post-training of LLMs or VLMs
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.

Bonus:
- Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Integrity engineering experience
- MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, and versioning of ML models
- Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Redis), or event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks

Purpose of the Role
The Head of Finance owns the company's finance and accounting function. This is an operational role. The priority is accurate reporting, disciplined budgeting, and financial control across a physical, asset-heavy business.
Responsibilities
Financial reporting. Own the preparation and accuracy of the P&L, cash flow statement, and balance sheet. Run the monthly close on schedule and ensure the reporting package is consistent, reconciled, and usable by management.
Inventory and fleet accounting. Own how inventory and fixed assets are recorded and reflected in the financial statements. This includes maintaining and improving the capitalization and depreciation policy for bikes, batteries, and spare parts, managing the fixed asset register, accounting for disposals and write-offs, and reconciling operational inventory records against the general ledger.
Budgeting and financial model. Maintain the company's financial model for internal planning purposes. Build the annual and quarterly budgets with department heads, track actual performance against plan, and variances with recommended corrective action.
Financial control. Build the financial control function: approval and authorization procedures, spend controls, segregation of duties, and regular controls over cash, receivables, and payables.
Team and external partners. Manage in-house accountants and the outsourced accounting firm, define the division of work between them, and hold both to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance and operations. Oversee payroll, multi-state tax registrations and filings, statutory reporting, and audit readiness. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payment processing operations.

You will translate annual TEM goals into defined workstreams, delivery plans, success measures, and repeatable operating practices that improve visibility, decision-making, remediation outcomes, and program scale.
Responsibilities
Lead complex Global Vulnerability Management workstreams that advance SIE’s Threat Exposure Management capability and transition toward a Continuous Threat Exposure Management operating model across discovery, prioritization, validation, and mobilization.

Improve the discovery and assessment of vulnerabilities across SIE network, cloud, endpoint, application, container, and other technology environments.
Develop risk-based prioritization using vulnerability and threat intelligence, exploitation evidence, asset and business context, control effectiveness, and remediation considerations.
Lead security validation activities and develop proofs of concept when appropriate to distinguish material risk, evaluate defensive controls, and support informed decisions.
Partner with Information Security teams and technology owners to mobilize remediation, clarify ownership, establish effective handoffs, resolve barriers, and measure progress through remediation, mitigation, or accepted disposition.
Evolve GVM platforms, integrations, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve coverage, data quality, consistency, decision speed, and operational scale.
Communicate vulnerability trends, material risks, remediation progress, and program outcomes to technical, operational, and leadership audiences through clear reports and recommendations.
Mentor engineers and partner teams, contribute to technical standards and procedures, and improve the quality of vulnerability analysis, validation, documentation, and delivery.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, threat activity, security technologies, and industry practices.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in information security, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field, including substantial experience in vulnerability management, security research, or exposure management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information security, or a related discipline.
Experience leading complex technical workstreams across multiple teams, translating objectives into delivery plans, and achieving measurable outcomes without relying on direct reporting authority.
Hands-on experience with vulnerability research, technical analysis, security validation, risk-based prioritization, and remediation or mitigation guidance.
Experience assessing vulnerabilities across several technology domains, such as operating systems, networks, cloud services, applications, endpoints, containers, databases, or hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with vulnerability discovery, assessment, validation, or exposure-management platforms and their supporting integrations.

Experience mentoring engineers or analysts and influencing technical practices across teams.
Desired qualifications
Experience helping evolve a traditional vulnerability-management function toward a TEM or CTEM operating model.
