ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
More than 10 million developers build on it, from solo founders shipping over a weekend to teams and builders via Vercel, Lovable and Stripe, and every one of them reaches Supabase through a surface: an API, an auth flow, an SDK, or a Partner's product with Supabase integrated.
The current and next wave of software leans on those surfaces harder than any before it.
Agents now act on behalf of developers and end users, authentication has to work machine-to-machine as seamlessly as it once worked human-to-human, and independent platforms increasingly need to authenticate, delegate, and coordinate with each other without a person in the loop. For a platform built on Postgres with Auth, Compute, Storage and generated Data APIs at its core, the surfaces where Supabase meets Partners and their systems are some of the most important avenues that we own - this role owns these surfaces.
This role owns a focused portfolio of those Partners. Not the platform as a whole, but a small number of strategic Partners whose integrations you are accountable for making excellent. Success here is a product measure, not a commercial one: the integration is high quality, the developers who use it are well served, and it keeps improving. That means living close to those developers, obsessing over where the integration fails them, and turning what you learn into the roadmap. It is a product and engineering job first, because the best integrations are won in architecture reviews and pull requests, not in meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Owning the success of a focused portfolio of strategic Partners, a small number of them rather than the platform as a whole. You are accountable for the outcome of each partnership: a high-quality integration that the developers who use it reach for, and that keeps getting better.
- Living close to the developers who use these integrations. Talking to them constantly, finding where each integration breaks down in real use, and building the roadmap from that signal rather than from a Partner's wishlist.
- Deciding the right integration model for each Partner: what Supabase owns, what the Partner owns, what you build jointly, and what stays open and Partner-agnostic, reading whether the two roadmaps run together or diverge and choosing accordingly.
- Working hands-on with each Partner's product and engineering counterparts to ship. Holding your own in an architecture review and a code-level design discussion, and turning strategy into shipped, high-quality integrations rather than long conversations.
- Setting the quality bar for what a great integration looks like, and building the mechanisms (documentation, tooling, guardrails, versioning) that hold every Partner to it as adoption scales.
- Defining what success looks like for each integration and measure it honestly: adoption by the developers who use it, integration quality, and reliability in real use. Using those signals to decide how deep to go with each Partner and where to push the integration next.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with strong product instincts, and are technical enough to read an architecture doc, follow a design discussion, and ask the right questions.
- Are based in the San Francisco Bay Area or can travel there regularly.
- Have shipped integration or platform surfaces that other companies' systems build against, owning APIs, auth or identity flows, or developer-facing platform surfaces end to end, and can reason at the product level about how two independent systems should authenticate and exchange data: where to be open, where to be strict, and where trust lies in these integrations. Familiarity with more recent primitives like workers/agent sandboxes and developer-tooling products, or with machine-to-machine authentication, is a bonus.
- Are biased toward speed, and would rather ship something imperfect (but secure) while learning than spend another month polishing a spec.
- Build with what you own, using the surfaces on your roadmap the way a Partner would: standing up an auth flow, calling the Data API, deploying a database, wiring Supabase into another product. You form opinions through first-hand use.
- Comfortable using AI tools to compress the slower parts of the role, like research, drafting, and synthesising feedback, so you spend more time on judgment calls.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote, so you make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Location: Paris, France
WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT SCOREWARRIOR
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years we've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product we continue to actively and successfully grow. We're a team of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and we've recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools.
Our home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. We offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and we put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format: Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus
Full relocation support provided
THE MISSION OF THIS ROLE
To build a viable, right-sized security system for Scorewarrior — one that protects what actually matters without slowing the company down — and to own it end-to-end: from diagnosis and strategy to implementation, team, and culture.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Build a viable security system across the core domains: IAM (access management, MFA, SSO), infrastructure security (cloud, services, network), foundational SDLC/AppSec (security in the development process and in the code), and the processes and training around them. We expect you to start with a proper diagnosis of our landscape — and design the system for this company, rather than replaying a project from a previous job.
- Own security risks and speak both languages: business language with the CTO and CEO — risk, cost, and priorities; technology language with developers and infrastructure teams — architecture, trade-offs, and practical solutions.
- Make the right build-vs-buy calls: you know the security product market well enough to tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem isn't in the tooling at all — it's in habits and heads.
- Introduce security as a partner, not a blocker: embed baseline practices so smoothly that teams barely notice them; for everything on top of that — inform, help when asked, and don't push when it's not the team's priority right now.
- Define how AI tools are used safely: own the policy and guardrails for the company-wide adoption of AI tools — what data can go where, and how teams can use them productively without creating new risks.
- Build the team: hire the first security engineers deliberately — knowing who you're hiring and why — and grow the function as the company's needs grow.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in security — real projects you designed, implemented, and stayed around long enough to see working. At the interview, we'll ask about specific cases, decisions, and their consequences — not about frameworks in theory.
- A background that gave you real systems experience. Two paths work equally well for us: a stable security engineering career from university onwards, or a transition into security from system administration, technical support, or network engineering. What matters is the result — you understand infrastructure and architecture from the inside, not from diagrams.
- Proven experience hiring and building a team — even a small one (2+ people). What matters is that it was deliberate: you can explain who you hired, why them, and how the team was structured around the actual problems.
- Experience building a security function, not just running one. You've taken security in an organization from an unclear state to a working system: assessed the landscape, set priorities, chose what to implement and what to skip — and can show what changed as a result.
- Strong awareness of the security product market. You can tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem is in habits rather than tooling — and you have real examples of each call.
- A partner's operating style. You work through engineering teams, not above them: no separate authority demands, no blocking by default. Your practices get adopted because they make sense, not because they're mandatory.
- English and Russian language at least B2 level or higher.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in companies closest to our context: B2C products, SaaS platforms, gamedev, or mobile apps, with company size up to 1,000 people.
- Experience working with external security providers.
- Familiarity with common security frameworks.
- Experience being the first or founding security hire in a company.
WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR
We believe in being upfront about fit. This role is probably not for you if:
- Your recent years were mostly about policies, reports, and committees — and real systems are something you haven't touched in a long time.
- Your default operating mode is hierarchy: separate authority, mandatory sign-offs, and blocking by default.
- You have a proven security project you replay at every company, regardless of its actual context and needs.
- Building and leading a team is something you'd rather avoid — hiring is a core part of this role, not an add-on.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first months, success means a clear diagnosis: you understand our landscape, know where the real risks are, and have a plan the CTO believes in — built for this company, not imported from a previous one.
Further on, success means the security system is quietly working: baseline practices are embedded so smoothly that teams barely notice them, access and infrastructure are demonstrably better protected, and teams come to security for help rather than hide from it.
And success means the function is growing deliberately: the first security engineers are hired, you can explain why each of them, and the team is structured around our actual problems — not around an org chart.
WHY JOIN SCOREWARRIOR?
- A Great Place to Work. 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
- Live and work in sunny Cyprus. We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspace, and full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
- Shape a global hit. We’re the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10. Our top-50 mobile game has grown 25x in revenue and audience in the last five years.
- Grow fast in a company that’s already strong. We’re independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, and we have never had lay-offs.
- Work where ideas win. Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
- Earn industry-leading rewards. High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
- Feel supported at every stage of life. Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
- Your growth is our priority. From specialized training and certifications to language courses and books, you’ll have everything you need to keep learning.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Controls Engineer to join our Control Team in Boston.
You will own how we know our controls stack works: the testing and validation infrastructure that turns "it looked fine on the robot" into measured, reproducible evaluation, the observability and failure analysis that makes runtime behaviour visible and failures shareable, and the documentation and runbooks that let the team self-serve without institutional knowledge. You will also strongly contribute to first-time bring-up of new hardware for Boston components and validate changes end-to-end on real robots before the wider team depends on them.
The ideal candidate has strong control fundamentals, solid software engineering discipline across the stack - from control code to test harnesses to diagnostic tooling - and the debugging instincts that only come from real hardware. You will work across the whole control stack and be the person the team relies on to tell them the truth about their code.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Testing & Validation Infrastructure:
- Build and own hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and integration test workflows that quantify controller and motion repeatability and accuracy - turning "it looked fine on the robot" into measured, reproducible evaluation.
- Define and implement repeatability and accuracy metrics for controller and motion changes, and the harnesses that make those measurements consistent across runs and across robots.
- Expand unit and integration test coverage across the controls components the team actually runs - actuator drivers, hardware interfaces, whole-body control, and the teleoperation pipeline.
- Develop automated regression checks that surface controls regressions - in accuracy, repeatability, or behaviour - in simulation and on hardware before they reach the wider team.
- Work with controls engineers to define testability requirements for new components and algorithms, so things are built to be evaluated and validated.
- Package controllers into cleanly separable, reusable, and easily testable interfaces - so individual controllers can be developed, swapped, and validated in isolation.
New Hardware Bring-Up & Integration:
- Strongly contribute to first-time bring-up of new hardware for Boston components, and to their integration into the controls stack.
- Validate hardware and software changes end-to-end on real robots before broader team use - structured, documented, and repeatable.
Debugging, Observability & Failure Analysis:
- Instrument the controls stack to improve visibility into runtime behaviour - logging, tracing, and diagnostic tooling.
- Reproduce hardware and software failures in structured, developer-shareable formats; feed structured root-cause context back to algorithm and hardware owners.
- Identify and resolve cross-stack failure modes that span controls, firmware, and hardware.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
- Write and maintain engineering documentation for the controls stack: HIL and test coverage, and bring-up/integration guides for new hardware.
- Own runbooks that let controls engineers self-serve validation, integration, and recovery without relying on institutional knowledge.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Substantial hands-on robotics experience on real hardware.
- Strong control theory foundation (joint-space control, PID and feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state estimation, filtering, stability) — enough to define meaningful repeatability and accuracy metrics for a control stack and interpret what they say.
- Shipped software across the stack: modern C++ inside a real-time control codebase, plus Python for test harnesses, analysis and tooling.
- Built test automation, HIL or integration-test infrastructure for complex physical systems — and got other engineers to actually use it.
- Solid measurement and data analysis judgement: sampling, timing and synchronisation, noise, statistical significance, and knowing when a difference between two runs is real.
- Strong debugging across software/firmware/hardware boundaries, with the discipline to reproduce failures in a form other engineers can act on.
Nice to have:
- Physics simulation environments (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim/Isaac Lab) and sim-to-real validation.
- Observability tooling: logging and tracing frameworks, metrics collection, time-series databases, dashboarding (e.g. Grafana).
- First-time hardware bring-up experience: new actuators, sensors or compute targets integrated into a control stack.
- A track record of engineering documentation and runbooks that outlived their author.
- Release management or quality gates for safety-relevant software.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
Location: Philippines; India; Mexico City, Mexico; Mexico; Cairo, Egypt; Brazil; Malaysia; Indonesia

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Reviewer to ensure the quality and consistency of robot manipulation video annotations produced by our annotation team. You'll review labeled video segments against a detailed style guide and reference examples, catch errors or inconsistencies, and provide clear, constructive feedback to annotators. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of training data used for robotics AI models.
What You'll Do
- Review completed annotations of robot manipulation videos across three levels of labeling detail (atomic motion, skill/subtask, task/goal).
- Cross-check annotator descriptions against all three camera views (overhead and both wrist-mounted cameras) to verify accuracy of described actions, object identification, and contact/grasp details.
- Verify full coverage of each video — confirm there are no gaps in labeling, including idle or pause moments.
- Check that descriptions accurately reflect what actually happened in the video, including failures, drops, or slipped grips — flagging any instances where outcomes were inaccurately described or "smoothed over."
- Evaluate annotations for adherence to the style guide: correct vocabulary usage, spatial/directional accuracy, consistent terminology for objects and actions, and appropriate language variation (avoiding repetitive phrasing).
- Identify recurring errors or patterns of confusion among annotators and report them to the team lead for calibration purposes.
- Provide specific, actionable feedback on rejected or revised annotations, referencing the style guide and reference examples.
- Participate in periodic calibration sessions with the team and client to align QC standards with evolving guidelines or edge-case resolutions.
- Maintain a QC log or tracking sheet documenting review outcomes, common error types, and annotator performance trends (as required by the project).
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Excellent written English and strong reading comprehension — you'll be evaluating precise, nuanced language choices, not just checking for typos.
- Exceptional attention to detail — able to catch subtle mismatches between video content and written description (e.g., a mislabeled grasp type, an incorrect object part, a missed failure event).
- Strong grasp of spatial/mechanical description (left/right, above/below, object parts like handles, lids, edges) to verify annotator accuracy.
- Ability to apply a detailed, structured style guide consistently and make sound judgment calls in ambiguous or edge-case scenarios.
- Comfort giving clear, specific, and constructive feedback to annotators (written feedback, not just pass/fail marks).
- Reliable, self-directed work habits, with the ability to work independently while meeting review turnaround expectations.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a QC, editing, proofreading, or annotation review role.
- Experience with video annotation, data labeling, or transcription QA specifically.
- Familiarity with robotics terminology (grippers, end-effectors, manipulation).
- Experience with annotation tools such as Label Studio, including review/approval workflows.

About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented annotators to help label robot manipulation videos for AI training purposes. You'll watch short videos of robots performing manipulation tasks (filmed from three synchronized camera angles) and produce precise, structured, natural-language descriptions of the actions taking place. This work directly supports the development of robotics AI models and requires strong written English, sharp observational skills, and the discipline to follow a detailed style guide consistently.
What You'll Do
1. Watch short robot manipulation videos, each filmed from three synchronized camera views (an overhead view and views from each of the robot's two wrist-mounted cameras).
2. Break each video into time segments and write clear, natural-language descriptions for each segment.
3. Apply labels at three levels of detail for each applicable segment:
- Atomic motion (a few seconds) — a single small movement (e.g., "close fingers around the red handle")
- Skill / subtask (several seconds to ~20 seconds) — a complete, meaningful action (e.g., "pick up the red block by its edge")
- Task / goal (up to ~1 minute) — the overall purpose of a sequence of skills (e.g., "place all blocks in the container")
4. Ensure every moment of video is covered by a label at two or more of these levels — no gaps, including idle or pause moments.
5. Accurately describe exactly what happens, including when something doesn't go as planned (a dropped object, a failed grasp, a slipped grip). Precision matters more than making the robot look successful.
6. Cross-reference all three camera angles: use the overhead view to understand the overall scene and object identity, and the close-up wrist views to confirm exact contact and grasp details.
7. Follow a detailed style guide covering vocabulary for actions, spatial relationships, object descriptions, and manner of movement, applying it consistently across many episodes.
8. Participate in periodic calibration sessions to align your labeling with the team and the client's reference examples.
What We're Looking For
Required:
1. Strong written English — you'll write dozens of short, precise descriptive sentences per video and need to vary your language rather than repeating the same phrases.
2. Sharp attention to detail — able to distinguish small differences (a successful grasp vs. a fumble, a push vs. a drag, which specific object part is being touched).
3. Comfort following a detailed, structured style guide and applying it consistently, even in ambiguous or edge-case scenarios.
4. Basic comfort with spatial/mechanical description (left/right, above/below, naming object parts like handles, lids, or edges).
5. Reliable, self-directed work habits — this is often heads-down work with periodic check-ins rather than close supervision.
Nice to Have:
1. Prior experience with video annotation, data labeling, transcription, or QA work.
2. Familiarity with robotics terminology (grippers, end-effectors, manipulation) — helpful but not necessary, as the style guide is self-contained.
3. Experience with annotation tools such as Label Studio.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Summary: You're the single point of excellence for ClickUp's visual brand. You set the standard and ensure every touchpoint (from landing pages to social to product marketing assets) feels cohesive and world-class. But here's what makes this different: you're building a design system that AI tools and non-designers can produce bar-raising creatives on their own with your infrastructure. You build the guardrails that make everyone else excellent and ensure the company is never bottlenecked by design.
Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and evolve ClickUp's brand design system (tokens, components, patterns, guidelines), continuously elevating the aesthetic bar as the brand grows
- Serve as quality gatekeeper: review and approve brand-facing creative produced by AI tools, vibe-coded outputs, and external agencies
- Create and maintain design system documentation, templates, component libraries, and automation-friendly asset packages that enable others to produce on-brand work without design support
- Design and ship high-volume web assets (landing pages, campaign pages, feature announcements) alongside high-impact brand moments like launches and keynotes
- Audit and rebuild the brand design system from incomplete foundations, establishing documentation and structure where little currently exists
Requirements:
- 8+ years of brand/visual design experience, with significant time owning or leading a design system
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, color, motion, and systematic thinking
- Actively uses AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Claude Design, Figma AI, etc.) and AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) in their current workflow, with light familiarity with GitHub.
- Has built or adapted design systems specifically to enable high-quality AI-generated outputs at scale.
- Experience building design systems used at scale, including templates, component libraries, and constraints that enable non-designers and AI tools to produce on-brand output consistently
- Experience QA'ing and refining AI-generated design outputs; knows where AI breaks down and how to build guardrails
- Thrives as the sole designer on a team, making high-quality decisions autonomously with AI and tooling as force multipliers

THE ROLE AND IMPACT
This is a role for a search specialist who wants to work at genuine scale. As a Senior Engineer on Xero's Search team, you will help maintain and evolve one of the largest search clusters in the Southern Hemisphere; part of an entire vertical stack delivered to customers. The work is both meaningful and technically stretching: keeping 50+ million searchable documents and 400 terabytes of searchable data at global scale running at 99.9% uptime, whilst contributing to a significant four-year platform rebuild that will shape the next generation of Xero's growth. Currently serving over 200,000 daily active users, this is a product at meaningful scale.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role is about real ownership. You will contribute across both search-specific and generalist engineering work, raise and review pull requests, and lead projects. If you are someone who cares about quality and gets energised by hard problems at scale, this is a place where your work will genuinely matter.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Search team is a small, tight-knit group spread across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, now part of Xero's Catalyst platform division. You will partner closely with this experienced group who are building the next generation of search infrastructure, a dedicated Product Manager, a Principal Architect, and the Catalyst Platform team who coordinate changes and releases across services. The team brings a high-quality mindset to everything they do, and solves challenging technical problems together.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- A large-scale search platform rebuild (Horizon 2) – a multi-year project at the heart of Xero's infrastructure, addressing critical infrastructure limits and building a scalable future
- Maintaining and evolving the cluster to keep systems running at 99.9% uptime whilst serving over 200,000 daily active users
- Integrating with the ODL (Operational Data Layer) on the ingestion pipeline for the new platform
- Exploring new partnership opportunities with Mobile, Files, and AI-adjacent search capabilities as the platform evolves
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand. You will have genuine flexibility in where you work day to day. The team comes together in Melbourne approximately every six months; a chance to connect, align, and spend time in person with colleagues across regions. Xero also offers boost days, giving you the option to work from the office and collaborate with the broader Xero community when it suits you.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring strong search engineering experience and know what it takes to build, maintain and scale search systems in a production environment handling hundreds of millions of documents
- Solid software engineering and development fundamentals are part of your toolkit, and you are comfortable contributing to both search-specific and generalist engineering work
- Quality comes first for you – you hold a high bar for the code you write and review, and care about doing things properly
- Working collaboratively with others comes naturally to you, whether that is with engineering, product or infrastructure teams across a distributed environment

- You’re self-directed, organized, and excited to contribute to open source
REQUIREMENTS
This role is based in San Francisco to support regular in-person devrel video shoots, attend local events, and be an active presence in the SF tech ecosystem.

- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
