About Intellect
Intellect is a leading mental health benefits company, trusted by forward-thinking employers, insurers and governments to deliver care that is local, personalised and effective at scale. Today, we serve more than 4 million people across over 100 countries through our technology platform and global network of clinical providers.
Our platform supports workforces at companies including Dell, ByteDance, Visa, Shell, McDonald’s and hundreds more, enabling organisations to provide accessible, culturally relevant and high-quality mental healthcare to their people.
Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Role
You will help build this business: identify where Intellect can create the most value, develop compelling propositions and secure the partnerships that bring them to market.
Working closely with our Australia leadership and commercial, clinical, product and operations teams, you will turn customer needs into viable services and commercial agreements. Opportunities may include early intervention, psychological injury support and recovery programmes, with priorities shaped by customer demand and delivery feasibility.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial ownership. You will lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposals, negotiation and launch, then help successful programmes grow.
You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with access to Intellect’s existing capabilities and specialist teams. Appointment at Manager or Senior Manager level will reflect your experience, track record and readiness to take on broader ownership. As the business develops, there is potential to expand your remit and leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Identify opportunities and develop propositions
Identify and prioritise opportunities across insurers, workers’ compensation schemes, claims-service providers, brokers, employers and self-insurers, understanding their needs, funding models and buying processes.
Lead customer discovery and develop propositions that address meaningful gaps in mental health, psychological injury and recovery support.
Build commercial cases, pricing and partnership models with input from clinical, operations, finance and other relevant teams.
Build partnerships and win business
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and partners across the Australian insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline, with clear priorities, next steps and visibility of potential revenue.
Own proposals, tenders, negotiations and commercial agreements, converting opportunities into paid pilots, programmes and longer-term partnerships.
Launch, learn and grow
Coordinate programme launches with Clinical, Product and Operations, translating customer commitments into clear requirements while specialist teams lead the design and delivery of their respective services.
Track commercial performance and work with delivery teams to demonstrate outcomes, strengthen the proposition and expand successful partnerships.
Recommend the capabilities, partnerships and investment needed to support repeatable growth, informed by validated demand and practical delivery experience.
Requirements
Relevant Australian sector experience. You understand insurance, workers’ compensation or closely related areas such as occupational rehabilitation, injury management or healthcare services working with these sectors.
Evidence of commercial execution. You have originated or materially advanced opportunities through to commercial commitment—for example, winning partnerships, securing contracts or tenders, or commercialising a new service.
Strong strategic and commercial judgement. You can identify attractive opportunities, develop a credible business case and shape offerings and commercial models in response to customer needs.
Credibility with senior stakeholders. You can build relationships, navigate complex buying processes and negotiate across organisations with different priorities.
Hands-on ownership. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, progressing opportunities personally and coordinating across teams to deliver what has been agreed.
Clear communication and analytical ability. You can turn complex information into persuasive proposals, practical decisions and focused action.
Your background may be in partnerships, business development, proposition development, commercial strategy or an industry operating role. We also welcome consultants with substantial relevant sector experience and evidence of driving commercial outcomes and implementation.
Existing industry relationships and experience in mental health or psychological injury are valuable, but we are equally interested in what you have built, delivered and learned.
Why Join Intellect
Help shape Intellect’s next phase of growth in one of its most important markets
Expand and commercialise a meaningful opportunity across Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
About the Company
We’re working with a growing international business looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage qualified B2B opportunities from the meeting stage through proposal, negotiation, and close.
The ideal candidate is confident managing high-value B2B conversations with international clients and can build on momentum created earlier in the sales process without unnecessarily restarting the conversation.
Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the later stages of the B2B sales cycle — turning qualified meetings into signed clients.
You’ll work with warm, qualified opportunities, understand client needs, lead discovery and commercial conversations, present proposals, handle objections, protect pricing, and ultimately close the deal before ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who is commercially sharp, highly accountable, and comfortable operating independently.
You won’t need to be managed into action. You’ll be expected to own your opportunities, follow through on commitments, and consistently move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
Own qualified B2B opportunities from initial sales meeting through to close.
Continue conversations from existing sales handoffs rather than unnecessarily re-pitching the client.
Conduct discovery and understand the commercial needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients.
Lead sales meetings and communicate value clearly to decision-makers.
Develop and present compelling proposals within agreed timelines.
Handle pricing objections and negotiations while protecting commercial value.
Maintain momentum and follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
Use CRM systems accurately and maintain strong sales-process discipline.
Forecast opportunities and communicate deal progress clearly.
Close new business and ensure accurate documentation of agreed terms.
Provide a smooth handoff to the operations or delivery team after the sale.
Take ownership of sales results and continuously improve your approach.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales and closing experience, preferably selling to international clients.
Proven track record of closing meaningful B2B deals.
Experience managing opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and final close.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and business owners.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold pricing under pressure.
Excellent CRM discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to move quickly and consistently follow up on opportunities.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong commercial judgment; you know when to push, when to listen, and when to close.
A track record you can demonstrate through specific examples of successful deals.
Benefits
💰 Competitive salary
🌎 Fully remote role with flexible work environment
🚀 Work with high-growth global companies and innovative products
📈 Clear progression path into senior sales or leadership roles
🎯 Performance-based incentives and bonuses
🤝 Collaborative, high-performance sales culture

About the Company
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing international business working with clients across multiple markets.
The company is looking for an experienced Account Executive who can take qualified B2B opportunities through the final stages of the sales process, build strong relationships with decision-makers, negotiate confidently, and consistently convert opportunities into new business.
Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you’ll own qualified sales opportunities from the initial handoff through discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and transition to the delivery team.
This is a closing-focused role for someone who knows how to build on an existing sales conversation rather than starting from scratch. You’ll be expected to quickly understand the prospect’s needs, communicate the value of the solution, handle objections, protect pricing, and move opportunities toward a clear decision.
You’ll work with international B2B clients and have significant ownership over your pipeline and results.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced B2B Account Executive, Sales Executive, or B2B Sales Closer who is comfortable managing high-value opportunities and working independently in a remote environment.

Confidently communicate and defend commercial terms without unnecessarily discounting.
Identify opportunities to move deals forward and proactively manage next steps.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, activity, and deal forecasts.
Keep prospects engaged throughout the buying process.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after a successful close.
Take ownership of your sales targets, pipeline, activity, and overall commercial performance.
Contribute feedback that can improve sales processes, messaging, and conversion rates.
Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent CRM discipline and pipeline management.
Ability to produce professional sales proposals quickly, ideally within 48 hours.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for sales outcomes.
Comfortable operating without relying heavily on scripts or constant supervision.
Experience selling services, SaaS, technology, consulting, or other complex B2B solutions is an advantage.
Able to provide professional references that demonstrate your sales track record.

Perplexity AI is looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial litigation attorney to join our small legal team to help advance the business, protect the products we are building, and revolutionize the way people search and interact with the internet. This unique role offers significant responsibility, direct ownership of high stakes matters, and growth potential across an in-house practice group.
This is a unique role within a rapidly growing AI technology company. You will play a key role in safeguarding Perplexity’s interests by managing litigation files and pre-litigation disputes related to our AI answer engine, models, and technologies, while helping to build and scale our litigation function. You will oversee complex disputes in a fast-moving and often unsettled legal landscape, spanning intellectual property (including copyright), privacy, commercial, and regulatory matters, and you will work closely with our AI, engineering, and product teams to assess legal risk, develop litigation strategy, and provide guidance during disputes involving our products and services.
The ideal candidate combines deep substantive knowledge of litigation practice and procedure with strong business judgment and practical problem-solving abilities. You are comfortable confronting novel legal issues, including questions where the rules are still being written, and you bring intellectual curiosity about AI technology, adaptability in an emerging landscape, and exceptional collaboration skills. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of high-growth startup environments, where you will pair traditional legal expertise with sharp business risk assessment. We are seeking someone who is inquisitive, has an entrepreneurial drive, and the agility to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage litigation matters and pre-litigation disputes across all phases, including strategy, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals, while developing comprehensive case strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide counsel across a broad range of disputes, including intellectual property (copyright, trademark, and trade secret), privacy, commercial, and regulatory matters, in both first-party and third-party contexts.
- Evaluate and respond to litigation threats, demands, and disputes across jurisdictions, developing appropriate matter-resolution proposals that resolve issues with minimal disruption to the business.
- Select, onboard, manage, and collaborate with outside counsel across all stages of disputes. Negotiate budgets and fee arrangements, monitor performance, and hold outside counsel accountable for delivering optimal results while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Partner closely with AI, product, and engineering teams to proactively identify litigation risks in product development and go-to-market strategies, and to collect information efficiently in support of active matters. Translate complex legal requirements into practical, actionable guidance for technical teams.
- Assist in responding to regulatory investigations and inquiries from government regulators and private organizations relating to our products and services.
- Build internal litigation processes, policies, and tools, including legal-hold and discovery workflows, that support litigation and regulatory matters efficiently and can scale with company growth.
- Monitor the evolving legal and regulatory landscape for AI, copyright, and privacy; translate court decisions, agency guidance, and legislative developments into timely, executive-ready advice; and communicate with business leaders about ongoing litigation, emerging risks, and preventive measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD and in good standing with an active US state bar membership (California preferred)
- At least 15+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience handling complex commercial litigation (with experience representing emerging technology companies preferred)
- Deep substantive knowledge of litigation practice and procedure, with a demonstrated history of strong outcomes and effective case execution
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to partner with business and technical teams
- An ability to communicate clearly and credibly with business and technical audiences, including translating genuinely unsettled legal doctrine into concise, business-relevant advice for executives and engineers without over-hedging
- Hands-on attitude to tackle projects large and small, and a low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to working across the organization
- Excellent composure in stressful situations, high level of integrity, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work independently with limited guidance while exercising good judgment about when to escalate
- Thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience managing copyright and privacy litigation, as well as commercial disputes, for AI or other emerging technology companies
- Experience managing regulatory responses or investigations, including both first-party and third-party responses
- Experience building or scaling a litigation function at a growth-stage company, with creativity and an openness to novel solutions
- Experience litigating cases in multiple jurisdictions, including internationally
- A passion for supporting the development of AI that is both innovative and trustworthy

About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we're helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $125M in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
Role Overview
Backblaze is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of the company’s enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases. This is a senior leadership role with organization-wide scope — spanning commercial and financial systems, GTM technology, data architecture, and the deployment and governance of AI agents across the business.
This leader will serve as the company’s architectural authority for enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and their surrounding integration ecosystem. Equally important, they will support the governed infrastructure layer that enables AI agents, automated workflows, and headless capabilities to operate safely at a public company. They will partner closely with the CRO, CISO, and CFO organizations to enable velocity while ensuring systems are compliant, auditable, and built to scale.
The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on platform engineering instincts and practical experience deploying AI agents in production environments. This is a build-and-operate role, not a purely advisory one. The Director will directly manage the Salesforce administration team and the NetSuite techno-functional team, and will grow a broader platform capability over time.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across the commercial, financial, and GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms.
Own and maintain formal architecture documentation including system topology maps, data flow diagrams, integration inventories, and architecture decision records (ADRs).
Establish and enforce architectural governance standards and review processes for all material system changes across the enterprise.
Define reference architectures and design patterns for integrations, data exchange, platform extensibility, and AI agent workloads.
Lead build vs. buy evaluations and establish platform selection criteria — including for AI tooling, agent orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps infrastructure — aligned with long-term architectural goals.
Ensure systems architecture supports scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency in a public-company environment.
Systems Architecture & Integration Design
Serve as the lead architect for the design and implementation of integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and other enterprise platforms.
Establish and enforce design standards, data contracts, and integration governance across all enterprise systems.
Own the enterprise architecture review board, evaluating proposed system changes for scalability, compliance, security, and alignment with long-term design goals.
Define integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, middleware) and ensure consistent application across the technology ecosystem.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines, data models, and platform integrations reflect sound architectural principles and support reliable analytical and operational outcomes.
Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies, including iPaaS and middleware platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader architecture.
Architecture Governance & Advisory
Serve as the company's technical authority on enterprise systems design questions, providing architectural guidance to Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering leadership.
Lead architecture review sessions and provide formal design approval for major system initiatives and platform changes.
Produce and maintain architectural roadmaps, standards documentation, and technical decision frameworks that guide delivery teams and stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectural solutions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical design decisions.
Establish strong feedback loops with business teams to ensure the architecture evolves alongside organizational needs.
Mature the infrastructure that governs AI agent workflows — ensuring all agents and automated systems operate through governed identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, and reconciliation layers.
Maintain and enforce change management standards for workflow deployments, prompt changes, and policy updates — including GitHub-backed version control and CI/CD deployment gates.
Ensure AI agent operations comply with SOX IT General Controls, data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA), and internal data governance standards.
Build and maintain observability infrastructure in partnership with the security team for agent operations, including real-time dashboards, alerting on anomalous behavior, and audit trail evidence for SOX and compliance purposes.
Team Leadership & Vendor Governance
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems administrators, contractors, providing mentorship and clear career development direction.
Establish best practices for systems lifecycle management, change management, and project delivery.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring external resources operate within defined architectural standards and governance frameworks.
Champion a culture of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications
Required
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering roles, with demonstrated ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging.
Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM environments at scale, including data model design, integration patterns, and access controls.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from both an architectural and operational perspective.
Experience building and operating API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure in support of automated workflows or agent systems.
Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, with experience producing control evidence in a public company environment within the last 3 years.
Proven track record managing multi-functional business systems or platform teams, including direct management of admins and techno-functional resources.
Experience designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly across technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors.
Experience with workflow versioning, GitOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines for business systems deployments.
Preferred
Proficiency with architecture and security frameworks to enable the responsible usage of AI
Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo) at a design and governance level.
Experience developing master data management (MDM) strategy and data governance frameworks.
Experience managing analytics architecture and BI platforms such as Tableau.
Salesforce and NetSuite certifications.
Experience working in public or large enterprise technology environments with compliance and audit requirements.

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK is expanding its EPC capabilities in energy storage and is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive the growth of its BESS business
You will originate and close utility-scale BESS EPC contracts with developers, IPPs, funds and industrial off-takers, running deals end to end from first meeting to signature alongside Engineering, Procurement and PMO, and shaping the pricing and contracting approach for a newly prioritised portfolio. You will also lead the differentiation argument that increasingly decides these deals — how energy management, analytics and AI-assisted dispatch optimisation improve availability, revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Map the Greek and regional storage landscape and build a structured, prioritised pipeline
• Run opportunities end to end — qualification, technical scoping, proposal build-up, negotiation, and handover to PMO after signature
• Shape pricing architecture and contracting models (turnkey EPC, EPC wrap, Balance of Plant, EPC + long-term service agreements) with Engineering, Procurement and Finance
• Translate CAPEX, EPC scope, round-trip efficiency, degradation/augmentation and availability guarantees into commercial narratives that hold up to investor and lender scrutiny
• Lead the digital and AI value conversation — forecasting, dispatch optimisation, state-of-health analytics — and its effect on revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage
• Track tender schedules, capacity mechanisms, grid connection terms and competitor positioning
• Maintain CRM discipline and produce reliable weighted-pipeline forecasts
• Represent KIEFER TEK at industry conferences, tenders and investor events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–7+ years in Sales or Business Development within Energy, EPC or Renewables, with a track record of closing complex, long-cycle B2B contracts
• Direct exposure to utility-scale BESS strongly preferred; adjacent experience in Solar PV, Wind, substations or grid connection works valued
• Working command of BESS commercial fundamentals — revenue stacking, augmentation, EPC vs. BoP scope splits, availability guarantees, levelised cost of storage
• Genuine literacy in AI and digital optimisation of energy assets, and the ability to apply AI tools to your own commercial work
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration or related field (Master's a plus)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Valid Category B driving licence and readiness to travel 30–40%, primarily in Greece with regular travel across SE Europe
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive compensation package, with full pay transparency throughout the recruitment process
- Performance-based bonus linked to commercial results
- Company car and fuel allowance
- Private medical insurance
- Professional development in BESS, energy markets and AI-enabled energy solutions

The team operates at the intersection of mobile engineering, consumer growth, and product development. You will work closely with Product, Business Development, and regional market teams to build and improve growth initiatives that directly influence user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
This role is suited to an engineer who enjoys solving user-facing problems, working with data, and contributing ideas beyond implementation. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, test, and maintain reliable mobile growth features and supporting systems.
Contribute across the full engineering lifecycle, from understanding business and user problems to implementation, launch, monitoring, and iteration.
Develop and optimise growth capabilities such as onboarding funnels, referral programmes, acquisition journeys, engagement mechanics, notifications, and experimentation frameworks.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Development, data teams, and regional stakeholders to translate growth objectives into practical engineering solutions.
Instrument user journeys and analyse relevant metrics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
Participate in technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and contribute proposals based on engineering principles, user impact, and data.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and problem-solving.

For senior-level hires, independently lead projects, guide technical decisions, and support the development of other engineers.
What We Look For In You
At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with greater depth and independent project ownership expected at the Senior Software Engineer level.
Hands-on experience developing production mobile applications using iOS technologies such as Swift or Objective-C, or Android technologies such as Kotlin or Java.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Experience building consumer-facing products, with an understanding of how engineering decisions affect user experience and business outcomes.
Product and data instincts: you are comfortable thinking in terms of user journeys, funnels, conversion, retention, and measurable impact.
Ability to take ownership of engineering tasks and work effectively with product and business stakeholders.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset: you identify problems, form a point of view, and propose practical ways forward.
Experience using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow, together with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated outputs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's billing surface is growing fast. New products, new regions, and new channels all need to be metered, priced, invoiced, and reconciled, and the work to make that happen crosses billing engineering, GTM systems, finance, and support teams. Today much of it runs on escalations rather than programs.
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the cross-functional programs in this space. You'll partner closely with billing engineering, GTM systems, finance and treasury, product, and support, and give leadership a single clear view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
Responsibilities
Drive the cross-team programs that build billing platform foundations, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery
Standardize how new commercial work enters billing: a framework driven intake, clear owners, and sequenced dependencies across billing teams and their stakeholders
Own the promotions program end to end: one repeatable path from proposal to configuration to reconciliation, for both self-serve and sales-led programs
Own commercialization and launch readiness for billing: no new product or SKU launches without pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting in place
Own the change process for the charge pipeline
Run payments operations programs in partnership with finance and treasury, including currency and FX
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of owning cross-functional programs end to end
Can reason about metering, invoicing, and payment flows, and the data pipelines behind them
Have run launch readiness programs where a new product needed its commercial and billing path in place before it shipped
Can build trust with engineers, finance and treasury partners, GTM systems, product, and support teams, and translate between them
Are comfortable driving outcomes across teams that don't report to you
Would rather build a repeatable process than keep fixing the same problem by hand
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with promotions or credit programs or enterprise billing platforms
Familiarity with FX, treasury, month end close, or reconciliation
Background in payments operations, billing platform, or quote-to-cash product management
Familiarity with chargeback and refund operations
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$290,000
—
$365,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage, regardless of outcome
Recruiting Operations & Data-Driven Improvement
- Develop and refine GTM recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency.

- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key US GTM segments
- Standardize GTM interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across US GTM hiring teams
Raising the Bar
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and the broader Talent team to continuously elevate our hiring standards.
- Contribute to defining and evolving our GTM talent acquisition strategy in the US as we scale from early commercial team to mature GTM org
- Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives that position Mistral as a destination for top GTM talent
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure company, with a focus on Sales and GTM roles

- Deep network and sourcing expertise in US GTM talent markets, particularly in AI/ML, open-source, developer tools, or enterprise software
- Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets where GTM candidates have multiple offers
- Experience working across multiple US markets
- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior GTM stakeholders without direct authority
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate
- Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
- Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and the ability to credibly discuss frontier model capabilities with technical GTM candidates

Vercel's spend and revenue are scaling fast, and our sourcing motion has to scale with it — you'll know when to move fast versus when to hold the line on process, partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and Security to get deals done without unnecessary friction. This role reports to the Head of Procurement.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Lead sourcing strategy and commercial negotiations with cloud infrastructure providers and hyperscalers.
Structure complex IaaS, compute, storage, and capacity agreements that balance committed spend, consumption growth, flexibility, and long-term unit economics.
Design pricing structures (tiered, committed-volume, usage-based) that reflect how Vercel actually consumes vendor services, and that scale with our growth trajectory.
Own strategic sourcing for emerging AI infrastructure and hyperscaler relationships, including commercial models supporting high-volume or customer-facing AI workloads.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams to forecast demand, understand technical requirements, evaluate suppliers, and translate Vercel's growth into sourcing leverage.
Analyze provider pricing, consumption patterns, contract structures, and market dynamics to identify opportunities to improve economics and reduce commercial risk.
Build and maintain AI-powered sourcing tools and playbooks (leveraging Claude, v0, etc.) for redlining, negotiation prep, benchmarking, and vendor reporting — raising throughput and deal quality across the team.
Help define what an AI-native sourcing function looks like at Vercel as spend and deal volume continue to climb.
What you need
Strong analytical skills — rate/unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling, pricing model design — able to find the real economics underneath a vendor proposal.
Comfortable operating at pace: high deal volume, ambiguity, imperfect information, and a bias toward execution over perfection.
Clear, direct communicator with executives, both internally and across the negotiating table.
You have significant strategic sourcing experience owning cloud infrastructure deals, including direct experience negotiating with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, or comparable infrastructure providers.
You understand cloud infrastructure commercial models, including IaaS, compute, storage, consumption-based pricing, committed spend, discounts, and capacity agreements.
You have led complex, high-value negotiations where rapidly changing consumption makes forecasting and long-term commitments challenging.
You can evaluate the tradeoffs between commitment, flexibility, unit economics, pricing transparency, and negotiating leverage as infrastructure usage scales.
You have experience partnering with technical and financial stakeholders to translate infrastructure requirements and forecasts into sourcing and negotiation strategies.
You have experience managing strategic supplier relationships and contracts through negotiation, execution, consumption monitoring, and renewal.
Bonus if you
Have experience sourcing AI/ML infrastructure, data services, or technical services for an engineering-heavy organization.
Have negotiated directly with AI hyperscalers or providers of large-scale AI compute and inference infrastructure.
Have experience sourcing SaaS and other enterprise software alongside infrastructure.

Location: Athens
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Title: AIT Engineer - Electronics
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Location: Greece
- Reporting to: AIT Engineering Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (occasional travel for environmental test and launch campaigns)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required).
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Electronics AIT Engineer transforms satellite electrical designs into reliable, flight-ready hardware. You are the technical authority for electrical and electronic hardware in Athens: how the satellite is wired and connected, what proves it works, and what evidence exists that every build was done correctly.
You own the integration readiness of the electrical subsystems, define the AIT processes, test means and ground support equipment the facilities need, and make sure the design, the processes and the tooling can carry production to high throughput. You also feed what you learn on the floor back into design, so that each build is more manufacturable, more testable and more reliable than the last.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
AIT PROCESS DEFINITION AND INDUSTRIALISATION
- Define the electrical MAITE processes for building sub-assemblies and satellites: integration flows, standard sequences, work packages and test strategy.
- Qualify the critical electrical integration and test processes, and define the acceptance criteria and standardised procedures that go with them.
- Specify the test means, tooling and workstations each process needs, anticipating them ahead of programme milestones, and lead the transfer from prototype to series so that processes and tooling can carry production to high throughput.
DESIGN MATURITY AND CO-ENGINEERING
- Work with Engineering from the concept phase so that design and production constraints are aligned, applying design for manufacturing, assembly and testability (DFM, DFA, DFT) and bringing harness routing, connector access, test points and diagnostic provisions into internal design iterations before the design is frozen.
- Support internal and supplier design and readiness reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR, PRR, IRR, TRR), ensuring designs are mature and ready for transition into production, and identify industrial risks early with the action plans that close them.
ELECTRICAL INTEGRATION AND ASSEMBLY
- Own the integration readiness of the satellite electrical subsystems, including avionics, power, data handling and communications.
- Lead and execute electrical integration of satellites and sub-assemblies: harness routing and connection, electrical and RF connections, connector handling, grounding and bonding.
