Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
As we continue to strengthen alignment across our go-to-market teams, we're focused on building a more connected approach to how we measure, analyze, and forecast performance across the full customer journey, from the first website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue. This new role, within our Revenue Operations team, will help bring that vision to life by creating a clear, shared view of the funnel that marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership can use to make more informed decisions. As a new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, partnering closely with marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability across the business.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in tools like HubSpot to opportunities and closed-won business in Salesforce, and make it visible to executives and teams across the organization
Work with marketing and sales to define and document how attribution works, including what “influenced” versus “marketing-sourced” means and how leads are tagged as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led
Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce
Improve how we measure campaign ROI so teams can see what worked, double down, and shift spend away from what didn’t
Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions, and publish them as a single source of truth
Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them with stakeholder feedback, and publish final versions to our BI tool on a regular refresh schedule
Dig into the data, including with AI, to surface patterns and insights nobody has asked about yet
What you’ll bring to the role:
About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools
Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs
The interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives
Curiosity about AI and how to use it in your analysis
Experience in a SaaS environment
Bonus: the ability to read SQL (writing it is not required)
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,500
—
$147,600 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager. You will work with the founders to define the product vision and set the strategic direction. You will also work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing. Your input will help shape product decisions.
Engineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish. They help find solutions and turn them into technical requirements. They implement and launch the work. They support each launch with documentation and changelogs. They also speak directly with customers to receive feedback on features and educate the roadmap. The whole company helps shape the quarterly roadmap. The engineering team then delivers it.
As Product Manager, you will look beyond the current quarter. You will build a deep understanding of our market and emerging trends. You will also study how engineers use AI to build agentic applications. You will use these insights to create clear product artifacts. They will define the user problems we want to solve and how we want to solve them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT LANGFUSE:
- Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
- Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
- Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
- Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.
- Make the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.
- You will own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose in which direction we should develop Langfuse.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO:
- Project Management for engineers. Everyone here can organize themselves, you do not need to do this.
- Slice large projects into Linear tickets. Single engineers execute on large projects in Langfuse.
- Communicate between customers and engineers. Engineers talk to customers daily.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
- Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
- You are hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
- Pragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Deeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.
- Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Behind every 0x trade is a lot of hard work. We integrate hundreds of liquidity sources, optimize for gas, slippage and latency, split routes and simulate every result to get traders the best possible outcome. The API Products team turns that routing logic into easy-to-integrate APIs that wallets, exchanges, trading apps, bridges and developers around the world rely on.
This team of four built, maintains and continues to evolve our flagship Swap, Gasless and Cross-Chain APIs, which have moved billions in volume. Next, they’re building new products that give developers even more tools for building trading apps.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to expand what the API Products team can take on. You’ll lead projects from first idea to production, on new products and on the APIs that are already live, working closely with our product team and some of our biggest customers. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who wants real ownership and works well with little direction. Remote, EU timezones preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build new APIs and trading products, from researching the problem and designing the architecture to shipping the first version.
- Maintain and extend our existing APIs, including support for new chains, bridges and customer-requested features.
- Keep our APIs fast and reliable as traffic grows, and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Investigate failed trades and stuck transfers using logs, traces and onchain data, and resolve the root cause.
- Work with product, legal and GTM, turning business and compliance needs into technical decisions.
- Write design documents for your work and review your teammates’ designs and pull requests.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2 years in DeFi at a trading app, wallet, DEX aggregator, onchain data company or similar.
- Senior or Lead Engineer with a track record of owning complex projects end to end.
- Built and maintained developer-facing APIs.
- Deep onchain knowledge, especially EVM: how transactions work, including calldata, contract interfaces, gas and approvals.
- Strong system design experience for production-scale backend services.
- You’re an AI power user who uses it to multiply your impact as an engineer, yet you don’t let it replace your judgment.
- Clear communicator, comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-engineers.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cross-chain/bridging, or DEX aggregation.
- Experience with other ecosystems outside of EVM such as Solana.
- Experience with TypeScript and/or Rust, our main languages.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $150,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)
0x and its associated entities are dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging in its teams and workforce, and are proud to be equal opportunity employers. 0x does not make employment or hiring decisions on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex (including those who are pregnant or have given birth), sexual orientation, gender, gender expression or identity, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, citizenship, national origin, immigration or citizenship status, political affiliation, or any other basis that is protected by applicable local, state, or federal laws. This includes not making such decisions based on the status itself, as well as any associations, perceptions, and assumptions made regarding these statuses. 0x will also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in a way that is consistent with San Francisco’s Fair Chance Ordinance and similar local laws. A systems-thinking mindset that prioritizes consistency and scalability over isolated fixes.
Clear, articulate reasoning behind design decisions when collaborating with other teams.

Genuine curiosity about how users interact with web pages.
What you’ll need
A portfolio demonstrating complex Web/UI/UX projects delivered from concept to production.

A strong understanding of modern web standards and responsive design.
Experience creating and managing web design systems and UI component libraries.
A track record of designing accessible, inclusive web interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
What success looks like
Success means delivering web experiences that feel effortless, consistent, and visually refined. You’ll know you’re succeeding when complex user flows become clear, design components scale seamlessly across products, and both internal teams and end-users trust the quality of your work.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral builds AI systems that enterprises run on their own terms, in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. The Solution organization turns customers' hardest problems into AI they own, run, and scale on Mistral. It is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company: 650 people by end of 2026, across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers worldwide.
The Solution organization includes Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied Scientists. They work with enterprise customers from pre-sales through implementation and deliver AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes.
Solution Operations is the function that makes this scale. It runs staffing and capacity planning across regions, the go-to-market motion by industry vertical and capability, delivery processes and tooling, the data behind our decisions, and value and customer-success measurement, with hubs in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
We are hiring a Head of Solution Operations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO or a former Forward Deployed Engineer with years of experience. This is a build-the-1-to-10 role: you will take a young, fast-growing function and turn it into the operating system that lets Solution scale from hundreds to thousands of people without losing what makes it work. You will lead a team of program leads and regional operators across three continents, and work as a business partner to Solutions leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the Solution operating system end to end. One process from pre-sales to post-sales, a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities, the Solution tooling stack, and safety, security, and compliance built into how the team works.
- Industrialize what already works. Turn delivery and vertical playbooks, staffing frameworks, and the value and ROI methodology into reusable assets the whole team runs on, and drive their adoption in every geography.
- Build the global operating model. Keep core operations centralized while ensuring real adoption and the right local adaptation across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, with full-stack regional operators on the ground.
- Staff demanding customer engagements. Own capacity planning and forecasting, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, utilization, and bench health across all geographies.
- Make customer success measurable. Stand up delivery-outcome measurement and customer-satisfaction systems, and run the feedback loop that turns field learnings into product requirements and reusable IP.
- Make AI-native operations the default. Build internal tools, agents, and automations that remove manual work from planning, staffing, reporting, and delivery follow-ups, starting with your own team.
- Lead and grow the team. Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators, raise the technical bar of the function, and build the hiring plan for its next phase.
- Partner across functions. Work daily with Solution leadership, regional Sales leadership, Product and Engineering, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition, and bring executive judgment on where to invest, slow down, or say no.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTION
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship.
- The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards.
- We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
ABOUT YOU
Whatever your path, you bring:
- Extensive leadership experience, with demonstrated impact building and leading teams or functions in a fast-scaling environment.
- A track record of industrializing something handcrafted but working: processes, systems, and teams that scaled an order of magnitude without losing what made them work.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You are hands-on and biased toward action.
- Data-driven and AI-fluent: you build the internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows you rely on.
- Global operating range: you work naturally across geographies and cultures, with the executive presence to hold a room with C-level stakeholders and the credibility to challenge senior leaders.
- Stakeholder management: you align competing priorities and drive decisions without formal authority.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
IDEALLY
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery, or top-tier strategy consulting on complex technical transformations.
- Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native operations: automating workflows with LLMs and agents rather than prompting a chatbot.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join Kraken’s Finance Data Eng & Analytics team within Data Platform. You’ll build trusted financial data products, using automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve the close process.
Working at the intersection of data engineering and accounting, you’ll turn complex financial data into reliable pipelines, models and automated reconciliations. You’ll use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and investigations, keeping financial outputs tested and traceable.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Finance and Platform Accounting to improve reporting and decision-making. Clear communication and collaboration will help you agree priorities, explain findings and drive adoption.
- Partner with Finance to understand workflows, identify pain points and translate business needs into practical data and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for data preparation, reconciliations, reporting and follow-ups, with clear controls, monitoring and exception handling.
- Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance, investigate issues and make decisions.
- Resolve finance data issues and reconciliation breaks with Finance, Product and Engineering, addressing root causes and communicating progress.
- Build scalable, reliable pipelines to collect, transform and curate data from internal platforms and external systems.
- Support the design and rollout of a trusted finance data lake, with clear definitions, ownership and quality checks.
- Improve data timeliness, enabling near-real-time insights where they add business value.
- Evaluate new technologies, including AI-assisted automation, and prototype solutions to Finance needs that can be reliably supported in production.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, working directly with Finance teams.
- Strong SQL and Python skills, including writing, debugging and maintaining production code.
- Solid experience with Git, merge requests, and code reviews, supported by strong software engineering practices, including testing and documentation.
- Hands-on experience building and operating pipelines and models using dbt, Spark, Airflow or comparable tools.
- Direct experience with finance or accounting data, such as reconciliations, subledgers, cost basis or month-end close, including investigating discrepancies and validating outputs with accounting stakeholders.
- A track record of owning pipelines end to end, making sound technical decisions and improving reliability as requirements and systems evolve.
- Judgment and autonomy to lead complex work, navigate ambiguity and remain accountable for production outcomes.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHY WE NEED YOU
Mo’s scope is expanding fast: inside Alan (a new Clinic, new capabilities), across the countries we operate in, and at the interfaces with many other Alan experiences. To get this expansion right, and to keep ownership distributed within the team, we’re looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of that complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll own end-to-end one slice of Mo’s product scope. Depending on your profile, it could be:
- 🩺 Mo for reactive care. Build all the integrations between Mo, our Clinic and the healthcare system, and shape how our medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
- 🛡️ Mo for insurance. Make Mo the main interface between members and Alan, building on our Support AI agents, across channels and countries.
- 🌍 Mo global. Adapt Mo to new countries and find the right operating model for each (medical reviews, safety, local features).
- ➕ Mo as a platform. Make Mo the companion other teams build upon, so our domain experts can ship their own experiences through it.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product Builders with around 5+ years of experience who want to build state-of-the-art AI products and apply them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
- You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
- You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
- You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
- You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails)
- Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus
🤘 HOW WE DO IT ?
We benefit from Alan’s platform, infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise — but operate with the speed and focus of a startup. If you’re curious about Alan’s broader vision, our https://www.notion.so/alaninsuranceShareholder Letters https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-2025-q3-letter-to-shareholders are worth a read.

If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Supply Chain Intern
Department: Global Supply Chain - Valencia Office
Location: Valencia, Spain
Type of Contract: Internship, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position
Working model: On-site
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters
As an R&D Supply Chain Intern, you help keep an aerospace R&D project in Valencia supplied with the parts, materials and services it needs to move forward. In a supply chain built around specialised components, long lead times and a limited supplier base, every RFQ sent on time and every delay caught early protects the project schedule. This is a real seat on a real programme, not a shadowing exercise. You will learn how flight-grade hardware actually gets sourced, from engineering requirement to delivered part, with experienced colleagues alongside you.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of components, parts and services across our supplier base, working alongside engineering, production and procurement
- Help translate engineering requirements into RFQs and supplier evaluations, learning how technical specifications become commercial decisions
- Monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers on delays, and keep the team updated on order status
- Help spot supply risks early, including long lead times, single sources and obsolescence, and support the search for alternatives
- Support the R&D project in Valencia as needs and requirements change, adapting quickly alongside the team
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical or similar), supply chain, or business with a genuine technical interest
- Basic familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace (coursework, projects or student teams count)
- Comfortable reading technical documents such as drawings, specifications and datasheets
- More drawn to coordination and management (planning, follow-up, working with suppliers and teams) than to hands-on technical design
- Able to work under pressure and adapt when priorities and requirements shift
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or training institution
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with local suppliers in Valencia
- Some exposure to RFQs, supplier selection, ERP tools or Excel-based tracking
- Comfortable in a production plant environment and keen to work hand in hand with production and engineering teams
- Curiosity about how complex hardware gets built and bought, and the appetite to ask why
Application Process
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Technical Interview

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.

UAE is Capital.com’s largest and most complex MENA market, and you’ll be its single, accountable owner. You’ll run UAE marketing performance like your own business, managing the day-to-day plan, local channels and partners, while also supporting performance activity across the wider region. Strategy, brand and regional budget sit with the Head of Marketing, MENA, and your job is to execute against them with judgment, speed and full ownership of results.
Responsibilities:
Own UAE’s marketing performance day to day, treating local commercial outcomes as a
direct personal accountability, not a shared regional metric.
Execute the UAE portion of the regional marketing plan agreed with the Head of Marketing,
MENA, adapting tactics to local market conditions within agreed budget and brand
parameters.
Manage local brand, OOH, TV, radio, podcast, affiliate, and influencer relationships in UAE,
in coordination with central Centres of Excellence, who retain authority over execution
quality and standards.
Track UAE-specific brand health and digital reputation signals, surfacing issues early
rather than after they show up in the numbers.
Recommend budget reallocation and channel trade-offs for UAE to the Head of Marketing,
MENA, with clear rationale, rather than requesting sign-off without a point of view.
Escalate regulatory, cultural, or reputational risks specific to Dubai to the Head of
Marketing, MENA and relevant CoE leads, early and factually.
Build and manage the day-to-day relationships with UAE-based agencies, media owners,
and partners that make fast, well-judged local decisions possible.
Coordinate agency or junior marketing resource dedicated to UAE where the market
requires it.
Support Head of Marketing MENA with other markets as and when required with a
particular focus on supporting performance marketing across the region.
Requirements:
Industry Knowledge
5+ years of in-house experience running marketing execution or owning a market/channel budget in a regulated consumer industry (financial services, fintech or brokerage preferred)
First-hand knowledge of UAE channels: OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, influencers and local sponsorships
Understanding of the SCA framework and UAE marketing rules, and the habit of checking before assuming
Problem-Solving
Able to spot which local opportunities fit agreed strategy and risk tolerance, and which don’t
Make quick, sound calls within your remit and know what needs Head of Marketing, MENA sign-off
Look for the root cause when a channel underperforms instead of adding spend
Collaboration & Influence
Work with Centres of Excellence on execution standards, not around them
Manage agencies, media and partners like someone who owns the outcome
Escalate risks early rather than explain them later
Mindset & Style
Treat UAE as your market, while final sign-off sits with the Head of Marketing, MENA
Comfortable working within set boundaries while still pushing for what the market needs
Low ego, high accountability: own results and misses alike
Fluent Arabic and English required

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Finance Operations Lead, you’ll own the core finance workflows that keep Humanoid running smoothly, from supplier invoices and payments through customer billing, transaction coding and categorisation, reconciliations and the general ledger.
A key part of the role is ensuring financial activity is captured completely and accurately in the ledger. You’ll establish clear coding standards and processes, and make sure transactions are classified consistently and supported by reliable source data.
You’ll also help build a best-in-class finance technology stack for a fast-growing, global business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools, and identify ways to use AI and automation to make processes faster, more accurate and easier to use. This includes accounting and ERP platforms, Ramp, modern banking tools and AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and FP&A Lead, and partner with our dedicated Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure purchasing activity flows into finance accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both delivering the work and transforming how it gets done.
What You’ll Do
OWN FINANCE OPERATIONS AND LEDGER INTEGRITY
- Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, categorisation, approvals, supplier queries, payment runs and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, cash application, transaction coding and collections.
- Ensure transactions are recorded completely, accurately and consistently in the ledger, with appropriate supporting documentation and coding.
- Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, coding guidance and transaction categorisation across entities, currencies, departments and relevant business dimensions.
- Review ledger postings and investigate miscoded, incomplete or unusual transactions, working with the relevant teams to resolve issues at source.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement on the finance elements of procure-to-pay, including approval controls, purchase order and invoice matching, and accurate recording of commitments and spend.
- Coordinate vendor payments and cash operations across entities, currencies and banking platforms.
- Manage key balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals and other month-end close activities.
- Help ensure finance operations run reliably, with clear ownership, appropriate controls and minimal avoidable manual work.
BUILD A BEST-IN-CLASS FINANCE TECH STACK
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of finance tools, including ERP and accounting software, expense and payment platforms, modern banking tools and workflow automation.
- Help design an integrated finance technology stack that meets the needs of a scaling, multi-entity business, using tools such as Ramp and accounting platforms such as Xero or NetSuite.
- Improve the flow of transaction data from source systems into the ledger, reducing duplicate handling, manual entry and coding errors.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate repetitive finance work and improve the speed and accuracy of transaction processing.
- Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools, including Claude, to practical finance workflows such as information processing, analysis, documentation and process support.
- Work with Supply Chain, Procurement, engineering and operations to improve the quality and consistency of financial data.
- Establish appropriate controls, governance and documentation as new tools and automation are introduced.
- Document finance processes and provide practical guidance so teams understand how to use them.
SUPPORT REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
- Provide accurate, timely finance data to support reporting on actuals, cash, burn, vendor spend and other operating costs.
- Maintain clear visibility over cost centres, contracts, recurring expenses and supplier commitments.
- Prepare documentation and data for audit, statutory filings and compliance reporting.
- Maintain supporting reconciliations and schedules, and coordinate information requests with external auditors and advisers.
- Support VAT, and indirect tax obligations globally.
- Work with FP&A to reconcile actual results against budgets and forecasts and investigate material differences.
PARTNER ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day finance operations questions.
- Help teams navigate invoicing, expenses, payment and accounting processes, including the information needed for accurate transaction coding.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to establish effective handoffs between purchasing activity and finance.
- Support cost control and spend governance through accurate, timely financial information.
- Build strong working relationships across finance, procurement, engineering, supply chain, people and product.
We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounting or financial control.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, transaction coding, ledger management, reconciliations and month-end close.
- Experience managing transactions from source documentation through coding, approval, payment or collection, and accurate ledger posting.
- Experience working with or supporting procure-to-pay processes in partnership with procurement or supply chain teams.
- Experience implementing or improving finance systems, workflows and automation in a growing business.
- Interest in building a modern, well-integrated finance technology stack and applying AI and automation to real operational problems.
- Confidence working with accounting or ERP systems, expense tools and online banking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership over the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- A practical, service-oriented approach to helping teams follow finance processes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and seniority levels.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Ramp, Xero, NetSuite or similar finance platforms.
- Experience with modern banking platforms and multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or automation platforms in finance workflows.
- Experience in a hardware, manufacturing, robotics or other product-led business.
