ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Are you the person your recruiting team goes to when something needs fixing, answering, or building? As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll keep the day-to-day requests from the recruiting team and our hiring partners moving quickly and accurately across our recruiting systems, reporting, and AI tools. Baseten is growing fast, and this role helps the recruiting team keep up.
Much of your time goes to intake: sorting requests, resolving what you can, routing the rest, and closing the loop. As you learn our systems, you'll take on project work that makes those requests less frequent over time. You'll report to the Recruiting Operations Lead and work alongside another Specialist, plus a Recruiting Operations Program Manager and an Analyst, supporting both with data, setup, and rollout work.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these recent posts to see the pace of growth our recruiting team supports:
- Announcing our partnership with OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-openai-partnership/
- Blaxel is joining Baseten to build the future of agentic infrastructure https://www.baseten.co/blog/blaxel-is-joining-baseten-to-build-the-future-of-agentic-cloud/
- Sheila Vashee joins Baseten as CMO https://www.baseten.co/blog/sheila-vashee-joins-baseten-as-cmo/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own intake for requests and questions from recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers: sort them, resolve what you can, route the rest, and close the loop with the requester.
- Set up and update our ATS, including opening new jobs, building interview plans, and maintaining interviewer assignments and interviewer pools.
- Manage system access, permissions, and tool licenses for recruiters, coordinators, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Keep recruiting data clean and trustworthy by loading candidate information from spreadsheets, email, and sourcing exports, merging duplicates, fixing candidate sources, archiving stale records, and flagging suspicious applications.
- Keep open roles in the ATS aligned with the company headcount plan, and flag mismatches.
- Pull data for recruiters and leadership, such as pass-through rates, interviewer load, and time-to-hire, and keep recurring reports accurate.
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, and AI-powered tools that cut manual work, and help the team get the most out of them.
- Write and maintain how-to guides, short video walkthroughs, onboarding material, and announcements when recruiting processes or tools change.
- Spot patterns in incoming requests and turn them into lasting fixes, such as a guide, template, or tool.
- Support larger recruiting programs by preparing data, testing new tools, and handling rollout tasks, and own smaller recruiting operations projects end to end.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-growing company.
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring an applicant tracking system, not just using it (Ashby strongly preferred; Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday also relevant).
- Ability to turn a hiring need into a working ATS setup (job, stages, interview plan, forms) with little direction.
- Experience pulling and sharing recruiting data, such as building simple reports or keeping recurring ones up to date.
- Experience building something with AI, like a prompt workflow, a custom GPT or Claude Project, or a small automation.
- Strong triage judgment: you can decide what's urgent, what can wait, and when to escalate.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable with a high volume of small requests without letting things drop.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data work, such as filters, pivot tables, and spotting numbers that don't add up.
- Clear, friendly written communication, especially in Slack and documentation.
- Able to work from our San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience training others on tools or processes.
- Experience in technical or AI/ML recruiting.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
Our Salesforce org is the system of record for how Docebo sells, renews and serves customers. It carries CPQ, document generation, e-signature, provisioning and billing integrations, and a growing set of AI-driven workflows. The team that runs it is small, senior, and split between Canada and Italy. We've spent this year putting real structure behind it: a formal development lifecycle, a definition of ready for every ticket, a security standard for integrations, and a hardening program that is cleaning up years of accumulated access.
We're adding a senior developer to carry that forward. You'll build on the platform every week, but you'll also be one of the people the rest of the team turns to when a design needs a second opinion, a connected app needs scrutiny, or a request needs someone to say "not like that, and here's why."
⚡ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Design and build. Deliver production-quality solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform configuration, from a clear problem statement through solution design, build, test and release. You'll work the full lifecycle, not just the ticket in front of you.
- Integration security and governance. Review every new or changed integration against our integration security standard: connected app scopes, OAuth and token lifecycle, dedicated Okta-provisioned integration users, least-privilege permission sets. You'll push back on anything that asks for more access than it needs and document the decision.
- Code and design review. Act as a reviewer for the team's pull requests and solution designs. Hold the line on maintainability, test coverage, deployment readiness and SOX-relevant change controls, and give feedback people can act on.
- Platform health. Own a share of the technical-debt and hardening backlog: retiring unused automation, consolidating permission models, cleaning up legacy packages and integration users, and reducing the org's risk surface one deliberate change at a time.
- Access and provisioning backstop. Be a point person for user activation, license allocation and permission assignment, and help move that work from manual cloning toward documented roles and automation.
- Delivery partnership. Work directly with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success on scoping, and with the team's administrators and QA partner on testing and release. Take part in the daily check-in and the biweekly backlog and capacity review.
- AI in the day-to-day. Use AI tooling to move faster on triage, documentation and build, and apply the judgment to validate what it produces before it ships. We care about both halves.
🌟 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Deep hands-on Salesforce development. Several years shipping Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations (REST, platform events, middleware) in a production org with real users and real release discipline.
- A security mindset. You understand connected apps, OAuth scopes, permission sets, profiles and integration users well enough to spot a risky configuration and explain the fix. You treat "valid until revoked" as a problem, not a default.
- Review experience. You've reviewed other engineers' code and designs and know how to be direct and useful at the same time.
- Comfort in a governed environment. SOX controls, structured deployment windows, mandatory UAT, a source-control-backed deployment pipeline (we use Gearset and GitLab).
- Clear communication in English, written and spoken, with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can explain a trade-off to a VP and a defect to a developer.
- Independence and judgment. You scope your own work, ask for clarity early, and don't wait to be told that a request is under-specified.
- Working hours that overlap the team. Our daily check-in runs at 09:30 Eastern / 15:30 Central European; you'll need to be reliably available for it from either location.
🎯 BONUS POINTS
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect or Integration Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, Conga or similar document generation, DocuSign, or a billing migration (we're moving billing to NetSuite).
- Experience with Slack, Okta, Fivetran or Datadog as they relate to a Salesforce org.
- Exposure to Data Cloud or Agentforce.
- Italian language skills, or prior experience on a team split across North American and European time zones.

Perplexity AI is looking for a highly organized and resourceful IP Paralegal to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-growing, full-stack intellectual property program, with a primary responsibility for patent and trademark prosecution and portfolio management, and additional support work across copyrights, trade secrets, and open source compliance. This role reports to the Director of Intellectual Property and offers significant responsibility and direct exposure to novel questions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and IP law, as well as growth potential across other areas of an in-house practice group.
You will partner closely with outside counsel, engineering stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to run the workflows behind a growing patent and trademark portfolio, maintain copyright and trade secret practices, and support open source compliance review. You will own day-to-day docketing and portfolio hygiene, manage outside counsel requests and billing against budget, and run intake and matter tracking so that nothing slips. You will also run our patent rewards program end-to-end and be a go-to resource for IP diligence support and IP-adjacent needs, including commercial and litigation support as needed. This role requires a genuine curiosity about using agentic AI systems to make the IP program run faster and more consistently, rather than treating AI tooling as an afterthought.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-obsessed, comfortable moving across multiple IP disciplines in the same week, fluent with AI and legal-technology tooling, and energized by building repeatable systems from the ground up so that a lean team can run a large, technically complex portfolio. If you are a curious person and your instinct when something breaks is to redesign the process, you will do well here.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end workflows across the patent and trademark portfolios, including docketing, deadline tracking, filing coordination, portfolio maintenance, and status reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Support trade secret protection practices and open source compliance review, including tracking disclosure and license obligations and flagging issues for attorney review.
- Administer copyright matters, including registration filings, recordation, and portfolio record keeping.
- Own intake and triage for new invention disclosures, trademark clearance requests, and other IP matters.
- Manage outside counsel relationships and billing, including matter budgets, accrual tracking, invoice review against outside counsel guidelines, rate negotiation support, and matter-management hygiene in billing systems.
- Run the patent rewards program.
- Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications and coordinate foreign filings through local counsel.
- Run preliminary clearance searches for new products and features.
- Coordinate trademark office action responses, review watch notices, and recommend enforcement actions.
- Manage the domain name portfolio and the online brand protection and takedown programs.
- Conduct IP portfolio analysis, including filing trend tracking, competitive landscape monitoring, and gap identification, to support portfolio strategy and prosecution priorities.
- Provide support on IP-adjacent matters as needed, including commercial contract IP terms and litigation support (e.g., document gathering, chronologies, and coordination with outside counsel).
- Maintain and improve internal file management systems, trackers, and dashboards, keeping matter data, deadlines, and portfolio status current and audit-ready.
- Build and improve the systems behind the work, including intake workflows, filing playbooks, matter templates, and escalation paths, so that recurring problems are solved structurally rather than absorbed by heroics.
- Use and help evolve agentic AI tools to support IP workflows such as docketing, disclosure intake, prior art gathering, and portfolio reporting, and bring ideas for where automation can meaningfully improve program efficiency.
Qualifications
Need to have:
- A sense of humor and a team mindset
- 10+ years of experience as an IP paralegal, with a mix of in-house and law firm experience
- Demonstrated AI tool fluency and genuine curiosity about applying agentic AI systems to IP program operations
- Hands-on experience supporting a mix of patent and trademark prosecution workflows, including docketing, filing coordination, and portfolio maintenance
- Working knowledge of copyright administration and trade secret protection practices
- Experience managing outside counsel relationships, including invoice review, budget tracking, and adherence to outside counsel guidelines
- Experience managing a high volume of concurrent matters and deadlines with strong organizational skills and exacting attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to correspond directly with outside counsel, inventors, and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and privileged material
- Genuine interest in IP diligence work and in stepping into IP-adjacent needs as they come up, including commercial and litigation support
Nice to have:
- Paralegal certificate, associate's degree in paralegal studies, or bachelor's degree
- Direct experience with open source license compliance review
- Experience running or supporting an inventor recognition or patent rewards/incentive program
- Experience supporting IP diligence for M&A, financing, or commercial transactions
- Litigation support experience (e.g., discovery, document review, case file management)
- Experience with IP portfolio analytics, competitive filing intelligence, or landscape mapping
- Direct experience with docketing platforms, IP management software, and legal billing or matter management systems
- Experience at a high-growth technology startup
- Interest in artificial intelligence laws and regulations

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Director of EPD Operations to run the operating system for Webflow's Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) organization. You'll own how EPD plans, tracks, launches, and reports on its work, and you'll make that system faster every quarter, increasingly with AI agents doing the repetitive parts. You'll report to the Chief Product Officer, sit on EPD Leadership, and lead a small, high-leverage team of program managers, technical program managers, and agentic engineers.
This role is for an operator who builds. You care about rituals and rigor, but you measure success by one thing: whether EPD ships more customer value, faster and more reliably.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Exempt
- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer
- For this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Webflow's sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit (i.e., a work visa, work permit, etc.)
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures in USD)
- Zone A: 284,000 - 355,000
- Zone B: 267,000 - 334,000
- Zone C: 249,600 - 312,000
As Director, EPD Operations, you'll…
- Run the EPD operating rhythm. Own the leadership and org-wide rituals that keep a multi-pillar EPD org aligned: weekly EPD Leadership, pillar lead reviews, quarterly all-hands, offsites, and protected builder time. Cut what doesn't earn its time; make what stays drive decisions.
- Own planning, OKRs, and roadmap health. Run quarterly planning with pillar leads, manage the OKR program and its owners, and keep the roadmap current and trustworthy. Surface at-risk work early and route it to the right leader for a decision within a week.
- Tell EPD's story to leadership and the board. Produce accurate, on-time reporting for exec staff, board meetings, and QBRs, sourced from live roadmap and OKR data rather than one-off reconciliation.
- Own launch readiness and release governance. Run OK2GA and production-readiness reviews, coordinate high-profile launch moments (like Webflow Conf), and partner with Engineering and Support on post-incident follow-through so reliability work gets prioritized, not lost.
- Run alpha and beta programs. Give product teams a predictable path from build-complete to customers' hands, with clear feedback loops, in partnership with Product, Research, and GTM.
- Improve the product development lifecycle. Own PDLC standards (PRDs, stage gates, product-led releases), templatize or automate the repeatable steps, and make the process lighter for PMs, EMs, and designers.
- Lead EPD's internal AI and tooling roadmap. Direct a team of agentic engineers building agents and automations for EPD: triage intake and routing, status updates, beta recruitment, roadmap views, and a shared skills library. Own EPD tooling (e.g., Linear) and partner with IT and Finance on spend and adoption.
- Be the bridge to Finance and GTM. Partner with Finance and Accounting on headcount plans and capitalized software reporting, and with Marketing, Sales, and Support on launch plans and the flow of customer feedback into EPD.
- Build and lead the team. Hire, coach, and grow a team of program managers, TPMs, and agentic engineers across US and LATAM time zones. Set clear priorities and give them room to own outcomes.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
ABOUT YOU
You'll thrive as Director, EPD Operations if you have:
- 10+ years in technical program management, engineering or product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at a software company, with at least 4 years leading teams.
- A track record of running planning, OKRs, and operating cadence for an EPD org of several hundred people, and of making that system simpler over time.
- Experience owning launch readiness or release governance for a SaaS product, including coordinating major launches with GTM.
- Strong executive presence. You can run a room of VPs, synthesize a messy debate into a decision, and write a board-ready update.
- Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools and agents in your own daily work, and you've led or sponsored automation that removed real operational toil and got adopted.
- Fluency with engineering and product tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Slack, data/BI tools), and the judgment to change tools only when it pays off.
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change. You can re-plan quickly after a reorg or a strategy shift without losing the thread.
- Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a curious, hands-on security professional early in their career to join our Detection & Response team as an Incident Response Developer. You’ll report to the Manager of Detection & Response and work closely with senior responders to investigate security incidents, improve our response processes and build automation that helps us scale. You’ll get hands-on experience with real incidents and the mentorship to grow into the craft.
The ideal candidate has a foundation in security fundamentals, some hands-on exposure to investigations or security operations, and real enthusiasm for automating repetitive work. You’re a problem-solver who stays calm when things get busy, asks good questions and wants to learn from experienced teammates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strengthen our incident response capabilities by building relationships with Engineering teams, writing new playbooks and automating manual steps.
- Own investigations from start to finish: triage, evidence collection, analysis, containment and documentation.
- Act as Incident Commander for low- and medium-severity incidents, and support senior responders on high-severity ones.
- Turn recurring incident types into repeatable workflows (intake, playbook, automation, closure), from the first design through to the tooling behind them.
- Report incident trends and metrics that inform team priorities.
- Work with our Security Engineers to monitor, refine and expand our SIEM and SOAR platforms.
- Work with the HR, Fraud and Privacy teams on investigations into potentially fraudulent and sensitive activity, including insider threats and snooping.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for responding to security incidents, internal questions and operational support.
- Work with the detection engineering team to develop new, high-fidelity detection rules based on incident trends and threat intelligence.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on incident response experience, owning investigations end to end.
- The ability to coordinate responders and stakeholders during an incident, and know when to escalate.
- Experience using a SIEM to turn noise into signal, including writing queries and tuning alerts.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to build and maintain automation. We invest in tooling (automation, Slack bots, AI agents) so responders spend their energy on the decisions that matter.
- A workflow mindset: you can look at a messy, recurring problem and break it into steps that tooling or AI can take on.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP or Azure) and how to investigate within it.
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information, such as HR and insider-threat matters.
- Clear, honest and inclusive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good judgment under pressure, in technical problem solving and in working across teams.
- A strong desire to learn from the team and others. We value making one another successful!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. You'll be the engineer who owns autonomous systems across that footprint as one security domain, from both sides: drones, ground robots and automated vehicles for patrol, inspection and moving hardware, including the security of that automation inside secure areas, and the detection systems that tell us what is flying over or operating near a site uninvited.
You set the approach, select and integrate the platforms and sensors, write the requirements vendors build to, and run what you ship, from the operating model where operators assign missions and machines carry them out to the playbook that turns a detection into an identified track and a well-evidenced handoff to whoever holds authority over the airspace. Interdiction is not part of this role. The goal is security that runs itself: coverage, fleet health and evidence verified continuously, with tools and AI agents doing the routine triage. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
You'll work with the rest of DCSE, including its physical security systems engineers and the engineers on its security monitoring platform, with Anthropic's data center operations and legal teams, and directly with site operators, equipment vendors and aviation and public safety authorities. The role is based in San Francisco, with remote applicants in the US considered, and involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Autonomous security and inspection systems:
own the drones, ground robots and other autonomous platforms for perimeter patrol, incident response and infrastructure inspection: platform selection, operating model, operator qualification, maintenance, and the data path from machine to analyst
Tools, automation and AI agents:
build the integrations that carry detections, tracks, telemetry and fleet health into the team's security monitoring platform, and the tools and agents that triage detections, check fleet health and assemble evidence. When a review keeps costing people time, you build the tool or agent that retires it
Detection of uncrewed systems:
engineer the sensing that tells us what is flying over or operating near a site, what it is and who needs to know: sensor selection and evaluation against live targets, per-site coverage, classification and false-alarm handling, and the playbook from first detection to handoff, with evidence retained
Security of site automation:
engineer the controls on automated vehicles, robots and similar machines that move hardware or work inside secure areas: identity and access, network isolation, what they may record and where it goes, fail-secure behavior, their place in chain of custody, and acceptance before they enter a site
Regulatory and site constraints:
establish what we may sense, fly, drive, record and retain at each site, partner-operated sites included, under the aviation, spectrum, privacy and safety rules that apply there, with the waivers and approvals that extend it and coordination with local authorities set up before it is needed
Health monitoring:
define and test heartbeats, loss-of-coverage and lost-link alarms and fail-secure behavior, so a silent sensor or machine shows as a fault, not a quiet day
Vendor requirements and acceptance:
write the requirements, evaluate against live flights and runs, and hold vendors to what they ship
Minimum qualifications
Have engineered autonomous or sensing systems in the field (drones, ground robots, automated vehicles, or RF, radar or optical detection sensors): selected, integrated or secured them for an operation other people relied on, and verified what they actually do against real targets or runs rather than a datasheet
Have integrated systems you did not build (vendor APIs, SDKs, appliances, machine and sensor telemetry) into a platform that outlives any one of them
Read and review code, design the data systems behind security tooling, and build automation (often with AI coding agents) using Git and code review
Have done this work hands-on for data centers, critical infrastructure or a large hardware fleet
Have designed inside a regulatory or safety constraint (aviation, spectrum, privacy, machine safety or similar) and can show the decision it drove
Own a domain end to end: set the approach, carry it through with vendors, site operators, partners and authorities, and run it as something people depend on every day
Preferred qualifications
Remote pilot certification (for example FAA Part 107) and experience flying beyond visual line of sight under a waiver or exemption
Experience with counter-drone (counter-UAS) detection, airspace surveillance or air traffic data systems
Experience running a robot, drone or automated-vehicle fleet in an industrial, logistics or data center setting: fleet management, mission planning, safety cases
Experience securing embedded, operational technology or robotic systems: device identity, network segmentation, update control, logging
Experience with physical security operations at large sites, with law enforcement or aviation authorities, or at sites you did not fully control: cloud, colocation or GPU cloud operators
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual work
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We also default to transparency, so you can read all about our metrics, and our successes and failures along the way on our Transparency Dashboard https://buffer.com/open.
We're united by Buffer's values https://buffer.com/about#values, and we hire and work from all over the world. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment, and we are building a culture where underrepresented groups are welcome and can flourish. Please note that we do travel to work together in person once or twice per year, and those events are highly encouraged to build deeper connections among our small team.
As you get to know Buffer and consider joining the journey, you can learn more about Buffer on our Journey https://buffer.com/journey page. Still curious to learn more about the experience on the Buffer team? Feel free to read more from Kirsti https://buffer.com/resources/first-30-days-buffer/ and Sabreen https://buffer.com/resources/joined-3-days-before-the-retreat/ as they share their first experiences with Buffer, as well as from Hailley https://buffer.com/resources/8-years-at-buffer/, who captured why she still calls Buffer home after 8+ years.
While unusual at Buffer, we're looking for folks in a specific timezone range. This role is currently open to candidates based between UTC-3 and UTC+3. That gives you overlap with our current security engineer in Sri Lanka and most of our Engineering team, and lets the two of you share incident coverage so neither of you has to work through the night.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a hands-on security engineer to be the tech lead for Buffer's Security team. You'll work alongside Adnan https://www.linkedin.com/in/adnanissadeen/, who has carried security at Buffer for years. Together, you’ll own security and compliance for a 15-year-old profitable company that is rebuilding itself around AI.
Two things make this the right moment. Buffer’s product surface is growing: in May, we launched a public GraphQL API with an MCP server and CLI. More than 35,000 organizations have connected an AI tool to Buffer, and we are planning to build a plugin ecosystem on top. Internally, we're becoming an AI-native organization: MCPs on our Claude Team plan, custom connectors, internal tools, and Roo, our own internal agent. We're small and lean, with few processes, and we run on trust around access and permissions. We don't want to lose that, but the surface now grows faster than one person can cover.
That means the usual security playbook won't work here. We don't buy enterprise plans for every tool, and we don't make people justify every access request. You’ll make the secure path the easy path to follow.
Your role will be to set the direction for security at Buffer and to do much of the work yourself. You'll decide which open security problems to address first, write code to fix some of them, and lead incidents when they happen. We're looking for an enabler and a team player, not a gatekeeper. This is a generalist role by design.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll report to Miguel, https://www.linkedin.com/in/migueldavid/ Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure and Security teams.
Day-to-day, the Security team is you, Adnan, and Miguel. Adnan knows how everything at Buffer fits together and where the sharp edges are. Together, you’ll own planned security work as well as the work that keeps the lights on: the security inbox, requests from other teams, maintenance, and chores. You’ll lead the team’s direction and standards.
You will also work closely with product engineering teams to ensure that what we build meets a strong security bar. That means collaborating on tech spec reviews and growing the group of security champions across the teams.
Your peers from our Advocacy (customer support) and People teams will rely on you to support them with security and compliance needs that come up in their work, from customer security questions to vendor reviews and policy.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- 🧭 Lead security at Buffer. Define the strategy and roadmap, set priorities, drive execution, and change how we work where it matters. If you see a problem outside your lane, say so and drive the fix.
- 🧰 Build. Identify the problem, define the solution, then build it with Adnan: tooling, automation, processes.
- 🔁 Put security in the development loop. Check on every PR, threat modeling in tech specs, dependency, secrets, and supply chain hygiene, and review steps that hold up as more of our code is written with AI agents.
- 🔐 Advance operational security. Secure our day-to-day operations to meet industry-wide standards while maintaining the flexibility afforded by Buffer’s high-trust environment.
- 💡 Keep the lights on. Security inbox, requests from other teams, maintenance and chores, shared with Adnan. Much of this is manual today, and we’d love you to automate what you can.
- 🚨 Lead incidents and take part in our engineering-wide on-call rotation. Set the standard for how we run a security incident, then hold the team to it. Run tabletops with the rest of Engineering, and ensure the gaps are fixed.
- 🤖 Secure the AI surface. Threat-model what we’re building, from agents with tool access to connectors and in-product AI, and set guardrails so Buffer can move fast on AI without guessing.
- 🐛 Run vulnerability disclosure. Triage reports from outside researchers, fix or route the real ones, and decide how the program grows.
- 🤝 Own compliance and customer trust. SOC 2 and Meta platform compliance are the big ones today. We want them to make Buffer safer, not only to pass audits, but also to automate evidence where you can. Security questionnaires reach us through Advocacy. Help answer them, and build what lets customers find answers on their own (a Trust Center, for example).
HELPFUL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- You’ve been the senior security person somewhere without a CISO above you. You know what it means to set direction without a mandate and earn it through work.
- You have hands-on application and API security depth in a multi-tenant SaaS, ideally one with a public API: authorization models, OAuth and OIDC, session and auth flows, IDOR and SSRF, and threat modeling. You've found these bugs and fixed them, not only reported them.
- You write code. You can read and change a TypeScript codebase well enough to ship a fix and review someone else’s (legacy PHP and Python show up more rarely, too).
- You’ve led security incidents end-to-end, including the writing of status updates, customer comms, and postmortems that people act on.
- You’ve worked with AWS, Kubernetes, and Cloudflare, or similar, enough to reason about infrastructure risk with an infrastructure team. You don’t need to run it.
- You’ve run a SOC 2 or similar program, or worked closely with one, and you’d rather automate evidence collection than do it by hand.
- You've run or triaged a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program, and you can tell a real report from noise quickly.
- You have strong opinions, and you can hold them loosely. You are comfortable disagreeing with a senior engineer’s design, and working together to find the best solution (sometimes changing your mind when their argument is better).
- You’re fluent with modern AI tools, and you use them to multiply your output and your team’s. You’ve thought hard about securing systems that use them.
- You thrive in remote, async environments, and you follow through. You're clear in your thinking and generous with context, and you close the loop on what you commit to. Most of your influence here will be written.
- Bonus points if you’re already a Buffer user or familiar with social media management tools.
OUR TECH STACK
- Product. Node.js (TypeScript) across most services in a monorepo, backed by MongoDB; a REST API and PHP being retired for legacy services. iOS and Android apps. A public GraphQL API, MCP server, CLI, and connectors.
- Infrastructure. AWS (EKS, IAM, SQS, S3, CloudFront), Terraform, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Cloudflare (WAF, Zero Trust, Workers, DNS).
- Security and compliance. Vanta for SOC 2, Dependabot, gitleaks, AWS GuardDuty, Cloudflare WAF and Zero Trust, Action1 for device management, 1Password, and Google Workspace as the identity layer.
- Observability and incidents. Datadog, Sentry, incident.io http://incident.io, and PagerDuty.
- AI. Claude Team across the company, internal agents and MCP servers built in-house, in-product AI features.
APPLY FOR THE JOB
Do you believe you're a fit for this role and want to join the Buffer team? We'd love to hear about you!

About the role
We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Repository Services team in GitLab's Create stage. The team owns the repository side of Source Code: how code gets into a repository, who may change it, and how those changes are verified. We build this as an access layer on the primitives the Gitaly team provides, for GitLab's own features and for the artificial intelligence agents now writing and pushing code alongside people.
You'll work in one of GitLab's oldest and most complex product areas, using Ruby and GraphQL across
GitLab.com
, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Repository Services is a new team, and its first months are about reliability and support, so you'll spend real time on performance and structured query language tuning, caching, rate limiting, testing, observability, and resiliency, with experienced team members to lean on. You'll collaborate with product management, product design, testing, security, user experience research, technical writing, Gitaly, Code Review, and the other Source Code teams.
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby and GraphQL.
Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.
Design and maintain backend services, application programming interfaces, data models, and business logic that control how code reaches a repository, who may change it, and how it is verified.
Build on the primitives Gitaly provides and work closely with the Gitaly team.
Triage and fix bugs and support requests for the features the team owns.
Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.
Use artificial intelligence agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.
Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.
Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.
Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you'll bring
Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.
An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.
Experience contributing to user-facing workflows and maintaining their underlying systems.
Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.
Experience using artificial intelligence coding agents and reviewing their output, or an interest in building these skills in a complex monorepo.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.
The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.
About the team
Repository Services is a small backend team in the Create stage, formed in September 2026 when Source Code split into focused teams. As the split is finalized we expect to own repository mirroring, Git Large File Storage (LFS), protected branches and Branch Rules, push rules, Code Owners (shared with Code Review), and commit and tag signing. We build on Gitaly's primitives and meet regularly with the Gitaly team, and our work serves

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Life Sciences team, you'll build biology software that our own scientists and the wider research community can depend on, and you'll be one of the main people representing that work to computational biologists outside Anthropic.
The Life Sciences team works to accelerate progress in biology with AI, combining frontier models with hands-on computational and experimental research. We want the tools, pipelines, datasets, and benchmarks we build in genomics and structural biology to be useful beyond our own projects, so we plan to release them to the community. Computational biology has a long tradition of open, shared software, and we want to contribute to it well. Every release should be something a researcher can install, run on their own data, and trust: correct on real inputs, validated against reference data and established methods, documented, versioned, and maintained after launch.
You'll own that standard. You'll write a large share of the code yourself, decide when something is ready to ship, and stay with it once people start using it. You'll also be an active member of the biology software community: maintaining public repositories, answering issues, speaking at conferences and workshops, and bringing what you hear from researchers back into what we build next.
We use Claude and AI coding agents heavily to build software, and we expect you to do the same across design, implementation, testing, and review. Code written by an agent is held to the same standard as code written by hand: you should understand it, test it, and measure its performance before it ships. We're looking for someone with deep software engineering experience who already works this way.
The shape of the role is flexible. You might spend most of your time as an individual contributor, or you might lead a small group of engineers and scientists while continuing to contribute directly. Your focus can be genomics, structural biology, or both. Experience in other areas of computational biology is welcome, and we expect the work to range more widely over time.
What matters most is a record of biology software that other people have adopted and relied on.
This is a chance to shape how AI is put to work in biological research, on problems that matter for human health and scientific understanding. If building software that scientists trust is the work you want to do, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain biology software in genomics and structural biology (libraries, command-line tools, pipelines, datasets, and benchmarks) for use by researchers and AI agents, inside Anthropic and externally
Own the path from research code to public release, including testing, validation against reference data and established tools, benchmarking, documentation, and packaging, and make the call on when something is ready to ship
Maintain what we release: triage issues, review outside contributions, and manage breaking changes
Represent the team in the biology community through conferences, workshops, tutorials, and direct work with researchers and maintainers, and turn what you learn about their needs into priorities for the team
Partner with the team's computational and experimental scientists to turn research code into well-tested, reusable software
Lead the technical direction of the projects you own through design review, code review, and mentoring, and, depending on your interests and the team's needs, lead a small team
Build with Claude and AI coding agents as your default way of working, hold agent-written code to the same standard as your own, and set the team's practices for reviewing and validating it
Minimum qualifications
Have built, released, and maintained biology software that researchers outside your own group use, with evidence of adoption you can point to (for example public repositories, package downloads, citations, or use in other groups' pipelines)
Have deep working expertise in genomics or structural biology, including the data types, file formats, standard tools, and common failure modes of at least one of these fields
Are proficient in Python and comfortable working with large datasets in Linux and cloud or cluster computing environments
Practice rigorous testing and release engineering: unit and integration tests, continuous integration, validation against reference data, packaging, and versioning
Use AI coding tools as a central part of how you build software, and can show how you verify the correctness and performance of code you did not write by hand
Have led a technical project with multiple contributors, setting direction and reviewing others' work while continuing to write code yourself
Can explain technical work clearly to both biologists and engineers, in writing (documentation, tutorials) and in person (talks, workshops)
Preferred qualifications
Depth in both genomics and structural biology
A record as the creator or a core maintainer of a widely used open-source tool in computational biology
Experience managing or formally leading a team of engineers or scientists
A graduate degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in a systems language such as Rust, C++, or C, and experience with performance work on large biological datasets
Experience building software in other areas of computational biology, such as phylogenetics, proteomics, cheminformatics, or high-throughput screen analysis
Experience shipping software built largely with AI coding agents, building agentic systems on large language models, or training machine learning models on biological sequence or structure data
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—
$320,000 USD

Location: Australia
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

You give a $ht about protecting customers and improving how the team operates, taking ownership of investigations and acting on the information available. You bring Warrior Spirit to complex incidents, staying resilient and composed under pressure. You are Outcome-Obsessed, measuring your work by the threats contained, customers protected, and actionable remediation delivered. Alongside alert triage and intrusion response, you’ll support sales, collaborate with Product to shape Huntress’ MDR service and platform, and have opportunities to contribute across Incident Response, Security Operations, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering. We’ll also support you in sharing your work through blogs, conference talks, webinars, and research publications that build your personal brand and the broader security community.
This role follows Perth time (AWST), Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Applicants based elsewhere in Australia are welcome, provided you are able to work these hours converted to your local time.
Responsibilities:

Contribute to and refine detection capabilities and queue hygiene through crafting and tuning signals to address emerging threats.

You have a passion for forensics and enjoy digging into logs, processes, and artifacts to understand intrusions and outmaneuver attackers.
You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, simplify complex technical findings for diverse audiences, and demonstrate self-guided learning that keeps your skills current.
You use AI to work faster and smarter in day-to-day security analysis, applying sound judgment and validating its output before acting on it.
