BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. And right now, our social presence doesn't reflect how good the product actually is.
You're going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
Mysten Labs is looking for a Staff Product Designer to set the experience strategy for the DeepBook financial stack and the first-party products built around it, spanning spot trading, margin, prediction markets, liquidity, and the workflows that connect users and builders to onchain finance on Sui.
This role requires strong product judgment, exceptional design craft, people leadership, and real fluency in financial markets and DeFi. You will work with product and engineering from strategy through launch, build a design team that can cover a growing product surface, and stay close enough to the work to lead critical product flows yourself.
The right person knows how to make complex financial systems clear without removing the information users need to assess risk. You should be comfortable designing for retail and professional users, working through technical and regulatory constraints, and using research and product data to improve adoption, execution quality, retention, and trust.
What You Will Do
- Set the design vision, principles, and priorities in partnership with product, engineering, and business leadership.
- Own the end-to-end experience across DeepBook spot, margin, prediction products, liquidity workflows, and related first-party applications.
- Lead the design of core journeys including onboarding, funding, market discovery, order entry, transaction review and signing, portfolio and position management, collateral, liquidation risk, settlement, and recovery from failed states.
- Design for distinct audiences such as retail traders, experienced DeFi users, market makers, liquidity providers, institutions, and developers without creating a fragmented product experience.
- Remain hands-on in the highest-priority work by framing problems, developing concepts, prototyping, testing, and reviewing implementation quality.
- Build a scalable design system and shared interaction patterns for dense financial data, charts, tables, order entry, account states, alerts, and risk communication.
- Establish a practical research program using interviews, usability studies, product analytics, support feedback, and market observation.
- Partner with engineering to understand protocol behavior, transaction states, latency, data dependencies, security boundaries, and platform constraints.
- Work with legal, security, marketing, business development, and ecosystem teams to launch products responsibly and communicate financial concepts accurately.
- Define design and product quality measures, then connect the team's work to activation, conversion, trading success, retention, support burden, and user trust.
What You Will Have
- 10 or more years of product design experience, including meaningful experience leading, hiring, and developing designers in a fast-moving product organization.
- A portfolio that shows both exceptional individual craft and leadership impact across complex, data-dense products.
- Experience designing trading, investing, fintech, payments, crypto, marketplace, or other high-stakes products where users make consequential decisions.
- Fluency in DeFi and direct experience using onchain products. You can discuss swaps, order books, liquidity, routing, slippage, collateral, leverage, liquidation, settlement, smart-contract risk, and transaction signing.
- Strong product judgment and a record of shaping strategy, prioritization, and product decisions with product and engineering partners.
- Skill in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, research, and systems thinking.
- Experience building design systems and operating practices that improve consistency and delivery across multiple products.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and making progress while product, technical, market, and legal inputs continue to change.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading design for an exchange, order book, derivatives or margin product, prediction market, wallet, aggregator, or institutional trading platform.
- Experience with both retail and professional trading experiences, including charts, market data, portfolio analytics, and execution workflows.
- Familiarity with Sui, Move, programmable transaction blocks, DeepBook, Slush, or object-based blockchain architectures.
- Experience designing products in legally complex or regulated financial categories.
- Prior experience as a founder, design executive, principal designer, trader, DeFi power user, or ecosystem operator.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

About the Role
Our Business Intelligence department owns financial data and analytics at the most granular level—from individual transactions and counterparties to products, clients, and business segments. We collect cost and revenue data from external counterparties, transform it into appropriate booking logic, and ensure it is correctly reflected in the General Ledger and analytical systems. We are looking for a Cost & Revenue Controller to take hands-on ownership of this process—ensuring data is collected completely, booked correctly, reconciled, and any discrepancies are identified and resolved. The role sits between Finance, BI, and Technology, bridging financial requirements with technical implementation.
Reporting Line
— Head of Business Intelligence

— Remote
What You Will Do
Cost & Revenue Collection
Own the process from raw counterparty statements through to final booking.
Understand individual cost and revenue items and define appropriate collection and booking logic.
Support onboarding of new products and counterparties.
Ensure costs and revenues are correctly mapped to General Ledger accounts, products, and business categories.
Reconciliation & Data Quality
Reconcile counterparty statements against internal data and the General Ledger.
Identify missing, duplicated, incorrectly classified, or incorrectly booked items.
Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate their resolution.
Develop automated reconciliation and validation controls.
Define and monitor data-quality and error KPIs.
Business & Technology Integration
Translate financial and business requirements into clear requirements for technical teams.
Follow implementations through development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
Validate that implemented solutions reflect the intended financial and accounting logic.
Act as a bridge between Finance, BI, Operations, and Technology.
Incident & Process Management
Own financial data-quality incidents and ensure they are resolved within agreed SLAs.
Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent solutions for recurring issues.
Continuously improve and automate reconciliation and control processes.
Use SQL, Claude Code, and other analytical tools to investigate data and build reconciliation and control solutions.
What You Will Bring
Must Have:
Strong understanding of reconciliation principles, financial controls, and accounting.
Experience working with General Ledger and detailed financial data.
Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to investigate complex discrepancies.
Ability to translate financial requirements into requirements for technical teams.
Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality.
Ability to work independently and own problems through to resolution.
Nice to Have:
Experience in brokerage, banking, asset management, payments, or fintech.
Experience working with transaction-level data and external counterparty statements.
Experience designing automated reconciliation and financial controls.
Experience building applications or analytical tools using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development environments.
Experience with Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools.
Previous audit experience, including Big Four.
We Offer
Competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring.

It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Enterprise Transformation owns Kraken's internal AI platform. AI tooling is deployed at scale across the org. Tiered spend controls are live, a governed integration gateway is in production, and a system inventory is being built against real regulatory obligations. The next constraint is not access. It's capability. The frontier moves every few weeks, and most of what arrives is a protocol, API, or primitive that someone has to turn into something the rest of the company can safely use.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook. Identify capability gaps between what's possible and what the organization can safely use, then close them by evaluating vendors or building internally.
- Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface. You'll handle connector onboarding, authentication flows including OAuth and federated identity, reliability, and vendor escalation when things break.
- Build internal tooling that extends the platform. Think agent scaffolding, reusable skills and prompt assets, evaluation harnesses for model changes, provisioning automation, and integrations between AI tooling and your systems of record.
- Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate. Set caps by role and tier, build alerting rules, manage exception queues, run monthly reconciliation against vendor commitments, and eliminate the current single author risk in cap automation.
- Implement the technical controls behind policy on data handling, retention, and model eligibility. This means identity integration, SSO and SCIM, entitlement by role and tier, and workspace configuration where retention terms differ by model class.
- Work directly with teams to unblock them. Sit with them, understand the workflow, build or configure the thing that enables them to get real leverage from the tools.
- Run technical enablement. Deep dives for tool rollouts, office hours for model releases, and authority over the engineering detail in knowledge base material.
- Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end. Model turn ups, feature enablement, deprecation, provisioning queue, vendor configurations, and seat true ups.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software, not just configure vendor products. Python or a comparable language should be natural to you. Version control, CI, containers, and secrets management are everyday tools.
- Experience integrating against LLM and SaaS APIs with working familiarity of agent and tool use patterns, including MCP or equivalent tool calling architectures.
- Working knowledge of identity and access. Okta or an equivalent IdP, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity are things you've worked with.
- Operational discipline. You understand intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, and the instinct to document a fix the first time you make it.
- Genuine teaching ability. You can explain a technical capability three different ways on the same day to compliance, traders, and backend engineers.
- Clear written communication for technical documentation, runbooks, and policy pages.
- Judgment about what to build. You can tell the difference between a capability the organization actually needs and a demo that will be abandoned in a month.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience standing up an internal developer or AI platform, including the self service and guardrail layers.
- Exposure to FinOps or software asset management practice.
- Experience with low code or workflow automation platforms.
- Atlassian administration depth in Jira, Confluence, or JSM.
- Familiarity with regulated industry audit and evidence work in financial services.

We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.
Platform security is foundational to protecting Phantom and the systems our users rely on. We’re hiring a Senior Platform Security Engineer to own and improve security across our AWS and Kubernetes environments. You’ll work directly with infrastructure and engineering teams to secure the control planes, identities, workloads, and deployment systems behind our most critical products.
We’re building an AI-native security team that aggressively uses AI to expand the speed, depth, and reach of our work. We’re looking for a strong security engineer with high agency who can identify the risks that matter, build practical controls, and own problems through verified remediation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working in production systems, writing code and infrastructure, responding to incidents, and making security improvements without slowing down the teams building on the platform.
This role is fully remote; however, we’re only open to candidates based in the US and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- AWS Security: Own and improve security across Phantom’s multi-account AWS environment, including IAM, Identity Center, networking, compute, storage, secrets, logging, and organization-level guardrails.
- Kubernetes Security: Secure production Kubernetes environments running on Amazon EKS, including cluster configuration, workload identity, RBAC, admission controls, network boundaries, secrets, container security, and tenant isolation.
- Identity and Access: Design least-privilege access models for engineers, services, and automation. Build scoped, auditable, and time-bound access paths for sensitive production systems.
- Mission-Critical Systems: Protect the infrastructure supporting products and services that handle sensitive data and high-value operations.
- Cloud Security Architecture: Lead security design for new infrastructure, platform services, and major architectural changes.
- Infrastructure and Policy as Code: Build reusable security controls using tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, Kubernetes policy engines, and automated configuration validation.
- CI/CD and Supply Chain Security: Harden build, deployment, and release systems, including GitHub Actions, workload federation, build runners, dependencies, artifacts, signing, provenance, and access to production environments.
- Security Automation: Build tools that identify and remediate cloud and Kubernetes risks at scale. Apply AI-assisted workflows where they materially improve analysis, coverage, or response speed.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Infrastructure, SRE, Developer Experience, and product engineering teams. Establish practical platform-security standards and help teams adopt them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in platform security, cloud security, infrastructure security, security engineering, or a closely related engineering role.
- Deep, hands-on experience securing production AWS environments. You understand IAM and resource policies, workload identity, network security, secrets management, logging, organization-level controls, and the ways these systems fail in practice.
- Deep experience securing Kubernetes in production, preferably Amazon EKS, including RBAC, workload identity, admission policy, network policy, pod security, secrets, and cluster hardening.
- Experience designing or securing mission-critical systems where compromise, excessive privilege, or loss of availability could have significant customer or business impact.
- Strong understanding of identity, authorization, least privilege, isolation, and blast-radius reduction across both human and machine access.
- Experience securing CI/CD and software supply chains, including GitHub Actions or similar systems, build runners, workload federation, artifacts, and production deployment paths.
- Experience writing and reviewing infrastructure as code using Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Ability to write production-quality code or automation in a language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
- High agency and ownership. You can take an ambiguous platform-security problem from initial investigation through implementation and verified remediation.
- Clear communication and a strong track record of partnering with infrastructure and engineering teams while maintaining a high security bar.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with AWS Nitro Enclaves or other trusted execution environments, including attestation, isolation boundaries, secure key handling, and operational lifecycle management.
- Experience securing financial, payments, wallet, custody, or other high-value transaction systems.
- Familiarity with key-management infrastructure, AWS KMS, CloudHSM, cryptographic signing systems, or secrets-management platforms.
- Experience operating or securing multi-region Kubernetes and AWS environments at significant scale.
- Familiarity with service meshes and cloud-native networking technologies such as Istio, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, or eBPF-based controls.
- Experience with GitHub OIDC, Argo CD, Helm, Crossplane, or Kubernetes-based infrastructure delivery.
- Experience using cloud-security and observability platforms such as Wiz, Datadog, GuardDuty, Security Hub, or CloudTrail.
- Experience building policy-as-code, automated remediation, or security tooling used by a large engineering organization.
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure or self-custodial wallet architecture.
The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love.
This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products — not just the final words on the screen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures — you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader.
- Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research — you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects — not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made.
- Make the team faster and better, not just yourself. Templates, patterns, content standards, workflows, and of course AI. You’ll find ways to automate processes to scale content while ensuring quality.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others.
- Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system.
- Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly.
- Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques.
- Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points.
- A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems.
WHAT TO SEND US
- A portfolio with 3 or more case studies that shows how you used writing and design to improve the user experience and drive business outcomes.

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.

— Работа с существующей сетью платежных партнеров и развитие новых направлений;
— Постоянное отслеживание рынка и поиск новых payment methods и payment solutions;
— Взаимодействие с Product, Operations, Compliance и Integration командами.
Направление Traders (работа с traders, brokers, payment specialists):

FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time
Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
(remote).
This role owns everything we say to a client between the moment they first raise their hand and the moment they place their first trade. You will design, build, send and continuously improve every automated and campaign communication across four funnel stages — Lead, Registration, First Time Deposit and First Time Trade — using email and WhatsApp, built and run in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on build-and-send role rather than a strategy role: you will have the support of content, creative and analytics teams, but the journeys are yours to build, and each stage carries a conversion rate that is yours to move.
Reporting to:
Chief Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
Journey design & automation — Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Own the design, build and optimisation of automated journeys across all four funnel stages
Manage audience, segmentation, entry and suppression logic
Rationalise existing automations and maintain a documented, auditable journey estate
Email execution
Build, QA and deploy automated and campaign email communications
Own templates and modular content to enable scalable regional localisation
Manage deliverability, consent, preferences and list hygiene
WhatsApp execution
Own WhatsApp marketing end to end, from opt-in and template approval to sequencing and frequency management
Use data to determine channel allocation and optimise engagement
Manage channel costs, forecasting and provider relationships
Optimisation & measurement
Lead continuous testing across messaging, timing, channels, sequencing and offers
Partner with Analytics to measure performance through to funded account and first trade
Report on funnel conversion and explain key performance movements
Compliance
Embed jurisdictional and regulatory requirements into journey design
Partner with Compliance on efficient approvals and maintain a clear communications audit trail
Candidate profile:
Proven hands-on experience building multi-step nurture journeys and automated flows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You must be able to demonstrate what you have personally built; applications without clear hands-on SFMC experience cannot be progressed
Strong practical experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions and SQL for segmentation. AMPscript is an advantage; for Marketing Cloud Next, experience with Data Cloud, identity resolution and Flow is relevant
Demonstrable experience running WhatsApp as a marketing channel, including opt-ins, template approvals and the 24-hour service window. Email-only experience is not sufficient
Experience owning conversion performance, with clear examples of baseline results, changes made and measurable outcomes
Solid knowledge of email deliverability, consent and data-protection requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Comfortable writing automated-message copy and briefing creative where needed
Fluent English, written and spoken
