Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. Meta is the core channel, with room to expand into additional sources such as AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

About the Team:
Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations
Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment
Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ROLE SUMMARY
You own the marketing-technology layer behind Taxfix's growth: the conversion signals that tell ad networks who converted, the customer data that powers CRM, the consent flows that decide what we may share and with whom, and the referral program, one of the growth mechanics the team owns end to end. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You set direction for a small engineering team (a tech lead plus 3–4 engineers, two-week sprints) that supports four products across three markets, with Paid Acquisition, CRM, Brand and Creative as internal customers. A typical week mixes debugging a missing ad-network event, scoping a referral reward, settling a data-sharing question with Legal, and explaining trade-offs to leadership. All work, including across markets, happens in English; German is not required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own conversion-signal engineering for paid acquisition: client-side and server-to-server events into Singular, Firebase/GA4, Google Ads and TikTok, including synthetic events, revenue values and predicted-LTV signals.
- Run the referral program as a product: reward mechanics, eligibility and fraud rules, voucher infrastructure (Voucherify), the in-app voucher wallet, entry points, and the experiments that tune them.
- Grow push and marketing-consent opt-in through permission primers, iOS/Android OS permission flows and notification preferences.
- Keep CRM data trustworthy: Braze attributes and events, Snowflake-to-Braze syncs, event-loss monitoring, and moving legacy messaging (SendGrid, Firebase) onto Braze.
- Turn consent and privacy requirements into product behaviour, and work with Legal on what data can go to which partner.
- Adapt tracking, CRM attributes and attribution to company launches, such as new subscription pricing tiers, without breaking downstream campaigns or reporting.
- Turn stakeholder requests, support escalations and spike findings into tickets engineers can start on, and decide what goes into the sprint.
- Weigh roadmap work against platform upkeep: pipeline migrations, security fixes, end-of-life SDKs.
- Design A/B tests (Eppo) and read the results for marketing and consent opt-s, and referral changes.
- Report progress, risks and trade-offs in writing to marketing leadership, including VP and C-level.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Several years as a product manager owning martech, growth infrastructure or data products, setting your own roadmap with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on mobile and web attribution: an MMP (Singular or comparable), server-to-server events, and ad-network conversion setups (Google Ads, TikTok).
- Event-tracking depth: you can define an event schema, write a tracking spec, and trace a missing or duplicated event through Segment, Google Tag Manager and the receiving platform.
- CRM data platforms, ideally Braze: custom attributes, event-triggered segmentation, data ingestion and sync quality.
- Working knowledge of EU consent and privacy: GDPR, consent mode, iOS App Tracking Transparency, and how push permissions behave on iOS and Android.
- Experimentation: framing hypotheses, choosing and configuring metrics, judging when a result is real.
- Precise writing: specs that engineers (and AI coding agents) can start on without a meeting, and concise updates and decision memos for leadership.
- Enough technical fluency to work through trade-offs with engineers across mobile apps (React Native), backend services and data pipelines, and to triage production incidents.
NICE TO HAVE
- Performance marketing experience with the main app and web acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok).
- Referral, loyalty or voucher programs; Voucherify specifically.
- Predicted-LTV or value-based bidding signals (e.g. Churney).
- Deep linking and deferred deep linking across ad networks.
- AI-driven CRM orchestration (Aampe) or creative asset tooling (Frontify, AI creative tagging).
- Building AI agents or automation for product and engineering workflows.
- Querying data yourself in SQL (Snowflake), and familiarity with dbt and Airflow.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

About Cantina:
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
About the Role:
Cantina is expanding, and we're looking for an ML Engineer to join our growing Singapore team! In this role, you will build and scale systems for ingesting, processing, and delivering large-scale video and multimodal data for model training. You'll own the full pipeline — from raw content to curated, filtered, and training-ready datasets — with a focus on speed, reliability, reproducibility, and cost-efficiency. You'll partner closely with curation and modeling teams to operationalize evolving dataset recipes and iterate on approaches that improve model outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and scale distributed data pipelines for preprocessing, dataset generation, and repeated dataset refreshes
- Own workflow orchestration, job scheduling, monitoring, and failure recovery for large-scale data processing jobs
- Implement and maintain containerized pipeline infrastructure using Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration systems
- Optimize cloud-based data storage and movement across providers (AWS, GCS, or Azure) for cost, throughput, and operational efficiency
- Define and implement best practices for dataset storage layout, versioning, caching, retention, and access patterns
- Design and implement curation pipelines that determine which video and image content is selected, filtered, and retained for model training, including image-text pair datasets used in joint training regimes
- Build and improve VLM-based captioning and metadata generation workflows at scale across both video and image data
- Develop and apply quality and aesthetic scoring models, CLIP-based semantic filtering, and other signal-extraction approaches for data selection
- Build tooling to support deduplication workflows at scale, including near-dedup and exact deduplication pipelines over large video corpora
- Analyze dataset composition, identify quality issues, and iterate on curation logic to improve training outcomes
- Define and evolve standards for what constitutes high-quality, training-ready video data across different training regimes
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience building or scaling large-scale data systems and pipelines for machine learning, including dataset curation, filtering, and quality improvement
- Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as PySpark or Ray, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or equivalent
- Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working with cloud-based data storage and compute (AWS, GCS, and/or Azure), including tradeoffs around cost, throughput, storage layout, and access patterns

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life's work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you have a strong interest in the evolving AI landscape, stay closely attuned to industry trends and developments, and are curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Native or bilingual level fluency Japanese and business-level English proficiency across speaking, listening, and reading, including the ability to support team members with global communication
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Forward Deployed Engineering is Baseten’s swat team. We’re deeply technical, great with customers and fast, and we make the platform better with everything we learn in the field. FDEs take on the hardest inference problems for our most strategic customers: novel architectures, extreme scale, tight latency budgets. Then we turn those solutions into a platform no one can match.
We’re scaling the team quickly. We need someone to build the operating system that lets a fast-growing team of engineers stay focused on hard problems instead of coordination.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to our largest customers and to company leadership. You’ll shape how a new kind of engineering team operates in the AI industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run the priority account cadence. Own the operating rhythm for our top accounts: daily hot-account check-ins, the weekly “forest view” review with leadership, and the account list itself with Sales leadership. Goal: zero surprise escalations to our execs.
- Make the bridges work. Our FDE team connects to SA and Sales, Product, engineering (inference, infra), capacity and on-call. You’ll make sure each connection has a clear owner, cadence and SLA, with no hand-offs falling through the cracks:
- Account transitions between solution architect and FDE, with exit criteria and runbooks
- Non-P0 escalations to engineering teams, tracked and burned down weekly
- Customer patterns and gaps flowing into the product roadmap
- Drive cross-team programs for our largest customers. Coordinate multi-team efforts such as dedicated-capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, capacity reservations and large customer launches. Bring together various teams so these run on a plan, not on heroics.
- Reduce toil and protect platform time. Track where engineering time goes: incidents another team owns, manual routing and config changes, after-hours pages. Work with engineering leads to remove the biggest sources of obstacles, so FDEs keep 30% of their time for shaping the platform.
- Own the metrics. Build and report the metrics scorecard (account health, response times, toil, load per engineer, team health) to leadership.
- Help us scale the team. Drive programs like new-hire enablement and certification, account load balancing, and run book coverage. Partner with Recruiting on hiring operations as we grow.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp statuses that let busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years as a TPM (or engineer turned TPM) on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs
- Technical depth: you’re comfortable with ML Infra systems, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems, and can follow an incident channel or a design doc without a translator. Experience with LLM inference is a strong plus.
- You’ve run programs across many teams at once and kept them moving without formal authority
- Calm in the middle of an escalation: you bring structure to chaos and close the loop
- You write clearly and concisely, for engineers and for execs
- High ownership, and you’d rather fix the process than work around it
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working on AI / ML Infra stack.
- Background in solutions engineering, SRE or forward-deployed teams
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Run growth experiments for Notion’s Startups and SMB programs. You’ll turn promising ideas into measurable customer and revenue growth, moving from a signal in the data to a live experiment and a clear readout. Unlike a narrowly scoped growth role, you’ll work across acquisition, product experiences, AI-enabled systems, and operations—partnering with Ecosystem Growth, Storytelling, Product, and Engineering. On a typical week, you might query behavior data, prototype an in-product flow, launch a campaign workflow, and decide whether the signal is strong enough to scale.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Establish Startups and SMBs as a proving ground for growth ideas that can expand Notion’s acquisition, activation, and revenue.
- By your 90th day, map the relevant funnel, data sources, and existing growth bets with partners, then ship and evaluate your first experiment from hypothesis to customer-facing launch.
- By your 90th day, use AI as a practical collaborator by building an AI-assisted workflow for audience research, campaign iteration, quality checks, or analysis—with clear human judgment and data guardrails.
- By the end of your first year, build and iterate a portfolio of growth programs, using SQL and customer research to identify overlooked opportunities and decide where to invest next.
- By the end of your first year, turn the strongest experiments into reusable programs, playbooks, and measurement systems that other teams can run—and raise the bar for how Notion evaluates growth opportunities.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- A track record of shipping growth or operations projects, with a clear account of what you personally built and what changed as a result. This matters because the role owns the path from idea to measurable outcome.
- Strong SQL and analytical judgment: you can work through messy data, test assumptions, and distinguish a promising signal from a misleading result.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns or automated workflows in tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- The ability to turn an ambiguous goal into a practical plan, unblock yourself where possible, and communicate clearly when you need help from another team.
- Curiosity and learning agility, including a willingness to use AI as a real collaborator and to build better workflows as you learn what works.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build one of n8n’s most predictable Enterprise sales teams. You’ll develop high-performing Enterprise AEs, instill forecast and pipeline discipline, and create a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
To make that happen, you’ll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win:
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews, raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance.
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes your numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics.
- Create a repeatable operating model with clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms, so execution doesn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal.
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team quickly, establishing career paths and succession plans as we grow.
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR YOUR TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run your Enterprise territory with focus, balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong.
- Set the strategy for the team’s most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen.
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical and business wins.
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution.
- Orchestrate executive engagement across your accounts, aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals.
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process.

- 🇬🇧 UK location: You’re based in the UK and happy being on-site with customers once per week on average
- 🇬🇧 English: You’re a native or bilingual speaker of English.
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: You have experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions.
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion.
Nice-to-haves
- Additional languages: You're fluent in French or Spanish.
