ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
You will build storage on our cloud.
Block, filesystem, and object storage for training runs, sandboxed workloads, and general compute: you help decide what we build, what we buy, and how it adds up to storage our customers can bet a business on. Some layers we deploy and harden from best-in-class vendors. The ones that matter most we write ourselves in Go — S3-compatible object storage, tiering, backup and recovery, caching layers that put cold data on cheap spinning disks.
Storage is a strategic bet for this org: the systems you build will define how a gigawatt of European compute stores its data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the storage stack — block, file, object — for training, sandbox, and general compute workloads.
- Design and write our own services in Go: S3-compatible APIs, tiering, backup and recovery, caching layers.
- Own the data plane: allocation, duplication, tiering, backup and recovery.
- Plan capacity across datacenters and across failure domains — petabytes, not terabytes.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the storage roadmap and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have built storage systems — object, block, or distributed filesystems — not just operated them. You know what happens when a disk dies mid-write and when a rebalance collides with a backup window.
- Deep distributed-systems fundamentals: durability, consistency, replication, erasure coding, failure domains.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Systems engineers coming from C++ or Rust who are ready to write Go daily should still talk to us.
- You are comfortable with hardware reality: HDD, SSD, and NVMe tiers, and the economics of each.
- 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the COO, the VP of Finance will serve as the senior financial executive responsible for the full spectrum of corporate finance, including FP&A, accounting, strategic planning, board reporting, and IPO-readiness. You will manage a high-performing finance team, build the systems and processes that support a scaling infrastructure as a service business, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.
This is a high-ownership role for a builder who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details. A successful hire will be able to turn complex business data into clear strategic guidance and scale a lean finance function without losing rigor by leveraging the latest technology available.
There is not currently a CFO in place, so there is also potential room for growth into that role for high performers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the COO and CEO — bringing a financial lens to company-level decisions on market positioning, competitive strategy, pricing, geographic expansion, and capital allocation
- Co-own the company’s long-range strategic plan alongside executive leadership, shaping not just the financial expression of strategy but the strategy itself
- Identify the financial and operational levers that drive sustainable growth, and advocate for resource allocation decisions that reflect Teleport’s most important strategic bets
- Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles, delivering accurate, driver-based financial models across revenue, cost, and headcount
- Lead scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to pressure-test strategic options and support key investment decisions
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors by connecting day-to-day performance to long-term strategic goals
Accounting & Controls
- Oversee all accounting operations including monthly close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial statement preparation
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and audit readiness
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
Board & Investor Reporting
- Prepare board-level financial packages, investor updates, and management reporting with clarity and precision
- Support fundraising, debt financing, and M&A diligence processes as needed
- Develop the financial narrative for investors and analysts, underpinned by robust SaaS metrics
Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and People leaders to drive financial accountability across the business
- Own financial metrics and provide regular performance analyses
- Support revenue operations, pricing strategy, and go-to-market financial planning
Team & Systems Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team including FP&A, accounting, and revenue operations
- Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of financial systems and tools (ERP, FP&A platforms, billing infrastructure)
- Build scalable, automated financial processes that support rapid growth and eventual public-company readiness
- Champion and model the use of AI and modern technology tools — actively embedding automation, AI-assisted analysis, and intelligent workflows into finance operations to move faster, reduce manual work, and raise the quality of output
- Set the standard for technology fluency on the finance team: encourage experimentation with tools like Claude and other AI systems for modeling, reporting, and documentation, and create space for the team to share what works
WORKING AT TELEPORT IN THE AGE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY
At Teleport, using the best available tools and systems isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s part of how we work. We expect every Teleporter to actively adopt modern technology to do their job better: move faster, think harder, and produce work they’re proud of. That means embracing automation, better documentation systems, analytics, and tools like Claude regularly, bringing technology into your problem-solving, and sharing what works with your team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with significant time as VP of Finance, CFO, or equivalent senior finance executive
- Proven record of success at a high-growth B2B Cybersecurity, SaaS or infrastructure technology company in Series D/E/F stages with over $200mln in ARR
- Strong command of GAAP accounting, SaaS financial metrics, financial controls, and audit processes
- Demonstrated experience supporting a company through key inflection points — Series C+, late-stage private, or IPO preparation
- Outstanding communication skills — able to present complex financial matters to executive teams, boards, and investors with confidence and clarity
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed finance teams
- Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, and scaling financial systems (NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or comparable platforms)
- Collaborative, data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a fast-moving, distributed environment
- Ability to be in-person in our HQ in Oakland, CA, a few times a week for in-person collaboration with the executive team.
NICE TO HAVE
- CPA, CFA, or MBA from a leading program
- Experience taking a company through late stage private funding stages and IPO
- Open-source or developer-tools experience.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

About the role
We are looking for an ML Engineer to improve the agent and long-context LLM capabilities behind Kiefer Tech’s AI products. You will work hands-on across post-training, data, evaluation, agent design, and inference, with the goal of making multi-step tasks more reliable in production.
What you will do

- Generate and curate training data, including agent trajectories and difficult cases from target workflows.
- Evaluate and improve long-context behavior, memory and retrieval interactions, and reliability over multi-step tasks.
- Work with ML, Product, and Engineering to improve inference and bring successful experiments into production with clear regression checks.
What you will need
- 3+ years of relevant ML or research engineering experience, with clear technical ownership and measurable results.
- Hands-on LLM post-training experience in at least one area: supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, or a comparable method.
- Experience building agent systems involving tool use, multi-step execution, and error recovery.

What is there for you
- Compensation: Competitive package aligned with talent benchmarks.
- Impact: Hands-on work shaping AI capabilities for Kiefer Tech’s products and real-world applications.
- AI-native environment: Real challenges across model development, evaluation, and production AI systems.
- Culture: Engineering-first, high autonomy, low bureaucracy, and space to shape meaningful AI products.
- Подтвержденный опыт реализации проектов по внедрению или миграции в облачные ЦОД (IaaS, PaaS). - Понимание стандартов безопасности банковского сектора (PCI DSS и др.).

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🛡️ THE ROLE
Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us.
You'll own security governance and risk at Alan end to end. That means one clear framework across our certifications and regulations, which the whole company uses to decide what matters most. You set the direction, make the calls on risk, and help every team own its part.
We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build as we grow from 1M to many millions of members, across more countries and regulators. That includes how we govern AI, which Alan uses across its products and operations.
This is a hands-on senior role. You do the work yourself, mentor the junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you, and grow the team over time.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make our security framework a tool for the whole company. You own the full certification cycle (ISO 27001, HDS and those to come), and turn it into something teams use every day to prioritise, not a binder for auditors.
- Bring the security view on regulation. Legal and Risk own the regulatory relationships. You bring the security answer: what the rules mean for how we protect data, and which controls make it work in practice.
- Run risk as an ongoing programme. You map and prioritise security risks, including AI risks, turn them into clear treatment plans, and feed them into company-wide risk decisions with the Risk team.
- Help every team own its risks. You define the controls framework and the standards, while the teams who build and run our systems own the controls. You brief the board and audit committee, and you know which findings need an urgent call and which can wait for the quarterly report.
- Own incident governance. You triage and escalate incidents, own business continuity and disaster recovery, and shape the security side of our regulatory incident reports.
- Be a credible partner to engineering. You work with engineering teams early on new designs and spot control gaps (access, encryption, logging) before they ship. You don't need to be an architect, but you can hold the conversation.
🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- One governance model: clear ownership of risks and controls across teams, so security decisions don't bottleneck on one person.
- A living risk map: prioritised risks that actually drive company and engineering decisions.
- One compliance backbone: a single control system across our countries and regulators, built to scale.
- An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush.
You'll work closely with Legal, the Data Protection Officer, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Your team
You'll join Alan's Corporate team, which brings together our control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security. They share one mission: building what lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Within that group, you carry the security governance and risk dimension, working hand in hand with the security engineers who run our infrastructure and platform security, and with a junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you. You'll be hands-on every day, building and owning the work yourself. Along the way, you'll mentor the junior engineer and help shape how GRC grows at Alan.
What you bring
- You want to build and own things yourself, and you enjoy helping someone else grow while you do it.
- 6+ years in security, with real GRC ownership.
- You've run a GRC roadmap in a certified or strongly regulated environment (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2, or regulated sectors like health, insurance or finance). You're comfortable working with certification auditors, and you can explain what a framework requires and why it makes sense for business teams.
- You take a stand on risks, and you'd rather close one real risk than write ten policies.
- You're fluent in French and English.
A big plus
- You've driven a certification or audit cycle end to end yourself.
- You've automated compliance work, or you're eager to, and you have a view on where AI can help.
- You've presented risk to senior leaders or a board.
- You've mentored or onboarded someone before.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility.
Contract type: Permanent contract only (no freelancing).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us.
You'll join Alan's security team to help run our compliance and risk work across ISO 27001, HDS and DORA, across a growing number of countries and regulators. We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build, including how we govern AI across our products: assessing AI risks, setting the controls, and keeping up with the AI Act.
You'll learn alongside experienced security engineers, with a dedicated coach from day one. You'll take on real ownership early, and your scope grows as we scale from 1M to many millions of members. And you'll learn how we work at Alan: teams own their risks and controls, we automate wherever we can, and we focus on real outcomes, not paperwork.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep our certifications on track. You run the day-to-day of the ISO 27001 and HDS audit cycles: collecting evidence, preparing internal audits, and following up on corrective actions until they're closed.
- Turn regulations into practical actions. With Legal and the DPO, you help translate requirements like DORA, HDS, and GDPR into clear tasks for the teams, and track that they get done.
- Learn the health sector rules. You build your knowledge of health-specific frameworks (ANS, HDS) and help apply them to how we handle health data.
- Contribute to risk management. You help build and update our risk mapping, including AI risks, and follow up on the treatment plans with the teams who own them.
- Support the teams who own the controls. You keep the controls framework up to date, answer teams' questions, and help explain security clearly to every stakeholder, from engineers to managers.
- Support incident governance. You help classify and document incidents, keep Business continuity and Disaster recovery plans up to date, and prepare inputs for DORA incident reports.
- Automate what slows us down. You spot repetitive compliance tasks and automate them with scripts, tools or AI.
🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL HELP BUILD
- One compliance backbone: A single control system for several regulators in several countries, so Alan can scale without rebuilding compliance each time.
- An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems with scripts and AI, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush.
You'll work closely with Legal, the DPO, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You want to do the work yourself and grow with it: a permanent, hands-on role where you build things for the long run.
- 2+ years in security, GRC or compliance (an audit background is fine if you want to move into building).
- You've played a key part in a certification or audit cycle (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2 or similar).
- You're curious about how things work technically, and you've automated at least one manual task (a script, a tool, an AI workflow).
- You're fluent in French and English, and comfortable presenting in both.
- You learn fast, ask for feedback, and go into the details when it matters.

What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a DevOps Engineer with Big Data Skills!
Requirements
We're looking for a DevOps engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience, at least 2 of them spent building and running data or analytics infrastructure. You've designed systems that move, store, and serve data at scale. Warehouse maintenance is part of your daily routine, and writing Python, Bash, or SQL scripts is second nature. You treat data security as a core responsibility: you protect confidentiality, enforce zero-trust, least-privilege access, and automate everything you touch. Solid IaC skills are a must.
IaC & CI/CD:
Production experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, plus CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD). We expect you to design pipelines, not just use them.
Containerization:
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including running data workloads on it (like Spark on Kubernetes, stateful services, operators).
Cloud:
Solid experience with AWS (S3, EC2, EMR, Redshift, Glue, IAM) or an equivalent cloud provider.
Linux & Networking:
Solid Linux administration skills and foundational networking knowledge relevant to distributed systems.
Analytical Databases:
Hands-on operation of ClickHouse and/or the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, YARN), including cluster setup, tuning, and scaling.
Data Warehouses:
Practical experience with Snowflake or Redshift, covering warehouse sizing, workload management, performance tuning, and cost control.
Large Databases:
Experience administering databases at terabyte scale: replication, backup and restore strategies, partitioning, and migrations with minimal downtime.
SQL & Scripting:
Strong SQL skills, including reading execution plans and optimizing heavy queries. Confident in Python and Bash for automation, data parsing, and investigation.
Data Lakes & Object Storage:
Working knowledge of S3-compatible storage, columnar formats, partitioning strategies, and data lifecycle management.
Orchestration & Streaming:
Familiarity with Airflow (or similar orchestrators) and Kafka, and how they fit into data pipelines.
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, or similar BI tools, including administration, performance tuning, and data source design.
Hands-on experience with dbt and analytics engineering practices.
Experience with open table formats (Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, Hudi) and query engines like Trino/Presto or Athena.
FinOps experience in data platforms: managing Snowflake credits, Redshift clusters, and storage costs at scale.
Spark performance tuning and job optimization.
Change data capture (CDC) with Debezium or similar tools.
Data quality tooling (Great Expectations, Soda) integrated into CI/CD.
Golang or Rust tooling experience.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, data retention, PII handling).
Understanding of business processes in the FinTech/Banking/Crypto sector.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Ownership:
Own the infrastructure behind our data and analytics platform, from provisioning to daily operations. Keep it reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as data volumes grow.
Infrastructure as Code:
Provision and configure all data infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
CI/CD Pipelines:
Build and maintain delivery pipelines for both infrastructure and data code (ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, dbt models, schema migrations), with automated testing, safe rollouts, and fast rollback.
Database & Warehouse Operations:
Maintain ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift, and вPostgreSQL at multi-terabyte scale, handling replication, backups, upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
Data Lake Storage:
Manage S3-compatible data lake storage, including partitioning, file formats, and lifecycle policies.
Automation & Script Optimization:
Refactor and automate Python, Bash, and SQL scripts to cut runtimes and eliminate manual work.
Performance & Cost:
Right-size clusters and warehouses, tune heavy queries, and keep compute and storage spend under control.
Monitoring & Alerting:
Cover data infrastructure with metrics, logs, and alerts for cluster health, pipeline SLAs, and job failures.
Security & Access Control:
Enforce least-privilege access, secrets management, encryption, and auditability for sensitive data.
BI Infrastructure:
Support the infrastructure behind Tableau or similar BI tools.
Big Data Platforms:
Deploy, tune, and troubleshoot Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka clusters in production.
Collaboration:
Work with data engineers, analysts, and developers to turn their workloads into solid infrastructure decisions.
Security & Access Control:
Implement role-based access, secrets management, encryption at rest and in transit, and auditability for sensitive datasets in line with regulatory requirements.
