How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. You'll be the engineer who owns autonomous systems across that footprint as one security domain, from both sides: drones, ground robots and automated vehicles for patrol, inspection and moving hardware, including the security of that automation inside secure areas, and the detection systems that tell us what is flying over or operating near a site uninvited.
You set the approach, select and integrate the platforms and sensors, write the requirements vendors build to, and run what you ship, from the operating model where operators assign missions and machines carry them out to the playbook that turns a detection into an identified track and a well-evidenced handoff to whoever holds authority over the airspace. Interdiction is not part of this role. The goal is security that runs itself: coverage, fleet health and evidence verified continuously, with tools and AI agents doing the routine triage. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
You'll work with the rest of DCSE, including its physical security systems engineers and the engineers on its security monitoring platform, with Anthropic's data center operations and legal teams, and directly with site operators, equipment vendors and aviation and public safety authorities. The role is based in San Francisco, with remote applicants in the US considered, and involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Autonomous security and inspection systems:
own the drones, ground robots and other autonomous platforms for perimeter patrol, incident response and infrastructure inspection: platform selection, operating model, operator qualification, maintenance, and the data path from machine to analyst
Tools, automation and AI agents:
build the integrations that carry detections, tracks, telemetry and fleet health into the team's security monitoring platform, and the tools and agents that triage detections, check fleet health and assemble evidence. When a review keeps costing people time, you build the tool or agent that retires it
Detection of uncrewed systems:
engineer the sensing that tells us what is flying over or operating near a site, what it is and who needs to know: sensor selection and evaluation against live targets, per-site coverage, classification and false-alarm handling, and the playbook from first detection to handoff, with evidence retained
Security of site automation:
engineer the controls on automated vehicles, robots and similar machines that move hardware or work inside secure areas: identity and access, network isolation, what they may record and where it goes, fail-secure behavior, their place in chain of custody, and acceptance before they enter a site
Regulatory and site constraints:
establish what we may sense, fly, drive, record and retain at each site, partner-operated sites included, under the aviation, spectrum, privacy and safety rules that apply there, with the waivers and approvals that extend it and coordination with local authorities set up before it is needed
Health monitoring:
define and test heartbeats, loss-of-coverage and lost-link alarms and fail-secure behavior, so a silent sensor or machine shows as a fault, not a quiet day
Vendor requirements and acceptance:
write the requirements, evaluate against live flights and runs, and hold vendors to what they ship
Minimum qualifications
Have engineered autonomous or sensing systems in the field (drones, ground robots, automated vehicles, or RF, radar or optical detection sensors): selected, integrated or secured them for an operation other people relied on, and verified what they actually do against real targets or runs rather than a datasheet
Have integrated systems you did not build (vendor APIs, SDKs, appliances, machine and sensor telemetry) into a platform that outlives any one of them
Read and review code, design the data systems behind security tooling, and build automation (often with AI coding agents) using Git and code review
Have done this work hands-on for data centers, critical infrastructure or a large hardware fleet
Have designed inside a regulatory or safety constraint (aviation, spectrum, privacy, machine safety or similar) and can show the decision it drove
Own a domain end to end: set the approach, carry it through with vendors, site operators, partners and authorities, and run it as something people depend on every day
Preferred qualifications
Remote pilot certification (for example FAA Part 107) and experience flying beyond visual line of sight under a waiver or exemption
Experience with counter-drone (counter-UAS) detection, airspace surveillance or air traffic data systems
Experience running a robot, drone or automated-vehicle fleet in an industrial, logistics or data center setting: fleet management, mission planning, safety cases
Experience securing embedded, operational technology or robotic systems: device identity, network segmentation, update control, logging
Experience with physical security operations at large sites, with law enforcement or aviation authorities, or at sites you did not fully control: cloud, colocation or GPU cloud operators
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual work

As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT DOCKER
Docker gives developers the tools to build, ship, and run software. Millions of developers use Docker every day, and we are now building the platform layer for AI agents on top of the container workflow they already know.
We are a small design team that works close to engineering and holds a high bar for craft.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead the team behind existing and new products in the Docker portfolio, spanning our GUIs and the CLI. You'll manage the designers and raise the quality of what they ship, and you'll stay close enough to the work to build and critique it yourself, from the first prototype to the details of spacing, states, and copy.
You'll work alongside our principal designers, our Director of UX Research, design engineers, engineering leaders, and product leaders to turn technically complex systems into experiences that feel clear to the person using them.
You will report to the SVP of Design. This role is remote, with working hours that overlap US and Europe time zones.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and grow the product design team.
- Set the craft bar expected at each level and hold it through critique and your own work.
- Partner with engineering and product from the start of a project, so design and engineering ship together.
- Give designers ownership of important problems, with the context and trust to make good calls.
- Shape how the team works with AI tools: human judgment leads, and the tools speed up the work.
- Work with design engineering and the design system team so the shared system helps teams move faster without limiting new ideas.
ABOUT YOU
You lead people:
- You have led a product design team of comparable size through change, and you have grown designers from mid-level through senior and staff.
- You have partnered closely with design engineers and engineering leaders, and you can engage with the technical decisions that shape the experience.
- You state a clear point of view to engineering and product leaders and stay open to challenge and better ideas.
You build:
- You still make things. You can prototype, critique a flow at the level of spacing, states, motion, and copy, and show us work from the last year. We will ask to see it.
- You use AI tools in your daily work and can show how you use them, including when you step in because the output isn't good enough.
- You have designed technically complex products and can turn underlying systems into experiences that feel clear and intuitive.
BONUS IF YOU
- Have led design for AI-powered or agent products, including experiences beyond a graphical interface.
- Have designed for both developer-led adoption and complex enterprise customers.
- Can prototype in front-end code, such as React or TypeScript.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $206,500 – $295,000 + equity

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Strategy, going deep on the analytical foundations that power how Vercel plans, staffs, and quotas its go-to-market organization. You'll own the models that translate revenue targets into headcount, ratios, and quota — and as Vercel completes its transition to a consumption-based revenue model, you'll help design how we set and ramp quotas in a usage-based world. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the analytical backbone of a fast-growing GTM org.
What you will do:
Build and maintain Vercel's GTM capacity model — connecting headcount plans to attainment probability and revenue target coverage across Sales, SAs, BDRs, and other supporting roles
Develop and operationalize the concept of a "minimum deployable unit" — the unit of supporting roles needed per rep/segment — and use it to inform hiring sequencing and investment scenarios
Own ramp curve, attrition, and productivity assumptions by segment, and use them to model longer-term headcount and investment scenarios for leadership review
Partner with the Director on quota-setting methodology, with particular focus on consumption-based quota design — how usage-based revenue signal translates into fair, attainable quota and ramp assumptions
Support the "leading indicators back from quota" analysis — translating quota by segment into pipeline coverage requirements and activity benchmarks
Build and maintain quarterly planning deliverables — quota-setting proposals, coverage model updates, and headcount recommendations
Track plan vs. actual on headcount, capacity, and quota attainment throughout the year; flag divergence early and model the revenue impact
Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Data & Analytics to validate assumptions and ensure planning models are grounded in real data
About you:
6+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, strategic finance, or a similar analytical GTM function at a high-growth SaaS company
Strong track record building headcount, capacity, or ratio-based staffing models tied to revenue targets
Experience with quota design and ramp modeling — ideally including consumption- or usage-based quota structures
Excellent quantitative and modeling skills
Comfortable operating with ambiguity — able to build a defensible model from incomplete data and clearly explain the assumptions behind it
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex modeling into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
A builder's mindset — you'd rather build the framework than run point on day-to-day execution
Bonus if you:
Have direct experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models, especially quota and compensation design in that context
Have worked in developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform companies
Have a point of view on how automation or better tooling can improve planning and modeling workflows
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $205,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
At Vercel, the Revenue Operations team plays a critical strategic role in our growth. We empower our GTM teams with the systems, strategy, and insights they need to be successful. By aligning people, processes, and technology across Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering, we optimize the entire customer journey and build a scalable revenue engine that drives Vercel forward.
We're seeking a Sales Operations Lead to function as the operating partner to our Majors and Verticals sales organization in the US. You'll align directly to our sales leaders and their account executives, owning the strategy, programs, and operating cadences that make the segment successful— from territory design and sales plays to forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline inspection. You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Finance, and GTM Systems to sharpen our segment and vertical strategy, optimize the seller experience, and drive measurable revenue growth across our Majors motions.
This is a high-impact IC role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Much of the infrastructure is already in place— a homegrown forecasting platform, weekly pipeline plan reviews, strong data foundation— so your job is to run the business on top of it, close the gaps, and define how Vercel scales into new verticals and wins in large enterprise. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you will do:
Serve as the strategic and operational partner to Majors Sales Leadership— owning the segment's operating rhythm and using pipeline, win/loss, deal velocity, and retention analysis to advise on where and how to grow the business
Run core operating cadences, including weekly pipeline plan reviews, forecast calls, and monthly and quarterly business reviews— defining the metrics the team manages to, driving forecast rigor and pipeline health in our forecasting platform and Salesforce, surfacing renewal risk and upside early, and holding the team accountable on follow-through
Own territory and account planning for the segment: build the thesis behind each book (vertical, regional, or play-aligned), run carves and account transitions, manage rules of engagement between teams, and partner with Finance and Sales Leadership on capacity modeling, target setting, and annual planning
Design and operationalize sales plays and growth programs: sizing the addressable market, defining the motion, equipping the field with insights, and measuring what works
Partner with Sales Development on account prioritization, outbound programs, and crediting processes that accelerate Majors pipeline
Collaborate with GTM Systems, Engineering and Data to ship scalable tooling, automation, and AI-driven workflows (e.g. account prioritization agents, automated carves, deal and call insights) that remove manual work from sellers and leaders
Lead enablement and change management for new processes, operating changes, and planning rollouts affecting the Majors teams— and own the operational onboarding of new reps and leaders, from book assignment and tooling to how we run the business
About you:
8+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth technology company, with experience directly supporting enterprise or majors sales teams
Track record as a high-impact IC— either broad, hands-on ownership at a scaling startup or an explicit enterprise or majors focus at a larger company
Proven ability to run operating cadences for senior sales leaders and turn them into decisions: you know what a good QBR, forecast call, and pipeline review look like and how to instrument them
Experience with territory design, account planning, capacity modeling, and target setting in partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership
Salesforce expertise (reporting, dashboards) and strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms, with SQL preferred; able to turn complex data into clear recommendations for executive and front-line audiences
Ownership mindset— accountable, resourceful, able to turn ambiguity into action, and effective at building alignment with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Systems
Bonus if you:
Have worked in a consumption or usage-based business, or at a developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform company with both PLG and enterprise sales motions
Have built or run vertical or industry-specific sales plays at an enterprise software company
Have a point of view on how AI and automation can transform sales operations— and have shipped something that demonstrates it
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.

Docker Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed directly with our most strategic customers to solve important, complex technical problems and turn ambitious ideas into production outcomes. FDEs take on the most challenging technical challenges using existing Docker products and patterns when possible, and work across customer, Docker Product and Engineering teams to realize new approaches when required.
As a Docker FDE, you will work side-by-side with customer engineering teams to deeply understand their goals, problems, constraints, and technical landscape; identify the highest-leverage opportunities; and design, build, and ship solutions with them. You own the technical journey from discovery and architecture through prototyping, implementation and production rollout.
The solutions you build may use existing Docker products, extend Docker into new environments, integrate deeply with customer and third-party systems, or reveal capabilities that Docker should build next. You work closely with Docker Solutions Architects to evolve existing patterns, and Docker Product and Engineering to turn new learnings into reusable patterns and product capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build in Production with Customers
- Embed with customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship solutions from first prototype through stable production rollout. Use existing Docker products and patterns when possible, invent, prototype and validate innovative solutions when necessary.
- Deliver working technical artifacts to customers: custom MCP servers with tightly integrated Docker Sandbox environments for coding agents and containerized agents; Docker Compose definitions for multi-agent harnesses and model-backed applications; Hardened Image standardization and migration; New tools that unblock customer progress.
- Integrate Docker's AI platform with the customer's existing stack, including identity providers (OIDC/SAML/SSO), secrets management, private and air-gapped registries, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Own technical delivery on your engagements: scope the work, sequence it, make trade-offs between speed and quality, remove blockers early, and contribute directly to code whenever progress depends on it.
Make AI Adoption Safe and Governable
- Translate customer security, compliance, and platform requirements into concrete plans and see those plans through from ideation to production.
- Help customers define controls to enable them to adopt agentic AI to solve their unique business problems without compromising security, compliance, data sovereignty or end-user experience.
- Establish quality and performance standards for customers and work closely with Docker Product and Engineering to quickly address issues that fall outside of established thresholds

- Feed implementation learnings back into reference architectures, SOW templates, and success patterns so that FDE innovations become standard features and implementation patterns.
- Support the field with technical depth during proofs of concept, escalations, and expansion conversations when a working build is the fastest path to a customer adoption.
Close the Loop with Product and Engineering
- As part of Docker Engineering FDEs work closely with Product and Engineering teams to fold FDE innovations, learnings, and design patterns into existing or new products and services.
- Work with Customers, Product and Engineering to establish quality and performance thresholds, ensuring customer environments meet them consistently, and responding quickly and decisively when they don’t.
- Be the voice of the customer. Deliver data-driven and actionable feedback to Product and Engineering: what works well; what does not; what customers are asking for; and what blocks their adoption and forward progress. FDE experience directly influences the roadmap.
Shape the Practice
- Define the FDE engagement model, delivery standards, and quality bar, and codify them so that engagements are consistent across customers, regions, and delivery partners.
- Mentor and lead other Forward Deployed Engineers, and participate in hiring loops to grow the team.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point on the hardest problems impacting your customers. Every incident is an opportunity to improve Docker products and services.
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of the agentic AI stack: LLMs, APIs, MCP, coding agents, model and harness evaluation approaches, performance and quality thresholds, deployment patterns.

#LI-REMOTE
Location: CAN: Vancouver (333 Seymour St)
Workplace: Hybrid
ABOUT THE ROLE
For a small business, getting paid isn’t an abstract technical problem. It affects whether they can pay their people, buy supplies and take on their next opportunity. We connect money movement with financial context to help small businesses manage cash flow with greater confidence.
Payments is one of Xero's biggest areas of investment and growth, and it's how small businesses get paid, pay their people, and take on their next opportunity. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the Payments Platform engineering team in Vancouver as it takes on early-stage initiatives that power money movement across Xero and enable new product lines globally, including global bill payments. You'll keep the team delivering while building the engineering practices and capability it needs to grow.
THE TECHNICAL CHALLENGES
The team is building the capabilities that sit underneath every payment a small business makes or receives. Four problems define the work:
- A shared payments platform: Build orchestration, risk and fraud, and multi-provider capabilities that work across products and markets, helping teams launch new payment products faster without rebuilding the same foundations.
- Global bill payments: Make a complex financial process feel simple for small businesses while keeping it accurate, secure and connected to the accounting record.
- High throughput at scale: Design reliable, secure distributed services that remain dependable under real-world production constraints.
- Customer impact alongside architectural progress: Selectively rebuild and enhance existing systems, delivering value quickly while moving toward a coherent long-term architecture.
- AI capabilities customers can trust: Apply AI to challenging product problems while protecting customer trust, and bring the same discipline to how we evaluate and operate those capabilities.
Your job is to make sure the team can take on these problems together, sequencing the work so that both customer value and long-term architecture move forward.
IMPACT
- First 6 months: you'll understand the payments platform, its consumers, and the customer problems it enables teams to solve. You'll have the team delivering production code, with a clear delivery plan and roadmap agreed for at least one core capability, such as onboarding, orchestration, risk and fraud, or multi-provider support. You'll also have set up healthy on-call and review practices, and you'll be building the team's capability through mentoring and technical reviews.
- First 12 months:the team's architectural decisions will be running in production and helping new payment products launch faster. You'll have established engineering standards and clear ownership across the Vancouver Payments team, and the work will be reaching small businesses through faster, safer ways to pay and get paid.
OWNERSHIP
You'll own the delivery, staffing, and operational health of the Vancouver Payments engineering team, including hiring, performance, and career development for every engineer on it. You'll set the team's priorities with the product and engineering leadership, and you'll own the team's processes, quality standards, and on-call practices within agreed standards. Technical architecture decisions for the platform sit with the team's technical leads and principal engineers, and you'll make sure those decisions are backed by a team that can deliver them. Because the initiative and the team are both early in their development, you'll help shape how the team works, including its use of AI-assisted development. Engineers on the team own their work, including quality, reliability, and on-call, and you'll make sure that accountability is built into how the team operates.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Lili Kan https://www.linkedin.com/in/lilixkan/, GM/VP, Payments Platform Engineering. Lili brings extensive experience building platforms and leading engineering teams in Silicon Valley. She previously led Payment Intelligence engineering at Stripe, building systems that protect payments from fraud. - Experience setting direction and breaking complex problems into clear, actionable plans that lead to delivery
- Comfort using AI tools to improve development workflows, with judgment about when and how to validate their output
Nice to have:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or money movement, such as payment orchestration, risk and fraud, or multi-provider integrations. Experience in adjacent domains with demanding reliability, security, or correctness requirements is also valuable.
- Experience modernizing established systems while continuing to deliver value to customers
- A track record of partnering with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to turn complex business needs into resilient engineering solutions
HOW WE WORK
We’re bold in our vision and pragmatic in execution, delivering useful improvements along the way rather than waiting for a large rewrite. We invest in AI to learn faster and focus effort on higher-value problems, while engineers stay accountable for what they ship. We use shared frameworks to avoid reinvention, leaving teams room to innovate. Engineers own their work, including quality, reliability, and on-call. Leaders set context and priorities, and engineers help shape the solutions.
WHERE WE WORK
We offer a hybrid model that blends the flexibility of working from home with the collaboration of the office, including designated boost days in our modern office spaces. This role is open to hybrid candidates in Vancouver, British Columbia. We also welcome applications from candidates across Canada interested in relocating to Vancouver.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
We’re looking for a proven operator to redesign how Customer Support works across Human and AI Support. Fin is an AI-first support organisation, and our processes should reflect that: you’ll have a genuine licence to rethink, rebuild or retire existing processes from first principles, not just refine them. This is a hands-on and strategic role: you keep day-to-day operations running well and fix what is broken, while building a long-term process strategy for the whole of Customer Support. You will also help embed Continuous Improvement, using conversation and quality insights to decide what we fix, retrain and prioritise next.
Support at Fin changes constantly, and our processes need to keep pace with this level of change. The right candidate is exceptionally customer-focused, comes from a customer-facing background, and has experience leading and managing processes and workflows in a large organisation. You bring clear opinions and recommendations, work with a high degree of autonomy, and hold the line on the customer experience when working with other teams. You combine exceptional project management and attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and a proven ability to influence and collaborate at every level of the organisation.
What will I be doing?
Strategy and ownership
Challenge and, where warranted, completely redesign existing processes and ways of working: you won’t be constrained by ‘how we’ve always done it’, and you’ll have the support of Customer Support leadership to make bold changes
Own and evolve the framework for reviewing, prioritising and implementing Customer Support processes and workflows across Human and AI Support, so every change improves the customer experience
Build and maintain a long-term process strategy and roadmap for Support, balancing quick wins and immediate fixes with strategic improvements
Own the long-term Continuous Improvement strategy for Support, setting priorities and a roadmap that cover both Human and AI support
Bring clear proposals and recommendations to leadership, and act on them with autonomy
Partner with teams outside of Customer Support to design processes that work end to end, agreeing clear ownership, handoffs and shared goals so the customer experience holds across team boundaries.
Process design and improvement
Analyse current processes across Human and AI Support and decide whether each should be improved, redesigned from scratch or removed entirely. Where AI and automation can fundamentally change how the work gets done, lead that transformation rather than layering them onto legacy workflows
Own day-to-day operational process fixes and keep existing processes effective
Design and roll out new or improved processes, solo or with SMEs, partnering closely with Customer Support leaders and ICs in every region so processes work globally, not just for one region
Design and implement process control metrics, and monitor process performance and KPIs
Use data to find where processes are failing, size the opportunity and prove the impact of changes, building and maintaining dashboards and reports that give leaders a clear view of process health across Human and AI support
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Continuous Improvement
Maintain and iterate on the Continuous Improvement framework, using insights from both Human and AI support to drive improvements, across Enablement, Quality, AI support, etc.
Turn insights into a prioritised improvement backlog, with clear owners across respective internal teams
Track whether each improvement worked, using before-and-after measures such as repeat contact rate, resolution rate and CX
Turn customer conversation data into clear, actionable insights for Product, Engineering and other teams, giving them evidence to shape priorities and roadmap decisions
Stakeholders and delivery
Hold the line on the customer experience with cross-functional partners, challenging constructively when a proposed change would compromise the customer
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain processes and related training
Take full ownership of large, cross-functional special projects that improve the customer experience, increase teammate efficiency and engagement, and drive company goals
Communicate and engage on all process and continuous improvement changes with Customer Support and the wider organisation
What skills do I need?
Experience:
4+ years in Customer Support or a customer-facing role, including 2+ years in process management or continuous improvement and 2+ years in project or program management
Strong technical capability:
You are hands-on and credible in a complex SaaS tech stack, including CRM systems such as Salesforce. You can configure workflows, integrations and automations yourself rather than relying on others to build them. Experience with system integrations or process harmonisation is a bonus.
AI and automation:
Proven track record of using AI and automation to drive improvements, ideally in an AI-first or SaaS support organisation. Knowledge of Fin (previously Intercom) is a strong advantage.
Improvement frameworks:
Strong knowledge of process and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Data and strategy:
You analyse data, turn it into clear insights for stakeholders, and build a long-term process strategy and roadmap that becomes practical, prioritised plans
Ownership:
A self-starter who delivers complex programs with minimal guidance, forms a point of view and brings proposals rather than questions
Influence:
Confident and credible with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. You challenge constructively and hold the line on the customer experience.
Collaboration:
Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly with technical and non-technical colleagues and involves frontline teammates early

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with Replit’s President, Michele Catasta. As Replit leads in making useful intelligence accessible to all, you will serve as the company President's primary operational and strategic force multiplier across these critical organizations.
Your mandate is to own the most complex cross-functional challenges, unblock technical and operational bottlenecks, and ensure that the core product, engineering, and organizational engines operate with speed, coherence, and precision.
This is a high-leverage individual contributor (IC) role, not a traditional management track or team-building post. You will scale your personal leverage through AI workflows, agentic automation, and rigorous analytical judgment, influence, not headcount. You are the operator Michele turns to when an issue spans multiple disciplines such as technical architecture, product execution, support feedback loops, or organizational design and demands a single, decisive owner.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as Trusted Advisor & Operational Stand-in: Serve as a direct thought partner and proxy for Michele. Elevate core operational insights, synthesize briefings for high-stakes technical and organizational decisions, and step in as a representative when needed.
- Proactively Clear Cross-Functional Friction: Anticipate blind spots and resolve organizational bottlenecks before they escalate. Bridge natural seams between Engineering, Product, Support, AI teams to ensure high-cadence execution.
- Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Complex Initiatives: Spearhead high-priority projects that lack a neat functional home such as evolving product unit economics, developer tooling infrastructure shifts, pricing models, or technical re-architectures.
- Scale Impact via AI & Automation: Actively build and deploy AI agents, automation pipelines, and modern operational workflows to multiply your personal bandwidth across status synthesis, metrics tracking, scenario modeling, and operational monitoring.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- Not a Routine Data / BI Role: You will not be building routine dashboards, running routine SQL queries, or handling standard quarterly analytics. Those belong to Data, RevOps, and Strategic Finance.
- Not Bureaucracy or Process for Process’s Sake: We prioritize momentum, rapid iteration, and decisiveness over heavy governance frameworks or dense slide decks.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 7+ Years in High-Growth Tech: Proven track record in strategy, operations, product operations, or technical chief of staff roles, with extensive time spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product leadership.
- Cross-Domain Credibility: Strong technical fluency to earn the respect of Staff/Principal Engineers and AI researchers, paired with the operational empathy to partner effectively with Support and People teams.
- Exceptional Execution in Ambiguity: The ability to take ill-defined, sprawling problems, define clean problem boundaries, and drive them to resolution without formal line authority.
- Strong Quantitative & Analytical Toolkit: Deep comfort evaluating unit economics, interrogating technical systems data, building scenario models, and separating actionable signal from noise.
- Executive-Ready Communication: Direct, concise communicator who can deliver unambiguous trade-offs and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and brevity.
- Hands-on AI & Agent Automation: Active, practical experience leveraging LLM workflows, coding agents, and automation frameworks to amplify daily productivity and analytical depth.
- Presence & Proximity: Continual availability is essential. Ability to work in-person (at least) three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Foster City, CA, collaborating closely on-site with leadership.
- Scale Experience: Experience navigating rapid organizational scaling while maintaining high cultural and engineering standards.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Deep Developer Tooling Background: Prior experience in developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI coding assistants, or developer-focused software ecosystems.
HOW WE’LL KNOW IT’S WORKING
- Decision Velocity Across Functions Increases: Product, engineering, and support initiatives move from scoping to execution faster, with clear alignment and measurable business impact.
- Net-Negative Friction: Teams actively seek your partnership because your involvement removes ambiguity, sharpens priorities, and unblocks progress rather than introducing overhead.
- Integrated Health Sightlines: Replit's President has continuous, high-signal visibility into the operating health, technical execution, and organizational sentiment across all reporting groups.
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:
💰 Competitive Salary & Equity
💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)

About the Team
The Design System team owns Click UI - the open-source Design System of ClickHouse. It is the shared UI foundation for ClickHouse Cloud and several other projects. We operate the system as a service and as the clear entry point for all ClickHouse UI work. We focus on building React components that are accessible, performant, well-documented, token-driven, and capable of resolving challenging product requirements.
What You Will Do
- Research, build, and maintain accessible React components and their APIs on headless accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) primitives. Keyboard interaction, focus management, and theming are part of each component from the start.
- Work on the library enhancements, focusing on consistent and intuitive components API and developer experience improvements. Enable complex migrations with codemods and semantic versioning.
- Maintain the shared reliable infrastructure: Storybook, unit, interaction E2E and visual regression tests, accessibility gates, and a reliable release process.
- Drive adoption: high quality documentation, usage guidelines, migration guides, issue intake and triage (including open-source issues), and code review with product teams.
- Build the AI-assisted layer: Figma-to-code, component scaffolding, and guardrails that keep AI-generated UI on-token, on-pattern, and accessible.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years of frontend engineering. You have built or maintained a production design system that multiple teams use, including its migrations and breaking changes.
- Core Stack: Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, semantic HTML, and CSS architecture at scale (SASS, CSS Modules, CSS variables, CSS-in-JS). Experience with component API design (atomic design, composition, controlled and uncontrolled, polymorphic patterns) and headless primitives such as React Aria, Ark UI or Radix.
- Accessibility and Tokens: Working knowledge of WCAG 2.x and WAI-ARIA. You implement and test keyboard navigation, focus management, and screen-reader behavior yourself. Experience with design-token architecture and tools (Style Dictionary, Terrazzo, DTCG, or equivalent) and Figma variables sync.
- System Mindset: You treat the design system as a product with internal customers. You write clear documentation, review for consistency across the library, and mentor through code review. You measure success by adoption, not by component count. You are fluent in Figma and use AI coding tools (for example Claude Code or Cursor).
- Ideal Backgrounds: Design system or UI/UX platform teams at developer tools, B2B SaaS, or cloud platforms, or frontend platform roles with a shared UI library and multi-team consumers.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

- Cross-vertical fluency, you can credibly engage across financial services, manufacturing, defense, and energy without being a domain specialist in any one of them.
- 10–25 years of experience in enterprise technology. You have held roles such as: Field CTO, Principal Architect, or VP Engineering at a major cloud or AI company, or a founder who built technical credibility and executive relationships through their own company.
- Comfortable with 30-50% travel depending on your region.
NICE TO HAVE

You’ll build and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives who drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. You’ll bring deep domain fluency in how drugs are discovered, developed, approved, and launched to coach your team’s consultative sales approach, while becoming a trusted advisor yourself to senior pharma and biotech stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI across the drug lifecycle from target discovery through commercialization. By driving deployment of Anthropic’s emerging products across pharma and biotech organizations, you’ll help them accelerate the path from science to patients while advancing the ethical development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Build and lead a specialized team of Strategic Account Executives covering large pharma and biotech accounts, setting growth targets by segment and coaching reps through the full sales cycle from outbound to close
Design and oversee sales strategies tailored to the distinct procurement cycles of pharma and biotech, including R&D and discovery budgets, clinical development and operations, regulatory and CMC investment, commercial budgeting, and enterprise IT and digital transformation programs, translating market and trend analysis into account plans and campaigns that meet and exceed team revenue targets
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities across target identification and drug discovery, preclinical development, clinical trial design and operations, regulatory affairs and submissions, medical affairs, manufacturing and quality (GxP), pharmacovigilance and drug safety, and commercial functions, partnering cross-functionally to differentiate Anthropic’s offering for pharma and biotech use cases
