Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to help us set a new standard for corporate communications at a public company. Successful candidates will go beyond setting strategy to help define a new model for how public companies communicate. This person will partner across the company — finance, investor relations, legal, brand, product and design — to mine and tell stories that drive conversation across audiences, formats and channels.
This role calls for range. You should be as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on X/Twitter. You’re capable of crafting campaigns around quarterly earnings and cultural moments. You can quickly learn and translate complex topics for a broader audience without dumbing it down. You embrace ambiguity, are collaborative by default, and are energized by the opportunity to build something new.
This is a full time role that can be held from our San Francisco or New York hub.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Help define and drive Figma’s corporate storytelling strategy end-to-end, from narrative development to execution across channels
Move beyond traditional PR to create integrated campaigns that cut through across media, owned platforms and executive communications
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business momentum into clear, compelling stories and campaigns
Work closely with executives to shape narratives that resonate with business and financial audiences, from briefings to thought leadership
Identify and develop breakthrough story angles that position Figma at the center of key industry, market and cultural conversations
Stay close to the news cycle and broader zeitgeist while proactively creating opportunities that put Figma ahead of it
Continue to grow your scope and influence as the company scales
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in in-house communications
A track record of building and scaling communications programs from the ground up
Strong business and cultural fluency, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, engaging narratives and pitches
Experience operating in fast-paced environments where direction isn’t always defined—and comfort creating it
Demonstrated experience crafting a point of view on storytelling that goes beyond conventional PR approaches
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
An understanding of product design, software development and/or cloud-native applications.
Experience navigating and explaining business concepts and issues with fluidity.
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We're looking for a Market Analyst to track the crypto markets, specifically prediction markets and perpetual futures, and turn that understanding into business opportunities for Pyth.
This role is for an analyst who can read the market and explain why it matters to us: someone who can pull on-chain and venue data to quantify a new trend one hour and write the report that convinces the team to act on it the next. You will serve as our eyes on two of the fastest-moving areas in crypto, covering the market side (monitoring events, trader conversations, volumes, and new venues across prediction markets and perps) and the product side (translating that research into a clear picture of our users and concrete opportunities for Pyth).
- Location: Remote (US or Europe)
- Type: Full-time
- Reports to: Head of Technical Operations
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers, and the global financial infrastructure community. Curiosity and rigor are key to how we operate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need an analyst who can go from question to answer quickly, without waiting for direction.
The Mission: You will be shaping how Pyth grows in prediction markets and perpetual futures. As these markets expand and new venues launch, your research will inform where we build next and how we serve the teams building on our data.
About the Role
This is a hybrid research/strategy role. At the outset, you'll monitor prediction markets and perps day to day and connect what's happening to our business. Over time, your research is expected to directly shape product decisions and new opportunities across Pyth.
We want research that leads to action: every piece of work should end with a clear view on what it means for Pyth and what we should do about it.
Responsibilities
Market Monitoring
- Track news, launches, and structural shifts across prediction markets and perpetual futures
- Monitor the conversations where traders are active, including X, Discord servers, Telegram groups, and other trader communities, to spot sentiment shifts and emerging trends early
- Follow volumes, open interest, funding rates, and market share across major venues
- Connect recent events to their impact on Pyth and share timely takeaways with the team
- Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape, including oracles and data providers serving these markets
User Research
- Research prediction market and perps protocols to understand how they use price data
- Map who our users are, what they need, and where current solutions fall short
- Build dashboards and datasets the team can use to follow these markets
Product Opportunities
- Turn research findings into concrete product ideas for Pyth
- Size opportunities using market and on-chain data
- Work with product, engineering, and BD to prioritize and pressure-test ideas
- Track how launched initiatives perform against the original thesis
Research and Reporting
- Write clear, convincing research reports for internal and external audiences
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Build a repeatable research process the team can rely on
About You
- Background as an analyst at a crypto research firm or in a research/data role at a perps exchange or prediction market
- Deep understanding of prediction market and perpetual futures market structure
- Active in trader communities and comfortable picking up signal from X, Discord, and Telegram
- Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Dune or similar)
- Strong writer with a track record of research that drives decisions
- Analytical and a self-starter, comfortable owning a research agenda independently
- Comfortable with startup pace and evolving scope
Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We'd love to meet you.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

. We're now preparing to deliver billions of dollars a year to people in extreme poverty, if funding allows.
Read our CEO's essay
on what that will take.
About this role:
Are you an experienced engineer at the stage of your career where, above all, you want to do good?
This role is about using engineering to support fundraising: delighting our donors; helping our fundraisers; getting donations recorded and safely started on their journey to our recipients; telling donors and the public about what happens to their gifts. A bit of website development. A lot of plumbing.
The good news about
this
position:
You will make a difference to people in extreme poverty
You will work independently, with few constraints
You will work directly with lovely people from across our fundraising teams
The trade-offs:
There is only one other fundraising engineer and mostly you will be working on your own
Our technology is a mixture of boring (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML and CSS) and legacy (Salesforce, Wordpress, wrangling CSV files sent by our partners)
We're growing, but this is a role for someone who values depth and impact over a fast title ladder.
The maybe good maybe bad news about the role depending on who you are:
We are all in on AI where it allows us to get more $ to people in extreme poverty
If you want a role where you will be part of a bigger engineering team, working in Python or working on more complex tasks, then please take a look at our
other engineering roles
.
This role is right for you if:
You care about our mission
You agree with
our values
You have the right to work in one of the countries we're able to hire from (you can check the current list
here
).
You're happy working remotely, and taking meetings across East Africa Time and US Eastern Time.
You are happy to travel to meet your colleagues in the US, Europe and Africa a few weeks a year
You are fluent in English
You have 4+ years of engineering experience
You're happy working autonomously: defining what needs doing, doing it, getting it tested and launched, fixing the bugs, and hustling to make progress every day.
You're comfortable being on-call on peak donation days (Giving Tuesday and the last weeks of the year), including owning an incident: working out what matters, communicating with fundraisers, and debugging on legacy and others' code, sometimes when no other engineers are available.
You are happy with our boring and legacy technologies (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Wordpress, SQL, wrangling csv files etc). You don’t have to be experienced in all of them, but you do have to be genuinely happy to use them (many engineers are not…).
You are happy and skilled at working directly with non-engineers on messy, poorly defined, rapidly changing, sometimes boring tasks

Who You Are
You're a seasoned project controls professional with 7+ years managing schedule, cost, change, and documentation on large-scale, mission-critical construction programs — ideally in data centers, schedule-driven sector where downtime isn't an option. You read a P6 schedule critically — spotting broken logic, float that's been quietly manipulated, and a critical path that's about to move before it shows up in next week's update. You can pick apart a change order line by line and know a GMP well enough to catch a buyout gap before it becomes a claim.
You're equally comfortable pushing back on a general contractor in a weekly OAC meeting and briefing an executive on cost and schedule risk in five minutes flat. You don't wait to be asked for bad news — you surface it early, with the data to back it up. You build trust with GCs, design consultants, finance, and leadership not by being agreeable, but by being fair, prepared, and unwilling to accept a story that doesn't add up.
You think in systems — cost, schedule, risk, and change aren't separate disciplines to you, they're one integrated view of program health — and you're comfortable operating in an environment where the schedule compresses, the scope shifts, and the stakes don't.
What You'll Do
Manage the third-party scheduling consultants who review, analyze, and maintain the master schedule, setting expectations for quality, cadence, and reporting
Work directly with general contractors to review and validate their schedules — testing logic, durations, critical path, float, and sequencing against owner milestones
Own schedule health reporting to leadership, giving a clear, honest picture of progress, risk, and forecast, and escalating issues before they become delays
Own the change order process end-to-end: intake, review, verification, negotiation, and resolution
Critically evaluate change orders for scope, pricing, and schedule impact — verifying quantities, labor, markups, and backup rather than taking submissions at face value
Negotiate change orders directly with the general contractor to protect Galaxy's cost and schedule position
Represent Galaxy in weekly change and progress meetings with the GC, driving accountability and timely closure of open items
Maintain a complete, auditable change order log reconciled against the project budget and GMP
Serve as the bridge between field/GC reality and Finance's cost picture, ensuring both tell the same story
Own documentation control for active projects — RFIs, submittals, change documentation, meeting records, and contractual correspondence
Establish and improve project controls standards, templates, reporting, and governance across the portfolio
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of project controls or construction management experience on large-scale, complex programs; mission-critical or data center experience required
Proven experience managing schedule on the owner's side, including oversight of scheduling consultants and review of GC-maintained schedules
Deep, hands-on command of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 — enough to interrogate a schedule, not just read one
Demonstrated experience owning the change order process, including verification and direct negotiation with general contractors
Strong working knowledge of construction contracts and GMP structures (AIA A133/A201 or similar)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to hold GCs accountable and brief executives with equal credibility
Ability to manage controls across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What You Bring
An owner's mindset — you protect the schedule, the GMP, and the record as if the capital were your own, and you hold contractors and consultants to that same standard.
The credibility to sit across from a general contractor and negotiate change with confidence, and the judgment to know which battles matter.
A sharp, detail-driven eye that catches the number that doesn't hold up, the logic that doesn't sequence, and the risk before it becomes a delay.
The versatility to move fluidly between the field, the GC, Finance, and the executive table, tailoring the message to each without losing the thread.
A bias for order and structure — you bring discipline to controls, documentation, and reporting in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% to Data Center sites as the work requires.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)
Company paid Holidays (14)
Company paid sick leave
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
3% 401(k) company contribution
Generous paid Parental Leave
Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Ginger
Free daily snacks in-office
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. And right now, our social presence doesn't reflect how good the product actually is.
You're going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the team
MetaMask's design team is working to establish MetaMask as the premier wallet in fintech, elevating the craft of design and leading the industry as the next phase of decentralized finance unfolds. Our focus is reducing friction while preserving user trust, so more people can safely explore the world of Web3.
Prediction markets are one of the most exciting areas in consumer finance right now, sitting at the intersection of trading, sports, news, culture, and real world events. This is a big growth area for MetaMask, and we're looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape where it goes next. This is a chance to take real ownership of the end-to-end Prediction Markets experience inside one of the most widely used products in web3 — helping define how people discover markets, understand what's happening, trade, manage positions, and come back as events unfold. The product is still evolving, so much of the experience is still there to be defined, and that's a big part of what makes this role interesting: we're not looking for someone to polish a finished product, we want someone who wants to help shape it. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering, have a strong voice in what we build, and take ideas from early thinking through to something real in the hands of users.
What you’ll do
Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration.
Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade and manage their positions.
Make complex ideas like probabilities, liquidity and market mechanics feel clear and easy to understand.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build, not just how it looks.
Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and get to stronger solutions faster.
Set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and use research and data to keep improving the product.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products.
You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes.
Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong product instincts and attention to detail.
Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences.
Comfortable using AI, code and modern design tools to explore, iterate and build quickly.
High ownership, strong communication and the confidence to push work forward without waiting for a perfectly defined brief.
Someone who genuinely loves sports and understands how fans follow teams, leagues, games and major sporting events.
Bonus points
Experience in trading, investing, fintech, sports, betting, marketplaces or other high frequency consumer products.
An interest in prediction markets and where the category could go.
Experience working with market data, probabilities, charts or financial positions.
Experience designing discovery, feeds, ranking or personalised content.
Experience with crypto or web3, although deep crypto knowledge is not required.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role
.
The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.
US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)
$125,000
—
$195,000 USD
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
MetaMask is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, religion, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital status, family status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
MetaMask is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices and we encourage all applicants to review our best practices to protect yourself, which can be found on our page.
MetaMask may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or conducting initial candidate assessments. These tools are designed to assist our recruiting team and improve efficiency — they do not replace human judgment. A human recruiter or hiring manager reviews every candidate, and all final hiring decisions are made by people, not AI.
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal record checks, and other such checks as determined necessary by the company.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
Why this role matters
Adapty runs on infrastructure we own and operate ourselves: a Proxmox and Ceph platform across OVH, Hetzner and bare metal, with parts of the stack in AWS and GCP. That platform processes billions of dollars of subscription volume a year, and today too much of it depends on a single engineer.
You are joining to take that platform over: fully owned, fully described in code, and cheap to run at scale. In your first months you will own Proxmox and Ceph end to end, drive resource rightsizing, and lead the split of our development workloads into a separate cluster.
What you'll do
- Own our Proxmox and Ceph platform end to end — capacity, upgrades, performance and incident response
- Run infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner and bare metal, alongside workloads in AWS and GCP
- Drive resource rightsizing: find where we overpay, size it correctly, and prove the saving in the bills
- Lead the separation of development workloads into a dedicated cluster, without downtime for production
- Keep everything as code — Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD and GitLab CI, with no manual changes in production
- Own reliability: on-call, incident response, root cause analysis and the runbooks that follow
- Support the data layer our product runs on — PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Aerospike
About you
- 10+ years working with infrastructure and physical hardware, not only managed cloud
- 5+ years running Kubernetes and cloud platforms in production
- Hands-on with bare metal and providers like OVH and Hetzner, plus AWS and/or GCP
- Strong with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD and GitLab CI — you describe infrastructure in code by default
- Real FinOps experience: you can name what infrastructure cost before and after you touched it
- You take problems all the way to the root cause and to the fix, including outside your formal scope
- You say things directly — risks and bad news arrive early, not after the incident
Nice to have
- Production experience with Proxmox and Ceph specifically
- PostgreSQL, ClickHouse or Aerospike at scale
- Experience splitting shared environments into isolated clusters
- Building observability and on-call practice from scratch
- High-load B2B SaaS background
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for an Application Security Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. Security is not a pre-launch checklist here — it is an engineering requirement embedded across every phase of delivery, from architecture through launch and into multi-year support.
You'll be the security authority on a full-lifecycle engagement, validating controls across a composable CMS, video pipeline, advertising integrations, personalisation services, and public-facing APIs — on a platform designed to sustain extreme traffic during breaking-news events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and validate application and platform security controls across all delivery phases.
- Perform architecture and threat-model reviews at design stage and as the platform evolves.
- Review authentication, authorization, and privileged-access controls across CMS, APIs, and integrated services.
- Validate API and integration security across a composable, multi-vendor platform architecture.
- Review secrets, credentials, and token-management practices across the full stack.
- Support vulnerability scanning and penetration-testing activities — coordinating findings and remediation.
- Validate encryption and secure data handling across storage, transit, and third-party integrations.
- Review security logging, monitoring, and incident-response requirements.
- Support GDPR and privacy engineering requirements throughout delivery.
- Conduct third-party security assessments for integrated services and vendors.
- Provide remediation guidance and produce security acceptance evidence ahead of launch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in application security, security engineering, or a closely related role.
- Experience performing threat modelling and architecture security reviews on complex, multi-component platforms.
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns — OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, privileged access management.
- Hands-on experience validating API security and reviewing integration patterns across third-party services.
- Solid understanding of secrets management, credential handling, and token lifecycle best practices.
- Experience supporting or coordinating vulnerability scanning and penetration testing programmes.
- Knowledge of encryption standards and secure data handling practices across storage and transit.
- Familiarity with GDPR and privacy-by-design engineering requirements.
- Ability to produce clear remediation guidance and security acceptance documentation for engineering and delivery teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience securing composable CMS or media platform architectures — AEM, Amplience, or similar.
- Background working on high-traffic, public-facing platforms where availability and security intersect.
- Experience with security logging and monitoring tooling — SIEM, alerting, incident response playbooks.

We are looking for a CMS & DAM Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. There is no legacy system, no migration burden — this is a new platform built from scratch, video-first and breaking-news-first, designed to sustain extreme traffic during major events and support complete newsroom workflows from draft to publish.
You'll own the CMS configuration and digital asset management layer end-to-end — from content models and editorial workflows through DAM taxonomy, rights management, and integrations with video, search, and distribution services. This is a full-lifecycle engagement: discovery, build, launch, and multi-year support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CMS Configuration & Development
- Configure and develop the selected CMS platform — AEM or Amplience.
- Implement content models, templates, components, and editorial configurations.
- Configure authoring, approval, scheduling, and publishing workflows to support full newsroom operations.
- Support breaking-news and major-event editorial capabilities, including homepage mode-switching under high traffic.
- Implement taxonomy and structured-content models.
- Configure permissions and newsroom roles.
- Implement preview and publishing capabilities.
- Develop CMS extensions where native functionality does not meet requirements.
- Integrate CMS with DAM, search, video, and downstream distribution services.
- Support testing, editorial training, and production stabilization.
Digital Asset Management
- Own the design and configuration of digital asset management workflows end-to-end.
- Define image and video metadata structures, taxonomy, credits, captions, source, and rights metadata.
- Design embargo, licence, and expiration management workflows.
- Establish image rendition, crop, and focal-point workflows.
- Define duplicate and near-duplicate asset handling approaches.
- Design asset usage and reference tracking.
- Establish replacement, restriction, and takedown workflows.
- Integrate DAM with CMS, video pipeline, and distribution services.
- Support asset migration, editorial training, and operational governance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing on AEM or Amplience in a production environment.
- Experience implementing content models, editorial workflows, and publishing pipelines for a content-heavy platform.
- Strong understanding of DAM concepts — metadata, taxonomy, rights management, renditions, and asset lifecycle.
- Experience integrating CMS and DAM systems with third-party services — video platforms, search, CDN, or distribution APIs.
- Ability to configure permissions and role-based access for multi-user editorial teams.
- Experience working on structured, phased delivery programmes with clear milestones and launch targets.
- Strong communication skills — able to work with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering CMS/DAM solutions for news, media, or publishing organizations.
- Familiarity with breaking-news editorial workflows and high-traffic event scenarios.
- Experience with video asset management and broadcast clip ingestion pipelines.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements as they apply to content and media platforms.
- Experience with accessibility standards for content-heavy web platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling.
- Experience supporting editorial training and operational handover programmes.

- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
