ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a front-line manager to a group of 6-8 CSMs, who each manage ~60 Activations at a given time in Ramp’s Mid Market portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and standardizing implementation best practices, 1:1 coaching and mentoring, building a repeatable and scalable customer activation motion that enables growth without proportional increases in team size, and working closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Product to drive positive outcomes for this segment. As a key member of the Mid Market CSM leadership team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s customer success and onboarding motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set and maintain a high-performing culture and morale by managing a group of exceptional CSMs to drive thorough and efficient onboarding and product activation for Ramp’s medium/large customers
- Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual CSMs to ensure team exceeds product onboarding and spend activation goals, while maintaining strong CSAT
- Refine best practice playbooks for the CSM team, and improve team output and efficiency over time by optimizing systems and processes
- Develop and execute career development and leadership plans for direct reports; inclusive of but not limited to daily 1:1 mentoring, coaching on sales skills, enhancing product knowledge, providing call feedback, and running enablement sessions
- Act as a voice of the customer and key contributor retaining and expanding Ramp’s Mid Market segment
- Build and leverage internal AI tools and Salesforce dashboards to monitor the success of our customers and the performance of the team
- Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership
- Represent the CSM team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of implementation, CSM or AM experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- 3+ years of experience building and leading implementation or CSM teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies
- Ability to identify trends, translate company strategy into team-level priorities, and drive initiatives that improve team metrics and organizational outcomes
- Proven ability to coach teams on selling the full platform, not just individual products; experience driving multi-product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell across a book of business
- Track record of pushing pace on input metrics, building repeatable playbooks, and optimizing systems and processes to improve team output
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams; demonstrated ability to represent Customer Success at a leadership level
- Comfort with and curiosity about AI tools and their application to CS workflows; ability to lead a team through AI-driven process transformation and evaluate how AI can augment CSM productivity and customer outcomes
- Strong understanding of customer financial workflows, including AP/AR, spend controls, and month-end close processes; ability to coach CSMs on ROI-grounded conversations with controllers and finance leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements.
NICE TO HAVES
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification, or deep working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Experience with financial services sales or selling into finance and accounting personas
- Experience at a high-growth startup in an enterprise or mid-market customer success environment
- Familiarity with contribution profit models or usage-based revenue metrics
- Experience leading teams through AI adoption or workflow automation initiatives

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust.
It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Facilitate live co-development sessions where learners apply what they have learned
Adjust instruction on the fly while focusing on learner outcomes
Provide critical feedback from your classroom experience to improve curriculum changes
Become a product expert with dbt in the context of the modern data stack (if you aren’t already)
Jump in on other education projects including curriculum development and improving our workflows
Skills We’re Looking For
You have 4+ years experience teaching with some data analytics experience OR 4+ years of data analytics experience with some teaching
You have experience writing SQL in an analytics context
You love teaching and creating those lightbulb moments for learners

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll solve the hardest problems standing between Ramp and the world’s largest and most complex companies — shaping and shipping the product capabilities that unlock our growth upmarket. You'll be part of our Core FDE org, which is an agent-first, high-pace, customer-facing engineering team. On FDE, you will interact directly with customers and deliver solutions end to end — understanding pain points, shaping product decisions, and building agents that autonomously expand Ramp's capabilities.

- Drive the core product engineering roadmap through our embedding model — specializing within a core product area to develop deep domain expertise and make prioritization calls on when to build a custom solution vs. accelerate a broader initiative.

- 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred
- Extensive experience building with and for agents
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Browser Extension Excellence owns the foundation that supports 1Password’s browser extension, our most-frequently used client surface. This includes architecture, health monitoring, build and test pipelines, developer tooling, cross-browser compatibility, and setting new standards within the WECG. We investigate production incidents, improve load and runtime performance, and guide the extension through changes such as Manifest V3 and browser version deprecations.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Write efficient, scalable, and robust customer-facing features in one or more of our web or Rust tech stacks.
- Collaborate with people across the company like Product, Design, Customer Support, Release Ops, and other Software Development teams.
- Focus on building and optimizing features in our extension as well as working with browser-specific APIs and behaviors (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Focusing on extension performance, stability, and correctness
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience or interest in working with browser extensions
- Someone interested in working in multiple tech stacks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We’re a distributed team so written communication in particular is very crucial.
- Someone who thinks about the impact of their work in terms of the end user.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People. You’ll be a force multiplier across the executive team: managing complex calendars, driving critical follow-through, and, above all, representing these leaders’ voices in writing and in person with precision and polish. Because you’ll routinely draft, edit, and speak on behalf of executives across the company, this role calls for a very high bar for written and verbal communication: clear, correct, well-organized, and appropriately toned for the audience, every time.
This role is a great fit for someone who embodies Render’s Operating Principles https://render.com/careers, particularly Own impact and outcomes (you anticipate needs before being asked), Raise the quality bar (you take real pride in the quality of every email, deck, and invite that carries a leader’s name), Reason clearly; execute quickly (you triage and act fast, even with incomplete information), and Build together (you build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders across the company).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars across three executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against what matters most
- Approach AI as a core productivity partner and proactively use AI to automate scheduling and streamline communications, research, and other daily workflows rather than defaulting to manual processes out of habit or hesitation
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications including calendar invites, Slack messages, memos, and decks to a consistently high bar for clarity, correctness, and tone, since these often represent the leader’s voice directly
- Prepare polished briefing materials ahead of meetings, including attendee bios, context, and clear agendas
- Take notes in meetings and offsites; synthesize discussions into clear, well-organized action items and drive follow-through to completion
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end
- Plan and help run internal events, staff meetings, and offsites, from logistics through agenda-setting
- Track deadlines and deliverables across email, Slack, and other tools; proactively flag when priorities are slipping
- Handle sensitive financial and people-related information with a high degree of discretion and judgment
- Manage ad hoc research, vendor coordination, expenses, and other operational needs across the three executives
- Serve as a trusted, high-context communication conduit between the executives and the rest of the company
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- AI-forward mindset: excited by AI tools, and consistently looking for ways to use them to increase velocity, output, and strategic value.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you write clearly and correctly under time pressure, and can adapt tone and formality for different audiences (this is a hard requirement)
- Proven experience as an Executive Business Partner supporting senior leaders, ideally supporting multiple executives simultaneously at a fast-growing company
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential financial and people-related information
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing, high-stakes demands without dropping details
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving quickly; you reason clearly about what matters most and execute without waiting for perfect information
- A strong ownership mindset: you anticipate needs, follow through without reminders, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just tasks completed
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly across a wide range of personalities and seniority levels
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Direct experience supporting a CEO, CFO/Head of Finance, or Head of People
- Experience planning company offsites or events at scale
- Familiarity with standard EA tooling (Google Workspace, Slack, expense platforms, travel booking tools)
- Prior experience operating in both early-stage and more scaled organizations
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

- Technical foundations: Working knowledge of React and familiarity with TypeScript and CSS fundamentals.
- Web development foundations: Comfort with HTML, browser behavior, accessibility, Git, and learning established patterns in an existing codebase.
- Project experience: Experience building a small web project through coursework, an internship, personal work, or open source contributions.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with React and TypeScript beyond coursework, including a personal, school, or open source project.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries, and with Figma or a similar design tool.
- Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Understanding of API integration, asynchronous JavaScript, or backend concepts.
- Interest in security, identity, access management, or building tools for administrators.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:

- Participate in planning by identifying tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work.
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code is functioning as expected.
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, knowledge share within the team, and support creating a safe environment of giving and receiving feedback.
- Generate and review documentation on code processes to ensure scalability.
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity concepts (OAuth, OIDC, scoped access, policy enforcement)
- Experience working with distributed systems, demonstrating best practices around monitoring, observability, performance and reliability
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

This is an early-career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
Hiring and Selection
Support the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
Onboarding and Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyze exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance, and compensation from employees and managers across APAC
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time-off requests and balances, Workday challenges, and more
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ and knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the APAC Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI and Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
HR Systems and Data Integrity (HRIS)
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What We Are Looking For
Background
A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
Advanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English
Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
What Will Set You Apart
High tolerance for ambiguity: you don’t need everything to be defined to take action
Dynamism: you shift context quickly and don’t lose quality when the pace picks up
Comfort with uncertainty: you see change as the norm, not the exception
Proactive communication: you flag issues before they become problems
Discretion: you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment
Why Join Aleph
Real impact across APAC:
Your accuracy in Workday and your follow-through keep hiring, onboarding, and people movements running smoothly across multiple markets, and your insights help the Regional HRBP and business leaders decide what to do next.
A clear path into HR business partnering:
Learn the HRBP craft from the inside (employee relations, workforce planning data, leadership business reviews) with day-to-day exposure to the Director, HR Business Partners.
Collaborative, supportive team culture:
Work alongside Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery colleagues in an English-speaking team that values proactive communication, discretion, and flagging issues early.
Modern tools and AI-forward work:
Build hands-on experience with Workday, Google Workspace, Jira, and AI tools, and help deliver AI and Automation initiatives as part of the APAC Engagement Plan.
