Launch new local payment rails and partner integrations end to end, from discovery and regulatory requirements to scale.
Invent creative, viral social money mechanics that people love to use and share: request money, split the bill, QR, payment links and sending to people who don't have a wallet yet.
Grow the network by turning millions of Tabby app users into active senders and recipients.
Work closely with legal, compliance, risk and core banking teams so products meet local regulations and security standards without killing innovation, because we are about balance.
Lead the launch of local transfers in KSA together with local partners.
Shape how the team works together with the Team Lead: planning, rituals and a predictable delivery cadence.
Set and track KPIs (senders, transfer frequency, recipients per user, retention) and run experiments to move them.
Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour and best-in-class P2P products to keep us ahead of the game.
Plan launches with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.

This is a role for a true hunter.
We are scaling one of the fastest-moving BNPL platforms in the region, and we are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Executive to take our SME merchant acquisition engine to the next level. This is a 100% outbound sales role — there are no inbound leads and no pre-assigned deals. You'll be set up with the tools and prospect lists to hit the ground running, but building your pipeline from zero is on you.
You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end: identifying high-potential SME merchants, opening doors with founders and decision-makers, running consultative discovery, pitching game-changing financial solutions, negotiating commercial terms and driving merchants all the way through onboarding to live activation.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, love the thrill of the close, and want real ownership from day one — this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities
Build the Pipeline — From Zero
• Own end-to-end pipeline generation through relentless, self-generated outbound activity.
• Use the tools and prospect lists provided as a launchpad — then take the pipeline far beyond them.
• Research and map high-potential SME merchants, verticals and micro-markets.
• Identify and engage business owners, founders and key decision-makers.
• Execute high-volume cold calling, multi-channel outreach, field visits and merchant meetings.
• Consistently generate qualified opportunities with zero reliance on inbound or marketing-sourced leads.
• Keep the funnel healthy — continuously replenish, qualify and prioritise.
• Use CRM and sales data to track your KPIs, read your funnel and sharpen conversion.
Sell, Close, Activate
• Own opportunities end-to-end: prospect > discovery > pitch > close > onboarding > activation.
• Run consultative, value-based discovery with SME owners to uncover real business pain.
• Pitch and sell BNPL, LTF and our expanding suite of merchant financial solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos and tailored commercial proposals.
• Handle objections with confidence and drive deals to signature.
• Stay hands-on until the merchant is fully live and transacting.
Commercial & Negotiation
• Lead commercial conversations with SME merchants and articulate clear value.
• Negotiate within approved commercial frameworks to land win-win outcomes.
• Secure the right internal approvals and keep deals moving at pace.
• Escalate complex commercial matters appropriately — while retaining full ownership of the opportunity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Risk, Scoring, Onboarding, Product and Operations.
• Understand internal requirements and constraints and work with them, not around them.
• Proactively chase down blockers and drive outstanding actions to closure.
• Act as the bridge between the merchant and internal stakeholders.
• Feed merchant insight and market intelligence back into the business.
Merchant Experience & Growth
• Support merchants through a smooth, friction-free onboarding journey.
• Drive activation and follow up post go-live to ensure adoption.
• Spot early issues, capture merchant feedback and route it to the right teams.
• Be genuinely merchant-obsessed — the relationship does not end at signature.
Product & Market Agility
• Become a subject-matter expert on BNPL and LTF.
• Ramp fast on new propositions as they launch — including SME Financing and Tabby Card.
• Adapt pitch, positioning and messaging as products, processes and market conditions evolve.
• Thrive in ambiguity — we are building as we scale.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, business development or another target-driven commercial role.
• Proven outbound sales and prospecting track record — you have personally generated your own pipeline.
• Demonstrated ability to create opportunities independently, from a standing start.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Exceptional communication, presence and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability.
• Comfortable and energised by a target-driven, high-accountability environment.
• Ability to independently own, manage and forecast a pipeline.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales data — tracking KPIs, analysing your funnel and prioritising on evidence (Excel / Google Sheets level)
• Grit, resilience, persistence and relentless follow-through.
Nice to Have (Not a Deal-Breaker)
• B2B or SME sales exposure.
• FinTech, BNPL, payments, banking or lending background.
• Financial or technology solution selling.
• Merchant acquisition or field sales experience.
• Track record selling directly to business owners and decision-makers.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven pipeline discipline.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and CRM reporting — pivot tables, dashboards, basic funnel analysis.
Benefits
We are an international team of inspired professionals located all over the globe.
We have an inclusive company culture, embracing diversity, integrity and transparency. We strive for work-life balance and cherish the moments you spend with your loved ones, off-work. In the same spirit as for our product, we are caring and nurturing for our employees.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a founding Professional Services Consultant who is Ramp’s deepest product expert, a hands-on builder, and a strategic thought partner to the finance teams we serve. You work as an extension of the customer's team: you're embedded in their strategy, you understand where their finance organization is headed, and you do the execution work to get it there. You map their current-state workflows, design the future state, and configure Ramp to match it.
You’re dialed into the roadmap, driving transformation across their platform and finance orgs. You get customers live fast, and in some cases stay on as their ongoing partner, optimizing their Ramp environment and advising strategically as the business grows.
You'll work across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success during activation, and Account Managers beyond implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OWN CUSTOMER DELIVERY
- Discovery and process mapping — Run workshops to analyze current-state finance workflows across spend, procurement, AP, expense, travel, and close. Diagnose where time and money are actually leaking, and define the optimal Ramp solution.
- Solution design — Design and document the end-to-end solution: persona-based workflow design, approval and policy architecture, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation that a customer admin can maintain after go-live.
- Hands-on configuration — Execute the core functional workstream. Configure Ramp to match the approved design: policies, approval chains, accounting rules, GL and dimension mapping, entity and multi-currency structures, roles and permissions.
- Integrations and data — Work with customer IT, accounting, and security teams to scope and validate ERP and HRIS integrations, map and reconcile data, build against Ramp's APIs where standard connectors don't reach, and clear security reviews.
- Agentic workflow enablement — Configure and tune Ramp's agentic finance capabilities for each customer's context: agent behavior, policy logic, prompt and rule design, exception handling. Help the customer's team understand what to hand to an agent and what to keep.
- Training and enablement — Build and deliver the enablement program: admin certification, end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and the documentation and in-product guidance that make it durable. Enablement is a deliverable, not a slide at the end.
- Quality assurance and hypercare — Own QA: build test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, resolve defects, and run post-go-live hypercare until the customer is stable.
- Adoption support — Consult on organizational change management alongside the CSM, and drive the functional adoption work that makes value stick after the project closes.
IMPROVE HOW WE DELIVER
- Document implementation approaches, customer needs, and lessons learned so the team can reuse what works
- Help the Senior Manager, Professional Services refine playbooks, templates, tooling, and workflows based on delivery experience
- Use customer feedback and delivery data to spot patterns, improve execution, and share practical recommendations
- Contribute to enablement materials and share product and implementation knowledge with teammates
PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY
- Maintain expert knowledge of the entire Ramp product suite, roadmap, APIs, and the third-party ecosystem it integrates with
- Build the reusable assets that make the practice faster: configuration accelerators, templates, internal tooling, scripts, and best-practice guides — including AI-built tooling of your own
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Support to make the handoff from presales to implementation to steady state seamless
- Bring patterns back to Product and Engineering: what customers keep asking for, what keeps breaking, what the product should do natively instead of being configured around
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum of 1+ year at Ramp and a self proclaimed product expert, ability to not only consult on workflows but execute the build in product.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting role — with a track record delivering SaaS implementations at mid-market and enterprise scale
- Hands-on builder — You configure, troubleshoot, and ship yourself.
- Finance systems and process knowledge — Real working understanding of finance operations: the close, AP and expense workflows, approval and policy design, GL and chart-of-accounts structure, and how an ERP actually gets used. Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI to accelerate delivery: to build configurations, generate documentation and training material, analyze customer data, and automate the repetitive parts of the job. Experience with AI workflow configuration — agent customization, prompt engineering, tuning — is a strong plus.
- Enablement and training ability — You can teach. You've built training programs, run rooms of skeptical users, and produced documentation people actually use.
- Multi-project discipline — You can prioritize across several concurrent engagements and hit committed dates on all of them.
- Excellent communication — You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions, and you write well enough that your deliverables go to a CFO without an edit pass.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior experience implementing spend management, procure-to-pay, expense, or corporate card platforms
- Accounting or finance background (CPA, FP&A, controllership, or accounting operations)
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows for customers at scale
- Familiarity with project management essentials and tooling (scope, schedule, budget; Smartsheet, Asana, Linear, Monday)
- Big 4 or systems integrator consulting background
- Experience in high-growth environments where the methodology was still being written
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for critical project milestones
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- Close collaboration with a small, senior, cross-functional team.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and flexibility.
- Flexible time off.
- Fully remote.
- Work from wherever you do your best thinking. Most of the team operates on ET or CET, so we look for meaningful overlap with those windows (at least 5 hours per day).
This is a 4 month contract with the potential to extend.

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.
Pay Range Disclosure
At Bugcrowd, we strive for fairness, equality and to create an environment that allows our people to perform at their very best. Our compensation philosophy is to foster a collaborative community that rewards, attracts and retains the best possible talent. The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business.
The national estimate for the current base range for the position of $176,400 - $242,550.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Culture
At Bugcrowd, we understand that diversity in the workplace is vital to a company’s success and growth. We strive to make sure that people are included and have a sense of being part of making Bugcrowd not only a great product but a great place to work.
We regularly hear from both customers and researchers that Bugcrowd feels like a family, and we strive to maintain that internally as well.
Our team consists of a broad range of people: musicians, adventure sports junkies, nature lovers, parents, cereal enthusiasts, night owls, cyclists, artists—you get the point.

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.
