- Coordinate closely with the CEO's spouse, family, Chief of Staff, and broader Office of the CEO when logistics or plans change.
- Personally execute requests end to end rather than outsourcing or delegating them to travel agencies, concierge services, or other assistants.
- Track expenses carefully and ensure timely, accurate reconciliation and follow-up through Ramp and other finance tools.
-
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience providing executive, principal, family office, or similarly high-touch support.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international trips and stretches of up to three weeks away at a time.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve logistical problems quickly.
- Comfortable personally executing detailed administrative and logistical tasks without relying on further delegation or outsourcing.
- Calm, discreet, resourceful, and highly responsive under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort communicating directly with vendors, family members, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong cost awareness and disciplined expense management.
- Collaborative and transparent, with the ability to work closely with a Chief of Staff and broader executive support team.
- Must be based in San Francisco or within reasonable commuting distance and able to work fully in office whenever the CEO is in San Francisco.
- Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are adding a Senior Financial Analyst to the Strategic Finance team to expand our FP&A capacity and give us deeper coverage across the business. You will be responsible for corporate FP&A functions, including 3 financial statement forecasting and consolidations, business partnering, and GTM optimizations. You will also help us stress-test the assumptions behind our plans and key metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Corporate FP&A: Own the three-statement financial consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Sync the long-range plan with the detailed financial operating plan and monthly actuals load.
- Monthly close: Participate in and review the monthly close, working with Accounting to make sure the numbers tie out and the story behind them is clear.
- Business partnering: Serve as the finance partner to functional areas supporting budget owners with planning, headcount, spend tracking, and decision support to optimize the core metrics they influence.
- Board and investor reporting: Build and maintain board decks, investor updates, and other leadership deliverables.
- Equity plan forecasting: Forecast equity plan usage and dilution, and support related analysis.
- Corporate valuation support: Support valuation work, including model inputs and analysis.
- Team coverage: Provide backup and redundancy across the team's workstreams so that no process depends on a single person.
- Tools and process improvement: Help implement and optimize FP&A and AI tools, and look for ways to automate and improve how the team works.
- Executive partnership: Work directly with senior leadership and budget owners as a trusted, independent finance voice.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, most recently with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting and executive reporting at a growth-stage SaaS start-up.
- 3-statement financial planning, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS GTM motion, including how pipeline, bookings, and IARR/ARR connect.
- Pricing and margin analysis, such as modeling how pricing and packaging changes affect bookings, gross margin, and unit economics.
- Lead-to-cash process, including how billing, collections, and revenue recognition flow into ARR, deferred revenue, and cash forecasts.
- CFA charterholder, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or Big 4 audit experience is a plus but not required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep working knowledge of standard SaaS metrics (CAC payback, burn multiple, magic number, Rule of 40, net and gross retention), including how to calculate them, what drives them, and how plan assumptions move them.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, ideally in Google Sheets as well as Excel. You design driver-based models from scratch, with assumptions you can trace and defend, rather than only updating existing ones.
- Hands-on experience pulling and reconciling data across systems (ERP, CRM, planning tools), and a track record of using or testing AI tools to speed up finance work.
HOW YOU WORK
- You possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and professional ethics.
- Demonstrated self-initiative: you spot problems and fix them without being asked.
- You operate independently, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You communicate clearly with non-finance partners and senior leaders.
- You fit Teleport's culture and behaviors, and you do well in a fast-moving startup environment.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Finance team helps 1Password maintain accurate financial reporting and make informed decisions as the business grows. In this internship, you will work primarily with the Technical Accounting and Treasury teams, while collaborating with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Finance Operations, and other partners as needed.
You will see how Finance teams work together to research accounting questions, support quarter-end reporting, manage daily cash activity, and support risk management..
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
How we’re using AI today
On the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives. We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes.
What you can expect:
- Researching and documenting technical accounting conclusions.
- Supporting quarter-end procedures, controls, schedules, and audit documentation.
- Updating daily cash positioning worksheets and dashboards.
- Preparing variance analyses, monitoring liquidity, and tracking daily cash activity.
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting and transaction inquiries.
- Contributing to ad hoc strategic projects and process improvements.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Coursework in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- Exposure to US GAAP, financial reporting, or technical accounting research
- Interest in treasury, cash management, insurance, or financial risk
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems
- Experience creating clear process documentation or working with dashboards
- Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including organizing data and using formulas
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. The way we bring those values to life every day is guided by our 1Password Behaviors for Success https://1password.com/blog/how-to-interview-with-confidence-at-1password.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
