An overview of this role
As a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll own the technical strategy and validation of joint work with GitLab's strategic partners: hyperscalers, artificial intelligence (AI) labs, AI-native companies, and development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) vendors. You'll work with partners, Product, and Research and Development (R&D) to turn partner and customer needs into integrations, influence product design, and build the business case for each joint effort, from the first architecture review to a shipped integration. In this role you will also own the AI model evaluation process with our model partners, working closely with our R&D teams to assess new models ahead of release and ensure GitLab is built on the best-performing models for our customers. Unlike a customer-facing Solutions Architect role focused on adoption, you'll work with partners to make GitLab better. This role has no sales quota or variable pay.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform doesn't just bring people together-it unites teams and organizations, breaking down barriers and redefining what's possible in software development.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end technical strategy for assigned strategic partners, connecting technical requirements with joint business objectives.
Turn partner technology and roadmaps into integration, architecture, and product opportunities across the GitLab platform, from planning to monitoring and AI agents and model integrations.
Resolve complex technical issues across GitLab and partner systems, including cloud architecture, tool integrations, and AI model and agent evaluation and integration. Build working prototypes to validate concepts with partners.
Manage the end-to-end AI model evaluation process with our model partners, coordinating with R&D to secure early access, align on evaluation criteria and timelines, and translate results into partnership and product roadmap decisions.
Design and facilitate partner workshops, architecture reviews, and cloud financial management (FinOps) sessions, bringing in the right participants and documenting outcomes and next steps.
Build business cases for joint technical efforts, defining expected gains, costs, and resources, and securing agreement from partner managers, R&D, and leadership.
Bring partner requirements and technical feedback into Product and R&D discussions to influence product design and the roadmap.
Coordinate Engineering, Product, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing with partner technical teams to move joint work from evaluation to delivery.
Track cloud, AI, and DevSecOps developments to advise partnership investment, and share reusable findings through documentation, the handbook, reference architectures, and technical content.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Senior Solutions Architect, Partner Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or in a similar senior technical role. Experience with technology partners or alliances is strongly preferred.
An end-to-end understanding of the software development lifecycle, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps, with the ability to use GitLab in depth.
Hands-on cloud architecture experience with at least one hyperscaler: Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. Cloud cost or FinOps experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of AI model evaluation frameworks and agent technology, including large language model (LLM) application programming interfaces (APIs), agent frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), and how they fit into developer workflows.
Experience designing and facilitating technical workshops with senior technical and business stakeholders, and building business cases that scope work, estimate gains and costs, and size resources.
An autonomous, ownership-driven approach: you identify work and move it forward without waiting for a project backlog.
Clear, concise written and spoken communication, adapting technical and commercial trade-offs for audiences from engineers to executives.
Ability to travel about once a quarter and work hours that overlap with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). If you're on the US West Coast, expect to start around 7 a.m. Pacific Time; when the day ends is flexible.
About the team
You'll join Strategic Partnerships and report to the VP, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships. The team manages GitLab's relationships with hyperscalers, AI companies, and select DevSecOps companies, acting as the business owner and coordinating work across hosting contracts, product integrations, go-to-market activities, purchasing, and partner-specific marketing. Partner managers and directors lead each relationship; you'll own the technical side across partner types and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The role is remote, with Eastern Time preferred and other US time zones possible.

A little bit about us:
We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.
Since starting our adventure in May 2019, we have raised $71m from the leading VC investors globally.
You can read more about our company here https://belvo.com/about/ and about our team and culture here https://belvo.com/careers/. Also, head to our blog https://belvo.com/blog/ for more news about what we’re building and how we work https://belvo.com/blog/category/working-belvo/.
About the team:
- We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.
- Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
- We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
- We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
- While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up for at least 3 hours per day.
- Also, we are backed by some of the leading investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, including Founders Fund, Kaszek Ventures, and YCombinator.
The challenge
The Intelligence Squad is Belvo's AI enabler team. One part of the squad builds the platforms and patterns that let every team at Belvo ship AI. This role sits in the other part: turning the financial data and payments we aggregate across Latin America into models that make real decisions, who looks creditworthy, which transaction is fraudulent, what category a payment belongs to, whether an income statement checks out. That data drives real financial outcomes for the people and businesses on the other end, so the bar for rigor is high.
You'll be the data science reference in the squad. We're not hiring someone to execute a modeling backlog someone else wrote. We want someone who decides which problems are worth modeling, defines how we know a model is good enough, and raises the data science bar for everyone they work with. You'll be deep enough in statistics and ML to defend a modeling choice to anyone, whether this is a set of rules to simplify a problem or a complex model that you build. You'll be close enough to the business to turn a commercial problem into a modeling roadmap and a business case. And you'll be a strong enough engineer to take your models from notebook to production and own them there.
Responsibilities
- Model development and selection: Lead the design of statistical and ML models (classification, regression, ranking, NLP or LLM-based) for problems like risk scoring, fraud detection and transaction categorization. Choose approaches on their merits and defend those choices with data, not habit.
- AI-leveraged delivery: Use agentic coding and research tooling as a core part of how you work: exploring data, generating and testing feature hypotheses, scaffolding pipelines, writing the service around the model. We care about the decisions you ship, not hours at the keyboard, and we expect you to keep compressing the gap between the two.
- Feature engineering with business context: Work with Product and the business teams to figure out which signals in Belvo's financial data actually explain the outcome you're modeling, and translate an ambiguous business question into a well-scoped modeling problem.
- Productionization and ownership: Take models past the notebook. Build or shape the pipelines, APIs and services that run them reliably in production, and own them once they're live: monitoring, drift, retraining, and retirement when the evidence says so.
- Experimentation: Design and run experiments (A/B tests and offline evaluation) to confirm that a model change actually moves the metric it's meant to move.
- Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Data Research, Product, and the rest of the Intelligence Squad to ship end to end, and with stakeholders across the business to keep your models grounded in what actually matters to them.
- Business and customer partnership: Work directly with stakeholders and, when needed, customers. Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped problems, and explain trade-offs and impact clearly to non-technical audiences, executives included.
- Staying current: GenAI moves weekly. We expect you to be genuinely plugged in: model releases, papers, and tooling, to hold an opinion on what's real versus hype, and to bring the useful parts back to the squad as a demo, a doc, or a session for our company-wide AI Chapter.
- Framing the problem: Decide what's worth modeling. Push back when a rule, a heuristic, or a better data pipeline solves the problem without a model, and be willing to kill or retire your own model when the evidence says so.
This position may be for you if
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or in a similar hands-on modeling role.
- You've owned models end to end in production, from framing the problem to monitoring it live, and you can point to the measurable business impact they had.
- You have a solid grounding in statistics and can explain how your models work at that level, not just how to call them.
- You've built and compared more than one type of model (for example tree-based methods, regression, deep learning) for the same problem and can justify why you picked the one you shipped.
- You're comfortable in Python for data science (pandas, scikit-learn, and at least one of TensorFlow or PyTorch) and in SQL for pulling and shaping your own data.
- You've taken several models you built into production yourself, not just handed it off to someone else to deploy. You http://deploy.You understand engineering fundamentals: testing, version control, CI/CD, and how to write code someone other than you can maintain.
- You've built with LLMs past the API-call level: tool use or agents, retrieval, structured outputs, and shipped at least one to production. You can explain how you knew it was good enough, which means you've built some form of evaluation, not just eyeballed outputs.
- Agentic coding tools are part of your daily workflow, not a novelty. You can walk us through a specific task that used to take you days and now takes hours: how you set it up, what you delegated, and where you still don't trust the output.
- You're proficient in written and spoken English.
Amazing if
- You've worked in fintech, financial risk, or another regulated data environment before.
- You have a business or strategy background alongside data science (an MBA, consulting, or a product/strategy role).
- You've worked in a customer-facing data science role, such as a forward-deployed engineer or a solutions/applied team at a data platform company.
- You've worked with MLOps tooling for model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- You've deployed models on AWS (for example SageMaker or an equivalent managed ML service).
- You've written evals or an LLM-as-judge harness for a non-deterministic system, and have opinions about where that approach breaks.
- You've used LLMs inside the data pipeline itself: labeling, extraction, categorization, and can say where they beat a classical model and where they quietly don't.
Tech stack
- Python is our primary language for data science and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks as needed).
- SQL against a cloud data warehouse for data access and feature work.Claude deployed company-wide and Claude Code for every engineer. Agentic tooling is part of how we work daily, not a side experiment.
- Cloud infrastructure on AWS, favoring managed services so you can focus on the modeling problem rather than infrastructure plumbing.
- An experimentation platform for A/B testing and offline evaluation.
- We use Datadog for service observability across the company.
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices.
Our tech stack:
- We’re building our platform using modern technologies, putting the focus on reliability and long-term maintainability
- We primarily use Python on the backend. We use battle-tested technologies such as Django, and we are heavy users of Python’s asyncio for some parts of our stack
- We use Javascript, Vue.js and Sass on the frontend. We are developing and leveraging our own design system and component library
- We run our infrastructure on top of Amazon Web Services, leveraging managed services. We tend to favor the use of managed services wherever possible, in order to focus on our business problems
- We observe and monitor our services using Datadog
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
Our Client
AI powered ecommerce agency. They have worked with 500+ DTC and ecommerce brands, managed $250M+ in media spend and delivered $2B+ in client revenue. They run paid social, paid search, email/SMS, CTV, TikTok Shop, Amazon, UGC and CRO for a portfolio of DTC brands.
Their team is lean and works in pods. Each pod has a pod lead who owns strategy and client relationships, a media buyer who owns execution and performance, content managers, and creative support. They use AI throughout our workflow, from account audits to landing page builds to creative reporting, so one strong media buyer can do the work of three.
This is a fast environment. If you are ambitious and hard-working, it will move your career faster than most agencies can. If you need a lot of structure or prefer a slow pace, it is not the right fit.
The Role
You will be the media buyer in one of our pods, managing Meta campaigns (with TikTok as a secondary channel) across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts. You own the ad accounts: budgets, pacing, structure, launches, testing and optimization. Your pod lead owns the client relationship and overall strategy. You own the numbers and the execution behind them.
The role combines hands-on buying with media buying strategy. You will analyze performance data, find where accounts are leaking (pre-click or post-click), and propose the fix: new creative angles, landing page tests, budget shifts or structure changes. You will also join client calls and present paid social performance alongside your pod lead.
What Success Looks Like
Every account is paced to its monthly budget, with no overspend and no surprises
Spend moves to the highest-leverage products and campaigns, and comes off losers quickly
No ads run on sold-out products, broken links or outdated offers
Accounts are never starved of creative: you flag gaps early and get new assets live fast
Landing page and creative tests launch on schedule and produce clear winners
Your pod lead walks into every client call with accurate numbers and a clear plan from you
Seasonal moments (Prime Day, BFCM, brand sales) launch on time with approved assets
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns daily, with secondary management of TikTok Ads
Own daily budgets and monthly pacing per account, and reallocate spend based on performance, frequency and inventory
Manage campaign structure, bidding, audiences, exclusions and frequency controls
Upload and traffic new creative, and run structured creative and angle testing
Run weekly account sweeps: check every live ad for stock availability, link destination, offer accuracy and copy errors, and fix issues the same day
Monitor ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC and frequency against client targets
Strategy and Analysis
Diagnose performance by separating pre-click problems (creative, audience, fatigue) from post-click problems (landing page, offer, site)
Look past platform ROAS to backend profitability: margins, COGS and blended results
Build landing page test plans and work with our team to get new pages designed, approved and live
Audit ad copy and creative across accounts and recommend what to refresh, cut or scale
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Prime Day, BFCM and client sales
Spot and escalate tracking issues (pixel, CAPI, attribution discrepancies) before they distort decisions
Creative Collaboration
Work with content managers, designers and the creative team to source, brief and review ad creative
Identify winning hooks, formats and angles, and turn them into creative requests
Push for authentic assets (real people, raw clips, UGC) that improve performance
Reporting and Client Communication
Prepare performance reports and creative performance reports for client calls
Join client calls with your pod lead and present paid social results, trends and next steps clearly
Keep internal Slack channels and Jira tickets updated so everyone knows what changed and why
AI and Process
Use AI tools (Claude and others) daily to run account audits, generate landing page concepts, draft copy and build reports
Help turn repeated work into reusable AI workflows that make the whole pod faster
Requirements
Must have
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce brands (not lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100K+/month in spend
A proven record of scaling DTC ecommerce brands through Meta, at an agency or in-house
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking and creative performance
Strong command of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
Precision with budgets: you pace spend to the dollar and catch problems before the client does
Strong ownership: you act without waiting to be told, and you close the loop on every task
Clear, confident communication, written and on calls
Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow, and curiosity about using them more
Humility to do the detailed work and ambition to grow into a strategist
English C1-C2 fluency for conversation level since this is a client-facing role
Nice to Have
TikTok Ads Manager experience
Triple Whale, Northbeam or other attribution tools
Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo, and how paid and retention channels work together
Experience building or testing landing pages
Background in creative strategy, UGC or performance creative
Experience with Jira or similar task management tools

As a qualified expert, You will
- Solve strategic engineering problems hands on. Explore technologies, build prototypes, and produce reference implementations that make architectural qualities and tradeoffs observable.
- Design and deliver working software. Architect, implement, test, and maintain services and platform components, including backend systems and architecture-related frontend concerns such as micro-frontend patterns.
- Automate architectural conformance. Design and implement AI-based architectural conformance checks and fitness functions that continuously evaluate whether systems follow agreed principles, patterns, and quality constraints.
- Turn ambiguity into an executable approach. Break complex problems into bounded areas, apply domain-driven design, and select a practical course of action when information or precedent is limited.
- Define measurable quality goals. Establish and continuously evaluate requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, security, availability, recoverability, maintainability, portability, usability, and extensibility.
- Document architecture evolution. Describe the current state, target state, transition steps, constraints, alternatives, and decisions in forms that engineering teams can use.
- Make explicit engineering tradeoffs. Provide balanced recommendations on build versus buy, now versus later, and refactor versus rebuild, including cost and operational implications.
- Create reusable engineering patterns. Develop scaffolding, templates, reference architectures, or platform capabilities that teams can adopt without depending on the Staff Software Engineer long term.
- Guide delivery teams. Perform architecture and design reviews, coach engineers through difficult decisions, and enable teams to make high-quality choices independently.
- Communicate for the audience. Explain technical context clearly to engineers, technical leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders, and incorporate useful feedback.
We’re looking for you if you have
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering using Java or a comparable object-oriented language.
- At least 3 years developing microservices and experience building distributed or event-driven systems in the cloud.
- Practical knowledge of service-oriented architecture, domain-driven design, clean architecture, hexagonal architecture, and common architecture patterns.
- Experience implementing agentic applications and tools applying evaluation approaches as part of the process
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and event driven Kafka-based applications
- Experience with mainstream relational databases, caching, replication, and search technologies.
- Experience developing and evaluating agentic applications.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services with container orchestration technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through technical guidance across multiple teams without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, managers, and product partners.
