Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
As Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO, you will run the administrative engine of the Office of the CEOs, owning how the Co-CEO’s time, travel, and meetings operate. You will report directly to the Co-CEO and work closely with the executive team and administrative staff.
This is an on-site role in San Francisco. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel with the Co-CEO.
THE OPPORTUNITY

- Own preparation for the Co-CEO’s meetings, with briefing materials, context, and follow-ups
- Travel with the Co-CEO and other executives, handling logistics, scheduling, and day-of coordination
- Manage logistics for Board meetings, including scheduling, materials coordination, and day-of execution
- Manage logistics for executive team meetings
- Manage logistics for company-wide meetings
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience as a Chief of Staff, senior Executive Assistant, or Business Partner to a C-level executive, ideally in a high-growth startup
- Experience supporting a CEO through board cycles and company-wide communications
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry
- A proven record of managing complex, high-stakes calendars and logistics with exceptional precision and no missed details
- Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters and acting on the Co-CEO’s behalf
- Excellent communication skills and the executive presence to work comfortably with C-suite leaders, board members, and external partners
- Experience managing or mentoring executive assistants or other administrative professionals
- Ability to travel at a moment’s notice
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

About the job
Twilio is seeking a highly proactive and business-minded Executive Assistant to support executives within our Enterprise Technology organization. This role extends well beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of our business, technology strategy, organizational priorities, and key initiatives—using that context to anticipate needs, manage competing demands, and help leaders and their teams operate more effectively.
You will serve as a trusted partner to your executives, proactively managing their time and attention. You will be expected to exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and move work forward even when direction is not fully defined or all information is not yet available.
This role requires someone who is comfortable taking charge, solving problems, and navigating ambiguity. You will build strong relationships with executive leadership, their direct reports, and administrative partners across the organization, serving as a central point of coordination and a reliable source of insight and continuity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Technology organization, including its strategy, priorities, key initiatives, stakeholders, and operating rhythms, and use that knowledge to anticipate needs and inform day-to-day decisions.
Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, providing informed input, identifying potential risks or conflicts, and helping move priorities forward without waiting for detailed direction.
Strategically manage complex executive calendars by evaluating and prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, protecting time for critical work, and redirecting or delegating meetings when appropriate.
Make sound, independent decisions on behalf of executives, including determining when their participation is needed and ensuring they are prepared with the right context, materials, and desired outcomes.
Manage complex domestic and international travel, prepare and reconcile expenses, and proactively address changes or issues that arise.
Serve as a key point of contact for executives’ direct reports and administrative partners, building trusted relationships and facilitating effective coordination across the organization.
Help translate executive priorities into action by tracking commitments, following up on decisions, and driving accountability for milestones, deliverables, and next steps.
Support key projects and initiatives by gathering information, synthesizing updates, identifying dependencies, and ensuring the right stakeholders remain aligned.
Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, program updates, meeting materials, and other written content with a high degree of clarity and professionalism.
Manage leadership meeting and operating cadences, including developing agendas, coordinating presenters, preparing materials, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring effective follow-through.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites, leadership summits, strategic planning sessions, and team gatherings, including budget management, venue sourcing, agenda development, material preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
Organize and support special events, team activities, and other high-visibility meetings through thoughtful research, participant coordination, and logistics management.
Analyze team surveys, operational information, or other inputs to identify themes and provide executives with useful insights.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operating practices, and create a more efficient and positive experience for executives and their teams.
Handle sensitive information and complex situations with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
Qualifications
Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology industry.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, operate independently, and move work forward amid ambiguity, incomplete information, and changing priorities.
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand organizational strategy, technology initiatives, and executive priorities.
Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, solve problems proactively, and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of senior leaders.
Experience strategically managing complex executive calendars, including evaluating priorities, resolving conflicts, and making informed tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships, partner effectively with leaders, and coordinate work across multiple teams and initiatives.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting executive-ready communications and presentation materials.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or business-critical information.
Experience planning and facilitating virtual, in-person, and hybrid leadership meetings, summits, offsites, and team-building events.
Familiarity with contract management, procurement processes, budget tracking, and general business workflows.
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace and Zoom.
Demonstrated interest in and experience using AI and automation tools to improve productivity, quality, or efficiency.
Desired
Experience supporting executives or leadership teams within Enterprise Technology, IT, Engineering, Operations, or a similarly complex organization.
Experience preparing for and coordinating business operating cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews, annual or long-range planning, leadership team meetings, and organizational reviews.
Internal or executive communications experience, including drafting leadership emails, organizational announcements, presentations, and program updates.
Experience supporting c projects or programs and tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is a data company, and data is our most valuable asset. The Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) organization turns WHOOP data into trusted intelligence that sharpens every team's decisions. As the data and AI ecosystem grows, making that data trustworthy and safe by default has become a strategic capability, so every product built on it can be relied on.
We are seeking a Director, Data Governance to lead the function as a new pillar within the DAA organization. You will report to our VP of Data, Analytics and AI Acceleration. As the first dedicated leader of this function, you will define the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance. Governance sets the policy and standards; the Data Platform & Engineering pillar engineers and implements them, so this role leads through influence, clear standards, and strong cross-functional partnership.
WHOOP operates a mature data platform. This role builds the governance layer on top of it: formal ownership models, data contracts, an event taxonomy, cataloging and discovery, classification frameworks, and the policies that let the company scale into regulated environments without slowing down. You will build and lead a team and champion intelligent, AI powered approaches to continuously monitor the health and trust of our data.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves, and as effective presenting a data classification framework to senior leadership as you are working through a data quality standard with an engineer. Working across Data Platform & Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Product, GRC, Legal, InfoSec, and RAD, you will earn trust across technical and business teams, drive adoption, and ship enforceable governance outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead the data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap spanning data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), aligned with the DAA strategy.
- Build, lead, and coach a small, senior team, developing your people while partnering closely with Staff level technical leaders across the org.
- Establish a formal data ownership model, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to assign stewardship and accountability for critical datasets.
- Define the standards for data contracts between producing and consuming teams, covering schema stability, SLA adherence, and breaking-change management, with implementation owned by Data Platform & Engineering.
- Own the event taxonomy governance framework, bringing structure to event tracking and standardizing how product and engineering teams define, name, and instrument events across platforms.
- Set data quality standards (freshness, validation, monitoring) and the incident response expectations, partnering with Platform to operationalize automated testing and anomaly detection.
- Champion AI powered governance approaches that proactively surface quality issues, ownership gaps, policy violations, and compliance risks.
- Partner with GRC, Legal, and InfoSec to define the privacy, HIPAA, and compliance standards for how sensitive data is handled, which the platform then implements.
- Define role-based access policy across the data platform, balancing security with self-service accessibility, with enforcement engineered by Platform.
- Embed governance standards directly into engineering and developer workflows so the right way is the easy way, rather than relying on manual processes.
- Develop governance metrics and reporting to track adoption, compliance, and data health across the organization.
- Build a culture where trusted data is a shared responsibility across technical and business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in data, engineering, or data governance roles, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, data engineering, or data platform.
- 4+ years of experience leading and building teams.
- Direct experience building data governance programs or frameworks, ideally in a high-growth environment where governance was not yet formalized.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack tooling: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow/orchestration, and data catalog/lineage tools.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA), or willingness to develop deep expertise quickly given the WHOOP expansion into regulated healthcare products.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks with automated monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with access control design and administration in cloud data platforms (Snowflake RBAC, row-level security, dynamic data masking).
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment on data standards and policies, and to lead highly cross-functional initiatives. Comfortable influencing engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience operating in regulated environments.
- Proven track record managing data oversight for complex research initiatives, such as IRB-regulated studies or trials or regulatory filings for the FDA.
- Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership. Able to translate technical governance concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A player-coach orientation. Willing to be deeply hands-on while building repeatable processes and growing a team.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $230,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

About the job
We are looking for Developer Productivity Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.
This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap. You will work with engineers to identify useful improvements and own them from implementation through adoption and ongoing support. Success means shorter feedback loops, dependable automation, and tools that developers trust and use.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including the repository guidance and integrations they need to work effectively.
Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows that investigate failures, propose fixes, and give engineers evidence they can act on.
Improve automated pull request reviews, evaluating finding accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers.
Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions. Work with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring.
Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows so engineers and agents can verify changes reliably.
Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.
Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures, diagnose compatibility and performance regressions, and flag changes that affect package interfaces or architecture. You will choose and refine these workflows with the engineers who use them.
Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and
Node.js
skills.
Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, with sound judgment about their limitations, output validation, and human review.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
A strong approach to code quality: maintainable code, useful automated checks, and refactoring that preserves behavior.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a confident, creative UGC Influencer based in the GCC region to produce native short-form content about a trading product used by millions of users worldwide.
You will create regular content packages from our briefs, publish selected videos on your own social channels, and help us adapt creatives to local GCC trends and audience preferences.
This opportunity is ideal for creators who can independently produce viral content and deliver 10–20 videos per month on a flexible schedule, with performance-based compensation.
When applying, please include your project portfolio featuring short viral videos and/or links to your active social media showcasing your content.
Want to stand out from other applicants? Complete the test task below and include a link to your video in your application.
Let’s shape the future of trading in the GCC together!
Tasks
Create regular packs of short-form video creatives based on our briefs;
Film engaging, high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms;
Publish agreed content on social media channels and make collaborations with brands accounts;
Analyse the performance of your videos and continuously improve hooks, formats, editing and messaging;
Share insights on local GCC trends, content formats, creators and audience behaviour;
Collaborate with our team on concepts, scripts and creative iterations.
Requirements
Native Arabic speaker, based in the GCC region;
Fluent English;
Strong understanding of local social media culture and audience preferences;
High-quality filming setup: camera or iPhone 15 Pro / newer;
Strong video editing skills for short-form content;
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content around a trading product;
Ready to film content in public locations, when required by the creative concept;
Ability to follow a brief while keeping the content natural, authentic and platform-native.
A strong advantage
Understanding of investing, trading or financial markets;
Experience with advanced video editing, motion graphics or creative effects;
An existing YouTube channel, or willingness to launch and develop one;
Experience creating content that drives views, engagement or conversions.
We offer
Freelance remote work with flexible working hours;
Monthly payment for regular content packages (10-20 videos);
KPI-based bonuses for videos that achieve strong organic performance;
Training in the fundamentals of trading, helping you understand the product and integrate it into content more naturally;
Ongoing creative support, briefs and the opportunity to develop high-performing content for the GCC audience.
Optional Test Task — Get a Competitive Advantage
Candidates who submit the test task will have a significant advantage during the selection process.
Your task:
Create a 20–30-second vertical video in Arabic for a trading or investment app.
Scenario:
Imagine you’re watching a YouTube video or reading a post about investing. You become interested in trading and decide to explore the topic further. Show your natural reaction, briefly share your thoughts on camera, and finish with a transition to exploring the app or practising on a demo account.
Requirements:
Speak naturally in your native Arabic, using a Reels/TikTok-style approach.
Use dynamic editing, including subtitles, 2–4 scene changes, and engaging but not overdone transitions.
Film on your phone and ensure good video quality.
Do not make promises of profit, “easy money” claims, or guarantee any results.
How to submit:
Upload your video and include a link to it in your application.
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.

QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity
