• A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, including a minimum of 4 years in an international law firm.
• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating non-dilutive financing deals, including corporate loans, bridge facilities, asset-backed and project finance transactions. Familiarity with LMA standard documentation is required.
• Strong experience in project finance or infrastructure financing, particularly deals involving long-term capex or compute and data center infrastructure, is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-border structuring questions and multi-jurisdictional financing deals, including coordinating with local external counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French. Strong ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-legal stakeholders.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
- Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics.
- Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential.
- Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
- Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Coach, teach, and develop acquisition managers working on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Hire, onboard, manage, and, where necessary, make replacement decisions for Google and Bing acquisition talent.
- Own performance evaluation, goals, KPIs, feedback cycles, and personal development plans for the Google and Bing team.
- Set the performance bar and craft standards for the team.
- Review account work, train UA managers, and raise the overall quality of execution.
- Make sure every brand has clear ownership, weekly reporting, and strong channel support.
- Stay hands-on enough to audit accounts, challenge decisions, and guide execution from real account data.
Account Architecture & Governance
- Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA.
- Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.
- Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person.
- Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context.
Policy & Compliance
- Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands.
- Protect account health across all brands.
- Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation.
- Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing.
- Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch.
- Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives.
- Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk.
AI-First Operating System
- Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review.
- Train UA managers to use Claude workflows correctly and consistently in their daily Google and Bing work.
- Evaluate workflow quality, improve the knowledge base over time, and turn successful processes into repeatable team standards.
- Use AI to increase team speed and quality while keeping human judgment, compliance, and account safety at the center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
- Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating Google Ads specialists, UA managers, or paid search teams.
- Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets, ideally $5M+ per month hands-on and $10M+ per month at portfolio level.
- Strong Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube experience.
- Microsoft Ads experience, including Microsoft Audience Network.
- Proven record scaling accounts profitably across multiple countries and languages.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, and value-based bidding.
- Deep Google Ads policy experience, including disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong account architecture, audit, documentation, and measurement discipline.
- Ability to identify scaling opportunities and practical account improvements from account-level data.
- Clear, direct communication with both acquisition managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience managing enterprise-level search accounts or large multi-brand paid search portfolios.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads API, SQL, or internal automation tools.
- Experience building Claude, AI, or agentic workflows for marketing operations.
- Experience building team knowledge bases, SOPs, QA systems, and training programs for paid acquisition teams.
- D2C subscription, lead-gen, or consumer web funnel experience.
- Experience with high-scrutiny categories, trademark-sensitive ads, or complex policy environments.
- Experience working directly with Google or Microsoft teams on betas, product pilots, and escalation paths.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Role Summary
The Data Infrastructure team at Mistral AI is architecting the backbone of our frontier model training and fine-tuning ecosystem. We are building the specialized compute and data fabrics required to power the development of world-class AI.
Our vision is to operate some of the largest compute fleets in production and build data lakes and metadata systems with a roadmap toward exabyte-scale architecture. We are currently in the process of building a high-performance training platform designed for massive scale across both on-premise and cloud-native Kubernetes environments.
We are leading a strategic transition from legacy scheduling to modern orchestration. With numerous clusters distributed across various regions, we are focussed on implementing sophisticated multi-cluster orchestration and cloud-bursting capabilities to better utilize our global resources and ensure our researchers have seamless access to compute wherever it resides. Our mission is to evolve our current systems into a platform that is as durable as it is flexible.
Location: Paris / Warsaw / Zurich / London (hybrid) or remote EU/UK with one hub visit per month.
About the Role
This role focuses on building and operating the next generation of data infrastructure at Mistral AI. You will be a core contributor to our evolution, helping us design and scale massive compute fleets and storage systems designed for high performance and scalability.
You will help us move toward a future of decoupled control and data planes, scaling big data compute and storage platforms while ensuring secure and governed data access for MLOps and research. You will take full lifecycle ownership: from architecting the migration away from legacy orchestrators to implementing production-grade pipelines and participating in on-call rotations for critical training jobs.
In this role, you will:
- Build & Scale: Help us reach our goal of operating massive distributed compute and storage systems
- Global Orchestration: Architect and maintain multi-cluster orchestration layers to optimize workload placement across diverse hardware and regions.
- Design Future-Proof Storage: Architect our transition to modern storage formats to handle fine-tuning datasets at a scale that anticipates exabyte growth.
- Platform Engineering: Contribute to the development of our internal training platform, ensuring seamless model training and fine-tuning capabilities across Kubernetes and SLURM based environments.
- Metadata & Lineage: Implement and manage systems to provide clear visibility and lineage as our data and model pipelines grow in complexity.
- Operational Excellence: Use modern deployment workflows to manage cloud-native deployments, ensuring our data platform can scale by orders of magnitude while remaining reliable and efficient.
YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years of experience in Data Infrastructure, MLOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Have experience or a strong interest in supporting foundational compute and storage platforms.
- Are proficient in Python and enjoy solving the "brittle data lake" problem with modern, columnar storage standards.
- Are well-versed in Kubernetes-native tooling and excited to debug large-scale distributed systems across multi-cluster environments.
- Take pride in building and operating scalable, reliable, and secure systems from the ground up.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and the challenges of building high-scale infrastructure in a rapid-growth AI environment.
Location and Remote
This role is primarily based at one of our European offices (Paris, London, Warsaw and Zurich). We will prioritize candidates who either reside there or are open to relocating. About the Role
OKX is looking for a Senior Director of AI to lead both people and product — building and managing a high-calibre AI team while staying deeply involved in the design, evaluation, and production deployment of autonomous agent systems. This role calls for a leader who leads by doing: technically grounded, sharp on product judgment, and able to translate both into tangible business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership
— Build, manage, and develop a team of AI engineers and researchers; own hiring, growth, and performance across the function
Agent Product Delivery
— Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI Agent products, covering the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture through to production operations
Eval-Driven Development
— Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks that replace manual iteration with quantifiable quality signals across agent systems
Agent Harness Design
— Design and implement end-to-end Agent Harness infrastructure to ensure agent stability and reliability in complex, real-world scenarios
LLM
Orchestration
— Orchestrate creative reasoning steps alongside deterministic guardrails, finding the right balance between flexibility and control
Engineering Workflow Integration
— Embed AI Agent capabilities deeply into core products and engineering pipelines, improving both developer productivity and business value
Cross-functional Alignment
— Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure technical direction stays tightly aligned with strategic priorities
What We're Looking For
Must-have
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred)
10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development, including core technical or leadership roles at globally recognized technology companies
Deep expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, and related areas
Proven track record of translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
End-to-end delivery experience with autonomous AI Agent products, from inception and architecture through to production operations
Hands-on experience integrating AI deeply into engineering and development workflows — such as AI coding assistants, automated code review, or developer productivity tooling
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to collaborate across our multilingual, cross-regional teams
Nice to have
Background at an AI-native startup or frontier AI lab, with familiarity with fast-cycle product iteration
AI publications, patents, or industry-recognized technical contributions
Familiarity with the unique technical challenges of applying AI in crypto, fintech, or high-frequency data environments

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
THE ROLE
You'll build Tempo's partnerships function from the ground up — designing and executing 1:many partnership motions across infra, ecosystem, and SI partners that drive enterprise adoption of Tempo. This is a foundational GTM hire with direct impact on how the largest companies in the world onboard into crypto.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build Tempo's partnerships strategy and playbook from zero — infra partners, ecosystem partners, system integrators, and beyond
- Identify, negotiate, and close large strategic partnerships that generate meaningful pipeline
- Design scalable 1:many partnership structures, not one-off deals
- Drive revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals
- Work directly with product and engineering to scope partnership integrations and co-build opportunities
- Represent Tempo externally at the highest levels — partner exec teams, industry events, ecosystem forums
- Stand up the operational infrastructure for partnerships: tracking, reporting, partner enablement
- Collaborate closely with Tempo's GTM team to align partnerships with direct sales and enterprise motions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in partnerships, BD, or GTM roles with demonstrated quota or pipeline ownership
- Deep domain expertise in stablecoins, payments, or fintech infrastructure
- Proven track record building scaled partnership programs — not just inheriting them
- Experience structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder strategic deals
- Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, blockchain ecosystems, or enterprise crypto adoption
- Comfortable operating as a founding function owner with no existing playbook
- Based in or willing to be in New York

We are looking for a structured and execution-driven Strategic Project Manager to lead complex market expansion and business localization initiatives across multiple regions and business units.
The role focuses on turning ambiguous business needs into structured execution plans, business cases, governance frameworks, and operational launches. Success requires strong stakeholder management, an ownership mentality, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct managerial authority - but with strong C-level support and dedicated resources from Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics assigned to each initiative.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can independently drive initiatives from idea to operational launch and build frameworks to make future launches faster and more predictable.
Responsibilities
1. Business Case Development & Strategic Planning:
Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives.
Turn ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans, decision-making frameworks, and launch criteria - in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product and Business stakeholders.
Prepare and present business cases and initiative proposals to C-level stakeholders - including structured storytelling, trade-off framing, and recommendation of go/no-go decisions.
2. End-to-End Initiative Execution:
Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from planning to operational launch.
Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Manage timelines, dependencies, escalations, and execution accountability across parallel workstreams.
3. Governance, Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
Maintain governance structures, execution tracking, and transparent reporting.
Establish scalable project documentation, decision logs, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Requirements
4–8+ years of experience in strategic project management, business operations, transformation, or other cross-functional execution roles - with a strong track record of personally leading and delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments across multiple stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, C-level).
Strong ownership mentality, structured thinking, and ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
Business and operational mindset with high attention to detail and execution quality.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reporting and collaboration tools.(our stack: Confluence, Miro, Gantt, YouTrack, Slack, Tableau, Trino).
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely;
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities;
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences;
Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services;
MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
