You will coordinate interviews, keep recruitment processes running efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of care. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to improve how we hire as we grow. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Around 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar role. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Confidence working with spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby, and recruitment data. - A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on improving processes rather than simply maintaining them. - A collaborative working style and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and external partners. - Adaptability, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
