We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can combine analytical thinking with strong customer relationships. You'll own the full customer lifecycle: from successful adoption and value realization through renewal and expansion opportunities. You should think strategically about what your customers need, use data to solve their problems, and own outcomes for your portfolio.
This is a full-time role based in Lehi with a hybrid work setup.
Day in the Life

Become an expert in Workstream and your customers' business
Build deep understanding of how they manage hourly workforces, multi-location operations, and franchisee adoption
Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Use product usage data, customer activity, and financial signals to figure out what's working
Leverage CSM tools (Gainsight, Churn Zero, Totango, or similar) to get visibility into account health, adoption, and risk
When customers have complex challenges, identify them and work with Product, Support, and Sales to solve them
Run customer training, build content that helps them learn, and set them up to self-serve adoption where possible
Keep accurate account records and notes
Renewal & Retention (35%)
Own renewal conversations and drive renewal outcomes for your portfolio
Get ahead of at-risk accounts and develop recovery strategies based on understanding why customers churn
Use customer data and CSM tools to surface renewal timing and risk signals

Look at customer usage patterns and business fit to identify where Workstream can solve new problems
Partner with Sales to brief them on expansion readiness
Introduce customers to new features as it makes sense for their needs
Feedback & Insights (10%)
Share what you're seeing across your portfolio. Which segments stick around? What actually drives churn? What does healthy adoption look like?
Give the internal team feedback on product gaps, where training breaks down, and process improvements
Use the renewal forecast to figure out where to focus your energy and effort
Key Metrics You Will Be Measured On
Renewal rate and NRR for your portfolio
Customer retention and churn
Customer engagement and health
CSQLs generated for Sales
Product adoption and usage
Who You Are
4–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar work where you've owned customer outcomes. You've managed a portfolio, built relationships, and moved the needle. Experience closing renewals is helpful.
You're analytical and strategic. You read customer data and understand what it means. You can look at a health scorecard and know what to do. You notice patterns: which segments are resilient, what kills adoption, where expansion lives.
You're good at discovery. You ask questions that matter, listen, and actually understand what your customers are trying to accomplish. You naturally uncover renewal risk, expansion signals, and feature requests.
You can handle complexity and ambiguity. You manage enterprise customers with real nuance - multi-location operators, franchisees, corporate partners. You know when to escalate, when to fix it yourself, when to loop in Product.
You're a clear communicator. You can explain complicated concepts in simple terms to customers and internally. Your account summaries and feedback are actually useful to the team.
You're organized and detail-oriented. You keep your accounts clean, track next steps, and follow through. You're comfortable with dashboards and CSM tools.
Nice To Have
Experience with payroll, HR tech, QSR, or franchising
You've used CSM platforms like Gainsight, Totango, Churn Zero, or Intercom

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data team and lead the evolution of our Analytics Engineering platform. As Render scales, you'll build the foundations that turn raw data into trusted, reusable models for analytics, executive reporting, and AI-assisted decision-making.
In this role, you'll partner closely with analysts, scientists, data engineers, and teams across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other business functions. Analysts and scientists will bring domain expertise and own business logic within their areas; you'll own the technical architecture, modeling standards, and engineering practices that help that work scale reliably.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll set the technical direction for Analytics Engineering at Render—strengthening data quality, improving the developer experience, and building semantic and context layers that make data easier to discover and use. You'll help teams move faster with consistent metrics and maintainable models they can trust.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own our Analytics Engineering architecture. Guide the long-term evolution of Render’s Analytics Engineering platform, strengthening foundational models so our data remains trusted, scalable, and ready for AI-assisted analytics.
- Build trusted, reusable data models. Design, build, and maintain governed dbt models that serve as authoritative sources for business-critical metrics across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams.
- Establish engineering standards. Define and improve practices for data modeling, testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD, and code review. Review high-impact dbt changes and reduce technical debt across the analytics codebase.
- Enable self-service and AI-assisted analytics. Design and maintain semantic and context layers that make metrics consistent, data discoverable, and analysis reliable for both people and AI tools.
- Partner closely with analysts and scientists. Help analysts and scientists translate domain-specific business logic into scalable, maintainable warehouse models, moving shared logic out of individual reports and dashboards and into governed datasets.
- Improve reliability and efficiency. Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen source data quality, warehouse architecture, and BigQuery performance and cost efficiency.
- Raise the bar for Analytics Engineering. Mentor analysts, scientists, and analytics engineers on dbt development, dimensional modeling, and engineering best practices, and help teams adopt shared standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience running dbt in production.
- Expert-level SQL skills and a track record of designing and owning scalable Kimball dimensional models.
- Deep expertise in modern Analytics Engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, documentation, data contracts, lineage, and governance.
- Experience building semantic and context layers, trusted metrics, and warehouse architectures that support self-service analytics for humans and AI agents across multiple business domains.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouse architecture, performance optimization, and cost efficiency, with experience in platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- A track record of establishing technical standards, influencing engineering practices without formal authority, and improving reliability while reducing technical debt.
- Proven ability to partner closely with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable data models.
- Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment across teams.
- Experience building data models that connect product usage, acquisition, CRM, and financial data across the customer lifecycle.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate data modeling, testing, documentation, or exploration.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Render’s analytics stack, including BigQuery, Segment, dbt, and analytics tools such as Metabase or Mixpanel.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The next generation of software won’t just be used by people — it’ll be built and shipped by agents. Builds are where that happens, and they’re the beating heart of Vercel. Whether an idea starts in v0, in an agent, or in an engineer’s editor, every customer builds — and millions of builds flow through our systems every day.
As an engineer on the Agentic Infrastructure team, you’ll take ownership of the systems that carry that work at scale. You won’t just contribute features — you’ll be responsible for the design, reliability, and evolution of the platform itself. You’ll make decisions that shape performance, define best practices, and ensure the workflows that Vercel, our customers, and their agents depend on are fast, resilient, and secure.
This role blends product thinking with deep systems ownership. You’ll partner with teams across Vercel to build and operate the agentic infrastructure that determines how software actually ships.
We’re looking for engineers who want to own high-scale systems end-to-end, thrive on improving the developer/agent experience, and are driven to have a lasting impact on how modern software gets built and delivered.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve the infrastructure that powers Vercel’s build and deployment lifecycle — from handling webhooks to designing resilient database schemas and building scalable APIs.
Design and operate high-performance microservices that process millions of builds daily, ensuring speed, reliability, and developer delight.
Lead projects end-to-end: from identifying opportunities to defining technical direction and delivering improvements in performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Collaborate across teams to align infrastructure with company-wide goals and ensure seamless developer workflows.
Shape the long-term vision of agentic infrastructure at Vercel by setting standards for scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
Participate in the on-call rotation, taking responsibility for the reliability of critical systems.
Contribute to the open-source community, representing Vercel’s commitment to advancing developer tools globally.
Write clean, efficient, tested, and well-documented code that others can build upon confidently.
What you need
3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating backend applications and distributed systems at scale.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to navigate and improve complex systems.
Strong proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
A track record of end-to-end ownership — from design and implementation through to long-term operation in production.
Skilled at cross-team collaboration, able to influence priorities and drive alignment toward shared goals.
Able to reason about technical direction and architectural tradeoffs, balancing long-term vision with pragmatic delivery.
Invested in the people around you — through mentorship, code review, or simply raising the bar on how the team builds.
Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to push the boundaries of how modern software gets built and shipped.
Bonus if you
Are familiar with React or Next.js
Have experience with DynamoDB
Have worked to develop a CI/CD platform or internal developer platform used by other engineers or by agents.
Have experience contributing to or participating in open-source projects.
Have experience optimizing build systems for monorepos or polyrepo setups.
Have experience with build caching, artifact storage, or dependency management at scale.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The base pay range for this role is $196,000.00 - $294,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The People team at LangChain is architecting the operating system for the team behind the agents. Our charter is to make LangChain the best place to work — building the foundational infrastructure across recruiting, global rewards, performance, and AI upskilling that empowers our team to achieve our mission. We treat the employee lifecycle as a product: modular, intentional, designed for high-velocity iteration. We dogfood our own platform to automate the mundane and keep the team focused on the high-judgment work that matters.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our People Operations team is globally distributed. This role is our West Coast presence — the person on the ground in SF and the anchor for People Ops during US hours.
This is a logistics, compliance, and hospitality role simultaneously. A new hire's first week is a product we're responsible for, and you own it. You’re the often face of HR to employees, and are focused on solving problems for our users (employees) in a high craft, maximum agency way. The systems here are still being built, and you have an opportunity to help influence how we set up the infrastructure to scale. We’re here to build something great, and you play a key role in making that happen through the foundations of people operations.
Location/City:
San Francisco, CA — in office 5 days per week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own onboarding end-to-end. Run pre-boarding — documentation, account setup, background checks, and the data handoffs to IT, Payroll, and Workplace — so nothing reaches a new hire half-finished.
- Run cohort day. Facilitate our twice-monthly in-person onboarding cohorts in SF, including everything from compliance to the employee experience.
- Drive the first 90 days support structure. Run the system behind 45/90 check-in cadence, buddy program, and the onboarding survey, including closing the loop on what it tells us.
- Be the front line during US hours. Serve as the first stop for employee questions: resolve what you can, route what you can't, and drive ongoing documentation in our knowledge base so it doesn't get asked twice.
- Build the process, don't just run it. Write and maintain the onboarding SOPs, close the parity gap between in-office and remote onboarding, and build distinct paths for rehires and international hires.
- Automate your own work. Use AI to take the repetitive load off this function — status chasing, packet assembly, provisioning checklists, survey synthesis — and use ticket volume to find what keeps breaking.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 2–5 years in people operations, HR coordination, or onboarding at a high-growth tech company, with hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling preferred).
- Compliance Fluency: Working knowledge of I-9 and employment eligibility verification, including the retention and audit requirements — plus the follow-through that casework rewards. Documents move on deadline, and you are never the reason something sits.
- Documentation-First Instincts: Your processes are written down, current, and usable by someone else. You turn a repeat question into a knowledge base article instead of answering it twice.
- AI Fluency: You already use tools to increase your leverage, and you reach for automation instinctively rather than as an afterthought.
- White-Glove Judgment: A new hire's first day is a moment that matters and you treat it that way. You handle compensation, immigration, and personal data with discretion.
- Resilient Ownership: You're comfortable on a globally distributed team and in a fast paced, build environment. When equipment doesn't arrive or a start date moves, you're calm and already solving it.
- Operating Principles: You exemplify our operating principles https://www.langchain.com/careers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience standing up or rebuilding an onboarding program, not just running an existing one
- Immigration or visa coordination experience (H-1B, PERM, TN, or equivalent)
- Global onboarding exposure
- Experience with LangSmith, Claude, or a similar tools
Annual salary range: $100,000 – $110,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

— Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and hand off to Sales
— Identify accounts showing signs of declining usage or key contact changes and respond with education or outreach
— Share relevant case studies, benchmark data, and best practices

We're growing rapidly at scale and are backed by Battery Ventures, a global technology-focused investment firm. While most companies are still figuring out how to use AI, we've spent years building it into the core of our platform - and we're just getting started.
As a Senior Localization Operations Specialist on Smartling's Managed Services team, you'll own complex, larger-scale customer accounts and serve as an operational advisor to both clients and junior team members. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking - you'll optimize workflows, lead escalation resolution, and help clients mature their localization programs, all while mentoring the next generation of Loc Ops Specialists. We are looking for a hire based on the US East Coast at this time.
You Will
Own complex or high-volume customer accounts end-to-end - from process design through delivery and retrospective.
Design and optimize localization processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across diverse client accounts and operational environments.
Lead escalation resolution with minimal oversight, driving issues to closure while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to improve localization processes and support the scaling of their programs effectively.
Proactively identify operational risks - including volume spikes and tooling gaps - and mitigate them before they impact delivery or quality.
Mentor junior Localization Coordinators and Operations Specialists on process design, platform usage, and execution best practices.
You Have
3-5 years of experience in localization project management or operations, including ownership of complex accounts.
Deep hands-on experience with Smartling or comparable enterprise translation management systems (TMS).
Demonstrated ability to design, optimize, and govern localization processes at scale across complex, multi-account environments.
Strong track record of managing escalations and navigating challenging customer conversations, providing advisory support, education, and guidance to drive successful resolution.
Experience mentoring or coaching junior Localization Coordinators and Operations Specialists, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and provide effective training in a localization or operations context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
Solid understanding of localization industry trends, AI-enabled tooling, translation memory (TM) strategy, and localization frameworks.
Preferred but not required
Working knowledge of file engineering fundamentals, scripting languages, and localization engineering concepts, including file formats, encoding standards, and placeholder/tag management.
Experience supporting global, enterprise-tier clients with complex, multi-stream localization programs.
Fluency or working proficiency in a second language
You Are
Strategic.
You think beyond immediate deliverables, considering how today’s decisions impact the client’s localization program at scale.
Resilient.
Escalations and ambiguity don’t destabilize your approach; you stay grounded and focus on driving resolution.
Influential.
You build trust across internal and external stakeholders through expertise, consistency, and dependable follow-through.
Analytical.
You leverage available data, tools, and AI insights to identify trends and inform clear, actionable recommendations.

IT Engineer
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. Tier 1 & 2 IT Support
Provide day-to-day IT support across identity, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints.
Serve as an escalation point for more complex access, integration, or device issues.

Identify recurring operational problems and contribute to durable, system-level improvements.
Vendor Lifecycle & IT Operations
Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, and renewals.
Assist with SaaS access reviews and vendor offboarding.
Help maintain visibility into vendor usage, contracts, and lifecycle status.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
Help build the operational foundation that powers Sierra's ecosystem—and the global community building the future of AI agents.
Sierra's ecosystem is growing rapidly. Customers, partners, and developers around the world are building on Sierra to create the next generation of AI-powered experiences. As that community grows, we're looking for an Ecosystem Operations Manager to help scale the programs, systems, and operations that enable it to thrive.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within Sierra's Partnerships & Ecosystems team. You'll help operate and improve Sierra University, partner enablement, developer relations, and builder community programs while strengthening the operational foundation that enables the ecosystem to scale.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships, you'll improve processes, coordinate programs, and build the operational rigor that allows our ecosystem to grow efficiently.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity—someone who can build scalable processes, execute high-impact programs, and continuously improve how we serve customers, partners, and builders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale Sierra University by managing curriculum operations, certification programs, learner journeys, platform administration, and governance.
- Coordinate programs that grow Sierra's global builder community, creating opportunities for customers and partners to learn, connect, and succeed.
- Drive partner enablement operations in partnership with the Partnerships team, ensuring partners have the training, resources, and operational support they need to activate quickly.
- Create and maintain developer-facing resources—including documentation, tutorials, videos, and technical enablement materials—that help builders get the most from Sierra's platform.
- Plan and execute ecosystem events, including certification launches, builder summits, partner workshops, developer days, and community activations.
- Build and improve the operational systems, reporting, and processes that enable the Partnerships & Ecosystems team to scale efficiently.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships to coordinate ecosystem initiatives and keep programs moving.
- Measure ecosystem health through certification adoption, partner activation, community engagement, content effectiveness, and customer feedback, and use those insights to continuously improve how Sierra serves builders and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner enablement, program management, or a related function at an enterprise SaaS or developer platform company.
- Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs.
- Experience creating developer-facing content, including documentation, tutorials, videos, or technical enablement materials.
- Fluent in modern AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and a strong understanding of how AI agents, LLMs, and developer tools are transforming the way software is built, shipped, and adopted.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing both customer-facing content and executive-ready communications.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and energized by building scalable programs in fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support Sierra University, partner enablement, ecosystem events, builder programs, and community engagement.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience at companies with scaled developer ecosystems, learning platforms, or partner communities.
- Experience supporting both customer and partner audiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, community platforms, event operations, and modern content creation tools.
- Experience working with AI platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Prior software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience.
- Experience scaling global ecosystem programs in fast-growing environments with limited existing processes or playbooks.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Location: Severna Park, MD
What The Role Is
This role keeps Babylist Health’s billing operations moving and serves as the on-site anchor for our physical office. You’ll blend revenue cycle support — processing and routing critical billing documents accurately and on time — with the day-to-day of running the office. You’ll be the in-person point of contact, working closely with remote teammates and outside partners to keep people, paperwork, and place connected. It’s hybrid in title, but the on-site presence is real: you’re on-site at our Severna Park, MD office (just outside Baltimore) five days a week during business hours (EST). If you like being the dependable person who keeps things running and enjoy a mix of billing support and office ops, this is a strong fit.
Who You Are
You can run the operational backbone of an office
— sorting and routing mail and documents, uploading paperwork accurately, and keeping daily workflows on track.
You’re available on-site at our Severna Park, MD office, five days a week
during standard business hours (EST) — you’re the in-person anchor for the office, so consistent presence is essential.
You’re detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information
— billing documents and confidential data pass through your hands, and accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable.
You’ve worked in administrative, operations, or office support roles — healthcare or insurance billing exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
You’re quick with digital document, mail, and call tools like Niko, Earth Class Mail, and Aircall — or a fast learner who’ll be fluent in weeks.
You’re a clear, kind communicator who keeps remote teammates and external partners in the loop.
You’re proactive and flexible — you spot what needs doing and pitch in without being asked.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You’re already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what’s coming next.
How You Will Make an Impact
Support daily billing and revenue cycle workflows so operations stay timely and accurate.
Open, sort, and prioritize incoming mail and documents — routing or uploading each to the right place.
Upload and manage required documentation in Niko with care.
Flag urgent items, discrepancies, and issues, and escalate them to the right partners.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
Answer live calls via Aircall during office hours, return voicemails promptly, and direct callers to the right people.
Monitor incoming communications and respond or route as needed.
Why This Role
You’re the connective thread between people, paperwork, and place — visible, relied on, and central to how the office runs day to day.
It’s a genuine blend of revenue cycle exposure and office operations — a strong on-ramp if you want to grow in healthcare ops.
Babylist Health is a small, growing team, so your reliability is felt right away and your ideas for smoother workflows actually land.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation.
The starting salary range for this role is
$51,802 to $69,056
