About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the distributed systems that train, serve, and secure our AI models. That includes data pipelines, some of the largest Kubernetes clusters in the world, and the databases, observability, and developer tooling that every other team at Anthropic depends on.
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Infrastructure team, you'll scope and lead complex, multi-month infrastructure projects, make the architectural decisions other engineers build on, and work with research and product teams to build systems that keep pace as their needs change.
Team placement happens after the interview process, based on your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This helps us match you with the team where you'll have the most impact.
Key responsibilities
Independently scope and lead complex, multi-month infrastructure projects, from an ambiguous starting point through to a production system
Make architectural decisions that shape the foundation other engineers and teams build on
Drive alignment on technical direction across teams, working through ambiguous problem spaces
Partner with research and product teams to understand their infrastructure and compute needs, and turn them into technical designs
Own the reliability, scalability, and security of the systems you build as usage and complexity grow
Set technical strategy and standards for your team's infrastructure
Build and improve operational processes such as incident response, postmortems, and on-call rotations, so the team learns from every incident
Mentor other engineers and help raise the technical bar for the team
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or infrastructure in production
A history of independently scoping and delivering complex, ambiguous, multi-month technical projects
Experience making architectural decisions that other engineers and teams build on
Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in at least one programming language (for example, Python, Rust, Go, or Java)
Experience with modern cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, on AWS and/or GCP
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience driving alignment across teams or stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience, not including internships
Experience with machine learning infrastructure such as GPUs, TPUs, or Trainium, and associated networking like NCCL
Low-level systems experience, such as Linux kernel tuning or eBPF
Background in security or privacy engineering best practices
Prior experience as a technical lead or mentor for other engineers

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.

An overview of this role
As a Backend Engineer on the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team, you'll help build GitLab's intent-to-code loop: agentic workflows that turn a stated intent into a refined work item, an implementation plan, and verified, mergeable code. You'll own early-stage backend work across the flows, application programming interfaces, data models, and evaluation systems behind this experience, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
You'll join a small, distributed team working on one of GitLab's highest-visibility product bets, collaborating with design partners toward a public beta. In your first year, you'll lead major features from an unclear problem through release, help shape scope with product and users, mentor other engineers, and influence technical decisions across agent workflows and evaluation methods.
What you’ll do
Lead backend features from early product discussions through technical design, implementation, rollout, and post-launch learning.
Build the flows, application programming interfaces, and data models behind agent-generated work items, implementation plans, durable specifications, and mergeable code.
Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems that measure workflow quality, token cost, and success rate.
Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build reliable production systems, with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, representational state transfer, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
Collaborate directly with product, design, engineers, design partners, and users to shape scope and make practical trade-offs.
Coordinate multi-person projects across the team and communicate decisions clearly in GitLab's asynchronous, all-remote environment.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical direction across the Plan group and related artificial intelligence initiatives.
Work in short iterations, share progress through demos, and use results and user feedback to guide what comes next.
What you’ll bring
Strong Ruby on Rails experience in a large production codebase and production experience with Python.
Experience driving substantial projects with several engineers over multiple months, with clear user or business outcomes.
A product mindset and experience owning features end to end, including shaping scope, making trade-offs, engaging with users, and learning from adoption after launch.
A full stack background with a current focus on backend engineering, plus the ability to read modern frontend code and design effective APIs.
Strong application programming interface design and structured query language fundamentals.
Experience exploring artificial intelligence-assisted development.
The ability to work independently, collaborate across functions and regions, and support others through technical leadership and mentoring. Experience with GraphQL, PostgreSQL performance at scale, or building and evaluating large language model or agent systems is helpful but not required.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
About the team
We are a team of four engineers, with two backend and two frontend engineers across Canada and Europe. You'll work in an all-remote, async-first environment with weekly sync calls, retrospectives, demos, and short iterations. This is early-stage work with broad ownership, space for creativity, and a fast pace. For more about our team and its work, see

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As an Analytics Engineer at OnePay, you'll own the analytics foundation (dbt models, testing, and Databricks BI) so the business can move fast on trusted data. We build for humans and AI, so you’ll use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily to move faster and design models, metrics, and documentation that agents and analysts can both rely on.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build production dbt models on Databricks that the organization uses as the source of truth for what’s happening in the business
- Support external reporting with accurate, governed data that stakeholders and partners can trust
- Own data quality: testing, CI/CD, documentation, and patterns the team follows
- Build and evolve Databricks dashboards and semantic metrics for self-service across the business
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and analytics stakeholders to turn messy business problems into durable data products
- Drive AI-native workflows: Cursor/Claude (or equivalent) in daily development; model and doc design that works for LLM consumers
YOU BRING
- 3+ years in analytics engineering or equivalent: you’ve owned production models end-to-end, not just ad hoc analysis
- Expert SQL and deep dbt experience (architecture, incremental models, tests, macros, CI/CD)
- Strong Databricks BI (or equivalent semantic layer) delivery
- AI-savvy in practice: you already use AI coding tools daily, validate outputs rigorously, and design data for both humans and agents
- Proven ability to execute in ambiguity: startup pace, incomplete specs, bias toward shipping
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Owner mentality: you see what’s broken, fix it, and raise the bar for others
TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

Anthropic's New Markets and Monetization team exists to bring transformational AI to every business. Model capabilities are compounding, and the Claude Platform is how businesses build with our models. Our job within the Claude Platform is to make sure that every industry, not just software, can build on frontier AI with our APIs and that everyone who builds on Claude prospers by it.
The work falls into two pillars that reinforce each other.
Verticals:
identifying and building for the next API markets.
Monetization:
the commercial machinery that lets the platform do business anywhere, with anyone: a single way for usage that flows through partners, resellers, and other platforms.
We're hiring the founding product managers onto this team, and this posting covers all of them. You will own one of the areas below outright, work day to day with a dedicated engineering lead and designer, and be measured on numbers that are company-level goals for the half. Almost none of this exists yet, so most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it.
Key responsibilities
Partner and platform billing.
How usage that reaches Claude through a partner, reseller, or another platform is metered, attributed, and billed, and the program terms that go with it, so indirect volume can grow without our risk growing with it.
Spend observability and controls.
Giving enterprise buyers a precise view of what they spend and where, and turning that into limits and controls they can enforce, including programmatically.
One account, and the startup path built on it.
One login and one wallet across the API and Claude's subscriptions, so a builder's first commit, first production call, and first invoice are on a single plan.
A vertical.
The platform strategy for a particular industry: what builders there need that the platform doesn't yet do, which bets to make, and shipping them with the vertical's own product and go-to-market partners.
Whatever your focus, you will:
Build on primitives owned by the Billing Platform and Auth & Identity teams, and ship with Growth, Go-to-Market and Startups, Legal, Finance, and Data Science
Structure the commercial terms yourself, whether that's pricing, revenue attribution, or partner and startup program terms, with Finance, Legal, and Business Development
Talk to every side of the ecosystem, from enterprise buyers and startup builders to the partners that resell or embed Claude and the industry customers we're building for, and turn it into a roadmap where each new participant makes the platform more valuable to the rest
Own the team's outcome metrics: the share of the platform's business outside coding, new startup revenue, volume unified across the API and Claude's subscriptions, and the volume partners book on Claude, and make sure the instrumentation exists to know whether what you shipped moved them
Write the strategy, the specs, and the analysis yourself
Minimum qualifications
Have owned a developer platform, API, billing or money-movement product, or self-serve growth product end to end, and were the person accountable for its revenue or activation number (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years)
Have built with or shipped on top of large language models, and have a view on what changes about billing, identity, or distribution when the customer is sometimes an agent
Are technically fluent: you read API docs, work through a billing, identity, or attribution design with engineers, and make calls on platform primitives yourself
Pull your own data: SQL or equivalent, to define a metric, build a funnel, or size a market
Have negotiated pricing, revenue share, or program terms with Finance, Legal, or Business Development counterparts
Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you're making
Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about growing this platform in a way where the people building on it share in the upside
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Worked on metering, usage attribution, reseller or cloud-marketplace channels, or enterprise spend management
Taken a developer platform into a new industry, or built product in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or another regulated industry
Grown a developer product's self-serve or startup business, including its pricing and packaging
Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product
Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the economics all had to be worked out at once
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
