How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the decisions, deliver real impact, and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As Chief of Staff, you will report to the CRO and act as their extension across the Revenue organization. You will run the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing revenue team aligned, make sure the commitments made in leadership rooms turn into finished work, and take on the projects that do not have an obvious owner. The role is hands-on: you will chase deliverables, build the tracker, prepare the deck, and follow the thread until it is closed. In return you get a front-row seat to how a revenue organization is run at scale and a direct line to the people running it.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you'll do
Run the CRO's weekly operating cadence: track commitments and deliverables across the Revenue leadership team, follow up on what is late, and make sure nothing falls through
Act as the CRO's extension in tracking Revenue projects and KPIs, surfacing risks early and staying on them until they are resolved
Own the Revenue OKR process end to end: planning, tracking, and execution across every Revenue team, and reporting progress to the CRO and the executive team
Coordinate budget and headcount requests for the Revenue organization, from business case through approval with Finance and People
Lead cross-functional projects on the CRO's behalf, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal, and manage them through to completion
Work directly with the CRO on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters, and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $215,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization – the teams responsible for selling and diffusing Claude into enterprises around the world.
Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters. The best people in this role operate like advisors who embed themselves deeply in the orgs they support, earn a seat at the leadership table, write on behalf of executives, and see around corners, anticipating what the organization will need to hear before anyone asks for it. There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or NYC.
Responsibilities
Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within GTM, becoming an expert in the team's work and a trusted member of its leadership support team
Serve as an advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer and their team - helping them think through what to say and when, draft communications in their voice, and give them expert counsel
People manage a small team (one/two directs), supporting the global GTM org
Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into narratives that land with employees across every function
Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, customer wins, organizational change, moments of external attention) and have a plan ready for how we’ll bring employees along
Design and implement strategies to boost signal and reduce noise, so employees know what's important and what it means for them
Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
Partner closely with the broader internal communications team to ensure updates are accurately and consistently cascaded across existing channels and live forums
You may be a good fit if you
Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling complex concepts into plain English, with a nose for great storytelling
Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when to push, when to listen, and how to deliver a recommendation even when it’s something an exec may not want to hear
See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
Strong candidates may also
Have 15+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make complex, high-stakes material clear under pressure (e.g journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, strategy and operations)
Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the work moves faster than most people can follow
Have built or run internal communications programs during periods of rapid organizational growth

Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry, by helping customers deliver more personalized and profitable guest experiences. As a result, our digital ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions enable brands to do more with less and make every guest feel like a regular.
We are looking for a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to add to our industry-leading GTM team. In this role, you will develop relationships with prospective brands ready to scale their digital potential. The ideal candidate will possess technical aptitude, sharp project management skills, and comfort selling into all levels of an organization. Sound like you? Read on.
Olo's industry-leading online ordering platform has changed the restaurant landscape, helping many of our customers achieve 40%+ digital sales. You will be helping new logo brands move beyond fragmented tech by adopting an integrated platform for ordering, payments, and guest engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing group of Account Executives within Olo's Mid-Market Sales team, focused on restaurant brands with between 5 and 49 locations. You will report to the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Own the full sales cycle — from self-sourced prospecting and territory prioritization through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.
Build and manage key stakeholders and "champions" through multi-threading within target organizations.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (video conference or face-to-face) showcasing how Olo solutions help brands deliver personalized hospitality at scale while driving incremental revenue.
Coordinate customer meetings and deliver timely recaps with associated follow-up materials.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualifying competitive threats to final contract negotiations.
Partner with the Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless program launches that meet client expectations.
Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.
About Olo

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own how Tennr gets found, across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and The Trade Desk), traditional search, and the AI assistants our buyers increasingly ask first. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask ChatGPT or Claude which vendors to consider. Learning how they search and what they respond to is the core of the job.
You'll know you're right for this if you've built a growth channel from scratch, think in pipeline rather than impressions, and want to own a number.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search & Social: Run campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and landing page alignment.
- Programmatic: Own The Trade Desk, including audience selection, account-based targeting, and connected TV.
- SEO: Own keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, and organic growth. Focus on the low-volume, high-intent searches provider operators actually make, and build pages by specialty, workflow, and comparison intent.
- AEO: Make Tennr the answer when buyers ask AI assistants about referral intake, prior auth, and patient onboarding, by structuring owned content for LLMs and earning mentions on the third-party sources they cite.
- Measurement: Build the framework for CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, and keep conversion signal clean so platforms optimize toward qualified pipeline.
- Pipeline Ownership: Carry a pipeline goal shared with Growth and Sales.
- Experimentation: Test new channels and new ways of working, including AI tools and Clay workflows, and decide what to scale.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Sales on target segments, Content Marketing on paid offers, and Brand and Design on creative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years owning paid programs end-to-end, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. A management consulting background (MBB or similar) before that is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience building enrichment and audience workflows in Clay.
- Quantitative fluency. You think in CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, not clicks.
- Builder DNA. You've taken a channel from 0 to 1 and scaled what worked.
- Comfort with AI and a habit of experimenting with it, plus a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Creative judgment that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can show campaigns you've run and explain the thinking behind them.
A PLUS IF YOU...
- Have run campaigns in The Trade Desk or another DSP.
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience.
- Have run Reddit, X, or trade media campaigns.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
