We are looking for an experienced
Enterprise Architect
to own the overall technical architecture of the entire GoMining ecosystem, not just individual products. Your scope covers the architecture of all key domains (Payments, Cards, Custody, Wallet, Mining, and Core Platform) and the connections between them.
You will ensure that our products, platforms, infrastructure, and financial services operate as a scalable, secure, reliable, and interconnected ecosystem.
This is a highly influential role that requires both strategic architectural vision and deep hands-on engineering expertise. You will shape the target architecture, define technical standards, manage architectural dependencies, make critical technical decisions, and help teams choose the right path. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering leadership, and product teams.
Proven experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or cryptocurrency platforms is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end architecture of the GoMining ecosystem.
Define the target enterprise architecture, architectural principles, standards, and long-term technology roadmap.
Ensure architectural consistency and seamless integration across financial products, payments, wallets, custody, cards, mining services, and core platform infrastructure.
Design scalable and resilient distributed systems capable of supporting millions of users and high transaction volumes.
Establish clear architectural boundaries, service ownership, integration patterns, and data flows across multiple engineering teams.
Drive critical architecture decisions involving microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
Identify and eliminate architectural bottlenecks, technical debt, scalability limitations, and system dependencies.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
Collaborate with the CTO, Engineering Leads, Product Leaders, and business stakeholders to align technical architecture with business strategy.
Evaluate new technologies, architectural approaches, and infrastructure solutions.
Ensure security, reliability, observability, performance, and operational resilience are embedded into architectural decisions.
Remain deeply involved in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation reviews.
Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in enterprise, platform, or solution architecture roles.
Mandatory experience architecting systems within FinTech, banking, payments, digital banking, or cryptocurrency companies.
Proven experience designing architecture across multiple interconnected products, services, or business domains.
Strong software engineering background, ideally as a Senior / Lead / Principal Engineer.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
Experience designing high-load, fault-tolerant, and mission-critical systems.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of financial transaction processing, data consistency, security, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to define long-term architectural strategy while remaining technically hands-on.
Experience driving architectural decisions across multiple engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain infrastructure, digital wallets, or custody solutions.
Experience with card issuing, payment processing, banking integrations, or financial ledgers.
Experience building or transforming complex multi-product financial ecosystems.
Familiarity with PCI DSS, KYC, AML, and financial compliance requirements.
Experience scaling platforms to millions of users.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year

About the Role
We’re hiring a
Direct-Response Video Editor for a fast-growing DTC brand
to work remotely with their team.
The brand runs fast-paced direct-response ad campaigns, mainly on Meta and TikTok, and launches new products and collections often. You’ll edit short-form videos for both paid ads and organic content, mostly b-roll with text overlays and founder UGC (launch announcements and direct-to-camera informative videos). You’ll work closely with a small, friendly marketing team on time-sensitive campaigns where clear communication and quick turnaround matter.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Brainstorm ad and content ideas with the marketing team.
Edit short-form videos for Meta and TikTok, for both paid ads and organic content.
Deliver finished, clean videos with captions, on-screen text and royalty-free music.
Build strong hooks, keep viewers watching, and highlight the CTA to drive conversions.
Apply feedback from review rounds and re-submit without delays.
Track ad performance data and use it to guide future edits.
Follow brand guidelines and approved wording in all on-screen text and captions.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who understands proper hooks, viewer retention and how to drive conversions with a clear CTA.
Willingness to learn the brand’s community, including its mindset and needs. The audience is the community, and every ad is tailored to what they expect.
Respect for brand compliance. For example, the brand talks about the
resistance
its tools offer, not
magnet strength
, and avoids restricted terms and wording that lacks empathy.
Experience with founder-led or UGC-style content is a plus.
Requirements
Proven experience editing direct-response or performance video ads.
Full proficiency in professional editing software.
Strong English: scripts, videos and all team communication are in English, so you need to catch any wording, spelling or grammar mistakes.
Close attention to detail in short, fast-paced videos, even with multiple review rounds in place.
Ability to work quickly and reliably on time-critical launches.
Benefits
Competitive base salary. The base range is $1,500–$2,500 USD per month. Where you land depends on your experience and portfolio.
It's a creative-ownership role, with room to grow into scaling larger-budget campaigns.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Dynamic, fast-paced team culture focused on innovation and high-impact growth.
Collaborate with ambitious creators and e-commerce growth experts.

Together, they bring deep engineering expertise and an outcome-first mindset to help clients reimagine how they build, operate, and grow, turning the promise of AI into real, measurable business impact.
We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial sales hunter to expand Solvd's client base with new enterprise logos. You will stay ahead of market and technology trends, understand the challenges and priorities of our target customers, and translate them into opportunities that drive real business outcomes. You will generate pipeline through every available channel, including marketing-led campaigns, industry conferences and events, technology and alliance partnerships, and targeted outreach.
You will own each opportunity strategically from first conversation through contract signature. That means building a deep understanding of customer needs, articulating Solvd's value proposition with clarity and conviction, and bringing together the right internal teams to shape outcome-driven solutions. Success in this role is measured not only by deals won, but by clients who see value early and become long-term partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Logo Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
- Identify, target, and engage new enterprise and upper mid-market clients across priority industries.
- Generate pipeline through all channels: outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, conferences, industry events, and partner ecosystems (hyperscalers, AI platform providers, and technology partners).
- Build and execute a disciplined target account plan grounded in market research and customer insight.
End-to-End Deal Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage senior stakeholders (C Level execs and line-of-business leaders) and build trusted relationships across the buying group.
- Sell on value, connecting Solvd's capabilities across AI, agentic engineering, digital, data, and cloud to the client's business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the commercial process, including MSAs, SOWs, procurement, and legal discussions, in partnership with internal finance and legal teams.
Customer Relationships and Thought Leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their advocate within Solvd.
- Share Solvd's point of view on AI, agentic engineering, and digital transformation with customers and prospects.
- Represent Solvd at industry conferences, events, and forums, strengthening brand presence and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Bring market and customer insights back to internal leaders, sharing a clear point of view on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and practice teams across Agentic Engineering to ensure outcome-driven solutioning.
- Work with Engineering teams to shape and build service offerings that meet evolving customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, account-based marketing, and event strategy to drive targeted demand.
- Work with alliance and partnership teams to co-sell and build joint pipeline.
Sales Discipline and Forecasting
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, keeping all opportunities, activities, and forecasts accurate and up to date.
- Provide reliable pipeline reviews and quarterly forecasts to leadership.
Account Ownership and Transition
- Own each new account for six months after closure, ensuring a successful delivery start and customer delight.
- Identify early expansion opportunities and grow the initial engagement where possible.
- Execute a structured handoff to the assigned Client Partner, including account plan, stakeholder map, and growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting, with at least 6 years in a new logo (hunter) role.

- Solid understanding of AI, digital, data, and cloud services and the ability to discuss them credibly with clients.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms.
- Exposure to Agentic Engineering and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products is strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Build and lead a practical, high-trust health and safety program for Mistral AI’s rapidly expanding data center operations. You will protect employees, contractors and visitors while enabling safe deployment and operation of increasingly dense AI compute infrastructure across colocation sites. You will turn complex operational risks into clear standards, effective controls and measurable improvements.
Operating context & accountability
You will be the safety partner to Data Center Operations, IT Operations, infrastructure delivery, Security, Legal and People teams, and work directly with colocation operators, installation contractors and OEM service partners. Your remit spans live sites, deployment projects, commissioning and transitions into operations. You will ensure that safety responsibilities are clearly defined and that Mistral-controlled activities meet applicable requirements while challenging partner performance where shared interfaces create risk.
Key responsibilities - safety management and compliance
- Own the operational health and safety management framework for the data center portfolio: policy, critical-risk standards, annual objectives, assurance calendar, risk registers, incident classifications, documentation and management reporting.
- Interpret applicable occupational health and safety requirements with local specialists; translate them into site-level expectations, control plans and auditable evidence across different countries.
- Lead regular risk assessments, inspections and assurance reviews; prioritize findings by severity and exposure, assign owners and verify corrective actions have actually reduced risk.
- Create consistent arrangements for site access, inductions, competency checks, contractor onboarding, safety briefings and refresher training, including evidence of completion.
- Develop meaningful leading and lagging indicators, including high-potential near misses, overdue critical actions, training coverage, contractor observations and incident trends; present clear recommendations to leadership.
- Support supplier selection and contract reviews by defining appropriate safety requirements, escalation expectations and minimum standards for colocation and technical service partners.
Key responsibilities - operational and technical risk
- Provide safety oversight for electrical work interfaces, energized equipment, isolation and lockout/tagout, switching coordination, arc-flash exposure and simultaneous activities in live data halls.
- Assess safe systems of work for heavy rack deliveries, lifting and rigging, material handling, battery systems, working at height, temporary works, confined spaces where relevant and high-density IT installation.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, permits to work and job safety analyses for high-risk activities, ensuring that scope, boundaries, competence, emergency arrangements and hold points are understood.
- Partner with engineering teams on the risks introduced by direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, coolant handling, pressurized circuits, leak detection, hot surfaces and changing rack densities.
- Participate in readiness reviews before energization, commissioning, major deployments and changes in operating configuration; confirm critical safety issues are resolved or escalated before work proceeds.
- Coordinate emergency planning and drills with colocation operators and emergency responders for fire, evacuation, electrical incidents, coolant leaks, medical emergencies and loss of critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities - investigations and culture
- Lead or coordinate investigations of incidents, unsafe conditions and high-potential near misses involving Mistral activities; use structured causal analysis and share actionable learning across the portfolio.
- Challenge the completeness and quality of provider or contractor investigations when Mistral personnel or equipment may be exposed; track preventive measures through verification.
- Coach engineers, managers and vendors to identify hazards early, stop unsafe Mistral-controlled work and raise concerns without hesitation.
- Build strong partnerships with operations, construction, logistics, physical security, compliance and HR; communicate safety expectations clearly in written guidance, training and site discussions.
- Provide practical support to other regions during major incidents, rapid expansion or unusual operational risk.
What success looks like
- Critical activities are governed by clear, adopted controls and a consistent standard across sites.
- High-severity findings are visible, owned and resolved; incident learning results in verified preventive action.
- Site and contractor training, emergency readiness and compliance evidence are maintained and readily accessible.
- The safety program scales with infrastructure growth without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical health and safety experience in operational, industrial, construction or mission-critical environments.
- Experience implementing safety programs, contractor controls, inspections, risk assessments, investigations and training.
- Working knowledge of occupational safety regulations and high-risk work controls; ability to coordinate country-specific requirements.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders; fluent professional English.
- Ability to work regularly on site and travel between data center locations; valid driving licence where required for site access.
Preferred qualifications
- Data center, manufacturing, power infrastructure or complex construction experience involving employees and multiple contractors.
- Experience with electrical safety, critical mechanical systems, commissioning and work in live operational facilities.
- Recognized HSE qualification and familiarity with ISO 45001-based management systems.
- Experience with international portfolios, colocation operators and high-density IT or liquid-cooled systems.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while making thoughtful decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience launching a new product, category, or sales motion in identity security, access management, developer tools, or a related technical market; using field insights, win-loss feedback, or seller research to prioritize work; or holding security certifications or equivalent technical training.
What you can expect:
• Own the product enablement plan for Enterprise Password Manager, Agentic Access—including Developer Tools—and Privileged Access, prioritizing readiness work based on business impact, customer needs, launches, and field evidence.
• Translate Product Marketing strategy into sales motions that help IT, security, and engineering buyers secure access for developers, artificial intelligence (AI) agents, and privileged users.
• Create the pitch decks, talk tracks, qualification questions, discovery guides, product training, and other field assets needed to support customer conversations from discovery through expansion.
• Define how the portfolio fits into annual sales plays, including the personas to engage at each stage of the buying journey and the role of strategic technology and AI partnerships.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic opportunities, join live customer conversations, support discovery and demos, and coach sellers through complex technical questions and objections.
• Partner with Technical Marketing and Demo Engineering to map demos to sales plays and provide the customer, use-case, and product context needed to build credible launch and sales demonstrations.
• Measure field readiness, lead win-loss analysis, identify recurring objections and adoption barriers, and bring clear recommendations to Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and senior leadership.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma’s AI Insights team, within Research, is hiring a builder with exceptional design craft and deep AI fluency. You will report to Noam Segal, Director of AI Insights.
You will build internal AI products that help Figmates understand our customers and their needs. These products will scale customer intimacy across Figma and inform product and business decisions.
You enjoy figuring things out by making them. You own products from the first idea through design, building, evaluation, and adoption. You build primarily with AI tools and apply strong design and product judgment throughout. You ship early, improve rapidly, and hold internal experiences to the care expected of customer-facing Figma products.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York City or San Francisco hub - or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Identify where Figmates need better customer understanding. Choose opportunities where an internal product can make a meaningful difference
Design clear, compelling experiences that help employees find customer evidence, understand needs, and make informed decisions
Use AI tools to build and ship internal products. Own the work from initial concept through launch and continued use
Ship focused versions early. Improve them rapidly through feedback, actual use, and careful attention to interaction and visual details
Define a high quality bar for AI behavior, evidence quality, and usability. Build evaluations that expose failures and verify improvements
Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to launch products and support adoption
Demonstrate what you build, explain your decisions, and share reusable tools and practices. Measure whether the products improve customer understanding
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated exceptional design craft through a background in UX or product design, with strong interaction design, visual judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows without sacrificing important details
Build and shipped impactful products by turning ambitious ideas into working solutions using AI tools, demonstrating significant hands-on contributions, strong execution, and sustained value beyond initial prototypes
Applied deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows that connect models, data, and tools, troubleshoot failures across prompts and integrations, and translate emerging capabilities into effective products
Exercised strong product judgment by identifying unmet user needs, translating complex customer information into intuitive experiences, and making thoughtful tradeoffs across scope, quality, and speed
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hold an academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
Bring a track record in customer research or in building research platforms and tools that help employees explore customer evidence
Align teams around product priorities, communicate a clear point of view, and drive adoption by resolving competing needs with clear tradeoffs
Build evaluations based on realistic tasks to verify the accuracy, evidence quality, and usability of AI-powered products
Demonstrate familiarity with Figma’s products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
