ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry helps developers identify and resolve issues in their applications. Behind our products is a complex foundation of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and services that must perform reliably at scale.
Our Platform and Infrastructure Engineering teams build and operate the systems that power Sentry. From cloud infrastructure, distributed storage, and real-time event processing to service reliability, scalability, and developer productivity, these teams provide the technical foundation that enables our products and engineering organization to grow.
We're looking for Staff Software Engineers to tackle some of Sentry's most challenging infrastructure and distributed systems problems. Depending on your experience and interests, you might work on scaling our real-time event processing systems, improving the reliability and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure, or designing and building foundational services that support our products.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to identify important technical problems, lead solutions from design through production, and influence engineering decisions beyond your immediate team. We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving difficult problems, remain hands-on with the systems they build, and take pride in delivering meaningful technical impact.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable distributed systems that support Sentry's products and engineering teams.
- Own technically complex projects from identifying problems and defining solutions through implementation, deployment, and production operations.
- Solve challenging engineering problems involving system architecture, performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Make thoughtful architectural decisions, evaluating tradeoffs between performance, complexity, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
- Proactively identify technical challenges and opportunities for improvement, including problems without clearly defined requirements or established solutions.
- Stay hands-on with engineering, contributing production-quality code, reviewing designs, and helping resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders across teams to influence technical direction, establish engineering standards, and drive improvements.
- Share technical knowledge, mentor other engineers, and help strengthen engineering practices across the organization.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy solving difficult technical problems where the solution isn't immediately obvious.
- Like designing and building systems that operate reliably at scale.
- Thrive on taking ownership of complex engineering challenges, from initial design through production.
- Balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership and enjoy influencing decisions without formal authority.
- Think critically about architectural tradeoffs and favor pragmatic, maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity.
- Take initiative in identifying important problems rather than waiting for projects to be assigned.
- Enjoy collaborating with talented engineers, sharing knowledge, and raising the bar for engineering quality.
- Find satisfaction in shipping meaningful improvements and seeing the impact of your work in production.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in designing, building, and operating distributed systems or infrastructure.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, or a comparable language.
- Experience designing and implementing technically complex systems, with a track record of delivering meaningful engineering outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex technical projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions from design through production.
- Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Kubernetes, container orchestration, Terraform, infrastructure as code, networking, or service discovery.
- Distributed Systems: Distributed architectures, fault tolerance, consistency, replication, or high-availability systems.
- Data Infrastructure: Kafka, real-time streaming, distributed storage, OLAP/OLTP databases, or large-scale data processing.
- Infrastructure Reliability: Observability, performance optimization, capacity planning, incident response, or production operations.
- Developer Infrastructure: CI/CD systems, build and deployment infrastructure, developer environments, or internal developer platforms.
- Strong architectural judgment, with the ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and design systems for reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, collaborate effectively, and influence technical decisions across engineering teams.
- Experience improving engineering practices, sharing technical knowledge, or helping other engineers grow.
We recognize that strong engineers come from different backgrounds. You don't need experience in every technology or domain listed above. We're interested in candidates who bring meaningful technical depth, strong engineering judgment, and a track record of solving challenging problems.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $240,000 to $400,000, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Customer Experience team at 1Password designs digital-first experiences that help customers deploy, activate, and grow with confidence. Our goal is to create scalable programs that guide customers to the right next step at the right moment, improving product adoption, reducing friction, and supporting long-term customer outcomes.
As a Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager, you will own and evolve our digital customer success programs across the customer lifecycle. You will design, build, and optimize targeted digital journeys that help customers move from onboarding through activation and beyond. This role blends program strategy, campaign execution, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable customer impact at scale.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, working through ambiguity, and improving digital-first customer experiences in a fast-changing environment. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Success, this is a remote role within North America.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, Customer Success Operations, Product-Led Growth, or a related Software as a Service environment.
- Demonstrated success building and owning lifecycle or digital success programs with measurable business impact.
- Experience creating scalable campaigns, workflows, or journeys rather than managing a book of business.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, renewal, and risk management motions.
- Ability to interpret customer and product signals, identify patterns, and translate them into clear campaign strategies and measurable interventions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, effective messaging for different customer audiences and personas.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar customer success and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience collaborating across Customer Success, Product, Support, Operations, Marketing, Content, and Data teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Comfort working in changing environments where teams are building new programs, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
- Preferred: experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to support program design, experimentation, and campaign optimization; experience with 1Password and/or cybersecurity is also valued.
What you can expect:
- Design, launch, and improve digital customer success campaigns and programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and growth stages.
- Build scalable customer journeys that help customers reach key milestones using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement when needed.
- Identify customer signals, behaviors, milestones, and friction points that indicate progress, risk, or opportunity across the lifecycle.
- Translate customer and product insights into triggered programs and campaigns that guide customers to the right next step using existing resources and tools.
- Draft, edit, and optimize customer-facing communications, including email campaigns, journey messaging, and supporting content.
- Monitor program performance using metrics such as activation, deployment, engagement, retention, expansion, churn, and content interaction to evaluate effectiveness.
- Use testing methods such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and message iteration to improve campaign tone, timing, targeting, and outcomes.
- Partner with Data, Product, Customer Success Operations, Customer Experience Content, and Voice of Customer teams to align digital programs with customer insights and business priorities.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track program health, surface insights, and recommend improvements to digital-first customer experiences.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to accelerate campaign creation, analysis, experimentation, and optimization.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is looking for a senior investigator ready to shift from running cases to scaling the systems that run cases. You've built real depth in TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews; you know what a good escalation looks like, where analysts get stuck, and where automation actually holds up in production versus just looks good in a demo. In this role, you'll spend most of your time partnering with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling to turn that judgment into scaled AI systems: testing model outputs, labeling and calibrating results, and making sure every automated decision point is well-documented and properly governed. You'll stay close enough to FCC's day-to-day workflows and will partake in some of them, but this is fundamentally a builder role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling on automation experimentation and AI initiatives across TM, sanctions, complex fraud, and EDD, moving prototypes from one-off calibration exercises to defined, repeatable evaluation processes.
- Design and run labeling and tagging workflows for model outputs (e.g., TM alert dispositions, sanctions/PEP hit review) building a structured, documented pipeline in place of today's ad hoc process
- Define and maintain test sets, scenario coverage, and evaluation frameworks for compliance AI/agent tools in partnership with the engineers building them
- Own the documentation and governance layer for every automated or AI-assisted decision point
- Work with the FCC team to understand current workflows to guide innovative solutions
- Recommend automation and AI adoption decisions with evidence and escalate control-posture or model-risk trade-offs to compliance leadership
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of financial services experience in compliance, AML, or related regulatory advisory roles, preferably in fintech
- Demonstrated senior-investigator experience across TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews
- Direct experience testing, labeling, or evaluating AI/ML model outputs, or strong aptitude and demonstrated fast ramp-up if new to formal model evaluation
- Strong AI fluency and data analytics skills
- Comfort partnering with engineers day-to-day and ability to translate compliance judgment into build specs, test cases, and evaluation criteria engineers can act on
- Strong project management and documentation rigor
- Ability to scope an ambiguous automation problem, choose an approach, and deliver a durable outcome with minimal oversight
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Data science background
- Experience working with outsourced testing/QA partners on model tuning or signal collection
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Analyse category, product and promotional performance, preparing reports and insights to improve sales, profitability and assortment.
Support new product listings and maintain accurate supplier and product information across stores.
Support Category Managers in preparing supplier negotiations, following up on agreed actions and implementing commercial plans.
Coordinate promotional plans with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate details and timely campaign launches.
Implement pricing updates, campaigns and category projects, keeping trackers and timelines up to date.
Collaborate with inventory management, marketing, finance and retail systems teams to resolve issues and support business growth.
Improve daily processes through reporting tools, automation and AI to reduce manual work and increase accuracy and efficiency.
Our humble expectations*
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a related field.
1-3 years experience in category management, commercial support or coordination within retail, e-commerce or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to turn data into practical insights.
A commercial mindset and an understanding of how assortment, pricing and promotions influence sales and profitability.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills in Serbian and English, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Confidence using presentation tools, business systems and reporting tools, along with a willingness to explore AI and automation.
A collaborative, proactive and hands-on approach, with the motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role.
What we offer
You’ll gain broad exposure to the commercial engine of a fast-growing online grocery business and work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and cross-functional teams. This role offers a strong foundation to build commercial, analytical and operational skills while helping shape more efficient ways of working through data, systems and AI.

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can work across engineering, product, and business teams. You’ll bring the technical judgment to earn engineers’ trust and the ability to create clarity and momentum across complex programs. This is a hands-on role with executive visibility and direct impact on how Ramp’s engineering organization scales.
You’re energized by complexity and curious about how AI can improve the way engineering teams work. You experiment with AI tools yourself, understand how they are changing software development, and bring that perspective to the programs you lead.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, from infrastructure scaling to reliability and incident response.
- Connect platform and product engineering teams, keep context flowing, surface dependencies, and drive effective execution.
- Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, measurement, and retrospective.
- Partner with engineering leaders on roadmaps, identify how projects overlap or depend on one another, and keep programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Help engineers, engineering managers, and partner teams communicate business and engineering priorities across the organization.
- Strengthen Ramp’s incident response program by improving processes, facilitating retrospectives, and helping teams act on what they learn.
- Help define how TPMs work at Ramp by setting standards, creating playbooks, and improving program practices.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, and a point of view on how they can improve day-to-day work and software development.
- The ability to execute directly while improving how the broader team works.
- A track record of building trust quickly and working effectively across teams.
- A BA/BS in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, or another technical or analytical field.
- Strong systems thinking: you can connect architecture, product, compliance, and timelines, and spot risks early.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs toward ambitious goals with urgency and ownership.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cell-based or multi-region architectures, or international expansion.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure, CI/CD, or observability tools.
- Experience leading reliability programs.
- Experience building programs in rigorous, fast-moving organizations.
- A background in software engineering.
- Familiarity with how LLM-based systems are built and deployed, enough to have substantive conversations with the engineers building them.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE DESIGN AND RESEARCH COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Alan’s Design & Research (D&R) community is the group of designers and researchers behind everything our members see and use. Our goal is simple: build the most member-centric health experience there is, with high standards of craft and a real understanding of the people we design for.
We are growing fast, and AI is changing what is possible in the way we work. We are looking for someone who loves tooling, ops and AI to help us move faster without lowering the bar on quality.
This is a builder role where design, operations and AI meet. You will scope where AI and automation can help us build faster, scale better and catch quality issues earlier, then turn the best ideas into tools the community actually uses. Along the way, you will help us improve our rituals and best practices, and share what we learn inside and outside Alan. You are not a designer or a researcher yourself: you are the enabler that allows the community to go faster and perform better as our member base grows.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
You will help D&R work smarter and keep quality high as we grow, in close collaboration with the community, its lead, and the engineering, Product Ops and platform teams we work with. You will help shape our community strategy on AI and tooling, then build and run what comes out of it.
- Explore: Test new AI tools and automations, find the ones that really save time or improve quality, and share the best with the community. Work with our internal AI tooling teams to bring what’s cutting edge to design and research.
- Build: Create skills, agents and automated checks that make design and research work more efficient, reliable and of higher quality.
- Run the tooling: Maintain and upgrade the tools the community relies on, and be our point of contact with Alan’s platform and agentic teams.
- Improve how we work: Bring in better practices and rituals, push our existing rituals to the next level and help us show what we learn and achieve, inside and outside Alan.
- Own your roadmap: Identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, set clear goals, track adoption and quality, and adjust as you go.
🚀 YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF...
You are an ops-minded builder with around 4 years of experience in ops or enablement roles: design ops, tooling, automation, analytics, program management or something close. Design and research interests you, but what drives you is helping teams work better with tools, automation and better rituals.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience automating work. You have replaced repetitive tasks with automations, internal tools or AI workflows (no-code, low-code or AI tools), at work or on your own projects, and you can tell us what you built and who used it.
- Familiarity with AI tools. You have built or tested skills, agents or automations, and you care that they are reliable, not just impressive in a demo.
- Comfort working with engineers. You can build things yourself, you know when to ask for production-grade work, and you speak their language.
- Experience supporting a team or community, for example through onboarding, rituals, events or internal communications.
- Strong English communication, to collaborate with our international team. French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in or alongside a design or research team.
- Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
Qualities we look for
- Builder and strategic mindset: you make progress with incomplete information, choose the simplest approach that works, and ship.
- Rigour: you set a baseline and a target, and improve with each iteration.
- Systems thinking: you see how people, processes, tools and data fit together.
- Judgment: you frame ambiguous problems, prioritise, and know what to drop.
- Clear communication: you keep people updated and explain your choices.
🌍 WHERE YOU CAN BE BASED
Location: Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week. We prefer you have the right to work here.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We’ll be thrilled to receive your application!
