ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a TPRM Senior Associate with 4+ years of relevant experience to serve as a key operational member of the London TPRM team. This role is the primary operational bridge between the London leadership, the Offshore TPRM Operations Team, and critical onshore functions (Procurement, Business Owners, Risk SMEs). The Senior Associate is responsible for coordinating the execution workflow, managing the quality assurance of medium-risk third parties, and driving the logistics for the critical Supplier Performance Review process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is centred on execution quality, operational leadership, and cross-functional coordination within the London TPRM team structure:
- Offshore Operations Liaison & Quality Control:
- Act as the primary daily point of contact and operational supervisor for the Offshore TPRM Operations Team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all third-party risk assessments and due diligence activities.
- Lead the Quality Control (QC) process for all assessments delivered by the offshore team, ensuring outputs are consistent, align with established methodologies, and are fully audit-ready.
- Monitor the operational performance of the offshore team against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Be ready to conduct third-party assessments to support the team, where required.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Assessment Oversight:
- Coordinate Assessment Initiation by working closely with Procurement and Business Owners to ensure third-party risk assessments are initiated at the correct phase of the third-party lifecycle.
- Manage the crucial triage and review process by coordinating with Internal Risk SMEs (e.g., InfoSec, Data Privacy, BCP) to ensure high-risk assessments receive appropriate specialized review and sign-off prior to completion.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for these onshore internal risk teams regarding third-party-specific findings and remediation requirements.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Oversee the governance and standardization of ongoing supplier performance monitoring activities executed by the offshore team.
- Coordinate with Business Owners and Procurement to collect and review performance data (e.g., SLA adherence, operational metrics) and integrate significant performance failures or deficiencies into the overall third-party risk profile.
- Ensure any critical performance issues are appropriately flagged for risk review and incorporated into continuous monitoring plans.
- Escalation and Remediation Management:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for all high-risk findings, process bottlenecks, and third-party non-compliance issues reported by the Offshore TPRM Operations Team.
- Work with Business Owners and Procurement to define, drive, and track third-party remediation plans, ensuring mitigation steps are completed within established timelines.
- 2nd Line of Defense Liaison & Governance Support:
- Act as the key operational liaison for the 2nd Line of Defense (Risk Oversight), compiling and delivering required operational data, metrics, and commentary on the coverage and control effectiveness of the TPRM program.
- Support the TPRM team in the preparation of reports and presentations on TPRM metrics, trends, and program effectiveness for leadership and Risk Committees.
- Program & Tool Support:
- Assist the TPRM team in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the TPRM system/tool, ensuring data integrity across the platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), risk management, compliance, or a related operational control function.
- Consulting Background: Prior experience working at a Big 4 (e.g., Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) or a similar major consulting firm is highly desirable.
- Operational Control: Proven experience acting as a process gatekeeper or reviewer, with specific experience in Quality Assurance (QA) for risk or compliance deliverables.
- Coordination: Demonstrated success coordinating delivery and information flow between offshore/remote teams and demanding onshore business/risk stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and articulate complex operational risks clearly.
- TPRM/GRC Knowledge: Solid understanding of TPRM principles, risk domains (InfoSec, BCP, ABAC, etc.), and prior experience supporting the administration or maintenance of a GRC/TPRM platform is highly desirable.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

About the Role
As a Backend Engineer on the team, you will build and own the services, APIs, and data flows behind creator insights. You will bring a strong backend foundation and the curiosity to work in the data layer: designing data models, building and maintaining pipelines and jobs, and making sure the data creators see is correct, fast, and reliable. In this role you will:
- Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs that serve creator insights at scale.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, jobs, and models that feed insights features, in partnership with Data Engineering.

- 3+ years or 5+ years of experience in backend software development, building production services and APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language, with good engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring).
- Strong SQL skills and experience designing and optimizing relational data models (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with data-intensive work, such as batch or streaming pipelines, scheduled jobs, event logging, or serving analytical data (e.g. Airflow, Spark, Kafka / Kinesis, dbt, a data lake or warehouse).
- Care about data accuracy and reliability, including idempotency, backfills, and handling late or duplicate data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering with product, design, and data teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with data quality, lineage, or observability tooling.
- Experience building customer-facing analytics, reporting, or insights features.
- Familiarity with metric design and data modeling for analytics and experimentation.
- Familiarity with Elastic Search or OLAP
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

Helix is our flagship Ad-Network team of around 60 top-tier engineers and data scientists spanning backend, mobile SDKs, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI. Helix has evolved beyond powering Voodoo's own gaming portfolio—our technology is now directly integrated into games from external, third-party publishers worldwide.
Operating across millions of third-party devices in real-time bidding environments creates unique technical challenges around SDK performance, ultra-low latency, and intelligent automation.
Within Helix, you'll join the RTB team, the group that owns the bidder and the services behind it that help it take the optimal bidding decision. Bidder, pricing, models and data are all built in-house, so nothing is out of reach when you want to change how a bid gets made. You will work with expert backend and machine-learning engineers in real-time bidding, on a system that prices ad requests across mobile gaming in real time, at a scale few teams get to work at.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Real Time Bidding to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll drive product decisions across the full bidding pipeline.
You'll own projects end-to-end: roadmap, trade-offs, shipping, and cross-team contract. You will also:
- Own the roadmap of the bidding pipeline. How we target, price, pace and cap, and what goes live in the bid path and when.
- Own the delivery. Adapt to changes, set clear priorities, communicate effectively
- Own experimentation as a product. Other teams test ideas on the bidder through the framework we build. You make sure they can run the experiments they need, trust the results, and get an answer fast.
- Keep the pieces fitting together. You spot a change in one team that will break another before it reaches production.
- Contribute to the product strategy beyond your scope.
PROFILE (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in programmatic advertising. You have worked on pricing, bidding or auction logic on a DSP, bidder or exchange, you know the pipeline from bid request to win, and you can explain the business impact of your work.
- Analytical mindset. You back decisions with data and understand the statistical basis of pricing and experimentation.
- You own outcomes across teams. When a change in one team is about to break another, you catch it and drive the fix before it ships.
- You use AI tooling daily to write specs, analyse data and prototype, and you move faster because of it.
PROFILE (NICE TO HAVE)
- Mobile user acquisition: app install campaigns, attribution or mediation.
- Experience working with ML or data science teams.
- Supply-side experience: ad exchange or SSP.
- Background in statistics, operations research or economics.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

You’ll own the review process from initial diligence through final recommendation or approval, helping inKind fund strong restaurant partners while managing risk.
This role requires financial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to understand the business behind the numbers. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, asking thoughtful questions, and explaining your conclusions clearly.
What you’ll do
Review new funding opportunities. Assess applications, financial statements, sales trends, bank activity, existing obligations, and other supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
Underwrite restaurant businesses. Evaluate operating performance, cash flow, liquidity, ownership experience, and the restaurant’s ability to support the proposed funding structure.
Determine appropriate funding terms. Recommend funding amounts, structures, conditions, and risk mitigants based on your analysis and inKind’s underwriting guidelines.
Make funding decisions. Approve or decline requests within your delegated authority and present exceptions or larger transactions to the appropriate decision-makers.
Document your judgment. Prepare concise underwriting summaries that explain the opportunity, key risks, assumptions, and rationale for each decision.
Lead diligence. Work with restaurant owners and internal teams to resolve questions, verify information, and identify material discrepancies or potential fraud.
Coordinate funding readiness. Confirm that required approvals, documentation, and funding conditions are complete before funds are released.
Improve the process. Help refine underwriting standards, approval workflows, and reporting to make decisions more consistent and efficient.
Learn from performance. Partner with the team monitoring funded restaurants to compare actual results with underwriting assumptions and improve future decisions.
Minimum Experience
4+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, small business financing, fintech lending, credit analysis, investment analysis, or a related field.
Strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to evaluate cash flow, liquidity, leverage, repayment capacity, and unit-level economics.
Experience independently evaluating transactions, assessing financial and operational risks, and making or recommending funding decisions.
Experience building, implementing, or improving underwriting processes, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and scalable decision-making.
Ability to translate underwriting policies, financial thresholds, risk indicators, and approval requirements into structured business rules and automated workflows.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to work with financial datasets, identify patterns, validate information, and support data-driven underwriting decisions.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and working with transaction-level data.
Familiarity with underwriting systems, financial data platforms, automated decisioning tools, or workflow automation technologies.
Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define requirements, test solutions, and implement improvements to underwriting systems and processes.
Sound commercial judgment and the ability to balance funding opportunities, speed of execution, and disciplined risk management.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial findings, underwriting decisions, and technical requirements to financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple funding reviews and process improvement initiatives without sacrificing quality.
Preferred Experience
Restaurant, hospitality, or multiunit business underwriting experience.
Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) data, payment processing systems, seasonality, food and labor costs, and location-level profitability.
Experience with alternative financing structures, including revenue-based financing or merchant cash advances.
Hands-on experience implementing automated underwriting workflows, rules-based decision engines, risk-scoring models, or automated approval processes.
Experience integrating or analyzing financial data from banking platforms, POS systems, payment processors, or third-party data providers.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, or similar data and business intelligence platforms.
Experience using AI, machine learning, or automation tools to improve financial analysis, document processing, risk assessment, or underwriting efficiency.
A track record of building or refining underwriting policies, approval frameworks, and risk management processes in a high-growth fintech or lending environment.
What success looks like
You deliver timely, well-supported funding decisions; identify material risks before funding; maintain clear and complete approval records; and help inKind grow a healthy portfolio of restaurant partners.
Compensation and benefits: $120,000 - 155,000 base salary + Benefits

- Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of systems as customer usage and provider coverage grow
- Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teammates to turn customer needs into practical solutions
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Getting paid is still one of the most manual parts of running a business. Finance teams chase invoices over email, match payments to invoices by hand in spreadsheets, and close the books late because cash data is scattered across banks, payment processors, and ERPs.
Ramp's Accounts Receivable team is building the system that automates all of it, from the moment an invoice is sent to the moment cash is reconciled in the general ledger. We own the full receivables lifecycle: invoicing, collections, payments, cash application, and accounting sync.
We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own core pieces of that system. The work sits where hard engineering problems meet real money: matching messy payment data to the right invoices, keeping ledgers correct to the cent, and syncing reliably with the accounting systems our customers depend on. You'll own projects end to end, from design through production, and work closely with product and design to turn complex finance workflows into software that just works.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the payment-matching systems that automatically apply incoming ACH, wire, card, and check payments to the right invoices, even when payment details are incomplete or inconsistent
- Design accurate data models where every dollar is traceable from invoice to payment to general ledger
- Build two-way integrations with ERPs like NetSuite and QuickBooks that stay consistent through retries, partial failures, and edits on either side
- Build collections workflows that help businesses get paid faster without hurting their customer relationships
- Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Product sense: you care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push back when the spec is wrong
- Experience designing and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong system design judgment and the ability to balance speed, correctness, reliability, and simplicity
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical decisions
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with invoicing, billing, payments, accounting, or other financial workflows
- Experience building integrations that keep data consistent across systems
- Experience improving reliability and operational visibility in a growing product

- Design and deploy workflows that solve specific business problems as a build-beside partner to the customer, translating goals into durable systems in Notion

- Co-define, build, and manage against customer success plans that help every customer achieve their desired objectives and realize measurable value
- Learn Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem inside and out so you can be the best build-beside partner for customers navigating new ways of working
- Innovate and iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction risk

- Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage success plans, timelines, risks, and customer commitments across a book of accounts
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems
- You’re obsessed with AI, constantly building with the newest tools and learning new ways of working
- Fluency in English and French
NICE TO HAVES:
- Prior experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping customers return to a clear value path
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based models and the ability to connect adoption patterns to commercial outcomes

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com will grow you faster than you expect - the deals, the pace, and the people demand it. If you've ever felt a role never let you show what you're truly capable of, this is the opposite problem: meaningful deals with some of the UK's and the world's biggest brands, real autonomy, and no ceiling on what you can take on.
You'll join the Solutions team in London and own the technical side of deals from first conversation to go-live. Pre-sale, you're front and centre: positioning the platform, building demos and POCs, winning over the merchant's engineers and architects while your Account Executive drives the commercial thread. Once the deal is ready, the weight shifts: our Implementation Engineers lead the build and you stay close, so your designs survive contact with reality.
You'll work on a modern, fast-moving platform with docs that answer your questions, alongside one of the strongest commercial teams in payments.
People who do well here are curious by default: they pull threads, teach themselves what the job needs next, and act before anyone asks. If that's how you work, you'll like it here.
What you will be doing:
- Support the commercial team to position Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's products, solutions, and services - and win deals. You'll be a key partner to Account Executives on product, payments, regulation, and tech.
- Understand merchant requirements and technical needs, map them to our APIs and products, create solution designs and internal documentation.
- Run demos, build "show-me" payment flows, create POCs, customise and create presentations.
- Provide thought leadership on all aspects of Payment Performance - Acceptance Rate, Fraud Prevention, Tokenisation, Payment Methods, and others.
- Lead all technical interactions with merchants - chats, calls, meetings, and workshops - from first contact through go-live, partnering with our Implementation Engineers during integration.
- Support the BID management team with RFP and RFI responses.
- Enable internal functions, commercial and tech, with market and merchant feedback on product capabilities. Champion product change and improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, solutions, and tech.
- Be an expert on Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's platform and products.
About You:
If the list below looks like you, apply.
Experience
- 2+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or TAM. At a PSP or payments company is a bonus.
- Merchant-side counts too: checkout engineering, an in-house payments team, a payments product role.
- Experience in a technical, client-facing role.
Payments and technical skills
We need real depth in one of the two areas below and the appetite to close the gap on the other. If payments is your strength, this job will make you more technical, you'll need to want that. Strong coder lighter on payments: payments can be taught, you'll have time.
Payments:
- Understanding of the end-to-end payment flow and the industry's rules, regulations, and schemes.
- Experience with 3DS, Network Tokenisation, Apple/Google Pay, APMs, Open Banking, or fraud-risk engines.
Tech:
- You can code and you're comfortable with web technologies - payments run on the web. At least one front-end (JavaScript, React, Angular) or back-end (Java, .NET, Python, Node) language.
- Familiar with API-based integration (REST/JSON, Postman); can reproduce, isolate, and explain issues using logs, API responses, and tests.
How you work
- Clear written and verbal English; equally at home with developers and product teams as with payments, finance, and C-level stakeholders.
- Commercially minded: you talk revenue, volume, and pricing, not just APIs, and push deals forward without being asked.
- Highly organised; able to prioritise shifting workloads.
Nice to have:
- Previous exposure to RFI/RFP processes.
- Familiarity with PSD2/PSD3/PSR, FCA, ISO-8583.
- An additional language.
- Former engineering, developer, or product manager background.
- Prior roles in the e-commerce industry.
Not sure whether to apply?
Build a working payment demo using our public docs at docs.checkout.com http://docs.checkout.com and send it to kate.moore@checkout.com. A working demo tells us more than a perfect CV.
