Arcadia helps healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver measurable results. We unify fragmented data across the healthcare ecosystem so payers, providers, ACOs, and life sciences companies can make confident decisions grounded in trustworthy intelligence. Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's commercial team depends on consistent process, clean pipeline data, and forecasts to help manage and grow the business. As a fast-growing company, we need to scale our infrastructure, systems and operating model to one that aligns to the pace of the growth. This role owns the systems, tools, and cadences that make pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting consistent and accurate across the entire commercial team.
Part of the initial mandate is understanding the current ecosystem of tools and technology that support commercial and revenue operations today, and making recommendations on the optimal tech stack for the function going forward — one that is AI native. This person will be the accountable owner of that stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation.
This person will run point on sales operations and the forecasting cadence, and will build the AI-powered operating layer (dashboards, briefings, and workflow tools) that gives the entire commercial organization — not just its leadership — real-time visibility and leverage.
This is role is for someone who is execution oriented. You'll work in the tools yourself — not just direct others to — while also setting the strategy, systems, and rigor that let Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance move as one aligned, predictable engine.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the revenue operating system, designing and scaling the processes, metrics, and infrastructure that drive consistent, predictable performance across the business
Partner with Systems Engineering to drive end-to-end improvements and scalability in Salesforce, including structure, data hygiene, workflow automation, and adoption across the sales org
Evaluate the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and make recommendations on the optimal, AI-native tech stack for the function
Serve as the accountable owner of that tech stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation
Own pricing strategy, SKUs, and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring pricing structures and deal execution are clean, consistent, and scalable
Own the forecasting cadence and develop robust, repeatable forecasting models (pipeline, bookings, ARR) that improve accuracy and predictability
Build the AI-powered operating layer — automated briefings, pipeline intelligence, meeting prep, and reporting dashboards — that gives the commercial organization real-time visibility
Establish and maintain a unified KPI framework, ensuring alignment on definitions, visibility, and accountability across the funnel
Act as connective tissue across live opportunities, coordinating Marketing, Finance, the RFP team, Value Enablement, and Sales Engineering so they're effectively leveraged
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to align execution with company goals and financial plans
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales efficiency to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Design and manage sales compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors across GTM teams
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Build a deep understanding of Arcadia's GTM model, revenue streams, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle)
Assess current RevOps infrastructure, CRM configuration, reporting, and forecasting methodologies
Map the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and begin forming a point of view on the optimal, AI-native tech stack
Establish trust across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
In 6 months
Own the CRM and forecasting cadence end-to-end, with a unified KPI framework giving clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency
Ship the first version of the AI-powered operating layer (automated briefings, dashboards, and reporting tools) that reduces manual reporting burden for commercial leadership
Improve forecast accuracy through enhanced pipeline modeling and data-driven insights
In 12 months
Operate a scalable revenue operating system — process, CRM, forecasting, and AI tooling — that enables predictable growth and aligns planning across GTM and Finance
Deliver consistent, high-confidence forecasts and actionable insights that directly inform the executive team's decisions
Improve key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales productivity, retention) through data-driven optimizatio
What You'll Bring
The Role, Done Before
You have held this exact role — Head/Director of Revenue Operations or equivalent — at a company of similar growth stage, and can point to what you built and owned.
Growth-Stage Fluency
Track record of operating at growth-stage speed and ambiguity — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building infrastructure from scratch rather than administering something already built. Candidates whose experience is exclusively at large, mature organizations without growth-stage exposure are not a fit for this seat.
Deep SaaS Metrics Expertise
Strong command of key SaaS metrics including ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity, and how they connect to business performance.
Forecasting & Modeling Rigor
Proven ability to build and operationalize forecasting models (e.g., pipeline velocity, ARR forecasting) that improve accuracy and predictability.
CRM & Systems Ownership
Deep, hands-on experience owning a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and the broader GTM tech stack — configuration, data integrity, and workflow design, not just consumption of dashboards.
Pricing & Quote-to-Cash Experience
Hands-on experience owning pricing strategy, SKU structure, and the quote-to-cash process, ideally in a company that scaled or restructured its pricing model.
AI-Forward
Comfortable using AI tools to build operational leverage — automating reporting, briefings, and workflows rather than relying solely on headcount to scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to drive alignment and results.
Operator Mindset
Ability to move between strategy and execution, translating insights into action and driving measurable impact.
Would Love for You to Have
8–12+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics in a SaaS environment
Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS company through key milestones (e.g., post-acquisition integration, scale-up, or M&A)
Familiarity with modern BI, AI, and planning tools (e.g., Sigma, Adaptive, Salesforce ecosystem, AI-native reporting/agent tools) and building self-service analytics environments
Experience designing and optimizing sales compensation plans at scale
What You'll Get
The mandate to build a consistent, predictable commercial engine — including its AI-powered tooling — rather than inherit and maintain one
A growth path from individual contributor to leading the people and functions that support sales operations as Arcadia scales
A mission-driven culture where your work supports better healthcare outcomes
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
A collaborative, data-driven environment focused on impact, ownership, and continuous improvement

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 OTE per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Observability to join our Product team. You will own the strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, including Runtime Logs, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Drains, which let teams stream logs, traces, Web Analytics events, and Speed Insights metrics into the systems they already use. You will partner closely with engineering and design to help customers understand and debug what they run on Vercel, both through Vercel's native surfaces and through integrations with vendors that support OpenTelemetry. You will report to the product lead and will be located in New York, NY (hybrid).
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, from telemetry ingestion through the surfaces developers use to debug and monitor.
Turn ambiguous signal — support escalations, customer interviews, usage data, competitive shifts — into a sequenced plan with clear tradeoffs.
Partner daily with engineering on scoping, and with design on making dense telemetry data genuinely legible.
Define the native-vs-integrate line: what Vercel builds, and where we make Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, Honeycomb, and New Relic work seamlessly.
Work with Enterprise customers and Sales/Solutions on observability needs that block adoption or expansion.
Own pricing and packaging decisions with Finance and GTM — observability is metered, and unit economics are part of the product.
Write the launch narrative: changelogs, blog posts, docs direction, in partnership with PMM
Define the metrics that tell you it's working, and hold the team to them.
What you need
5+ years in product management, with meaningful time on developer, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
You've shipped something technical enough that engineers treated you as a peer. You can read a trace waterfall and reason about cardinality, sampling, and retention costs.
Comfortable owning a domain end to end without a PM above you translating strategy into work.
You use the products you build on, and you have opinions about the ones you don't.
Fluency with data: you write your own queries and don't wait on someone else to answer a usage question.
Bonus if you
Have worked at an observability, APM, or monitoring company, or been the internal power user of one at scale.
Have shipped AI or agent-facing developer tooling.
Have owned consumption-based pricing for a technical product.
Are an active Next.js or Vercel user.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia is at a growth stage where the connective tissue between ideation, execution, and executive decision-making matters enormously. This primarily manifests across two areas today: (1) Growth (Strategy, Sales, and Retention & Expansion) and (2) cross-functional Executive initiatives. This role sits at that intersection: you will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and launch new growth initiatives—whether that's a new vertical, a new go-to-market partnership, or a new solution while also engaging directly with the executive team to drive alignment on the initiatives that matter most across the company. In practice, this typically plays out as roughly 75% of your time on commercial strategy and growth initiatives, and roughly 25% partnering directly with the executive team and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.
This is a role of ownership and initiative, not execution-on-request. You will be given real latitude to define how new opportunities get approached, how cross-functional work gets organized, and how the executive team stays aligned—and you'll be trusted to run with it. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner closely with Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Actuary, Account Management, and the broader executive team.
What You'll Be Doing
Launch New Growth Initiatives
You will partner across the Commercial, Value Enablement, and Product teams to identify and pursue new paths to growth—whether that's a new vertical, a strategic partnership, a new product or solution go-to-market motion, or another initiative altogether—taking ownership of the work from initial concept through initial traction.
Identify and size new growth opportunities by understanding the market, our competitive position, and where Arcadia's assets and talent can be leveraged to win
Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks, so leadership can make a clear go or no-go decision
Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and other domain SMEs as needed to shape the specifics of each initiative—what it is, who it's for, and how it comes together
Build the
GTM positioning
and competitive differentiation for each initiative, grounded in Arcadia's outcomes-first brand and validated against real buyer needs
Translate the business case into a tactical execution plan, and drive that plan forward: coordinate cross-functional workstreams, resolve dependencies, and keep the initiative moving toward real traction
Define success criteria for each initiative and track progress against commitments
Strengthen GTM Motion
New markets don't succeed in isolation—they depend on a commercial engine that's tightly coordinated. You will take initiative to close gaps and accelerate growth across the teams that make GTM work and bring visibility into that progress at the executive level.
Build and refresh competitive intelligence in target markets, synthesizing signals from win/loss data, market research, analyst commentary, and field input
Collaborate with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting to improve discovery-to-proposal velocity, solution credibility, and RFP quality
Partner with Actuary to sharpen financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks used in payer and risk-bearing organization deals
Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, manage project tracking for strategic commercial initiatives, and proactively remove blockers
Bring commercial progress, risks, and decisions needing executive input directly into board and executive committee conversations
Executive Team
Support
As Arcadia scales, the initiatives that matter most increasingly cut across teams and leaders—commercial expansion chief among them. This role gives you a direct seat in that conversation, extending the alignment work you do in Commercial to the executive team as a whole.
Drive the Executive Committee Operating Rhythm: Help shape and run the weekly executive committee meeting -- build agendas, synthesize pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across leaders
Partner on board meeting preparation, ensuring materials reflect a coherent narrative across commercial, product, and financial priorities
Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and executives, acting as the driver who keeps them moving and accountable
Proactively surface where executive-level initiatives are stalling and broker resolution before they become bigger problems
Take on special projects with the executive team as they arise, applying the same ownership and rigor used in the commercial work
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, you have mapped the highest-priority growth opportunities in front of Arcadia, built relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team, and built the business case for at least one priority initiative.
In year one, you have taken two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction—whether new verticals, partnerships, or products—contributed measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates, and become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence.
What You'll Bring
Required
Seven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role
Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape—you can speak credibly to value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, quality and Stars
Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context—building the business case, shaping the go-to-market approach, and driving execution
Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms, including meeting preparation, cross-functional tracking, and driving follow-through on strategic commitments
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align product, clinical, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders behind a common strategy
Comfort working in ambiguity—this role requires structuring undefined problems and building the plan, not executing a defined playbook
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build crisp, compelling narratives for executive, board, and buyer audiences
Preferred
Experience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations
Familiarity with buyer segments beyond traditional payer and provider markets—including self-funded employers, risk-bearing entities, or adjacent healthcare services organizations
Prior experience as a chief of staff, or in a strategy-and-operations role partnering closely with a CEO or executive committee
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian Community
Be a part of a mission driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care

Product marketing background: you can turn a feature roadmap into a customer story and a sequencing plan without much hand-holding
A specific track record of driving business growth through cross-functional partnership- you can point to what you built and what it moved
Comfortable directing editorial and content work without owning the creative function; you know what story needs telling and can brief it clearly
Genuinely energized by ambiguity and lead with curiosity. There's no formal brief in this model, you build the plan from what you learn inside the squad
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You can lead through influence.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will become the expert on the Babylist Wishlist user, understand motivations, needs, and wants inside and out of the product.
Build the integrated GTM strategy for every Wishlist moment, in lockstep with the product squad's roadmap
Direct editorial and content needs for Wishlist, briefing Brand & Creative and Content/Social directly
Demonstrate a level of competency on what good creative looks like and how to measure its success.
Create the internal playbook for this user and product, including competitive analysis, market opportunity and sizing and what good will look like in our marketing.
Hand finished GTM plans straight to execution centers; Brand & Creative, Growth channels, Corporate Communications, and keep each moving in parallel
Own the customer marketing value proposition for Wishlist across every channel it touches
Drive measurable growth in Wishlist adoption, you're accountable for the number, not just the campaign activity around it
Report progress and blockers directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Marketing
Why This Role
You're one of the first two hires into a brand-new model. Integrated Marketing didn't exist here before, so you're defining what good looks like, not inheriting a process.
Wishlist is one of Babylist's highest-leverage customer journeys, and this is a huge opportunity to shape the growth of this product.
You'll work inside the product squad itself, not downstream of it and your plan shapes the roadmap instead of reacting to it.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,800 to $191,700 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to sit at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and generative media. This is not a brand systems or campaign concepting role — it's a high-volume, output-driven design role. You'll own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats, producing assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people first encounter and engage with Runway's products. That means producing scroll-stopping video ads, designing static and animated assets for paid social and display, and using generative tools — including Runway's own — as a core part of how you work. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and creative teams, and you'll be measured on craft, throughput, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats — paid social, display, YouTube and beyond
- Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed — not just technically functional
- Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, working from briefs or generating your own directions when needed
- Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and compellingly
- Partner with the Product Marketing and growth team to develop integrated ad concepts where copy and design work together
- Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing — adapting formats, hooks and visual treatments based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without letting assets feel templated or stale
- Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories that resonate with target audiences
- Hands-on experience designing for the major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) with fluency in each platform's native specs, aspect ratios and ad formats, and a real point of view on what works where.
- Own updates to GTM assets and templates, keeping them current and on-brand across campaigns. Bring hands-on experience building and automating deck design systems, so our presentations stay consistent without manual rework each time.
- Contribute to a growing library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies that raise the team's overall output velocity
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company
- A portfolio that shows range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative — with clear evidence of craft and art direction judgment, not just execution
- Strong motion design skills — you're fluent in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent, and can produce polished animated and video assets independently
- Solid graphic design fundamentals — typography, layout, color — applied to high-converting ad formats, not just editorial or brand work
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools with an art director's eye — you know how to prompt, iterate and finish work that looks intentional
- Comfort with performance data — you can look at creative metrics and know what visual changes to make next
- Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality
- Experience working closely with growth marketers and product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

- Work closely with the global and regional Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of partner strategy, programs, and field execution across these markets.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering to support partner-led projects, and proof-of-concepts.

- Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and internal stakeholders.

Who You Are
- Experienced Sales & Partnerships Professional: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances; ideally in cloud, data, or analytics space.
- Quota-Carrying Performer: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Partner-Savvy: Deep understanding of SI, FSI, and ISV partner models — including co-sell, marketplace, and resale motions.

- Strong Communicator & Influencer: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both internally and externally at executive levels.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at navigating complex partner organizations, aligning incentives, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
Health and wellbeing
👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs
🩺 Competitive health benefits

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Governments do some of the most consequential work there is: deciding benefits claims, getting veterans to care, investigating financial misconduct, running unemployment insurance, and producing the analysis that world leaders act on. Anthropic's public sector team exists to put Claude in the production path of that work. In the US and some allied governments, Claude is already in daily use across major agencies and US states.
The next steps need a particular kind of product manager: someone who can walk into an institution they have never worked with, sit with the people doing the work and find, alongside them, the workflow that matters. The best government products we know of started as an idea that came out of the room rather than a requirements document.
The scope is large: a product portfolio here is a set of governments rather than a feature area. A year in, success looks like agencies delivering services more effectively because public servants are doing core parts of their job with Claude in the loop, and at least one thing that you learn from them shipping to every Anthropic enterprise. That is a lot of surface; you will have to choose where to go deep, and we will back the choice.
We are hiring across civilian, state and local, govtech, and national security portfolios and will match you to one on background and interest. Some portfolios require eligibility for a US security clearance, though most do not. You would be among the first product managers on the team, working with a dedicated engineering and research team and with the policy, go-to-market, customer success, and applied AI leads who already spend their days inside these agencies.
In this role, you will:
Alongside GTM, run discovery inside government institutions to find where Claude belongs in the production path of their work, then shape the product around what you find
Own product decisions for our government models and product offerings and the agency workflows built on top of them
Spot the government needs worth generalizing and carry them into Anthropic's broader roadmap. Many of Anthropic’s commercial features started as public-sector customer problems
Help Anthropic navigate government compliance regimes
Partner with our cloud and integration partners
You may be a good fit if you:
Have shipped successful products end-to-end. We weigh product judgment above any domain credential
Can point to something you built that was your idea: it came from watching people work rather than from a requirements document
Get things done through teams that don't report to you. In addition to the dedicated team, this role runs through a variety of partner teams inside Anthropic and many offices inside each agency.
Move on your own clock. You have shipped in an organization with a fast cadence, or you set the pace in an environment that didn't
Have built domain intuition fast in large enterprises that do not resemble each other
Are a US person. We have agreements with the US Government that mandate this for these roles.
Strong candidates may also have:
Roughly 7+ years building and shipping products, or equivalent scope
Real intuition for how government operates, earned either from the inside or at a digital services organization or by building products public servants actually use
Taken a public-sector or field requirement into a commercial product that succeeded
Fluency with AI products: evaluations, model behavior as part of the product surface
Shipped inside a FedRAMP, classified, or comparable compliance boundary
Negotiated with or steered large partners such as cloud providers or systems integrators
An active TS/SCI security clearance with the US government (relevant for only some roles)
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.
- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.
- 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.
- 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.
- 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).
WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever — not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.
Apply now — and help us turn our GTM teams into a world-class sales engine.

You'll work at the intersection of large-scale machine learning, generative AI, and advertising systems—building the models and infrastructure that determine how creative is generated, ranked, optimized, and ultimately performs.
This role is for someone who understands ads systems deeply and is equally strong in modern generative AI. You should be comfortable moving across ranking and recommendation, targeting and optimization, prompt engineering, post-training, and production ML systems.
You'll help define what an AI-native advertising platform looks like from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build and improve ML systems powering advertising products, including ranking, recommendation, targeting, prediction, and optimization.
- Develop models that improve ad creative quality, relevance, personalization, and performance at scale.
- Build systems that connect generative models with real-world advertising performance signals, creating feedback loops that continuously improve model outputs.
- Apply prompt engineering and post-training techniques to improve generative models for advertising and creative use cases.
- Work on fine-tuning, preference optimization, evaluation, and other techniques for adapting foundation models to specific creative and advertising objectives.
- Design and run experiments across creative generation, ranking, targeting, and delivery to understand what drives advertiser performance.
- Build production ML systems that operate reliably at significant scale, from experimentation through inference and serving.
- Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and GTM teams to turn advances in generative AI into products advertisers can use.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep experience building machine learning systems for advertising.
- Strong understanding of ads systems, including areas such as ranking, recommendation, targeting, bidding, conversion prediction, creative optimization, or measurement.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal models, or generative AI systems.
- Strong experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Experience with post-training, including techniques such as supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, or related approaches.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production ML systems.
- Ability to operate across research and engineering: you can experiment quickly, identify what works, and turn it into a scalable production system.
- High agency.
- Working English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building ads, ranking, or recommendation systems at a major consumer, social, search, or advertising platform.
- Experience with generative video, image, or multimodal models.
- Experience using downstream signals such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, or retention to train or optimize ML systems.
- Experience with large-scale model training, inference optimization, or distributed ML infrastructure.
- Experience building AI systems that generate or optimize advertising creative.

We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
