1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are seeking a Senior Developer on our Open Source Team, focused on strengthening 1Password's open source posture and making our developer tools easy to use directly inside developers' workflows through agentic IDE integrations: our Agent Hooks and IDE plugins. You'll serve as a technical leader on the team, owning architectural decisions and driving cohesive execution on medium-to-large projects, from initial planning through development and into customer support.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Significant professional software development experience, with a track record of independently owning and delivering medium-to-large technical projects end to end.
- Advanced, hands-on command of a modern development toolchain (Git, IDEs, terminal, debugging and testing tools) and the languages relevant to the team's work; comfortable reading, writing, and reviewing others' code.
- Experience designing extensible, maintainable systems, ideally developer tooling, IDE extensions, agent integrations, or actively maintained open source projects.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and make architectural decisions that keep products scalable, secure, and high quality.
- A track record of working effectively in public, engaging with external contributors and upholding a high quality bar in community-facing repositories.
- Interest in agent-assisted development and building tools to make agent-assisted development smoother and more secure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make a project's impact and progress visible to engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
- A security-minded approach consistent with 1Password's principles.
Bonus points for:
- Experience maintaining a popular open source project or running open source community engagement.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or agentic IDEs (e.g., Cursor) and the emerging agent-hook ecosystem.
- Experience contributing to an Open Source Program Office (OSPO) or similar function.
What you can expect:
- Contribute large new features, significant product improvements, and critical bug fixes, such as extending our Agent Hooks across IDEs or building genuine in-IDE value beyond links to external docs.
- Make architectural decisions that keep our integrations and public repositories scalable, secure, and aligned to 1Password's existing security and authentication models.
- Contribute to the team's roadmap by identifying technical opportunities and risks up to ~6 months out, then lead execution aligned to team objectives.
- Raise the quality bar by identifying lapses in code quality and gaps in testing coverage, anticipating and reporting potential problems, and fostering a high standard of documentation across community-facing repositories.
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional partners (Partnerships, Product, UX, and the SDK/CLI teams), translating requirements into actionable work.
- Drive initiatives that better support 1Password customers on your platform and mitigate issues developers face.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by modeling best practices, providing constructive feedback, and supporting a sense of shared ownership.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $153,000 USD and $214,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $144,000 CAD and $202,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

With over 180,000 business customers, Enterprise Password Manager is 1Password's core product. It is rapidly evolving into a complete credentials security platform for humans, machines, and AI agents.
This is a Senior Staff PMM role. Individual contributor with broad organizational visibility. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and own EPM end-to-end: messaging, positioning, competitive strategy, and launch execution.
You will shape how the market understands credentials security as 1Password grows.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Experience and Domain Expertise
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing, with direct experience in password management, enterprise vaulting, credentials security, or identity security.
- Working knowledge of broad cybersecurity concepts.
- You've repositioned a mature enterprise product. You know the difference between a messaging refresh and actually shifting how the market thinks about something.
- You can market to enterprise IT and security buyers: the admin managing rollout, the CISO approving the spend, and the security engineer evaluating the technical depth.
- A track record of winning in competitive markets by displacing incumbents, not just differentiating in an open field.
Technical Depth
- You understand how credentials work beyond passwords: API keys, certificates, machine secrets, passkeys, and what it takes to issue credentials to AI agents.
- Working knowledge of enterprise IT: MDM, SSO, directory services, and where password management fits in the IAM stack.
AI-Forward, Not AI-Dependent
- You use AI to go faster, not to think less. You know what to hand off and what to own, and you can tell good output from output that still needs work.
- You want AI to free up time for the work only a good product marketer can do: strategy, judgment, and narrative.
- You own the ideas you bring. Walk into a room with a recommendation and you can defend it. Candidates who produce content but can’t explain the thinking behind it won’t fit here.
Strategic Storytelling and Senior-Level Communication
- You write for multiple audiences without diluting the message. An IT admin and a CISO aren't reading the same document for the same reason. You know how to serve both.
- Strong narrative instincts: open with the problem, build to the solution, and land in a way that makes the reader feel the product was built for their situation.
- You’ve shaped category narratives, not just contributed to them.
Bonus points for:
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or similar).
- Experience developing thought leadership in a fast-moving category. 1Password has a team that produces content. This role provides the point of view.
- You've repositioned an established product category. There's a real difference between entering a space and redefining it.
What you can expect:
Own EPM Product Marketing
- Own messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for the Enterprise Password Manager.
- Define how 1Password talks about credentials security for employees, service accounts, and AI agents.
- Tell the story clearly to analysts, IT buyers, security leaders, and sellers. The narrative has to work for practitioners and executives.
- Connect EPM’s story to the Unified Access platform narrative.
Build Competitive Intelligence and Category Positioning
- Own positioning and market leadership claims for EPM.
- Partner with Solutions Marketing on competitive differentiation. Know the competitive set cold: where they’re strong, where they’re not, and how to win against each.
- Track where the credentials security market is moving and keep 1Password’s messaging ahead of it.
Enable the Field with Tools That Actually Get Used
- Produce discovery decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and technical briefs that sellers and SEs reach for because they work.
- Take complex concepts like passkeys, machine credential lifecycle, AI agent authentication, and zero-knowledge architecture and make them usable in a customer conversation.
- Surface win/loss signals from the field and turn them into repeatable GTM motions, not one-off documents.
Influence EPM Product Strategy
- Bring the market's perspective to Product: customer evidence, analyst intelligence, competitive signals, field feedback.
- Make the market case early, before decisions are locked.
Why join us:
- The credentials security market is being reshaped by machine identities and AI agents. You'll own how 1Password tells that story.
- You'll work across product strategy, competitive positioning, and field execution. The work is visible at the executive level.
- 1Password is remote-first and has been since day one. We hire for judgment, not proximity.
- The company is growing and there's room to shape how PMM works here, not just execute what's already been defined.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $180,000 USD and $261,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 CAD and $220,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
- Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics.
- Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential.
- Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
- Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Coach, teach, and develop acquisition managers working on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Hire, onboard, manage, and, where necessary, make replacement decisions for Google and Bing acquisition talent.
- Own performance evaluation, goals, KPIs, feedback cycles, and personal development plans for the Google and Bing team.
- Set the performance bar and craft standards for the team.
- Review account work, train UA managers, and raise the overall quality of execution.
- Make sure every brand has clear ownership, weekly reporting, and strong channel support.
- Stay hands-on enough to audit accounts, challenge decisions, and guide execution from real account data.
Account Architecture & Governance
- Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA.
- Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.
- Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person.
- Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context.
Policy & Compliance
- Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands.
- Protect account health across all brands.
- Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation.
- Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing.
- Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch.
- Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives.
- Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk.
AI-First Operating System
- Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review.
- Train UA managers to use Claude workflows correctly and consistently in their daily Google and Bing work.
- Evaluate workflow quality, improve the knowledge base over time, and turn successful processes into repeatable team standards.
- Use AI to increase team speed and quality while keeping human judgment, compliance, and account safety at the center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
- Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating Google Ads specialists, UA managers, or paid search teams.
- Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets, ideally $5M+ per month hands-on and $10M+ per month at portfolio level.
- Strong Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube experience.
- Microsoft Ads experience, including Microsoft Audience Network.
- Proven record scaling accounts profitably across multiple countries and languages.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, and value-based bidding.
- Deep Google Ads policy experience, including disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong account architecture, audit, documentation, and measurement discipline.
- Ability to identify scaling opportunities and practical account improvements from account-level data.
- Clear, direct communication with both acquisition managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience managing enterprise-level search accounts or large multi-brand paid search portfolios.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads API, SQL, or internal automation tools.
- Experience building Claude, AI, or agentic workflows for marketing operations.
- Experience building team knowledge bases, SOPs, QA systems, and training programs for paid acquisition teams.
- D2C subscription, lead-gen, or consumer web funnel experience.
- Experience with high-scrutiny categories, trademark-sensitive ads, or complex policy environments.
- Experience working directly with Google or Microsoft teams on betas, product pilots, and escalation paths.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Our SMB (Small and Medium Business) Sales Team is responsible for landing and expanding 1Password customers. As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a territory that includes target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies of up to 1,000 employees. Your primary focus will be on hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the SMB sector. You will also be responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills in building and managing their own pipeline, engaging in multi-threaded relationships, and demonstrating expertise in account planning, territory management, and value-based selling.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's Austin office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in identity & security or privilege access management, with a focus on SMB or Mid Market accounts OR a top performing BDR with outbound experience and success ready to step up
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience up-selling & cross-selling to both new customers and across your book of business
- Proficiency in strategic account planning, territory management, and value-based selling.
- Strong business acumen, communication & presentation skills to C-Suite
- Meticulous operating-rigor when it comes to pipeline management, forecasting and pacing to target
- Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Preferable proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator & Outreach
What you can expect:
- Sales:
- Own your territory and build and Maintain Pipeline: Develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Drive Sales Growth:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including:
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain a high level of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Develop and close new business opportunities within your territory.
- Upsell and Expand Accounts: Identify opportunities to upsell Extended Access Management to your Enterprise Password Manager Customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration/Team Selling:
- Collaborate seamlessly with SDRs, Solutions, Onboarding and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to optimize client engagement and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage in multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance overall account health.
- Value-Based Selling:
- Implement value-based selling strategies to align our solutions with client needs and objectives.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client pain points and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
- Presentation and Negotiation:
- Confidently present to C-suite executives, articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Experience working with Mutual Action Plans to drive an agreed-upon outcome.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $68,000 USD and $95,000 USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
That said, 1Password is not for everyone.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

- ABM Authority: Possess deep fluency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution, fundamentally knowing what excellent execution actually looks like.

- Campaign Champion: Leverage your strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, impactful events, and holistic integrated campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Utilize your strong analytical capabilities to actively make strategic decisions with data, rather than just justifying them after the fact.
- Globetrotting Leader: Manage budgets and agencies across multiple markets with exceptional stakeholder skills, and travel regularly across key EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France) with quarterly trips to our headquarters.

SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Department overview:
At PlayStation, Data Science plays a critical role in shaping how we invest in, retain, and delight our global player base. The
CLV team
focuses on understanding player behaviour and driving more effective engagement across the player lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding through to retention, monetisation, and long-term value.
As a
Data Scientist
, you will develop models and insights that help drive more personalised player experiences and inform commercial and product decisions at scale. You will work in cross-functional teams to translate player behaviour into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in player engagement and value.
This role is ideal for an individual who is comfortable owning problems end-to-end — from framing and modelling through to delivering impact — and partnering with stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the development and delivery of machine learning models for use cases such as churn prediction, purchase propensity, store recommendations, customer lifetime value.
Translate business problems into modelling approaches, selecting appropriate methods and features to deliver measurable impact.
Work with large-scale behavioural and transactional data to uncover patterns and opportunities for player growth and engagement.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Partner with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and lifecycle teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and expand your understanding of more advanced modelling approaches (e.g. deep learning and sequence-based methods) as part of solving increasingly complex problems.
What we are looking for:
You're curious, analytical, and a strong problem-solver, with a structured approach to tackling business problems. You bring strong foundations in modelling and data manipulation, and are motivated by applying these to impactful, commercial problems.
Experience building predictive models (e.g. churn, propensity, segmentation, or value modelling) in a commercial setting.
Ability to independently take a problem from definition through to solution and delivery, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with common data science and ML libraries.
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, tree-based models, clustering) and when to apply them, including how to refine and tune them for real-world problems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Awareness of modern machine learning approaches (e.g. embeddings, sequence models, deep learning) and interest in applying them to real-world problems.
Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
A strong academic background, typically a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with production environments, MLOps, or data pipelines.
Experience working with large-scale data using PySpark or equivalent distributed data processing tools.
Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based products.
Benefits:
Discretionary bonus opportunity
Private Medical Insurance
Dental Scheme
25 days holiday per year
On Site Gym
Subsidised Café
Free soft drinks
On site bar
Access to cycle garage and showers

You see software development and team organization not as a rigid set of rules, but as a craft that deserves better tools. You want to design complex, data-rich productivity platforms where information architecture is a first-class problem, and you want to rethink how humans work alongside AI. If you are a designer who values hands-on craft, hates unnecessary bureaucracy, and wants the autonomy to build a team's design process from scratch, this role was built for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
YouTrack handles serious complexity – agile boards, backlogs, knowledge bases, helpdesks, and deeply customizable workflows – across teams from two-person startups to global enterprises. We’re at a point where the category's oldest assumptions are worth reconsidering. Issue tracking has relied on the same foundational blocks for years, but AI opens an opportunity to rethink how software can actively help teams get work done.
We need a Lead Product Designer to shape where project management goes next while keeping a massive, mature surface area coherent, legible, and a pleasant to use. In this role, you’ll lead a small design team of two designers, own the overall design quality bar across the product, and act as an individual contributor on our hardest, least-charted problems. You’ll build a fresh design process from scratch with the full backing of a team lead who respects craft and values professional judgment.
Day to day, you will:
Shape a point of view on how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world and turn those concepts into tools people can actually use.
Design how people work alongside AI capabilities in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline assistance and background automation.
Develop interaction patterns for unsettled problems, including surfacing AI confidence, making actions transparent, and keeping users in control.
Prototype and test new concepts quickly, separating ideas that feel clever from those that genuinely reduce friction.
Keep a large, deep product coherent so that boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration feel like a single cohesive engine.
Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from a design perspective, influencing what gets built and why.
What you’ll bring
A deep commitment to craft ownership, holding yourself and your team to high standards without creating bottlenecks.
Comfort building clear, lightweight processes, without turning them into restrictive bureaucracy.
The generosity to share knowledge openly and collaborate across a broad, global design community.
Clarity in your writing and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex design decisions in plain words.
Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy appetite for finding the right questions before designing the answers.
Strong opinions, loosely held, with a clear understanding of when to follow platform conventions and when to break them.
What you’ll need
Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems where information architecture is a primary challenge.
Proven understanding of how modern AI systems operate beyond single-turn prompts, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that lands and raises the bar.
Ability to design unified experiences that cater to small startup teams and large enterprise customers simultaneously.
A portfolio showing a range of work from precise micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team and peers through sound interaction choices and clear systemic improvements. You will establish a reliable critique rhythm and a structured way of working that helps your designers grow. Within your first few months, delivering clear patterns for our AI capabilities, paying down accumulated UX debt, and ensuring YouTrack remains both deep and remarkably quick on its feet.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
