This role will be based in Poland, and you need to be residing in the country already.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead software engineers building and scaling critical platforms that power the OLX engineering ecosystem. You'll combine strong people leadership with enough technical depth to guide major projects, shape technical direction, and help the team solve complex platform challenges.
This is not a generalist Engineering Manager role. Previous experience leading an engineering team in a Platform environment is mandatory. We need someone who understands what it means to build platforms for other engineers and the unique challenges that come with balancing developer experience, reliability, scalability, standardisation, and team autonomy.
You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the platform meets customer needs and provides an exceptional user experience;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems;
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Streaming architectures);
Strong knowledge of data structures, and software design patterns;
Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML;
Experience with modern software development practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our benefits:
Monthly salary and an annual bonus (20%)
Training and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses
A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more
IP rights’ costs - 60%
100% remote work (as well as the possibility of working from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
At OLX, we unlock value in our people. We invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential. We avoid bureaucracy and empower our teams to innovate; with opportunities, training and leadership behaviors a focus for all. Our commitment to inclusion ensures we listen to a diverse range of voices when making decisions. And, we combine the spirit and agility of a startup with our global scale and the backing of Prosus, one of the largest consumer internet groups in the world.
We also unlock value for our stakeholders. We are proud of the positive contribution we make to our planet, by enabling more conscious consumption and helping the world make the most of its limited resources through more efficient trade.
And last but not least, we love to unlock value for our customers. Every single month, over 300 million people use our platforms to easily, safely, and conveniently find their perfect home, buy or sell a car, find a great job, sell things they no longer need, or strike a great deal on something they need. And we help thousands of entrepreneurs and businesses find their customers too.

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a System Architect to build the engine behind our full-funnel lifecycle programs across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments. This is not a marketing technologist role — we're not looking for someone to maintain the stack. We're looking for someone to design the machine that runs on it.
The core challenge: today, every new industry, segment, or language means another fork — another campaign tree, another set of manual sequences to maintain. Your job is to make those parameters instead. You'll architect a lifecycle system where launching a new vertical in a new market is a configuration change, not a rebuild, and where onboarding, nurture, upsell, and ABM programs compose from shared logic rather than duplicated effort.
You'll be both architect and operator — defining the data model and segmentation logic underneath the journeys, then shipping them. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Data, and you'll scope engineering support rather than queue behind it. This is a build year: you're inventing the system, not inheriting one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect a parameterised lifecycle system where new industries, segments, and languages are configuration, not new campaign trees
- Design and launch onboarding, nurture, and upsell campaigns across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments
- Prototype and ship your own integrations and logic; you scope engineering help, you don't queue behind it
- Own lifecycle touchpoints across channels with clear, measurable goals
- Build multilingual nurture flows that scale globally, maintaining message quality and performance
- Set up and manage robust A/B testing plans and track performance across the full funnel
- Own the reporting framework for lifecycle marketing; define success metrics and communicate learnings
- Build ABM infrastructure for targeted, account-level nurture and retention programs
- Partner with the design and engineering teams to deploy campaigns that require light integration or tech support
- Bring structure and governance to lifecycle strategy—ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and QA rigor
WHO YOU ARE
You think in funnels and systems, not one-off campaigns. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a HubSpot workflow and in a room with Sales talking about pipeline quality. You default to testing and measuring rather than guessing, and you're excited about using AI to do more with less — automating the repetitive work so you can focus on strategy and experimentation. You move fast, take ownership of outcomes, and collaborate easily across marketing, sales, and product.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in B2B lifecycle, demand gen, or marketing automation roles, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Deep proficiency in HubSpot — building workflows, scoring models, and automated nurture programs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and how marketing and sales data connect end-to-end
- Experience building and managing lead scoring and MQL/SQL/PQL funnels
- Experience running or supporting ABM programs for target accounts
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning funnel metrics and translating data into action
- Excellent cross-functional communication, especially with Sales and RevOps
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building AI-powered marketing workflows — for personalization, content generation, or campaign automation
- Experience marketing to developer or technical buyer personas
- Familiarity with product-led growth motions and PQL-to-enterprise conversion
- SQL or basic data querying skills
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead social strategy across all ElevenLabs brands and sub-brands as the social function scales
- Move into a broader content role spanning video, editorial, and social
- Expand into brand marketing or creative direction as the growth team evolves
