At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
We are scaling rapidly. Our customers have created hundreds of thousands of services on our platform, and the numbers continue to accelerate. Our customers trust us to deliver a secure, reliable and performant cloud — this is our top priority as a company.
By joining us at an early stage, you will design and build the cloud platform you've always wanted for yourself, and make decisions that will shape our product and company, directly impacting developers around the globe.
Render builds and operates our own networking stack end-to-end. We leverage open source and industry-standard technologies, modifying and extending the core components to meet the unique reliability, performance, and scaling demands of our platform.
We are looking for engineers with deep specialization in network infrastructure, particularly with experience in edge/ingress networking and Kubernetes networking internals.
Areas of focus include scaling and evolving our traffic routing and load balancing systems; advancing Kubernetes and Linux networking components to support large-scale, zero-downtime operation; and exploring networking for Render’s next-generation compute platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Render's core network infrastructure across multiple data centers and cloud providers. Shape how networking evolves as Render rapidly scales.
- Design and build customer-facing networking capabilities that give users greater flexibility in how their services connect, communicate, and how traffic is routed.
- Investigate complex networking issues across the stack, from the kernel and data plane to distributed systems and edge networking.
- Drive performance and reliability improvements through systematic profiling and tuning.
- Partner with engineers across the company to build a platform that is stable, predictable, and secure.
- Participate in our on-call rotation. Help continuously improve how we detect, respond to, and learn from incidents.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 6 years of experience building and operating large-scale networking or infrastructure systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes networking internals (e.g. kube-proxy, CNI plugins, service routing) or similar container networking technology.
- Experience with Linux networking internals (e.g. routing, netfilter/iptables/nftables, conntrack) in production environments.
- Experience building and operating traffic routing systems (e.g. load balancers, ingress, proxies) at scale.
- Strong experience designing, debugging, and operating distributed systems.
- Experience planning and executing high-risk changes with minimal downtime.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with eBPF or advanced Linux kernel networking.
- Experience developing systems in Go or similar languages that interact with low-level OS and networking primitives.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As our Cloud Hyperscaler Readiness Lead, you’ll build scalable programs to set our cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure) up for success. You will support the global sales teams across our cloud partners with content, training, and programming, working closely with Anthropic’s Product Marketing,Partner Enablement, and Cloud Partnership teams. Your job is to develop and curate the right material on a rapid cadence, and to tailor content for each audience, ensuring that the messages, formats, and channels each cloud uses to upskill their sellers and solutions architects can position and deploy Claude with confidence. You’ll stay close to our GTM teams, using what our co-sellers are hearing in the field to sharpen what you build and how it lands. This role is the connective tissue that helps diverse audiences across all our cloud partners understand not just what Claude does but also why it matters to the customers they serve.
Responsibilities
Land our mission and differentiation.
You'll make sure Anthropic's mission and our approach to safe, responsible frontier AI show up accurately and consistently wherever cloud sellers encounter us, so the case for Anthropic as the enterprise's trusted AI partner is clear. When positioning changes, you'll get the update into the right channels quickly and retire what's out of date.
Ensure internal and external readiness.
You'll shape our certifications and scaled training for the way each cloud learns and upskills its people. You won’t simply rinse-and-repeat known patterns; instead, you’ll shape programs that fit each provider's world and map to how its marketplace and co-sell mechanics actually work. Internally, you'll enable Anthropic’s field team to be aware of products and programs and effectively engage CSP partners.
Connect the field to the content.
You'll pair internal assets with what our GTM team are hearing in customer conversations, and turn that traction into co-sell plays and assets the next hundred sellers can use without anyone from our team in the room.
Measuring Impact.
You'll define the signals that connect this work to partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, and seller engagement, watch what's actually changing seller behavior, and adjust based on what you see.
You may be a good fit if you have
A working understanding of how Cloud Service Providers go to market
Deep understanding of what motivates sellers, and how to land a message so it gets retained
A track record of taking a narrative or asset to scale through channels you don't own, and showing what changed because of it
Excellent program management skills, a systems mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity against a fast launch cadence
Experience pairing marketing and enablement content with field feedback to build plays, assets, and/or repeatable programs for internal and external teams
A background in product marketing, partner or channel marketing, sales enablement, or co-sell program management. (We’re also very happy to hear from you if you come from a non-traditional background!)
The ability to make safety and responsibility a credible, compelling part of a commercial story, and genuine interest in Anthropic's mission
Strong presence in front of an audience, from a live seller call to a room of technical and commercial people at once
The ability to influence people you don't manage, across Anthropic and inside large partner organizations
Willingness to dive in and figure out what needs to be done, often without concrete guidance or a large supporting team
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with marketplace and/or reseller motions
Experience shaping positioning and differentiation for enterprise buyers
Experience launching technical products or platform capabilities through a channel or partner ecosystem
Hands-on familiarity with LLM and AI developer tooling, or a demonstrated ability to get technical quickly in a new domain
Experience using AI in your own day-to-day workflows to extend your scale and reach
Familiarity with LMS and partner portal platforms

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
We are on a mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is foundational to this process. Machines (or Large Language Models, to be exact) learn in similar ways to humans, by way of feedback. By labelling, ranking, auditing, and correcting model output, you will improve Large Language Models' performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere's technology. We are hiring Generalist professionals with broad backgrounds that span multiple consumer-facing or personal domains.
This is a judgment-driven role, not passive data entry. You will review, assess, and provide structured feedback across a broad and evolving range of tasks, evaluating, stress-testing, and improving our models on English-language data spanning multiple modalities (text, image, and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, and Markdown). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact annotation projects.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada only. We seek candidates who can commit to 16 hours per week at a CAD $30/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 (Bring Your Own Device, laptop). This position is remote.
As an Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate and rank model outputs: Complete preference and comparison tasks, assessing which responses best conform to project guidelines for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and safety, and writing clear justifications for your judgments.
- Stress-test and break models: Probe models adversarially to surface failure modes, unsafe behavior, and capability gaps, and document reproducible cases that engineering and research teams can act on.
- Create datasets: Author high-quality prompts, responses, and exemplars to build training and evaluation datasets, following detailed specifications and editing machine-written or human-written outputs to standard.
- Build and apply rubrics and taxonomies: Contribute to the design of grading criteria and rubrics, then apply them consistently to produce structured, high-quality annotations across task types.
- Annotate and correct multimodal data: Label, audit, and rectify inaccuracies across text, image, and structured data, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain consistency: Participate in calibration exercises and inter-annotator agreement checks to align on standards, and flag ambiguous or uncovered edge cases rather than guessing, since a single misjudgment replicated at scale degrades a model.
- Adapt to experimental work: Take on new and evolving task types as project needs shift, applying sound judgment in areas where guidelines are still being developed.
- Report on model performance: Surface and communicate quality and performance trends in model and agent behavior, giving cross-functional partners clear, well-evidenced feedback on where models succeed, fail, and degrade.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, content moderation, research, or a related analytical role, with exposure to quality assurance, and/or preference ranking.
- Experience applying detailed guidelines to complex and often ambiguous content, with strong contextual and sociocultural judgment, sensitivity to nuance, tone, and register, and the ability to reason well in cases where there is no single correct answer.
- Comfort with ambiguity: a willingness to flag unclear or uncovered edge cases rather than guess, and to work productively on novel, experimental tasks whose definitions are still evolving.
- A sharp, curious eye for inconsistencies, subtle errors, and model failure modes, including the instinct to probe models adversarially and surface where they break. Familiarity with how large language models behave, such as hallucination, sycophancy, and instruction-following gaps, is a plus.
- Excellent command of written English and strong reading comprehension, with the ability to clearly justify your evaluations, including why an output is correct or incorrect, high-quality or low-quality, and to write clear prompts and exemplars that explain your reasoning. Bonus points if you are fluent in another language!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume and monotonous tasks.
- Comfort working with annotation platforms and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, Markdown, XML, and YAML.
- Strong execution in a remote environment, including good time management, comfort using new tools, and the ability to work independently in a global, asynchronous team.
Candidate Journey
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application.
- First Assessment: If selected to move forward, you’ll receive a multiple-choice assessment by email.
- Second Assessment: Candidates who achieve a passing score will be contacted by a member of our team to complete a more comprehensive assessment focused on their area of expertise.
- Video Screen: If selected to move forward, you’ll have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team.
- Final: Selected candidates will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and, therefore, compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human-generated and model-generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build Nebius Serverless AI — our GPU-native platform for deploying inference endpoints, batch jobs, and AI workloads without managing infrastructure. Customers run production AI on it today; the mission now is to make it the fastest, cheapest, most reliable place to ship GPU workloads on the planet.
This is a senior, high-ownership position on a fast-evolving service. You'll set the technical bar: own the architecture of the parts you ship, drive the hard design decisions, and raise the standard of everything around you through code reviews, design reviews, and the way you operate. The work is end-to-end — from cold-start latency in the runtime to the API contract customers integrate against.
You'll work from our office in Amsterdam or London, hybrid.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and build core components of the Serverless platform — the control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler, and the APIs customers integrate against.
Own the hardest engineering problems on the service: cold-start latency, GPU scheduling under contention, multi-tenant isolation, fair-share quotas, request routing at the edge.
Set the technical direction for the areas you own — drive architecture decisions, write the design docs, and align the team behind the chosen approach.
Raise the engineering bar across the team through code reviews, design reviews, and example — the kind of senior presence that compounds.
Run the service like an SRE: define SLOs, build observability, lead incident response, and make sure every postmortem changes the platform, not just the runbook.
Work directly with customers on architecture reviews, performance escalations, and the production problems that don't fit a ticket template.
Partner closely with Product, GTM, and infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into a coherent technical roadmap.
We expect you to have:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production distributed systems at scale.
Excellent knowledge of Golang, or you are ready to quickly switch to it.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration — you've operated it in anger, not just deployed it.
Strong distributed-systems instincts: consistency vs. availability trade-offs, queueing, backpressure, retries, idempotency, multi-tenancy.
Experience designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency services — you know where the milliseconds go and how to get them back.
A history of being the engineer others look to on hard problems — driving design discussions, unblocking teammates, and shipping the thing nobody else wanted to touch.
Ability to write reliable code and dig into complex problems.
Teamwork-oriented approach.
It would be an added bonus if you had:
Experience building serverless or function-as-a-service platforms (Knative, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, Cloudflare Workers, Modal, Replicate, Together, Fireworks, Anyscale, or similar).
GPU scheduling experience — Kubernetes device plugins, MIG, MPS, time-slicing, NVIDIA GPU Operator.
ML inference experience — vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, SGLang, model loading and warm-pool strategies.
Cold-start optimization at the runtime, image, or snapshot level (FireCracker, gVisor, checkpoint/restore, image streaming).
Experience writing Kubernetes operators (Go + controller-runtime / kubebuilder).
Contributions to relevant open-source projects in the serverless, scheduling, or inference ecosystems.
We conduct coding interviews as part of the process.

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth agency specializing in the medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine sector. Operating globally across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, the team helps premium clinics and MedSpas transition from inconsistent results to predictable, $100K+ monthly revenue. By moving beyond traditional lead generation, they implement comprehensive growth frameworks that optimize high-ticket patient acquisition, sales conversion systems, and client retention strategies for treatments like body sculpting, injectables, and advanced laser therapies.
As a performance-driven scale-up, the company is dedicated to solving the complex operational and marketing challenges faced by modern aesthetic practices. The team fosters a results-oriented and innovative environment, focusing on delivering measurable impact through structured systems rather than generic advertising. This is an opportunity to join a strategic, forward-thinking organization that is redefining how premium health and beauty businesses scale their operations in a competitive international market.
Job Summary
Most agencies stop caring once the lead lands. We don't. At this company, we recognize that the gap between an interested lead and a paid deposit is where high-ticket aesthetics is truly won or lost. We have world-class lead generation and robust systems; what we need is a dedicated CRO Lead to own the "click-to-booking" journey. You will turn anecdotal feedback into a systematic conversion machine, acting as the bridge between creative intelligence and bottom-line results. If you thrive on watching session recordings, debunking objections, and proving your hypotheses with hard evidence, this is the role where you can truly own the funnel.
Requirements
Demonstrable CRO Experience:
A proven track record of running tests, predicting outcomes, and measuring results.
High-Ticket Lead Gen Expertise:
Experience optimizing landing pages and forms specifically for high-intent, considered purchases.
Behavioral Tool Proficiency:
Mastery of session recording tools, heatmaps, and funnel analytics to draw qualitative conclusions.
Cultural Alignment:
Strong understanding of the American consumer mindset, particularly regarding trust, proof, and high-ticket service expectations.
Timezone Alignment:
Ability to work primarily within USA business hours to collaborate effectively with the team and partner clinics.
Data-Driven Communication:
Expert written and verbal English with the ability to present data-backed findings confidently to stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
Industry Background:
Previous experience in MedSpa, aesthetics, or healthcare lead generation.
Platform Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Sales Insight:
Experience reviewing sales or setter calls to extract conversion bottlenecks.
Portfolio Management:
Experience managing conversion performance across 20+ simultaneous client accounts.

🌎 Fully remote work environment

📈 Long-term stability and high-level strategic ownership

They pride themselves on a personalized approach to outreach, converting cold prospects into qualified meetings and tangible business opportunities across various sectors.
Job Summary
This is a high-impact role for a battle-tested cold caller who thrives on high-level B2B engagement. At this company, we don’t do "scripted" telemarketing or "pitch-slapping." We specialize in sophisticated, personalized outreach to Directors of large organizations on behalf of growing brands.
The Render Startup Program is how we earn our place as the default cloud for the next generation of builders. The most important founders don't come to us through ads or big conferences, they come through trusted rooms, warm intros, and high-signal moments. This role exists to build and run those moments at scale.
As our Startup Marketing Associate, you'll be the operational engine and the on-the-ground face of the program. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day mechanics that keep the program humming, and you'll build our SF founder-dinner motion from the ground up, curating the right rooms, running flawless events, and turning relationships into momentum for Render. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Startup Program lead and our Developer Relations team to reach founders where they actually are.
This is a role for someone early in their career but already plugged into the San Francisco startup ecosystem, someone social and high-agency who can make a warm intro in their sleep, fill a room with the right people, and make every founder in it feel like their time was well spent. If you're looking to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth at a company moving fast to capture a generational market opening, this is a front-row seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the operational backbone of the Startup Program. Own application triage and review, credit issuance, partner UTM tracking, and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and Airtable, so the program scales cleanly and our lead can stay focused on strategy.
- Build and run the SF founder engine. Source and curate guest lists of high-quality founders, manage venues, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics end-to-end, and own flawless day-of execution so every event feels effortless and worth a founder's time.
- Drive light event marketing and promotion. Craft invitations, event landing pages, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurture that resonate with a founder and developer audience.
- Partner with Developer Relations to reach founders at scale and ensure the content, conversations, and programming land credibly with a technical crowd.
- Grow Render's footprint in the SF ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships across founders, operators, accelerators, and VC platform teams, and become a connective node in the community we're building.
- Close the loop on impact. Track attendance, attribution, and conversion from event to program to customer, so we know which rooms produce the best builders and can double down.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-6 years of experience across some mix of sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, recruiting/talent, or developer relations. This isn't a role for someone fresh out of school, but it is a great step for someone ready to grow into marketing, partnerships, and growth.
- Deep roots in the SF startup ecosystem. You're genuinely social, a natural connector, and you can make a warm intro in your sleep.
- Fluency in the venture landscape and a real understanding of the AI transformation reshaping how startups build.
- An instinct for how developers adopt tools. You understand the technologies in the consideration set for technical teams and that developers hate being marketed to. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, you just need to get the landscape.
- High agency and strong organization. You find problems before they're assigned, you're comfortable owning logistics from invite to follow-up, and you're energized by being in the room.
- Based in San Francisco, including for evening events.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Existing relationships with founders, operators, accelerators, or VC platform/portfolio teams.
- Experience running events, community programs, or founder-facing initiatives.
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo, and similar).
- Hands-on familiarity with the developer-tools and cloud infrastructure landscape.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

Translate complexity into action by developing and leading experiments or pilots that produce insights to help create innovation roadmaps to scale recommendations in real-world contexts
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers across all creative and technical disciplines (design research, interaction design, data science, communication design, etc.)
Facilitate client workshops and conversations that drive alignment, momentum, and strategic decisions

Strong business acumen; i.e., broad knowledge or exposure to strategy, marketing, finance, operations, product development, organizational design, etc — MBA beneficial but not required
Experience in business design, strategy, product management, venture building, or innovation roles
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a business context, i.e. generate multiple alternative ways to address feasibility, viability, and desirability, including ways that are not obvious
Comfort working in ambiguous situations with limited direction, independently shaping problem definitions and approaches
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through text, visual, and verbal communications
Experience working across stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organization
Track record in making ideas real and tangible, from concept to execution roadmap, as an entrepreneur and/or intrapreneur, and bringing others along with you
Strength in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, recommendations and narratives, supporting decision making across options and making potential impact clear
