Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to build and secure the identity and access management (IAM) and mobile device management (MDM) systems for employees who build agents and internal tools every day. Build onboarding, role-change, and offboarding automation that keeps employee access current
Configure and maintain MDM for device enrollment, software deployment, patching, encryption, and compliance controls
Build scripts, API integrations, and automation across Okta, MDM, Google Workspace, Slack, and IT service management systems, using AI to write and troubleshoot code and reviewing its output before it ships
Partner with Security on least-privilege access that lets employees connect agents and internal tools to company systems safely, along with device security standards and access reviews, and serve as the escalation point for complex identity and device issues
What you need:
7+ years of hands-on IT systems engineering experience, with deep expertise in either IAM or MDM and working knowledge of the other
Administered Okta and integrated applications using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
Configured and operated an MDM platform such as Jamf, Kandji/Iru, or Intune
Wrote automation in Python or Bash against APIs, and used AI to build and troubleshoot it, reviewing generated code before deploying
Bonus if you:
Managed Okta or other IT systems as code with Terraform, including version-controlled configurations, code review, and configuration drift management
Supported AWS identity and access configurations
Built or hosted a project on Vercel
Benefits:
Competitive salary and meaningful equity
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
Generous paid time off and parental leave
Professional development stipend
Daily lunch and commuter benefits (SF office)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $180,000.00 - $288,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans across your customer and prospect book.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6+ month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.

We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Our vision:

Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. Step in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly, calmly, and on-brand
EMEA webinars (about one per month)
Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly

Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable
Partner with ops to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems

Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets

Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
