Role Overview
We are looking for a Hardware Lab Technician to own the physical side of a large-scale robot data collection operation. You’ll keep the fleet running, build what’s next, and be the person the lab calls when something stops working. This is a hands-on role across research and low-volume production where embodiments, grippers, and camera rigs change fast—and the hardware has to keep up. Day-to-day teleoperation is handled by a dedicated operator team you support; you maintain what they run on and help ensure data quality through reliable, well-calibrated hardware.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $40 per /hour
What You’ll Do
Build, wire, and bring up data collection stations — robot arms, multi-camera rigs, workstations, teleoperation hardware, and cable management that survives daily operator use.
Keep the fleet running: daily checks, preventive maintenance, calibration routines, and diagnosing faults on arms, hands, and sensors.
Swap and integrate end-effectors and grippers, dexterous hands, force/torque and tactile sensors, and RGB-D cameras.
Run calibration and firmware procedures across the fleet, and catch drift before it reaches the data.
Assemble and iterate prototype hardware coming out of our mechanical and electrical engineers — printed parts, off-the-shelf components, vendor-fabricated parts, and custom harnesses.
Soldering, crimping, connectorization, harness building, and PCB rework support at the bench.
Own the lab's physical state: spares and consumables inventory, parts kitting, bench and tool organization, and shipping, returns, and RMAs with vendors.
Support teleoperators on hardware issues during live collection — triage fast, fix or escalate, and get the station back up.
Document what you do. Build sheets, maintenance logs, calibration records, and hardware SOPs the next technician can follow.
Help bring up new embodiments and new stations alongside engineers and researchers.
What we need to see
3+ years hands-on technician experience in a lab, prototyping, or low-volume build environment — robotics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or similar.
AS in a technical field, a relevant trade or technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mechanical assembly fundamentals: fasteners and torque, bearings, belts, linkages, and the ability to read CAD and mechanical drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar).
Electrical hands: soldering including basic SMD rework, crimping and connectorization, harness building, and confident use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Comfortable in Linux at the command line — SSH into a workstation, run a calibration script, read a log, and tell us what it said.
Experience with motors, encoders, and sensor integration, and an understanding of what a bad ground or a marginal cable does to a data stream.
Methodical and self-documenting. An undocumented fix is a future outage.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, and able to prioritize when more than one lab needs you at the same time.
Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, with flexibility on shift coverage as the labs run extended hours.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
Maintenance and calibration on collaborative or industrial arms — UR, Franka, xArm, ARX, or equivalent.
Multi-camera rig build and calibration; RealSense, ZED, or Orbbec-class depth cameras.
Running and maintaining FDM or SLA printers, and designing your own simple fixtures and adapters.
Light scripting in Python or bash to automate a repetitive bench or calibration task.
Experience in a high-throughput lab or production line where uptime or yield was a number someone tracked.
Vendor-facing experience: RMAs, lead times, and spares planning.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Insurance: the carriers, MGAs, and brokers people rely on when life gets expensive and complicated. These organizations win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to insurers reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Insurance industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large national carriers that require a white-glove experience with regional and mid-sized insurers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows, such as claims intake, policy servicing and renewals, billing and payment support, agent and broker support, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in insurance AI governance and regulation
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Claims Operations, Customer Service and Contact Center, Distribution, Digital and Technology, and Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through security, architecture, and AI governance review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Insurance positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Insurance experience (carriers, MGAs, brokers, insurtech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (claims, customer service, distribution, digital), and to compliance and risk gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, AI governance, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and conversational AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Financial Services: the banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, and wealth managers people trust with their money, their families, and their futures. These institutions win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere. Their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type, whether they’re checking a balance, disputing a charge, filing a claim, or asking about a loan.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to institutions reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.

Others include caller verification, onboarding, policy servicing and renewals, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in AI governance and model risk
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, Technology, and Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Consumer Brands: the household names that millions of people call, shop with, order from, and fly with every day. That means everyday retail, grocery, CPG, quick-service restaurants, travel, hospitality and airlines. These companies win or lose on customer experience at massive scale, and their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology and eager to act as a strategic partner, helping Fortune 500 and large-scale consumer companies reimagine how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers.
In this role you will:
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across QSR, grocery and retail, CPG, and travel and airlines to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals
- Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in both customer facing and internal agentic workflows, such as customer care, qualification and bookings, helpdesk, learning and development, brand voice across marketing and localization and many more.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends like agentic commerce
- Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about how ElevenLabs' voice technology unlocks value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and creative content
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Operations, Digital and Product, Marketing and Brand, Technology), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across business units, brands, and markets
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value with end customers, and set up customers to scale successfully in production
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on generative AI and voice, and help shape the Consumer Brands playbook: ICP, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises (QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel/hospitality/airlines) is a strong plus
- Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, marketing and brand), and translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and unique requirements for success, and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively as a cross functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level, and willingness to travel frequently and proactively for onsite client visits and conferences
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ROLE
Health is one of the most searched, shared and talked-about topics online. Millions of people scroll every day looking for answers about their sleep, their stress or their kids' fever. And yet, no brand owns that conversation. We want Alan to be the health voice people actually want to follow.
As Social Media & Content Specialist , you'll be the owner of Alan's organic social presence in France (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
You'll join the Brand team and work side by side with an experienced content editorial team
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- The France editorial line. Build and run the editorial calendar, content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand…) and posting cadence for each platform. Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to pull the best stories, data and expertise from across Alan, and turn them into content.
- Content creation. Create and ship social-first content yourself, every week: short videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, statics and copy-led LinkedIn posts. You write the hooks, the scripts and the captions, you edit the videos and you design the visuals. You adapt each piece to its platform rather than posting the same thing everywhere.
- Alan's voice on social. Define how Alan sounds on social: credible on health, but human, useful and sometimes funny. Spot the news, trends and formats worth jumping on, and react at the right moment, in the right tone.
- Alan's big moments. Plan and run the social side of brand campaigns, product launches and events, from the idea to the publication, so that every major moment gets the reach it deserves.
- Community. Reply to comments and messages, moderate, spark conversations, and collaborate with Alan experts (doctors, psychologists…), employees and creators to grow an engaged audience.
- Performance. Follow the analytics, run regular test-and-learn on formats, hooks and timing, and share a simple monthly review with the team. Work with Growth and Data to track what social brings to Alan (traffic, awareness, audience quality).
- AI in the creative and distribution process. Use AI tools to create more, faster and better, and help us shape how AI fits into our content production and distribution workflow, with the support of our engineers.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You create. You still open the tools yourself (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva, AI tools…) and love making content. You don't brief others to do it for you.
- You live and breathe social. You get the trends, the memes and the codes of each platform, and you know when (and when not) to jump in.
- You have taste and a pen. You write sharp, punchy copy and can tell a strong idea from a weak one.
- You take ownership. You go and get the information you need, make decisions, ship at the right moment and follow through.
- You're data-minded. You care about what a post changed, not just the likes, and use the numbers to decide what's next.
- You're scrappy and curious. You make great content, and you're always testing new formats, platform features and tools.
- You collaborate. You make it easy and fun for people across Alan to contribute to social, and you're energised by a blank page.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
You may be a great fit if you’ve:
- 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (brand, media or agency side), with at least one account you owned or co-owned
- A portfolio of content you created yourself, across formats (short video, carousels, copy)
- Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- French fluent level, with flawless written French: most of the content will be in French
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish or Dutch is a plus, given Alan's presence in Spain and Belgium
- Based in France
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:

- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Key Overview:
As a Member of Technical Staff in Post-Training, you will train our large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning and develop methods that help them generalize beyond the distribution they were trained on. You will design the training recipes, environments, and evaluations that tell us whether a model has truly learned a skill or has only fitted its training tasks, and turn what works into the recipes behind our production models. You will work closely with the post-training data infrastructure, evaluation, and pre-training teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyse large-scale RL post-training experiments (e.g., RLHF, RL from verifiable rewards).
- Research and develop methods that improve out-of-distribution generalization, such as reward design, environment and task diversity, curricula, and regularization.
- Build held-out evaluations that measure generalization to unseen tasks, domains, and formats, and that catch reward hacking and benchmark overfitting.
- Diagnose training dynamics and failure modes, including instability, reward over-optimization, and capability regressions.
- Turn successful research into robust, reproducible training recipes for production models.
Qualifications
- Strong research and software engineering skills, with hands-on experience training LLMs.
- Experience applying reinforcement learning to LLMs (e.g., PPO, GRPO, RLHF, RLVR), ideally at scale.
- Track record of work on generalization, robustness, or distribution shift, through publications or shipped models.
- Rigorous experimental practice: clean ablations, careful controls, and sound conclusions from noisy results.
- Experience with distributed training (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, FSDP, Megatron) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data quality principles and best practices: demonstrates willingness to dive deep into data while possessing strong intuition for assessing the quality of datasets and anticipating how different data characteristics will impact model training outcomes.
Working Location
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
