HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
📈 FINANCE COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Finance & Strategy exists to enable better decisions, faster, at every level of the company, in a regulated, diverse and ever changing business.
We succeed when ambitious goals become credible plans, when strategic bets are grounded in financial reality, and when the entire company (not just Finance!) speaks the language of performance.
We set the right ambition, we monitor whether we're getting there, and we raise our hand when something needs to change.
We are not record-keepers. We are builders, partners, and challengers. We are looking for people who want to build, support decision making processes and challenge the status quo.
The core responsibilities of the Finance & Strategy community are:
- Strategy & Planning: steers Alan's financial performance through business planning, financial and operational monitoring, investor relations and financing
- Financial Reporting: is the steward of Alan's financial truth, ensuring that we produce accurate, timely financial data. It owns the reporting to all key stakeholders (board, leadership team, tax authorities, and regulators like the ACPR) and ensures that financial data is the single, uncontested source of truth for the company's performance.
- Finance Data and Operations: Build and own the core finance data and tooling infrastructure (models, pipelines, and concepts that connect business operations to financial reality). This is where Finance meets product thinking
- Functional poles with end-to-end ownership of their domain: Treasury, Procurement, M&A
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️
We are looking for a rigorous and hands-on accountant to help shape and run Alan's closing production process.
You will be part of our Financial Reporting area, focusing on Financial production. This area ensures that every number in our books is accurate, timely, and trustworthy, and serves as the source of truth for all financial decisions across the company.
Your role will be twofold:
- Run our key accounting processes: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Ensure a feedback loop to drive process improvements, surface anomalies, flag data gaps, and actively contribute to making the closing faster, more automated, and more reliable over time. You will be a key partner to our Financial Operations and Data teams.
⭐️ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐️
- Month-end close: own the end-to-end closing cycle across multiple legal entities; push pre-formatted journal entries into NetSuite, ensure completeness and accuracy, and deliver on schedule every month (target: J+5)
- Accounting review: perform a thorough first-level review of balance sheet and P&L accounts at each close; identify unusual movements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the overall reliability of the financial statements; build processes (routines, verification files, control procedures)
- Account and bank reconciliation: maintain clean, up-to-date reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts and entities on a daily basis;
- Contribute to finance transformation and system improvements: identify manual or repetitive tasks and collaborate with Financial Data to drive automation and reduce closing friction over time ; translate new business streams and P&L lines into accounting (acting as an interface between business teams and Finance)
- Tax and statutory compliance: prepare and file VAT returns, URSSAF declarations, and other statutory filings accurately and on time; coordinate with external advisors where needed
⭐️ QUALIFICATIONS ⭐️
Experience and technical skills
- 4 to 6 years of accounting experience minimum, in an accounting firm or in-house at a fast-paced startup/scale-up
- Languages: full fluency in French and English
- Deep command of French accounting standards: VAT rules, URSSAF declarations, bank reconciliation, general ledger management, and month-end close processes
- Proven ability to own a closing cycle end-to-end, including identifying and resolving issues independently
- Hands-on experience with an ERP (NetSuite is a strong plus)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel); familiarity with modern accounting tools (Pennylane, Payflows, etc.) is a plus
Mindset and soft skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented: you deliver on time, every time, and keep a clean audit trail
- Autonomous and self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to do next; you manage your priorities, make decisions independently, and know how to take a step back to distinguish what truly matters from day-to-day noise
- Process-driven: you naturally question how things are done and come with concrete ideas to improve them
- Curious about automation and tooling; comfortable working in a data-driven environment
- Clear communicator: you know when to move independently and when to escalate
For this role we are looking to hire within the B0-C0 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $200,000.00-$240,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. Key responsibilities
Manage a broad range of litigation matters that could include intellectual property (particularly copyright) matters, class actions, regulatory and commercial disputes, and securities cases

Have broad experience handling complex civil litigation, with deep knowledge of litigation practice and procedure, discovery, and federal and/or CA state court rules
Have managed litigation matters with significant independence, including setting case strategy, managing discovery, writing and improving legal briefs, and directing outside counsel
Write and communicate clearly, with the ability to explain litigation risk and strategy, particularly for non-legal audiences at all levels of seniority
Exhibit poise and judgment under pressure while balancing legal risk with business priorities
Preferred qualifications
At least 12 years of litigation experience with a combination of experience at a global-focused law firm and in-house
Experience representing technology companies, particularly companies working in emerging technologies
Experience building systems, processes, or tools for an in-house legal team, such as matter management, outside counsel budgeting, or litigation reporting

Ability to think and work quickly, have a flexible risk tolerance, and a good sense of humor
Low ego and a real willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve problems whether mundane or complex

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Ever wonder who makes sure a Magic: The Gathering account signup, a Nerf promotion, and a Hasbro Pulse pre-order all handle a player's data the right way? That's this team — and this role is at the center of it!
Hasbro's Global Privacy team supports the whole company! We make sure our games, websites, and products handle the personal data of players, employees, and fans responsibly, wherever they are. We're hiring a Privacy Paralegal to own the day-to-day operations of that program.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership. You will be the primary contact for most internal teams when they have privacy questions. You will develop processes that help a small team support a large company.
This role is currently based at our Renton, WA or Boston, MA office and requires onsite work 3 days per week, currently Tuesday - Thursday.
What You Will Do as a Privacy Paralegal:
Build and refine how privacy incidents and inquiries get reported, sorted, and prioritized and be the first point of contact for the rest of the business.
Work with Legal, Marketing, Central Technology, and Privacy Operations on technology compliance. This includes consistent classification of data collection purposes across many sites and products.
Collaborate with Privacy Operations to maintain up-to-date data maps and records of processing activities, and to handle the privacy tech stack — including consent tooling, request workflows, and assessment intake — as products, vendors, and teams evolve.
Sit down with engineering, web development, and marketing technology teams to learn how data moves through our sites and apps. This includes tag managers, SDKs, APIs, and backend systems. Work with them to implement consent, preference, and data collection requirements as the law requires.
Coordinate privacy reviews for new products, features, and vendors. Assemble the technical details attorneys need to assess risk. Keep the review moving across teams and follow it through to a decision people can build against.
Help build our privacy notices and policies, working with attorneys on language and positioning as regulations change.
Represent the privacy group as the main liaison to Product Development and engineering. Help integrate compliance requirements into website and platform workflows early, not late.
Write the playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures that keep the program running.
Supervise the privacy program's budget and handle its invoicing.
Plan Global Data Privacy Day and other company-wide privacy awareness efforts.
Prioritize the privacy team's SharePoint documentation to enable a detailed response to an audit request.
Answer privacy questions from other departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and turn legal requirements into practical direction people can actually act on.
What You Will Bring:
College degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate a plus.
At least 3 years supporting a legal or compliance function, ideally in privacy or data protection.
Solid understanding of US state privacy laws, GDPR, and children's privacy rules (COPPA).
Experience with a privacy management platform such as Ketch or OneTrust.
Experience working shoulder to shoulder with technical teams — you can join a working session with engineers and leave with requirements that both sides understand the same way.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Jira.
Knowledge of functions linked to privacy management: handling privacy tools, conducting data mapping, and documenting processing activities.
Willingness to work with colleagues and collaborators in other time zones, and in different business units.
Comfortable with technical details about how data is collected, sent, and stored across websites, mobile apps, APIs, SDKs, databases, and tag managers. This allows translating a legal requirement into something an engineer can build.
Nice to Have:
CIPP certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar).
Experience with cookie and tracking consent management, and website compliance reviews.
Drafting experience with Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. And right now, our social presence doesn't reflect how good the product actually is.
You're going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
