The first part of the role is executive support to the CEO: calendar, meetings, decisions and follow-ups. Responsibilities
Executive support
Calendar and meetings.
Run the CEO's calendar: scheduling, priorities, conflicts, travel. Prepare materials before meetings and make sure the right people and documents are in the room.

Keep an up-to-date set of documents for each legal entity: certificates, constitutional documents, licences, structure chart, registers of directors, shareholders and UBOs, lists of accounts and signatories. Keep the folder structure and naming rules and make sure the latest version is easy to find.
KYB packs and questionnaires.
Keep a ready KYB pack for each entity and answer requests from banks, EMIs, exchanges and partners within an agreed time. Fill in KYC, KYB and KYT questionnaires from counterparties.
Deadlines.
Keep a calendar of documents and contracts with an expiry date and flag them in time so nothing lapses. Order new certificates, apostilles and translations when needed.
Tasks and coordination.
Take practical tasks from the CEO and COO and get them done: prepare a document set, collect signatures, find information, coordinate between teams and providers, track to completion.
Drafting.
First drafts of letters, memos and replies to counterparties from agreed templates.
Weekly status.
A short weekly status to the CEO and COO: open items, upcoming deadlines, expiring documents, problems.
Requirements
3+ years as an executive assistant, ideally in a group with several companies or a regulated financial company.
Experience with company documents and KYB packs for banks and EMIs. Cyprus is a strong advantage.
Very organised and self-directed: calendars, registers and follow-up lists are your normal way of working.

Able to move tasks forward through people who do not report to you, including senior ones.
Absolute discretion: you will see the CEO's calendar, personal matters and confidential company data.
Comfortable with task trackers (ClickUp or similar) and shared document systems.

PR & INDUSTRY PRESENCE
- Build the product’s visibility within the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, expert commentary, interviews, podcasts, newsletters, and industry publications.
- Build relationships with relevant journalists, creators, communities, and industry platforms.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
- Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
- Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
As a Technical Product Operations Manager, you will own the work that moves our platform forward but does not fit inside any single team. Our engineering organisation is split across several tribes, each with its own services, roadmap and release cadence. Platform migrations, retiring shared dependencies, standardising how every squad works and rolling out new engineering practices all cut across those boundaries, and you will be the person who holds that work end to end.
You will run cross-team technical programs, help drive and improve the engineering processes everyone relies on, and make sure both are backed by real data rather than assumptions. This is not a people management role, and you will not write production code. You do need to be technical enough that engineers treat you as a peer. The role is broad and hands-on. In a typical week you might sequence a Kafka topic migration across four squads, fix a company-wide process that keeps stalling at the same step, pull numbers from a database to settle a question about impact, and ship a small automation that removes a recurring manual task for the whole department. Continuous improvement and AI are central to the role: you will constantly look for better ways for engineering to work and apply AI where it clearly improves throughput, quality or speed.
Responsibilities:
Run cross-team technical programs such as platform migrations, dependency removals, standardisation initiatives, decommissioning, and large infrastructure changes. For each one, break broad goals into sequenced plans with named owners.
Find the right decision-makers when ownership is unclear, facilitate technical discussions (including where squads disagree), and secure clear decisions with committed dates.
Maintain a single, accurate view of each programme's phase, blockers, owners, and delivery dates. Raise conflicts between sources rather than smoothing them over.
Produce concise, accurate status reporting that engineering leadership can act on.
Drive and improve company-wide engineering processes, such as tech design review. This means sharpening the processes already live, establishing new ones where needed, and running their cadence, templates, queues, and follow-through.
Gather feedback from engineers and separate friction worth removing from friction that serves a purpose, then turn the findings into concrete process changes.
Instrument processes so their health is measured rather than assumed, for example review turnaround time, rework rate, or how often work reaches build without a required decision.
Query data directly using SQL, dashboards, and APIs, and reconcile what Jira reports with what systems actually show.
Identify recurring manual work across engineering and automate it, using AI where it adds real value, then measure whether the automation delivered actual savings.
Build lasting assets such as playbooks, templates, runbooks, automated reporting, and agent workflows that keep working after each programme ends, and help colleagues adopt the AI practices that work.
Requirements:
Degree in STEM or other quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical programme management, engineering operations, or delivery management within a high-performance software engineering environment.
Proven track record of delivering cross-team technical programmes in a multi-team organisation.
Strong technical understanding of modern software systems, including services, deployments, queues, metrics, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, releases, and rollbacks.
Ability to read architecture diagrams, tech design documents, and ADRs, and judge whether they are ready for review.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with dashboards, APIs, and Jira.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve personal and team productivity.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to drive decisions where ownership is unclear.
Clear, concise written communication for senior audiences.
Strong ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.

About the role
We're a crypto-native group of companies spanning market making, liquidity provision, on-chain trading infrastructure, and software development. We're expanding our accounting and nance team, and this person will work directly with the Head of Finance as a core part of that build out. You'll own the monthly close across multiple entities, keep our crypto subledgers accurate, handle billing and revenue tracking, and support compliance, tax and legal.
What you'll do
• Run the monthly close for several entities in QuickBooks Online, including bank and exchange reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany due to/due from tie-outs, and eliminations for the consolidated package.
• Maintain our crypto subledgers, including importing and validating exchange and on-chain transaction data and reconciling balances back to source.
• Reconcile trading and liquidity activity across CEX accounts, perp venues like Hyperliquid, and DeFi LP positions on Solana and EVM chains, and produce P&L and rollforward schedules.
• Set up and maintain charts of accounts for new entities and business lines as they launch.
• Prepare monthly retainer and revenue share invoices, and maintain the Excel trackers behind them (tiered fee logic, per-client billing bases).
• Support entity structuring work across the group, including intercompany loans, capital contributions and distributions, and the accounting for related party transactions.
• Help prepare annual filings and tax workpapers (BVI financial returns, federal tax memos, and supporting schedules for our outside CPA firm).
• Assemble KYB packages, member and manager registers, and other documentation for banks, brokers and institutional partners.
• Help maintain AML/OFAC program documentation and coordinate responses to regulatory and law enforcement records requests.
• Support HR and payroll ops in Rippling, including deduction setups, payroll corrections and contractor tracking.
• Build and maintain Excel and Google Sheets models: amortization schedules, loan workbooks, portfolio trackers and deal models.
What we're looking for
• Ideally 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in crypto or digital assets.
• CPA, or actively working toward it.
• Real familiarity with digital asset accounting. You understand wallets, token transfers, swaps and perps, and you know how they should be accounted for.
• A working understanding of DeFi, including liquidity pools, AMMs, lending protocols and staking, and how to account for each of them. • Hands-on experience with QBO and at least one crypto subledger.
• Strong Excel skills. INDEX/MATCH, dropdown-driven models and clean reconciliation skills.
• Comfort with multi-entity and intercompany accounting, including related party considerations under GAAP.
• Good judgment on when an issue needs to be escalated and the ability to communicate it clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Nice to have
• Experience with crypto subledger platforms (TRES, Koinly and Breezing).
• Experience with entity structuring, including multi-entity setups, intercompany arrangements and offshore entities.
• Exposure to BVI or other offshore entity reporting.
• Some scripting ability (Python, Apps Script) for cleaning and transforming transaction exports.
• Experience with Rippling or another EOR/payroll platform.
Why join
You'll work directly with leadership and the Head of Finance, with real ownership over the processes you run. Our processes are established, and you'll be trusted to own them, improve them where it makes sense, and take on challenging problems across a fast-moving group of companies.
Location: Remote (US)
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help build Ondo’s mobile experience. You’ll own features from early product discussions through release and improvement, working closely with design, product, and engineers across the stack.
Financial software asks a lot of its interface. People need to understand what they own, what an action will do, and whether it succeeded. You’ll bring strong iOS judgment to those moments: making complex flows feel clear while treating security, accessibility, performance, and reliability as core parts of the product.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain native iOS features in Swift, from architecture and implementation through App Store release.
Partner with design and product to turn complex financial workflows into clear, responsive mobile experiences.
Shape how the app handles authentication, account state, transactions, errors, and interrupted flows.
Work with backend and platform engineers to define reliable app-facing contracts.
Improve quality through thoughtful testing, observability, code review, and attention to real user behavior.
Help set technical direction for iOS and mentor other engineers through collaboration and feedback.
What you bring
A track record of shipping and improving production iOS apps with Swift.
Strong command of SwiftUI and practical experience with UIKit where it serves the product.
Sound judgment about app architecture, asynchronous work, state management, networking, and persistence.
Experience designing for security, privacy, accessibility, and performance.
The ability to take ownership of an ambiguous problem, make clear tradeoffs, and bring others along.
Care for the details users notice and the failure cases they should never have to think about.
Experience with financial products, trading, digital assets, or wallets.
Experience building apps that handle sensitive account or transaction flows.
Familiarity with release automation, analytics, and crash monitoring.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.
